Whirlpool bearing has to be installed

machine was not working. my complaint was registered on 22 .01.12.&the SRnumber is CN0112057118 I am yet to be replaced with the bearing nor am I given the details regarding the purchase of new one in exchange of the old .subsequent phone calls to the local service center proved futile

i bought 23/5/2010 model 11583 . 7kg dry linen, wm pro 700H whirlpool washing machine from bellary. there before i had a lot of complaints. i heard lot of sound when it was swing. but now the service engineer said bearing full damaged so entirely change it. he said after one week only he may will come. i dont know where i am going to complaint it.

Whirlpool terrible service

Bought a refrigerator from sears less than 2 months ago and it was defective (Whirlpool). So far we have had 3 technician calls and 3 replacement refrigerators and this last machine still is not right. Customer service gives us the run around and we have been inconvenienced 7 times with lost time from work, etc. Sears does not care. Now we are waiting for another part and a 4th technician call! I have been a customer for 30 years and this is my last appliance I will buy from sears!

just had to deal with sears in home service and try to deal with problems on phone. we have a frontload washer that we broke the latch on, called them up told them what was wrong gave them washer number etc. the service tech got here aftere 4 days, doesn't have the part i say so what you come for. He said thats how sears does it(side note everyone i talked to on the phone at sears says the same thing). first the tech comes in three to four days, then they order the part that can take from 4 to 10 days then you need to reschedule a tech to put it in, in 3 to 4 days s. basically it will take you from 10 to 20 days to get your machine fixed. the customer service people on the phone are rude and stupid very few can be of any help. My wife loves sears products i will do all i can to never buy from them again. If you are from sears reading this, especially if your a ceo or someone important.
YOUR COMPANY SUCKS AND I HOPE FAILS.

A Sears service agreement is worthless! Nothing but a piece of paper and a lie! Sears used to be a great company but I will never buy anything there again...

I purchased a Kenmore air conditioner system from Sears which is under warranty until 2013. The outside unit went out yesterday. I attempted to schedule an appointment and was told it would be 7 days for a repair man to come fix the unit. I was told there no exceptions to speed up the process. They must have only one person employed. How do you justify waiting for 7 days with 102 degree temperature? How do you tell your 82 year old mother that she is going to burn up with no air and not to mention I have company products in the home that will ruin when they get hot. Piss poor...

After paying a sitter $15/hour to be at my home between 8-5 - it is 5:45 pm and still I wait. I called Sears yesterday for a smaller time window - not an option. I called them 3 times since 4:00 pm to hear when he is arriving, "any minute now". This is ridiculous service. At this point I could have read a mower repair manual and fixed the darn thing myself! So, I'm already out the money I paid the sitter and I still have a broken mower. Sears - do you wonder why you are struggling? Give me a break!

Just bought top-of-the-line washer and dryer (Kenmore) from Sears, and after 6 uses the washer died on us. Waited 4 hours for repair man who ordered parts. Waited 2 weeks for him to return (then another 4-hour window when we had to wait for him) and-- guess what?-- he forgot to order both parts! This same scenario has occurred with the only two people I know in our neighborhood who also have warranties with 1-800-4-my-home through Sears. I'm about to spend over $100 for a wash-and-fold service for my all the wash that needs to be done. Thanks, Sears. Great job. I'm trying to get them to pick up our washer and dryer and refund our money. I'll never deal with Sears again.

Looking for $10k worth of appliances, Refrigerator, oven, cooktop, microwave, & dishwasher...All at 15% off... nobody to help me at 8:00 pm at the Willowbrook Mall Location on 7/2/08... Waited to 9PM and nobody was willing to help us... They were all to busy! Then they went out the door... We are going somewhere else where the company will appreciate our business...

We bought a Kenmore Dryer on 6/27/2008, one with everything on it, it even has a steam dry cleaner on it. They delivered it on 7/2/2008, hooked it up and was gone but they forgot to hook up the steam cleaner so we called and called and called they final sent someone out on Sun of all days but they didn't know what to do, we kept calling and 3 times they send someone out and they don't have the things to fix it. The last time was 7/9/2008, so we called sears in rome, ga where we got and talked to the manager. He said held get back with us, I don't know, I'm to the point of just sending back go some where else to get me a dryer. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with sears and if I get this settled it will be my last!

