I place an order on Dec 6th for my teenage kids for Xmas paid for with a visa vanilla gift card not only did u guys cancel the whole order saying there was a problem with payment but u took $194. Simple: the case has the cutouts (for buttons, charger) incorrectly placed; the cutouts on the back are correct but the ones on the end are incorrect. The ones on the end would match if the Kindle was facing the case but then the Kindle would be pretty useless. I need to know how to return the item (although honestly it's worthless) for a total refund of $6.25.

I would like to complain about delivery
I just received notice from the post office that several of my packages have arrived and I am shocked that I will have to pay an additional R24 Per package to get them from the post office. It is all just Not worth it if i still have additional charges after paying for shipping. Had somebody told me that in the first place I would have NEVER bought the stuff especially not the amount of stuff that i bought. As it stands i need to pay the post office R192 to collect 8 packages and I have about that many packages which have not arrived as yet.

Wish needs someone in customer service to answer the phone there is no customer support whats so ever also when u go to check out b sure its just the one item your buying not doubled up for some reason there site likes to double your items at checkout. I purchased some boots for my daughter for Christmas but they came today and as soon as I brought in my package they smelled like deisal fuel or some kind of chemical so bad I had to take them outside and there is no way I can give this toxic item for a gift. Worse yet the seller shipped with a small bag of potpourri so they knew they were toxic either from glue or chemicals where they were stored or made of really disappointed won't recommend wish to Anyone since there seems to be no recourse.
