Unprofesional, they over charge on price, they tell you one price over the phone and charge more when you pick up the vehicle
Unprofesional, they over charge on price, they tell you one price over the phone and charge more when you pick up the vehicle. You end up paying more for labor than for the repairs. I do not recommend them!

I recently got my first car from Wilson Kia, and it was a piece of cake, all thanks to ***! He's a really pleasant guy to deal with. I never felt any pressure, and he seemed to be on my side when we talked about the price. The whole buying process was really simple and fast. It only took around 2 1/2 hours, and that even included another test drive. I highly recommend this dealership, and if you go, make sure to get in touch with ***! He's the greatest!

I bought a car from Wilson Kia and was talking to a technician when the boss came out and said, "When you're done messing around with Honda, I need him to get back to work." It was really unprofessional considering I just paid cash for the car. When I mentioned it to the sales manager, they didn't even apologize. I won't be buying from them again.
SCAM ALERT!
SCAM ALERT! These folks at Wilson Kia did a brake job on my son's car. In the process, they broke one of the speed sensors and didn't bother to inform us! Later on, when the car was diagnosed with the issue, this dealership denied any involvement and claimed it was just a "coincidence"! They clearly noticed my son's youth (he's a college student) and exploited his lack of experience! I strongly suggest you go anywhere else for your vehicle needs, but definitely NOT HERE!
I've been going back and forth to the Kia dealership on Lakeland Dr since earlier this year for an issue with my vehicle
I've been going back and forth to the Kia dealership on Lakeland Dr since earlier this year for an issue with my vehicle. I even went to the Kia place in McComb, MS and got the same results. My vehicle is under warranty and Kia refuses to fix anything or properly look at my truck as if I'm stupid. But when my warranty is up, that's when everything I mentioned in the past will be brought up. Basically, I feel like I've been sold a lemon and it's not right. No one wants to listen to me and fix it. Now it's time for someone else to know what's going on and address this issue.
I went to buy my lease from Wilson Kia
I went to buy my lease from Wilson Kia. They used the online buyout quote price, which already included the sales tax, but then they added sales tax to that. I called Kia finance to confirm this. Overall, it was $2,000 cheaper to purchase the car by mailing a check. This dealership is ridiculous with their fees and the service packages they try to sell you. I haven't received any assistance with service, even though I paid over $600 to protect my car from dents, dings, and scratches. Every time I reach out for help, they either don't answer or tell me to talk to someone else in another department. The cycle then repeats. It feels like a scam, so I recommend staying away.
These folks who work here are so mean
These folks who work here are so mean. There's this lady, ***, who works there and she like totally rolled her eyes at me when I tried to explain that I was sent to the wrong building for an appointment. She interrupted me and scoffed, saying, "that's not my problem! This is why we schedule 30 minutes apart". I couldn't believe someone would talk to me like that when I literally walk in the door. I asked another worker in an office what her name was and said she was rolling her eyes at me, and he was texting on his phone and just laughed and said "***". Guys, these people literally hate other people and somehow still have jobs. I didn't wanna confront her 'cause I didn't wanna stoop to her level and also she seems insane. Just, DON'T go here if you wanna be treated like a human being.
I got my Infiniti G37 from this company
I got my Infiniti G37 from this company. The sales person was really pushy about selling me the car even though the check engine light was on when it was still on their property. The problem turned out to be with cylinder 2. I talked to the service manager, who was named *** at the time. He said they would fix the issue and take care of it. But, about 5 months later, the same problem with the engine light came back. I had my mechanic check it out. He looked at it (without taking out the spark plug) and saw that the porcelain on it was chipped. Wilson Auto Group's service department was the last ones to put the spark plug in my engine. When I found out, I told *** about the problem again and he promised me a refund for the inconvenience of having to pay my mechanic for something that was their fault. But then, a few days later, a new service manager told me that *** got fired and the company wouldn't give me a refund or fix the problem for free. If I had known I would have so many issues, I never would have given Wilson Auto Group my business. Now I'm stuck driving around with the check engine light on and a piece of porcelain in my cylinder head because of them!
