I cancelled the order the same day that I placed it. An email was sent to me stating that the order was cancelled, Now I see that the charge has been placed on my account I never received it and I also cancelled cause it was for the wrong phone. The order was placed for an LG Stylo three and I have a LG Stylo four. It would great if this could be corrected promptly.
scooter skin/sticker
I ordered a skin/sticker for my daughter's segway. When it arrived it was totally different to what i ordered. Yet when i showed Wish pictures, they said the order was correct. I ordered Union Jack skin which should have come cut to shape of the Segway. I got a brick wall sticker all creased.
They have asked me to send it back at my own cost, I'm already over £11 down. I dont think its up to me to pay to return this item, ive asked for prepaid packaging and to send me the correct sticker i ordered, but they keep fobbing me off as youll be able to see in the screen shots I've added in the pictures.

My daughter used my credit card for purchase some items from wish.com and I was interested what is that..
When I checked arrved items (some clothes) I was shocked.
quality was like in dollar store for price like five or more times expensive.
everything is so cheap and poor qualitry. it's hard to understand how anyone trusts these guys.
all that they have very good is their agressive advertising.
never received products
I have ordered several items from Wish.com. I received most of them but there are three of them that I have not received. It says that there has been delivery confirmation however, I cannot locate the packages. When I contacted the post office the tracking number says the postage was paid on a letter not a dress. The postmaster said that the dress would weigh more than 13 ounces. Contacted Wish.com several times and I just keep getting the exact same response that the item was delivered. I just want either my money back or the products I ordered.

Hi I'd love to shop with you more but after my last purchase I'd rather not right now until the last problem is resolved. ...
I bought some Charles Olson (supposedly) headphones with a real big discount only to find when they got here that they were the cheapest and most fake item I've ever bought... And that's from Amy discount site! The product turned out to be that bad I actually threw them away and has totally stopped me buying anything else from not just yourselves but other discount sites too. If I'd have been pre warned on how crap the quality was I wouldn't have purchased them in the first place I.e reason I havent bought anything since as I've now lost all trust in resuming further orders... If this can be resolved then maybe I'd be willing to shop with you again but only if I'm notified on the quality of the order before paying for them beforehand

I placed 7 orders with this company.
I had an issue with 3.
The first order was missing a ring.
The 4th order, the shoes did not fit.
The 6th order I was sent a used jacket with a reddish orange stain on the sleeve and was also small, even though it was stated to be an XL on the website.
Due to requesting refunds for these orders I have been blocked.
To avoid me at one point when their customer service link was broken, they sent me 15 emails in French...
I was told they refunded me for these orders but I received no refund.
Talk to my bank!
And worse I was told I'm blocked because of too many refunds ..Uh what?
I've received no refunds and have missing, damaged and unwearable items...
So a company can send me damaged or missing items or lie about sizes and when I want this issue addressed they dodge me, block me n lie about my refunds?!
Someone needs to investigate this company!

on 12/03 2018 i was trying to purchase a frog necklace and frog earrings for my neighbor for christmas i put those 2 items in my cart on wish went to pay everything appeared to go through just fine using my debit card later that day went back into wish to buy something else and my card was denied and the money for the frog items was refunded to my debit card now when i try to use my debit card on wish it tells me i need a bank statement and other stuff that i dont remember what they were i do not have a bank as my disability goes on a debit card please help me fix this issue thank you please look into the problem and see why im being told you need to have a copy of my bank statement and whatever else was needed thank you i just want to be able to shop on wish without the headaches and hassles

I ordered a really wanted tripod.

Turned out my account was hacked and my shipment rerouted to someone in the US while I myself live in Jakarta, Indonesia.