Sears canceled my service appointment for a repair on 8/06/08. I provided two phone numbers for Sears to call and had someone waiting for the tech. The best date they can provide at this point is 08/09/08. The tech claims he reached a fax line, which I do not have a fax line. Sears did little to try to come out earlier at this point. As a result, my family will not have HOT WATER for a week.

I have had Sears come out to repair an icemaker 4 times with the same results - ordered wrong part or fixed to break again within 3 weeks. Have talked to customer service on 4 occasions and have been given a different answer to 2 different questions. I will never again walk thru a Sears much less buy anything from Sears the product is bad and the service, or what they call service, is worse. If I was buying an appliance today I would try and find a "local" appliance center or just buy on price. Sears would not be on my list if they gave it away and I now know first hand why the company is in so much trouble. They will fall off the face of the American landscape and I will no longer feel sorry.

4 weeks ago the rear projection bulb of my Samsung tv purchased at Sears with premium warranty went out. I've waited four weeks for bulb it finally came and is the wrong part number. Now Sear's wants me to wait for a technician and will not order a part. I am probably going to wait 4 more weeks or longer. Never buy from either company. During this period I was told the part would be only available from the factory and shipped from the factory in 4 to 14 days. Obviously this did not happen. Wife called later to confirm order and told they did not do business this way and a technician would have to come to my home. She persisted and was told she was correct and they were wrong but our order was still pending. Sears does not back its warranties do not trust them.

Whirlpool dissatisfaction from new refregerator

I am using whirlpool, double door 23 ltr Refrigerator from 2009, and now its 'relay
overload' is not working due to absence of stabilizer as told us by your service engg.But as
we were told at the time of purchase by your's sales man that stabilizer is in-built in the
fridge that's why we won't be need it separately.Hence we were misguided by your's sales man
about wrong information neighter company representative educated us about the product .I m a dissatisfied consumer of this product and due to which we are facing problem, of which we are not responsible.

We are completely dissatisfied with you people, and your product.Either you please change
'Relay Overload' by your own, or we will have to consult with consumer forum for this.As it is
nothing but only misguidance by your employees.

Whirlpool washing machine not working & more frustrating customer service

I want to voice my frustration and dissatisfaction at the kind of customer support I’ve being meted out by the Whirlpool support desk. I have a WhiteMagic 650h (Auto) washing machine which I bought in March-2011 at Pune from Croma Retail Stores (Tata group). For the last 6 weeks, the heating function in the machine is not working and we have lodged complaints with their local Pune customer support system thrice. Over the past few weeks, some service persons have come over and reported multiple issues from PCB to heater to thermostat. Many attempts have been made to rectify but all of the people visiting are completely unskilled, incompetent and totally incapable of any diagnosis and repair. There have been multiple commitments and deadlines for a repair given to me and some of them have even told me that it's beyond repair and the only possible solution for me would be a new replacement machine. About 3 weeks back, i reached out to Whirlpool's Gurgan care centre and have been interacting with Abhishek Verma and Vikram Singh. They too have been making commitments of resolving my issue, not one commitment has been met. In fact, after these many attempts, the service folks have managed to damage the machine even more and now it's not starting any wash cycle ancompletely useless. I must have made a 1000 phone calls but to no avail. I don't know how to get this matter to higher levels within their organization and get a resolution for me. As I've been asked, I've even provided them with my purchase receipts etc. but no progress made yet. It's the worst possible equipment and customer experience I've had in my life and would never recommend any Whirlpool appliance to anyone.
If it's not possible to provide me with a new replacement, I need my complete money back since it's less than 1 year that I bought it and it's under complete warranty. I also want to be compensated for the mental anguish and torture and the physical pain of having to wash the clothes ourselves without the machine.

Whirlpool compressor not working

This is to inform you that our Whirlpool Genius Refrigerator has a compressor problem and we have launched a complaint of the same on December 24, 2011, Complaint No. HD1211013512. Second complaint was launched on December 30, 2011, Complaint No. HD1211016905. Since we did not get any response, we called again at one of the center but we did not get our problem addressed and upon inquiry at call center we were informed that the complaint has been closed citing wrong address but this is our permanent and correct address. Request you to please look into this and please send an executive to solve our problem.