Don't do business with Wilson Kia
Don't do business with Wilson Kia. I bought a car here, but the guy who cleans the new cars couldn't clean it properly even after 3 attempts. I had to finish cleaning it myself when I got home. There are still plastic coverings that I haven't taken off. I drove for 3 hours because I thought this dealership would care, but after the sale, they never reach out to you. In Memphis, there was a car accident, and the police directed us to go around. However, a lady sped through and a piece of concrete from the accident hit my wheel, causing damage and a chunk missing from my tire. In Memphis, I found a new wheel for a total price of $650, including taxes. I decided to let Wilson Hyundai sell it to me for $600 and ship it to me. I asked the parts manager, ***, if $600 was the total price with everything, and he said yes. However, when I checked my credit card, it was charged $679.45. When the wheel arrived in Memphis, it was also damaged, and I sent *** 2 pictures. He said he filed a claim with Hyundai. I called Hyundai, and they said *** could have called them and gotten me a new wheel right away, but he didn't. Now I'm driving around with a dented new wheel, plastic pieces still inside my car that I'm trying to remove, a dealership that doesn't care after the sale, and a parts department that ripped me off for $679.45. I'm filing a complaint with the State of Mississippi and the ComplaintsBoard.com, and I'm also contacting the news media. I usually buy a new car every year and stay loyal to the same dealership, but they lost my business and the two people I was going to refer to them. They simply don't care!
Wilson Kia on Lakeland Drive in Flowood, MS is the worst place to ever buy a car from!
Wilson Kia on Lakeland Drive in Flowood, MS is the worst place to ever buy a car from! I wanna share my experience to warn others. My motor went out and it was under Certified Pre-Owned warranty. I took it in for a noise it was making. They didn’t even address the noise and tried to give my car back saying, "it’s confirmed to be making a noise." So I told them I wanted it fixed. It took a month to even run the diagnostic test. They had my car for 3 and a half months and it was excuse after excuse. I asked for a loaner from day one to be able to get to work and get my kids to school and they would not provide me with anything. After 3.5 months I went back up there and once again, they said they just didn’t have a tech that was capable of fixing my car. My motor at this point had been out of the car, torn down and the new one had been in for weeks and hadn’t been touched. I spoke with a service rep, the service manager, and eventually the general manager. I finally received my car back after they had it for a total of 4 months and 2 days. So I picked it up after dark. I got my car home and realized that they hadn’t put the cover back under the motor. So I called and they said to bring it back and they would put it on. So the next day, I’m on my way back and the check engine light comes on so when I got there I asked them to check that while they put the cover on. The service manager brought my car back after and said, "it was just an old code that popped up, that happens sometimes." He told me they had cleared it and my motor was fine. So I was done with the company at this point. So I took my car to another dealership that offers warranties and honors them and wanted to trade mine in because I didn’t want to have to deal with Wilson Kia ever again. While they were quoting my trade-in value, my car threw the code again. So after it’s checked out, I found out that they hadn’t gotten the timing right and my brand new motor was off time… This company costed me THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS off of the value of my vehicle AND Allowed me to drive away in a vehicle that they KNEW wasn’t fixed, possibly putting mine and my family’s lives in danger. And 4 months of being without a vehicle and they made no efforts to try to help me. This company will NEVER receive business from myself, my family, or my friends EVER again. They could care less about their customers! And they can’t keep employees because they treat them like crap too.
