I ordered an ECM espresso machine and a Eureka Grinder. parts missing and a massive leak from the moment it was turned on. Very combative on the phone as if I was making up a story. A week later still no parts received and was blatantly LIED to by customer service when told they'd send a new unit right away after I sent them the video of the leak. They refused to let me speak to a supervisor. As of a week later unit still hasn't been reviewed nor has it been even sent. They even had the audacity to send me an email telling me they'd expedite a new unit. ALL LIES. BUYER BE WARE - DO NOT SHOP FROM THIS BUSINESS.
I'd be more than happy to discuss this case in person/over the phone.

Poor/dangerous customerservicw
I was offered to repair my coffee machine myself. The machine is still under warranty. Customer service send me a step-by-step instructions and video how to DISASSEMBLE the machine, including wiring and repair it. I only wonder what may happen if a wire is connected wrong. Electrocute me or my family? The machine is under warranty! The company recommends self-repair for work that should be done by a certified technician/electrician.
Whole Latte Lost - Espresso Machine
This company is a joke. They took my order, held it for weeks, never communicated unless I took the initiative to wait on hold to talk to someone. When I called they would tell me they lost my order, told me the sku didn't match, told me the order was lost in their warehouse, and any number of excuses, except actually completing and shipping the order. Ordered November 27th, and it's December 12th. Order still unfulfilled for a unit that was in stock! Honestly, the worst shopping experience from a company to date. Buyer beware. You will be treated like your order doesn't matter. Trust me. Buy somewhere else.
Desired outcome: None, I gave them 2 weeks, 15 emails, and 9 phone calls and got no resolution. They aren't capable.

Unethical practices
I ordered a very expensive espresso machine from Whole Latte Love along with a grinder on 9/16. They charged my credit card the same day. On 9/19, I received an email showing that the order had shipped and that everything was in stock. On 9/26, the order arrived with only the coffee grinder. A packing slip was enclosed only showing what was in the box and it made no mention of the espresso machine. When I contacted customer service after hours via email, they replied back "We have just found out they are out of stock until Sept. 30th, We expect your machine to ship out shortly after that." I never received any emails letting me know that there was even a problem. I wonder when they were planning to tell me? They only deemed it necessary to let me know after I complained. Were they hoping I wouldn’t notice that the espresso machine was not in the box yesterday? Their business practices are deceptive and unprofessional and just short of theft if we must put a name on it. Communication from Whole Latte Love always indicated that the machine was in stock. On the final order page just before I clicked “confirm order, ” in their first email to confirm said order, and in the email when they sent a tracking number and notified me that the order had shipped, EACH TIME the same words… “In stock.” Their order page as of 9/27 does not indicate that it is backordered. I would not have ordered this from them had I known it was not in stock. They charged my credit card the day of the order (who does that?) knowing that it would be, what another WEEK after I got the first part of my order before they would even be able to ship the remainder of my order? I feels like I have been scammed. I have been a customer of Whole Latte Love for a long time, but that ended today. I have demanded a refund and ordered the machine from Amazon (which I should have done in the first place) and will have it tomorrow.
I got broken machine, and the seller stopped to communicate

I argued with him for several weeks and he finally agreed to change it. I returned it, but the seller stopped to reply to my emails and messages. I have no idea what to do now. I want money back. Less than reputable
It's a crapshoot if you get what you ordered. I am a former employee. This company is well known for high rates of employee termination and the customer service area isn't trained -except in ways to BS- and when CS tries to help customers or has to cancel or refund and order they are terminiated! Owners (Salzman) want the money and they don't care about the problem. Refunds are next to impossible to get and CS is told to say anything to avoid order cancellations. I know of instances that the customer was not informed about items being backordered. They also do business under Abree, Importika and Salzman Group. IMO this company is extremely disreputable, they treat their employees and customers poorly and they trade under several different names for a reason - to hide!
Very poor customer service. Odered a machine and it arrived. with-in 24 I knew it was not operating correctley. I called Whalw Lattta Love only to be told that in" small print they do not take care of problems" it must be handled by the manufacture. Made no effort to try to help, heck they got their money right? Buyers beware of this outfit.
I am a dissatisfied customer! They sent me a machine that did not work and when I called to return it they kept saying " when it is received back without damage". I returned it in the exactly the same packaging they sent it and, shocked to all, it was received damaged! So now they won't send me my new machine until they get their money from UPS. I screamed at them and said they had sent me a defective machine and my issue is with them, their issue is with UPS. They don't care! You are right, they ### their way in C'S and it's obvious and I called them on their lies. Problem is they still have my money! Not a small amount either! Time to cancel through my credit card.
