Wifinity I want my money back and for the ceo to make some serious changes.

I cannot stress how awful this service was.

I was paying for monthly wifi and at one point, out of nowhere 2 months into my 5 month stay which I needed it for, suddenly I was unable to connect to the wifi. I opened a ticket and was told at first that they had hardware problems with the mast.

Then this turned sour. I called after finding out that the people living next door either way and opposite me all had working wifi with wifinity. It was just me, they opened a new ticket and I was left for 12 days with no wifi.

When I eventually used my phone data to check my ticket I'd recieved an email at some stage from them saying "If you don't reply to this email within 48 hours we will assume your issue is resolved" Like? Hello not rocket science is it, I can't email you back as I have no wifi.

I've never recieved such awful service, and the worst part is when all was said and done, I'd gone a month with no wifi, eventually demanded that they close my account and refund me for the month I paid for and recieved no wifi and they never did. Greedy and zero respect for customers.

What's worse, in the 2 months I did have wifi, They provided a RESTRICTED access! I was unable to watch YouTube unless the sites Restricted mode was on, this blocked a great may amazing videos from my favourite creators, and I was paying for YouTube Premium, I was also paying for WOW presents Plus and they blocked EVERY video on the streaming site!

When I opened a ticket they said "Oh well" and closed it without doing anything.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Terrible wifi.

Terrible accessibility.

Terrible customer care.

Terrible staff.

Take your money, Give you nothing, Keep it all, No refunds.

Desired outcome: I've opened a complaint with my employing company PDR to seek a different provider as the ridiculous restricted mode made our own staff training videos unavailable!

Wifinity The service

The worst provider I have ever used.

Because they have the contract here and no other providers are available, they couldn't careless if the internet works or not.

No one ever answers the phone, or even replies to emails.

They charge you more than the national average and are the worst providers BY FAR !

Shocking, absolutely shocking.

Desired outcome: Internet that actually works !!

Wifinity payg internet. support no. [protected]

I paid for a weeks internet access for two devices on 21st. Sept. On 25th. I contacted you to say that I and others on the Parkdean site had no internet access. I emailed you again on 26th. Sept and have still not received any response from your alleged customer support team. How is it that a company that supplies communication infrastructure can fail to respond to a customer within 3 days. Are you just assuming that we will not follow up to get a resolution if we are ignored
The sum involved may be small and I assume that you have many other customers so my business does not count in your eyes but I did assume that I would!d at least be treated courteously and with respect.
Obviously not.!

Wifinity internet

Definitely has one of the worst customer services I've come across. Cancelled my subscription before leaving the country. Only to come back and find they were still charging me. Questioned them on the matter and for some strange reason they have no record of me cancelling it. I just got bounced around the customer services with no solution. This company has no integrity and cannot be trusted at all..

Wifinity wifi service package

Prior to a planned power outage I informed Wifinity 30 hours prior to the outage to enable them to have an engineer on standby and available once the power came back on line.

Fortunately I knew it would be back on at 1730 on a Friday due to nature of outage. I was most dissatisfied that once 1730 arrived and the power was all back on that I Wifinity engineer arrived and instead was informed by the telephone operative representing Wifinity that I would have to log a new fault.

Having read the Wifinity blurb regarding connectivity to remote locations I believe this to be misleading as it should state provides connectivity to remote locations sometimes and when it suits Wifinity. I pay for aserbice and am not receiving it. I am now searching for alternatives to replace Wifinity throughout the establishment that I have influence over.

To add insult to the matter the discussion and melody that you are shamefully greeted with whilst making a call to Wifinity is utterley annoying.

Wifinity customer care.

Hi

I am writing to you today, to bring to your attention your lack of customer care, and the fact you have not carried out a request I asked off you, causing me financial loss.

Firstly I requested some time ago that you deactivate my account, this was done via web chat between myself and one of your operators.

This can be proven by the usage you can see on my account, or rather the lack off. The fact I have not been in the country, away on duty can testify to this matter.

When I called one of your operators, orginely to 're-activate the account, I was quite shocked to hear that the account had not been De-activated as requested, and you had been charging myself, nearly £30 a month for three items, all of which where not being used.

To make matters worse I found you operator to be rude and unhelpful to say the least, if you are able to listen to the calls you will hear this. She was short and completely dismissive of all my suggestions and points I was putting towards her.

I even suggested looking at the usage of the account, to which her response was, " my fire stick was active on the 28th June", this will be because this was the day I returned from Latvia on a operational exercise, at this point I was still certain my account had been De-activated therefore When I turned my tv on to watch standard Tv, the Fire stick which Is connected to the TV, would of turned on also.

If your able too, yet again you will see that I never actually watched anything on this device or even tried to access it.

Yet you did not this ckeck this instead I was just met with more obstacles time and time again.

It is obvious to me, and many others that you abuse your WiFi ability in the camps you operate. I had a similar situation with Wifi when I was Larkhill camp (media force) however they are the polar opposites to yourselves. In the same situation they saw that I had not used my Wifi. and returned all funds for the months I had not used the Wifi, this after I never even asked them to cancel the account in the first place. It seems however that you lack the ability to help your customers, if you believe you will loose a little bit of money.

I have had nothing but issues with your company, all of which have been logged, I will taking this to my chain of command.

I wish you to look at this matter. and carry out the correct action of returning the finance owed. It may only be a small number but it is however the right thing to do, wish for you to also look at previous complaints I have raised, as I to this day I am not happy with the outcome, but as I stated before you abuse your position on camps, and probably believe yourselves above looking into to such small matters, I hope not.

One of the worst WiFi I have ever used, they way everything setup is to rip off people. WiFi goes off time and again and when you try to connect it says no more device adds and to connect the very devices extra amount must be paid. Total ripoff.

I have recently received an email advising I’ve been using wifinity services since coming home from a weekend stay at Southerness. I paid for use for the kids with a package for a couple of days…(most of the time we couldn’t access).
I’m now being sent a bill for over £400, as someone seems to have hacked and been using the service until November. The spreadsheet does say ‘out of contract’, so why was this allowed?.?
I’ve been told that a payment of£38 will be taken from my account to compensate… I have emailed back advising this request is not authorised and is fraudulent. They are not looking into it further as I’m being told I must have used on another site!