RE: 2017 Kia Niro still under factory drivetrain warranty with what appears to be (to everyone but Wilson KIA) as having a bad head gasket
RE: 2017 Kia Niro still under factory drivetrain warranty with what appears to be (to everyone but Wilson KIA) as having a bad head gasket. Okay, I'll keep this simple, although eventually I WILL put my whole Wilson KIA fiasco review here...and it's a long one that begins back in February and is still in Wilson KIA Limbo. Lying. I've now caught your people lying to me ONCE AGAIN. Thanks to my access to KIA Customer Care notes you cannot hide your activities. On 5/19 after having my car in your shop since 5/12 for severe coolant and white smoke issues, I called to seek status as this is my only transportation and it's been many days since anyone has had the courtesy to call me. I was told service was waiting to hear a response from KIA tech line as to how to proceed testing my engine. LIES! KIA tech line responded to you on 5/14 two days later. You folks are backed up in service big time. I DON'T CARE! I am the customer with a car under warranty that doesn't work! Your oil changes and miscellaneous service that bring you income is apparently more important. Not the first time I was blown off for weeks since this all began because you were too busy fixing cars for income, rather than warranty. It's all about the revenue at Wilson KIA. The biggest lie of all was not only told to me by the Service Agent, but the Service Manager, and YOU yourself. "The head gasket may not be covered under warranty as it is not a moving part, but your third party extended warranty company might pick it up". LIES! This is crazy, have you not read a KIA warranty book lately? It clearly states ALL engine internals, gaskets and seals are covered. Another questionable response from the Service tech that I have not confronted again...yet. There is a loud crunching noise at the steering shaft pinion. First your tech couldn't duplicate. Go figure. So I took a video and presented to all of you. The Service Tech response? It's something in the REAR suspension. LIES! This one has the whole internet laughing. It's a FRONT WHEEL DRIVE car. NOTHING in the steering is connected to the rear suspension. FWD cars don't have a rear axle, the suspension is independent. Can't wait for the Service Tech to tip toe around this fact when I once again present the issue. I want it fixed by the way. Undoubtedly there are more lies I have yet to uncover. Yet. This is a live review, I'm still in Wilson KIA Service Limbo. I wish I could say I've had exceptional experiences here, but I cannot. Service visits are always questionable. Something is off every time. I find a hard time trusting this establishment. Service call backs from voice mail over 3 hours to respond, IF responded at all same day. Coming from a BIG city region where there are as many as 5 KIA dealers in a 30 mile radius, this makes me sad we only have one here in Central MS . Current: 2017 Niro - still in warranty 2/4 taken to service, NO HEAT. Service response = "coolant low, flush needed". $181 procedure when a top off would have (purportedly) fixed the issue. Why was the coolant low in the first place hmm? 3/30 taken to service, not quite 8 weeks later, same problem, NO HEAT. This time accompanied by OVERHEATING, and BLOWING WHITE SMOKE UPON ACCELERATION. Service response = coolant low, needs thermostat, needs ?switch. Parts not on hand - need ordered. Once again, where is the coolant going, and why did I have a flush when I really needed something more? 4/13 Parts ordered and on hand, vehicle available to be dropped off. Service response = you're going to have to wait another week, we're too busy. 4/19 Finally dropped the car at Wilson KIA 0730 a.m. Service response at 1700 p.m. same day = we ordered the wrong parts. Thanks, took all day to figure that out. Tuesday April 20, dropped car once again. This time they installed the new thermostat and ?switch. I picked up the car that evening and further inquired to the coolant and white smoke. Service response = It was the thermostat causing the issue (no concern with my descriptions). I have driven it a week now and I still smell coolant on the regular. Dealer is claiming "normal" for a car my age. 2017 WTH? Friday April 23, coolant is visually down in the reservoir. Tuesday April 27, coolant now at the fill mark. Thursday April 29, coolant below the ADD mark. May 6, lots of white smoke again on the interstate, coolant reservoir nearly empty. Stopped at dealer to top off missing coolant. May 11, NO coolant left in the reservoir. I now demand the car be looked at again. May 12, dropped car at dealer to persue engine coolant issues. May 19, afters 7 days of not hearing from the dealer I call for status. I’m told by the service advisor that they were “waiting” to hear back from the KIA Tech Line as to how to test engine for possible head gasket failure. This was a LIE. KIA customer support later verified the Tech Line gave them instructions two days later on 5/14. They’ve been “too busy” to continue to work on my car. It has become very apparent Wilson KIA is all about the revenue, not the warranty claims. May 20, once again escalated with KIA customer care. Nine days without a car. Nine days of my car taking up space in the outdoor lot at Wilson KIA.

I brought my 2016 Hyundai Tucson to Wilson Kia and paid $368.00 for a recall on the ABS
I brought my 2016 Hyundai Tucson to Wilson Kia and paid $368.00 for a recall on the ABS. I'm not happy with the service and I want a refund. I've only had the car for 3 months.
I had a really bad experience with Wilson Kia
I had a really bad experience with Wilson Kia. They treated me so rude. They didn't give me a diagnosis or an invoice. Nobody is communicating with me about my dissatisfaction. Dealing with these people even cost me my job. All I want is my vehicle, but they just want money. And to make matters worse, the car still isn't running.
