Wish 4 different items

I ordered 4 items. 2 rings, a transformer toy, and slime about 3 weeks ago. I was getting updates on the items then nothing and I still havent received the stuff. Then when u try 2 call customer service they tell u that number doesnt work at this time. I mean it was only 16 dollars worth of stuff but that is still 16 dollars wasted and 2 upset kids bcuz they didn't receive the items they have ever watching for ever since the order was placed. This is bad customer service and how u lose customers.

Wish cellphone - wish is a scam

They have a lot of random stuff. Despite their claim that you can buy in confidence from them because "they have your back" it is a hassle trying to return items. DO NOT attempt to call their 1-800 number because after you listen to its recorded messages, it then says that the service is unavailable. No it wasnt just a system outage, I have been trying for days. You can ONLY communicate with "reps" via the app. But, before you can get to that stage you have to answer questions from an automated online "help assistant" who basically vets why you need customer service. Then you have to wait 24 to 48 hours for a response. To make matters worst, they want you to upload a picture of the item you are trying to return, regardless if the system says it was delivered on the 3rd and you are trying to return it on the 4th. BUT, you just cannot upload said picture, nope you have to go back through the entire online customer service complaint vetting assistance and restate all of why the product was crappy just to upload the required picture. After that a customer rep will send you a standard we apologize blah blah. But what is alarming is that they say "they need to contact the store to SEE how you can obtain a refund" and they will get back with you in 24 to 48 hours. At this rate, your ONE MONTH refund time is slowly being eaten away just to return a product and get your money back. The saying is true, you get what you pay for. I am still undergoing the "return process" its almost like begging to get YOUR money back. In the future I cannot see me purchasing anything over $10 if at all. I cannot stomach having to beg and plead with a merchant that offers "returns" to get my money back for crappy products. BEWARE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Wish unauthorized direct debit payments

I keep seeing direct debits in my bank account for purchases I have not made. Please inform me how I can stop this from happening.
9/8/18 Direct Debit $24.00
31/7/18 Direct Debit $32.00
and these are the ones that I have only just found. I have received no invoices or any other confirmation receipt that this purchase was sent to me. I have not bought anything from this site in a long time, but they are still taking unauthorised money from my account.

Wish cat tree

Item shows as delivered, contacted wish and advised this and was ask to wait long, I waited until date they gave me, still not received. So contacted them again only to be told refund request end date was the date they had told me to wait for delivery till. Now refuses to refund as states item delivered and advised to check with neighbors and post office advised I have done this and know numerous other people who have had a same issue with the same item. Obviously fraudster seller, refuse to refund, investigate seller or to let me speak to manager or make formal complaint. Disgusting service, previously used wish many times and I am a frequent customer. Wish do not seem to care about this, disgusted that they allow fraudulent sellers and show no care or regard for their loyal customers. WILL NOT BE USING AGAIN AND WILL ADVISE OTHERS AGAINST USING WISH

It seems the problems are all happening to everyone but me? Of course I was unaware they give away items, sometimes the shipping is more than the item I'm buying. But when I receive my item four to six weeks later it appears to be coming from China. I've since stopped buying from them because I don't desire to give my money to a government that still supports child labor!

I’ve had the same issue as most. Delivery notifications state items delivered but they weren’t. I was asked to check neighbours and post office which I did. I ordered 3 trees for my local charity. Delivery notifications state items were delivered to 3 different areas all over England and not a single one of those locations was at my home. I was asked to wait to a longer date for delivery which I did as they said those locations may be depots and need a few days more to get the items sent. It sounded like a cop out but I waited. Still no items arrived. I contacted wish and was asked to follow refund procedure but the items were no longer in my history. I told them this and I was told again that my items were delivered so they couldn’t issue refund. I asked why they told me to follow refund procedure if they had no intention of refunding. They referred me to wish procedure and said they would pass feedback to appropriate parties. I referred them to my procedure - blackening their name on every portal and platform possible and reporting them to ombudsman. Funnily enough my refund was issued within hours!