I specifically said NOT to cancel or refund my order.
Instead you deactivated my account.
You canceled the order.
You turned my credit card money into Wish cash.
So now I don't have my order.
I'm stuck with a lot of Wish cash.
In an account that can NOT be used.
I've contacted support countless times.
You told me many times how sorry you are and you would make things right.
Since my last email on December 7 I haven't received any reply.
I expect Wish to convert my Wish cash into actual money and refund that to my credit card, which was my original payment method after all! Otherwise I feel obligated to warn all my acquaintances and on all social media to never purchase anything from Wish...

broken watches and missing items
awful customer service yet Wish still want to be paid.. sent an online form with pics for broken watches, contacted via twitter re the same and still no one bothers to contact. I wont be paying for items broken. i had ordered gifts for christmas which is now tomorrow not much good to me arriving next week is it!
I've had to buy other items to compensate at a greater cost.

When I try to get help they just keep pushing me off to someone else. What do we have to do as a consumer. This company sells clothing from China, that in excessive percentage ( I estimate over 35%) doesn't match the description or pictures and has very low quality. I ordered about 25 items and for several I had to raise a refund claim. Reasons included: T- shirt advertised as cotton was made of total plastic material, sweater had 10 cm shorter sleeves than shown in the picture plus a hole in the knitting pattern, several items had poor edge finishing - the sewing was missing ( instead was just cut on a material that falls apart on the edges if not sewn properly), children's boots very smelling so strongly from some chemical I couldn't have my children wear it. These items I had to throw away, no use. For a first few items, they issued a refund. However after 4 items, that marked my account for "excessive claims", even though every complaint was properly documented for a specific reason including pictures. So now for items that arrived 8 weeks later and are also not good quality, customer service refuses to talk o me and advises by ordering more items I can put my account again in good standing. Yeah right! Even for an product that never arrived, that according to their own tracking system vanished 30 days ago in China I don't qualify according to them for a refund. They recommend to wait another month. Sop that would make the ordering time to 3 months long. I suspect the reviews they are getting are somehow fake, because they all talk about receiving items so much early than expected date and how beautiful they are. No reviews with actual complaint. So I suppose they filter out all bad reviews and delete them quickly.

I placed my order in mid Nov. for gifts for my granddaughter who had only returned home a couple of months ago after a 4 year disappearance. We have little money so went through this site. Placed the order around the 15th of Nov. Today is Dec 21 and all of the things we ordered were "shipped" the dates were to arrive in time for Christmas. Now, even though they have been shipped last month, not even ONE has arrived and the arrival dates have extended by the company past Christmas AFTER they've been shipped.
Customer service is ALL AI - no humans.
AND 2 items have been paid for by completely dropped from my order completely! So they took the money I had stole it and never delivered one thing. They call it shipped so they can tell you that you cannot cancel your order since it's been shipped.
These people can kiss my [censored], I will make them my personal mission to be exposed to the media. I didn't even want to give them ONE start, but I had to put something.
issue processing payment notice
I received a notification stating there was an issue processing my payment of $242.00. I checked my credit card and saw the payment was processing and there was plenty available credit to accommodate my purchase. I tried to make another order, under $20.00, using a different credit card and I received the same notification. I tried a third card for the same $20.00 purchase and got the same notification. The notification asked me to upload a photo of my drivers license.This is very irritating and I'm beginning to wonder about this company.

My credit and debit cards were used to make purchases without my knowledge. I have been in contact with the fraud squad here in Australia and they are investergating the matter further. I want to know who made thes purchases and where they were made from.
I am not a customer of wish and have never pitched Anthony from either yourselves or any other on line company.

harry potter pillowcase
The harry Potter pillowcases I ordered are not the right ones. I ordered the burgundy Hogwart pillow cases for my granddaughter for Christmas. The pillowcases that were mailed to me are the Harry Potter video game pillowcase. It's not appropriate nor the right color for my granddaughter. There is a hold placed on my Wish account. I really don't get any joy in resolving my issue. I have given wish the bank statement requested and informed them many times that there was no transaction on my bank statement because I bought the items with my wish cash. I just get a computer generated reply with the exact same words. I really just need to resolve this issue, but can see it is really a lost cause!