Whirlpool defective product

I ourchased the Whirlpool Duet washer and dryer set from Lowes in January 2011. I have the full warranry plus I purchased an additional 4 year plan. Once the units were installed, I had to call for service because the dryer is destroying everything I put in it. The tech came out, made a few adjustments and said he couldn't find anything although I showed him examples of shirts, towels, sheets and pants that had pulled threads and runs all over them. The service company sent out another company who said he replaced the defective drum. This machine has continued to destroy everything I put in it. The last time I called they said they couldn't do anything about it and suggested that I put my clothes inside a dryer bag. How ridiculous.

I purchased both the Whirlpool Duet washer and dryer from Lowes in January 2011. I have a full warranty plus I purchased the 4 year extended warranty. SInce the first day they were installed, the dryer has continued to ruin my clothes. It pulls and snags the fabric of my husbands shirts. I have had 4 service calls on this issue since January and it still tears up everything you put in it. The last tech said he didn't know what else to do and suggested that I put my wet clothes inside dryer bags before I used the dryer. How ridiculous. Don't buy it. Connie, Apopka, Fl

Whirlpool cracked plastic frame around glass shelving

I purchase a whirlpool side by side refrigerator in June 2011. I noticed today, (12/4/11) that the plastic Frames around the two top glass shelves have cracked. The plastic is brittle and very thin. I am shocked that whirlpool would use such a poor quality material on the frame.

I called Whirlpool Customer Service to address the issue and was told in no uncertain terms that the warranty does not cover non functional items on the refrigerator. I am very disappointed and frustrated over such a response. I no longer have faith in Whirlpool products. They are another company that is building throughaway products with no concern for consumer satisfaction. What a shame.

Whirlpool service contracts for extended warranty are garbage

When the fridge part of my Amana Refrigerator was not cooling properly I phoned W3 Solutions on Sept 26, 2011, and was given the Extended Warranty Order number. The freezer was working fine at this time. A week later a technician came and told me he needed to order parts. On Nov 7, 2011 a technician came and told me that he replaced the compressor and relay and that the fridge would work fine for many years to come. On Nov 8, 2011, I awoke to find my fridge and freezer not working at all and all the food in the freezer melted. I phoned the technician all day and left messages, on his answering machine, but no reply.

On Nov 9, 2011 at 10am, I phoned W3 solutions at [protected] and let them know what was happening, He issued a new work order and told me it would be a number of days before anyone got back to me. I lost around $200 worth of food and phoned Trail Appliance to complain and try to recover the cost of the food I lost. They told me they could not cover the food cost. I am now without a fridge and not scheduled for an appointment with a technician until Nov 16, 2011. This is unacceptable and I am not happy with the Whirlpool contract service.

Whirlpool short supply of accessories

I have purchased a 310L Professional Deluxe refrigerator. When checked with the manual for the complete supply of accessories, I have found that there are three items missing. When contacted the call centre and also the help desk, the company is not responding. Is this the customer service company is giving?
Following mail was written by me to the help desk on 5th and I am yet to get a reply:
Your chennai service centre has allotted one complaint no: CN1111004433 dt 2nd Nov. The rep Ms Geetha has informed me that the complaint was marked directly to whirlpool service team not to the mother, s india who are service agencies for whirlpool. I was also adviced by her that the whirlpool rep will come and resolve the issue of non supply of surefresh kit/ missing items.
Till yesterday eve no body has contacted me in this regard, hence I have contacted your service call center. Mr Sivabalan has answered to me that the complaint was closed by Mr.Ajeesh from mothers care on the pretext that the contact person was not available. This is ridiculous. First of all we are at our home only and also no call has been made to us. Then how come the complaint can be treated as closed? Is this the kind of service I am supposed to expect?. When enquired, Mr.Sivabalan has informed me that he will forward the same to Whirlpool HO at Ramapuram and somebody will call.
Till noon today, I have not received any call from your office and again i have contacted your call center. This time one mr.Raj has taken the call and he coolly asked me to contact the head office and find out the status?. Such a callous attitude was not expected. On persistence, he kept my call on hold for more than 10 minutes on the pretext of escalation, after which i have disconnected it. If it is escalated, I expect some body should contact me in the numbers provided by me. That has also not happened..