Wish wish app

So I bought two Nintendo Switch pro controllers and wireless earbuds on the Wish app, but the payment didn't get to my account apparently, while the products had been paid for by bank account per iDeal! Because when the payment was finished, I got redirected to my Wish app, and nothing had changed there at all. It still said: ‘proceed with payment', or something like that! So I had to pay the whole amount again, so I literally paid twice for the products! Please help me refund my 61 euros!

In case you’re wondering, the second amount is 54, 90 euros, and not the full €61, because I had a coupon for -10% off the price, so I decided to use that...

Wish a order I made

I order a 10.1 tablet that ya'll sent to the wrong address, it went somewhere in Az...it was supposed to come to Alabama.I think you should look into this before I put a law suit on you, I want my DAMN tablet that I order NOW, I order it on 7/8/18, and I want my money back also, you said if it don't arrived on time you would give me my money back and I can keep it when it comes in, but you send it to another State, in Az.

Wish cell phone return

I have been trying for days to get WISH to give me a return address for the item I ordered. I get an email pretty fast, but the link does not work. They want a picture of the item when the picture is right there in the description. My phone does not take pictures and I don't care.

I need to return this item, but I guess no one there speaks English, or if they do, they are idiots who do not understand.

I have done everything they told me to do. But no return address. The phone I ordered is no longer needed for my husband because he died .

Did anyone else have this problem. The phone number does not give you any inforamtion except a website and the website offers no solution either. I emailed them again and said that if no address is provided in 48 hours, I will contact the BBB.

Anyone else have this problem. debbi

My name Is Brenda Gooden, I ordered 11 lace blouses, in different colors, on the 1st of this month when I received them on Monday the 13th, and when I opened the package all I received was seven of the colors, that I ordered. Did not receive five of the colors (1.) White (2.) Lavender (3.) Tan (4.) Black (5.) Khaki. You sent me 11 but they were Two Purple and two Coffees, which I did not order nor need. Will you please let me know how to return these items and get the correct items I ordered. When I tried to email this information on my cell phone and tried to send pictures, it would not go through I am truly not satisfied this is the second time I have not been able to get through. Wish won't respond to a request for a refund

I ordered a bra that took weeks to arrive. When it finally did arrive it was not what was pictured and was three times too small. I requested a refund twice and they State they are supposed to respond within two to three days yet no one has responded to me and I have yet to receive a refund. This company does not stand by its promise of a 30-day refund and is very unprofessional.

Wish 4 camera

I ordered the 8 channel KKmoon DVR kit for $153.00 on the 21st July, when got the parcel on the 30 July they where only 4 cameras only in the box and a ͏Ta͏x invoice for $54.00 dollars this is not what I ordered and the 153.00 was taken out off my account already so where is the other $99.00 dollars gone to . Please can you sort this out . I have spoken to wish servers and they have cut me off and there will not deal We me as they have still got my money of $99.00 missing, international Air Waybill no [protected]

Wish pet travel carrier

I have never received my item and ordered it back in June. They took my money and have not refunded me. Stay way from this company!. They are not a real company and will take your money. You also can not get a live human on the number they provided because it doesn't exist. This company is out of China. They are not based in San Francisco that is just a cover.

Wish wrong order

I made two different orders one was just hair extensions and they came with the right ones the second one was also hair extensions and also jewelry the extensions came but no jewelry and they were dark blonde no light blonde so wrong color I ordered 100%human light blonde 18" hair extensions. So I would like to exchange them, and I never got the jewelry I ordered with the hair, please help me get it my husband who has now passed away picked it out and I would love to have it now, thank you for you help in this matter I look forward to ordering again 😀

Wish a purchase

I made a order on wish payed for the item was given a tracking number for the item and never received the item I was supposed to have gotten the item on July, 8th and it is now August, 7th I called the post office and they said they don't have the package I would like your company to find out what happened to the package and either resend it or replace it if not found.

Wish everything, they charge me things I haven't even ordered?

