Claiming I was to inherited my late sisters lottery winnings. She died by suicide because of all the scammers.
They contacted me in Nov 22...told me I was the beneficiary of my sister. Then they said I had to pay this and that fees in order to collect. For the past 9 months and thousands of dollars later...they are still telling me I owe more state taxes before I can collect the inheritance.
First it was a James, then Frank Cashwell and now Andy.
It is a total scam!
Desired outcome: I want my money back!
Prizes not received after making several calls
On April 21, 2023, I was contacted by Michael Fisher representing your company saying that I had won $2.5 million via a certified check, $725,000 in cash and a brand new BMW convertible. I paid between $5,000 and $10,000. Every time they were supposed to deliver my prizes either they needed more money or the wrecker broke down. Now there is no communication between me and Michael Fisher and Omar Banks.
Desired outcome: My prizes, as promised or my money returned.

I have been called by a person for me to purchase a Walmart Vanilla card for the sum of $300.00. This was to receive $2.5 million and a Mercedes car. The person in charge is David Miller of Burlington Ontario. I believe this is a scam. David Miller claims to be honest and legitimate and asks me to have faith in him as he will deliver the prize money and car. Really Have My Doubts about this winning.
Certainly would like to know if this is a legitimate company and a winning prize. Thank you Ed Wakaryk
$19,000.00 I can’t get back from Winners International
I received a call from Jacob Hunt that I won $1, 200, 000.00 plus a new Mercedes. He asked if I received the letter and I told him no. He asked for my email address and sent me the letter. He asked for me to go to Walmart and get a $500.00 gift card and send him a picture of it. I asked him why would I have to do that if I won something. He gave me this spill about covering fees. I let it rock on for a couple of weeks because he was steadily bugging me about my money I won and was very convincing . I finally sent him a Visa Card from Walmart. He said they were sending me two checks in the amount of $9, 500.00 ea. He wanted me to deposit them in my account and send two cashiers check from my account . He wanted me to send them to two different people overnight for broker fees. Well stupid me did it, and the checks they sent me came ack to my account as insufficient funds. Now,
I have lost $19, 000.00. Wish there was a way to get it back.
I have documentation on my phone and copies of checks where they were mailed too,
Desired outcome: I would like to get all my money that I have wrapped up in this company plus extra for all the trouble they put me through

Well that never happens after they receive payment, someone else will call with the same spill. And worst of all I have not received a book in almost two years. That within itself should allow me to end this so called contract with these crooks. Plz help

Lottery
Won $ 1.9 million in the 3 rd Quarter. Will have a new Mercedes Benz auto-delivered to my home address. A certified check in my name from P & C Bank in South Dakota. Need to verify me in order to receive funds. ID with Name, my address, Credit cards, etc. Prize promotion paid all taxes - no upfront monies needed. However, a fee of $499.31 is required to register to receive these winnings. Placed this Alvin James, the contact person, on hold. Called P & C Bank; Waterford Lottery and my cousin, a retired Assistant Attorney General, State of Michigan. The call emanated from Kingston, Jamaica. using AC (876).
Stated the lottery winnings came from Waterford, MI. This is the HQ for the Michigan Lottery. P & C Bank has no branches in South Dakota. ALL THIS IS AN ELABORATE SCAM TO SUCK MONEY FROM INDIVIDUALS. BEWARE!
You cannot win something if you did not enter!
Desired outcome: Shut down operations in Jamaica and investigate with the FBI.
Promise of prize package after paying delivery fees
October 2020, someone from Winner's International saying we had won $2.9 million and a new Mercedes. I have paid them approximately $5, 000 to them for delivery fees several times, registration fees and taxes. They are always promising I will get a refund of all that I have paid them. They are very persistent about calling several times a day even through the holidays. I told them I was not sending them any more money. This has me very upset. I would like it all to stop. Can this be done? The individuals that have been calling me are Frank Barker and Mr. Goldberg (no first name given to me). Now they are asking for another $500.00
Desired outcome: refund of all money I have paid them

I was told I won 18.8 million dollars
I was contacted by a Peter Northam and I was told I had won 18.8m plus a new mercedes, He swore up and down he was honest and this was on the up and up.I told him I had been contacted by scammers before but he stated that was not the same here, he has been calling me for the past few months until the date of delivery arrived and I have not heard from him since.
promise of $ and 2019 mercedes
I have been contacted numerous times by Mr. Nelson James who told me that I had won Millions of dollars and a 2019 Mercedes. I told him I had been scammed before and he assured me he was honest and was not a scam. He said that he was working with Homeland Security in Nevada who were in the process of checking the former scammers. He asked if I would testify against these people when they were arrested by Homeland Security. He told me I would have to pay taxes of 1% of the money I was to receive to Homeland Security. I told him I had no money and would not pay anything. I asked him to email me the name of the Agent he was working with so that I could confirm his story. He was adamant that I trust him and believe what he is telling me. I know this is a scam but wanted to get as much information as possible so that perhaps someone would apprehend these people and stop the scams.
threatening phone
4/18/19
Received call from hidden, unknown caller claiming I had won $350, 000 and a Mercedes. He said I would need to get a postal money order for $350, and hold it until the "guys" arrived at my home today with a cashiers check and the car. I told him was not going to give him or them any money, that he was a liar and a thief. Then he said "I'm going to come over there and kill you, m f." Then he hung up the phone.
Shame on him i had to çhange my phone n email people are trying to cgange my address but its .y family home of 61 yrs
calling me to say I had entered a sweepstakes at either walmart or walgreens and won.
John Fisher called saying I had won $679, 000.00 and a 2019 Caddillac. Verified my name and address. Didn't ask for any confidential information. Gave me all kinds of info to write down. Who was coming here to my house to present me the cash was the Co. Representative Nancy Allen, and Attorney Mary Washington. For 30 minutes he went on and sounded very sincere, right up to when he said he would need me to go to Walmart or Walgreens and I would need $299 to get a registered receipt. I would need that and my picture ID to claim my prize. He had waisted over 30 minutes of my life trying to build me up into thinking I had won money, a new car, and Gas cars. When at my age I'm looking at Social Security, that's not enough to secure anything. I didn't bother fussing at him, I was too tired and disgusted. He called back. I never answered. His number was 206-456-8965. I truly hope there's a place for scammers like him, a very Special Hot Place, you know in the afterlife.