Now If this is what the WHIRLPOOL Is calling the service and supply, I am not at all satisfied. If I am not receiving any reply from you in mail by monday, I am going to escalate the matter to various consumer forums and ultimately may approach the consumer court for the deficiency in service/ supply.

Whirlpool has attended my problem and informed that the model design has been changed and hence it is not possible to provide the light etc., They have provided me the acessories.

i am living in pandalam . i purshased a refrigerator of your company from a dealer's shop in pandalam .before the warranty period the paint get loosed up from my particle . there ownwards i inform the dealer but he refuge to hear my complant . after 4 months today he has told me that i can not do any thing because the warranty period had over in the previous year . what should i do ? you have to take proper decition for this problem ...

Whirlpool not installed/not given rat mesh

I have bought a washing machine from reliancehypermart ltd, h. no.18-5-21, mainroad, tanuku, w. g. dt-534211, ap., india, on 17.10.2011. but till now nobody is come to install &to give the missing item i. e rat protection mesh. simply they sold & took the money brand name :whirlpool

I don't know how the rat mesh appears but this time Rat went inside my Whirlpool 6.5 KG STAINWASH Fully automatic washing machine & did cut all assembly wires. The machine/User was near at risk if it would have short the wires. There should be a closure OR a netted base that avoids Rat/Cockroaches enter the machine. So can be removed while used and closed when not in use. A plastic mesh will also do.

But the spec says RAT MESH is present, but I dont find one installed on the machine.

Less than 18 months after delivery, our little used maytag washer failed. it would not fill with water properly, agitated the clothes dry and deposited water onto clothes already spun dry. the maytag repairman replaced the "water level and temperature controller switch" (part #w10248240) during a 15 minute visit for a cost of $170.55, almost half the cost...

Whirlpool failed @ 4 1/2 years old

The freezer failed and lost over $1200 worth of food; including 1/2 a home grown hog and handpicked blueberries. Whirlpool says they'll cover a small portion of the food loss IF I can meet their criteria to prove loss for filing a complaint.
Service attempted THREE times to fix the freezer and were unsuccessful..
Seems they're outsourcing the parts they use to Japanese manufacturers and the quality is substandard.

Whirlpool cabrio washer & dryer

The big sales pitch for the cabrio was that it can wash king size comforters and their cabrio dryers would dry them. First of all getting the comforter wet does not mean that it is washed. Most of the time it is not clean. Then you have to run the dryer at least through 4 drying cycles and it still is not dry. You have to hand it up to dry it! So I went to the Whirlpool applicance complaint website and you cannot get the complaint form to download. Not surprising since they really don't want to read the complaints. I spent over $1500.00 for Cabrio washer and dryers and they are JUNK! Spend the extra money and buy a LG (which really means Life is Good). Hugely disappointed and broke! If anyone knows how to file a complaint with Whirlpool and actually can find a site that works...GOOD LUCK!

Whirlpool terrible quality and worse service

We purchased a 24" WhirlPool front load washer Model WFC7500ZW 1 year and 3 weeks ago. It had an electrical problem that prevented it from completing the wash cycle about 6 weeks ago. We called and the technician told us to disconnect then reconnect the power. After that he had us start and stop several cycles and the problem was fixed or so we thought. Then this week the problem reoccured and nothing would solve the problem. So now we have a WhirlPool washer that is just past the warranty period and Whirlpool said they would not cover the repair. The customer service person said I should have purchased the extended warranty. I said that is great advice and if I knew that WhirlPool did not stand behind their product and produced poor quality products as they do I would not have purchased the product at all. I have read many complaints on Whirlpool for every electronic product they produce for the home. Just so everyone knows there is no use in contacting Whirlpool Customer Service because they just read a response from a card and will do nothing. They have had many complaints and just don't care. DO NOT BUY WHIRLPOOL WASHERS UNLESS YOU WANT A LARGE PAPER WEIGHT.