My car broke down on August 31st while I was out of state, so I had it towed to Wilson Hyundai for repairs
My car broke down on August 31st while I was out of state, so I had it towed to Wilson Hyundai for repairs. Luckily, I have an extended warranty and carsheild coverage. However, I haven't received any updates from the dealership. The only communication I've had is through text messages from someone there. I even left a voicemail for the service manager, but I haven't received a call back. It's frustrating because my car is essential for my job, and I've been unemployed since September because of this situation.

Car has been in the shop since the week of Christmas
Car has been in the shop since the week of Christmas. Every time I call, they say they're waiting on Kia to tell them how to handle the problem. It's hard to get them on the phone. The car used 2 quarts of oil in 1300 miles after they said they fixed it last time it was in the shop. This is the second time it's been in for the same issue. I need the car fixed and returned as soon as possible. It's a huge inconvenience not having it. They didn't even offer me something to drive for the last two months. It feels like they're giving me the runaround every time I call. This car is still under warranty and only has around 85000 miles. I've had this car since it was new and always had it serviced on time at this dealership.
My 2020 Hyundai Accent has been at Wilson Hyundai in Ridgeland since 11/9
My 2020 Hyundai Accent has been at Wilson Hyundai in Ridgeland since 11/9. It's now on its second engine repair. The dealership is taking forever to fix my car. It's been waiting for its second engine repair since July . They're now saying I only brought the car in April , which is not true, and they don't know when they'll be able to fix it. The company went through a buy and sell, and they only gave me and others who had a loaner or rental car 24 hours to bring the rental car back because of this issue. Now the new owners aren't providing rental cars. Their service advisors and management are rude and unwilling to help. I just want my car fixed! *** said that when she had this issue, she saved up the money to purchase the engine herself and had someone put it in, and she found a way to get to work, etc.
I went to Wilson Kia to get my car's possibly faulty oil lamp light checked
I went to Wilson Kia to get my car's possibly faulty oil lamp light checked. The night before, I checked the oil levels and they were not low. I never noticed any leaks in my daily parking spots before this visit. The representative at the intake desk asked about my last oil change, when and where it was done. I told him it was done 3000 miles ago at a place called *** in Brandon. He raised his voice a bit and strongly stated that if the other place caused any issues with the oil change, they wouldn't touch it because they would be responsible for any engine damage. I agreed and asked them to just check the oil lamp sensor. They didn't call me to get approval for any additional work. Instead, they went ahead and changed my oil pan, charging me $559. They claimed that *** had done an improper oil filter installation. This prevented me from going back to *** to resolve the matter under warranty. The part they changed should have been covered under warranty as well. This place lied to me and cheated me out of $559.
I bought a car from Wilson Kia and it started makin noise from under the hood
I bought a car from Wilson Kia and it started makin noise from under the hood. I told them about it and they said to bring it in. I did that and they said they didn't hear anythin. I even went back for oil changes and they still didn't hear it. I left the car overnight with them once and when they called to say it was ready, they said they couldn't find anythin. After that, my car completely stopped workin and I had to get a tow truck to take it to their shop. I haven't heard anythin from them since then. I have to keep reachin out to them, they never call me. I also asked about gettin a rental car and they said the company they use don't have any available. I asked about gettin reimbursed for gas since I work outta town, but they said they don't do that. At this point, I feel like I'm losin money on all ends because it costs a lot to get back and forth to work. If they had looked at the problem when I first told them about the noise, it wouldn't have cost me so much.
My car has been at Wilson Kia in Flowood since the day before Thanksgiving
My car has been at Wilson Kia in Flowood since the day before Thanksgiving. Before I had my car towed there from the *** on I55 N, they told me they were behind with repairs and said they would contact me after the beginning of the month. Fast forward, they contacted me on 1/18/22. I called back the next day to check my status and they told me they had called. So, this lady tells me that my battery, end cables, and something else are missing from my car that was there when I arrived. Now, my car has been sitting there for almost 3 months with parts missing, and they basically told me they can't even run the diagnostic test to see if the motor is covered under warranty because of the missing parts. They said I have to replace them before they can proceed with repairs and it's not their fault. I'm emotionally drained at this point. This has been an ongoing situation since November with my car. Plus, I'm without a car and have to borrow people's cars or use Uber, no rental. I just want my missing parts replaced and my motor replaced. Also, the lady gave me a supervisor's number to contact that same day. I have left at least 3 different voicemails since I went up there and talked to her, but no one has responded to me at all.
