I have ordered many items from this website and some I have been extremely please with my issue is that the items that I've ordered which in total or five that for a year now I have been trying to contact customer service to try to get some kind a result because I never received the items email after email after email and I cannot get anybody to return any kind of communication with me or any kind of resolve to my situation or To the money that they took from me
misused credit card
My clients credit card was used on your site and she didnt authorize anyone to use it. She is trying to figure out who it was and any other information she can get so she can prosecute the person who did this. It is very hard to find out any information about misused credit cards and how to go about this. If you could please let me know what i would have to do to help her get this resolved i would appreciate it bc this is very concerning that theres no other way to report a stolen credit card

Ive spent over 100 on wish and never again one product was supose to be here yesterday but no thenthe supplier says oh holiday can wait another week thats rude you have taken my money so i deserve my products i was supose to receive another product today 12/16/16 but no it did not arrive i will never ordered again i will shipping back my items when they arrive for a refund

I placed an order for 16 Yeti cups in mid November to be used as Christmas gifts. I spent more than $330 on these cups which were supposed to be delivered yesterday and still have not been delivered. The most frustrating thing of all is your lack of customer service, in that one has to send an email about a shipment and wait at least 3 days for a response. Also, in order to file a complaint, one has to send an email. You offer no person to speak to. In fact your "mailbox" is full for the only phone number that I could find. Who does business this way? I am afraid that I have been bilked out of this money at Christmas time. This would be considered mail fraud, and is punishable by the Federal government. It is disheartening to see the multiple complaints on your website which no one at Wish.com has tried to make "good".

I ordered a reborn baby doll for $2.00 when it said it was shipping to me and all I got really excited BC that was for my baby girl Christmas gift then today @5:58est I got an email telling my my money has been refunded and I never once asked for a refund I sent them 10+emails and no response yet and so they better respond to me before Monday or that will have a lawsuit on there hands for scamming people out of money what's really messed up with this place is that they don't have a contact number to call and talk to anybody u have to send them a message and what when it's best for them to answer you but they better respond back to me before Monday or I'll make sure they will be closed down I'm not happy with WISH RIGHT NOW AT ALL

I made a purchase on December 12th, 2016 there were 4 dresses ordered. I've contacted Wish on several temps about my order I call my bank they have been paid but keep telling me they can't find my order. I've gone as far as to provide them all 3 of my email address attached to the order but they are stll giving me the run around. The order is 158.06

I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau as well as the state police and local at 12 noon today eastern standard time. I have been robbed of hundreds of dollars after ordering one pair of shoes off of the moble wish shopping store.
I need a prompt response and someone that is not only courteous but can also actually help me today. It is illegal what has happened and I will not take this lightly.

reborn baby doll
I bought the reborn baby doll on a day they were on sale for $2. At the of the night the price went back up to it's original price of $108. When they told me it was shipping I was excited. Then I received an e-mail saying that the order was cancelled. I found the baby back on the site after they said it was not available anymore. Seems that they care more about the profit than honoring their contracts. They did the exact same thing to my sister.
I'm also wondering if anyone else had the same exact experience when purchasing the reborn babies?
I purchased a doll from Reborn, August 4, 2019. it is now Nov 14 and still no doll. I got every excuse in the book from them.. " delay in shipping, parts need to be ordered overseas, not enough employess to make the demand.. shipped..in 3 weeks" well still no doll.. after numerous emails, NOTHING any suggestions? TY
I received an answer from wish today saying that they have refunded all outstanding accounts for this person as they have stopped working with wish. Wish have no way of knowing if they actually have posted the items and then stopped being linked or if they removed themselves as they can not for fill the orders. Therefore our money has been refunded. So I guess there is still a small chance that we will receive the dolls
I also bought a number of reborns between $1.90 and $4.00. They have been marked as shipped 3-5 days ago but today I have received a refund - which it says I requested due to fraudulent activity. Seems they just don't want to honor the deal. Will be interesting given mine were already marked as shipped days earlier. Surely if marked as shipped then this shouldn't be done until they are posted! Rather annoyed as we were looking forward to these dolls.
Yes the same thing happened to me it was marked as shipped and the refunded. I cannot get a direct answer from them. However I have sent an email to get Gephardt. I wonder if enough people message him about what they did if maybe he'd go out for them.

missing items, bent, mutilated product that is not delivered to my door
Would like a list items that we have been reimbursed for because we did not receive them . I need the list to follow through with a complaint form with the Postmaster General and filing a complaint with local police department on missing items. We have a serious belief of thievery from somebody with in the local post office or even of the delivery man. People shouldn't be missing net many items and yes we do use other web sites to purchase items and some of those items aren't being delivered or missing and yes I am contacting the other websites requesting the same information so I can make my case with the police and the Postmaster General. bathing suit, dress, contour kit/brushes
I bought the contour kit and brushes first, I never received them. I got logged out of my account when I logged back in my account was cleared and I never got my items even though the money was taken out of my account. I have the bank records showing so. Then I emailed wish and it was never fixed. Then after this incident, I proceeded to order a bathing suit and a sweater dress. I paid for both of these and have the bank records showing so, and STILL have not received any of my orders. Every time that I get logged out, my account is cleared and says I haven't bought anything. Me, getting new phones recently, keeps getting logged out.
I never got my stuff I ordered
On october the 6th i ordered pants, a couple shirts, bedding, shoes, a necklace and bracelet and ankel bracelet and on November i seen my items were not here so i went on the web site to see they put my county and zip wrong i sent a email to the support for Wish.com provided to the clients and i got a email back saying they couldnt change the address to buy more stuff or ask for a refund, i ask for a refund and i got a refund on one of the that was 1.00, i contacted them again and ask them where the rest of the 125.00 dollars were, i got this estimate from my credit card company, i have ask for refunds by pressing refund on each item but i still havent recieved one and as you see this is December 13th and i sent more emails to there website and was told contact customer support again and they are customer support, i have contacted numbers given by them and all it says is to go to the website and contact customer support, i have done all these things but they never sent me anything and kept the money regardless of me telling them i nevet got anything and pressed refund items.