They send me emails telling me my item has been delivered, didn't order these things But am being charged for them. I live on disability a fixed income and cannot afford any of these items. I want my money back! And didn't receive any of these items they say I did?don't know what to do? I've sent emails to these people but I get no response. Please help me, tell me what I should do? Report them to the BBB? They have a phone Number but no one answers& can't leave message [protected].

Did you contact your bank? Usually if its protected with the visa or MC logo, they will automatically refund your money. Then take it up with the company

Wish ordering/receiving payment taking unauthorised money

On aug 2nd i placed an order with wish i was so excited items i have been wanting well when i placed my order it said it didnt go thru so i tried it again and it went thru. From past expierences i decided to call my card and sure enough wish pulled double the money. I was upset so i tried contacting their customer support. I explained to them how they took 800 from my account for duplicate orders and i wanted one order just refund one. Well they cancelled my one order because by now my order form said one order was refunded yet that was not true it was not refunded my card company said they hold the money fir five days so they cancelled my one remaining order and did refund me 398. I am livid i wanted the 398 refunded i specifically told tgem i wanted one order so my money for the first order is still missing and i have tried to order again and now uts sending me to this sight it wont take my card. My card is not stollen i really like wish and i know if i coukd actually talk to someine than i could straighten all this out my mom aunts cousin daughters we all order fron wish i would hate for everyone to think they are dishonest now i would like tge 398 back and beable to order with my card please

Also they are declining my card there is no need for this my card is not stolen i feel like they stole my money now they sre ignoring me wont rectify it and now wont let me order because i complained how they took double tge money from me

Look i was double charged for an order on wish my order history only one order being shipped to me when i contacted customer support they cancelled my order refunded me half the money they took from my card my order was 400 they took 800. So i got refunded 398. Now i am not getting no items and they are declining my card. It is not stolen. Please help me rectify this asap

Wish unknown charges

Someone on July 24th charged our card $104 and we never made a purchase at all never actually so there is no way our card number was on the account I have given the last 4 numbers of card there are two so we don't know which it was on but gave them and zip codes sent them bank statement an I had to do all of this over last 10 days and they send me response can you tell me what card you used... I don't know for sure can you tell me what the purchase was . Can you send bank statement all these things every couple of days look through the emails it's ridiculous I am getting different people with same questions just worded differently. THAT is a lot of money out of our account and we never got or even ordered from you
I got out of work early to make some calls only to have found 4 different customer service numbers and the last one said you don't help people on the phone ! Customer service people there has to be a real person on the end from time to time. If you would like all the names of the people i have "emailed " I certainly will. I need to know what the purchase was the iterm/s where it was shipped and when it was shipped.
The last email the person said there were to many transactions to determine mine he wanted zip codes last 4 numbers and bank statement even though I provided all that before I sent it and I am holding again..
My boyfriend works out of town and he relies on his card I am trying to avoid all this I am afraid someone has compromised our card but I Need to make arrangements and get money out an too him before I shut it down.
I told him in last email there is one person that was a houseguest for couple days few months back and she is the ONLY person I know that has a wish account . I asked them to find that account and tell me if she did that . I'm still waiting of course and I am extremely disappointed if you are going to do just on line problem resolution then be able to handle the volume of emails you get a little two sentence reply for info . then another and then another just dragging the info out of us. Then waiting 2-3 more days for response between each one of them to get back to me, not good customer service in my opinion . I NEED resolution on this . Bottom line my card was charged . I purchase no items never have an I need that 104 dollars I had to short my rent because of this

Wish wish

I placed an order with wish to the total value of £65 I didn't receive any of the things, That was about 4 months ago, I have sent them a number of emails and they said I had to reply within 30 days of not getting them, I did all that and still they won't refund my money, what a joke they were presents for family and friends, I am not happy about this and all I want is my money fefunded and I won't be shopping with wish any more,

Wish several items

I placed an order back in May I have NOT received over half of my order it is now August, They tell me it is too late to request a refund! Nor will they deal with the items that have not been shipped! So much for the $130. Bucks I spent! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! I have requested for the attorney general to look at the business and see about keeping them from doing business in our State!