I bought a Whirpool Front loading Automatic Washer Model # WFW9050 from Lowes. I bought it 20 April 2011. August 15 it broke. I even bought the extended warranty offered at the time. I paid about $600 dollars for a washer that lasted four months. I contacted the company to execute the Whirlpool warranty. The Whirlpool service person came out and said it It has a bad water sensor it will take 8 to 10 days to get the part. When I bought it, the salesman at Lowes told me any problem would be resolved within 24 to 48 hours with their well equipped knowledgeable service team of professionals . Lowes said it is past their 90 day policy so they don't want it back. . I'm just stuck with out a washer that works for two more weeks. I have no confidence in either company anymore. We all learn from our mistakes. A wise man once said "It is Important to learn from the mistakes of others because you will never live long enough to make them all yourself." I made a mistake by buying this Whirlpool washer from Lowes and absolutely don't buy an extended warranty !

Whirlpool terrible refrigerator

I bought a whirlpool refrigerator (model # gr2fmxvy 01) two years ago, stainless steel by the way. I found out yesterday the compressor was leaking and it would cost in the area of $700.00 to be repaired. the serviceman told me that I just should buy a new one. whirlpool's warranty is only one year on the sealed system. not to mention being extremely angry, I lost all the food in the fridge too. I called the company and they said that there was nothing they can do to help me. the whirlpool corporation, based in benton harbor, mich., makes whirlpool, kitchen-aid, and gladiator products. the company has gobbled up admiral, amana, jenn-air, magic chef, maytag and some sears kenmore. avoid this company. do not buy whirlpool products! if you want much better quality - with a much better warranty, buy samsung or lg brand.

Whirlpool unacceptable performance and service of whirpool microwave

Hi Team,

I purchased Whirlpool Microwave Oven Model No.22C S.R.No.-B58731898291 from your authorized dealer i.e. Spark Digi World Vide Bill No.-2376 Dated- 8th Jan.2009
On 10th June 2011during cooking Microwave Oven stops working with some unusual sound. I filled a complaint against this problem on 10th June 2011to my dealer and consequently I received a message on my mobile that your service engineer Jitendra will see the problems.
On 13th June 2011 your service engineer Lala Ram came to my home to see the problems of Microwave Oven. According to Lala Ram there was no big problem, only fuse was blown out. For full service he asked to submit Microwave Oven to Unnati Enterprises (Your authorized service centre) for one or two days.
Unnati Enterprises doesn’t communicated anything to me in first week and for 2weeks not proper response from their side. In addition I made more than 10 calls in last 2days(i.e. 24 an 25th June 2011) of 2nd week. I became annoyed onto this act of Unnati Enterprises and informed it to my dealer. In next call Unnati Enterprises told that “Capacitor and diode” is not functioning properly and I have to change it in next day after that you can collect it on payment of repairing & servicing charge of Rs.1100.
On 30th June 2011 Unnati Enterprises told Microwave Oven is repaired and it is O.K. now you can collect it. I went to collect Microwave Oven and told service engineer to show the performance of Microwave Oven. As Microwave Oven was swiched on by your service engineer it was running with some unusual sound and he opened Microwave Oven to reset it but he didn’t succeeded.
I was totally disappointed with this act once again told whole story to my dealer. Next day Unnati Enterprises informed me that transformer is burnt out and it will cost Rs.3250.
I am sure transformer is burnt due to bad workmanship at your service centre. If not, tell me answer of following question-
i) Is Whirlpool Microwave Oven is of so poor quality that it needs repairing in every year.
ii) Is it justified that repairing charge is approximately half of its new one in each alternate year.
iii) if a system was running with sound than how can transformer burnt.
iv) who will be responsible for bad workmanship at the service centre.
v) who will be responsible for satisfactory answer at the service centre.
Please do the needful.
I believe that Whirlpool system is recognized brand that is why I am having Refrigerator & Washing Machine of your brand.

Whirlpool unbalances; delicate mode

I sure got sucked in by the "latest and greatest" no agitator Whirlpool cabrio 580 machine. It becomes unbalanced very often, even though I was told by the salesperson that it will never unbalance. When washing in the delicate mode some of the clothes come out dry in places where the water never even touched the clothing. For short people the machine is too tall to reach comfortably into the bottom of machine. I am 53 years old and this is the worst washing machine I have ever used in my life. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
