Since Aug 16th after several attempts trying to get a straight answer from my previous emails inquiring about the " Airfreez selling for $80.00 ? Their customer service is pathetic. I have outstanding orders from February and when I queried a refund the refused saying the ** period is closed so I asked when is my order arriving all I get is an automated response for whatever query I have. No one is actually dealing with the issue at hand. Now it's money lost for items I may never receive which now shows your company are theives. You are not a business. Since this purchase, Wish has take money out of my account without authorization. They took $10.67 on August 17, 2019. $11.78 on August 20, 2019 and $10.78 today. I did not order anything, and I did not authorize any withdrawals. Funny how they do not have a person to talk to when you call the phone number and when you enter a chat, they only let you make pre-made responses... They keep taking money every week! Someone hacked into my wish.com account and made an expensive purchase on my saved card. I can't even cancel the order as they changed the email address for my account. I have sent 4 messages to wish.com advising them of the situation and they have done nothing. I am overseas on holiday and now have to cancel the one credit card I have with me.
