unauthorized charges without fully refund.
I has a few things i put in my online shopping cart on September 30th. I do not get a check until the 1st of every month. As im holding my phone without being on the checkout page im looking at products, my phone suddenly says checkout complete or something to that. Im like noooo! Tried stopping and immediately contacted support for dispute and cancelled asked for full refund. I go on to explain that i wasn't asked to review order, submitt, continue to process nothing.Then i start getting messages about order being delivered. Ive been talking through email to support for weeks and getting the run around so bad to the extent of now receiving support messages in another language. I was charge $65.54 on the 30th made my bank account charge insufficient fund charge of $35. And a bill bounced charged me $12.50. I've received 2 items that was free just pay postage even though i told them and they supposed took care of the entire order. You wouldn't believe the support emails. I even screenshot the money from my account clearly saying wish.com and was told that it didn't look like a charge from their company. I am still demanding a full refund as well as resolution of the charges they caused my bank account to erupt. And i stop contact through the app. Because they deleted our conversation and it says error. But have all emails with the [censored] run around I've been getting for weeks. Please help or i will contact better business Bureau as well as anything and everything else including making a mission on social media, YouTube ( i have a very famous family member) it will be hell on them.

I placed an order for wedding items& got an email that there was an error with my account and the amount would b refunded...i noticed last four digits of card # shown did not match any of mine, they weren't even close! I tried to update the info& reorder but they want a copy of my bank statement emailed to them to verify my account? Seems fishy to me especially since the bank number wasn't mine to begin with and trying to contact anyone thru customer service seems impossible! I have deleted my account with them& suggest anyone using wish.com use extreme caution before giving them any banking information!

Of course it took me a while to figure this out but commen sence tells you that when offered a choice of a refund, the average customer is going to opt for the Wish Cash. If you choose to have your card refunded, you lose your discount code and any other coupons. Also. They inform you that it will be a minimum of 2 weeks for the money to be refunded to your card
The Wish Cash is what draws people back to the site to make more purchases. I decided to see if the limited inventory was actually limited. So I clicked on the short sale and then purchased the same item again at full price. The full price purchase went through and was processed and the limited inventory priced item was rejected the following day. I hope someone checks into this because it is unethical as hell and should be illegal.

I had paced orders of many items, and after they had processed them in a timely many of their policy, and all items were paid for and check out with 24 minutes time of promotion was up, I have e-mail proof, as well my Omen is a gaming/Office computer system and it will record in video format just like watching tv, and everything with my server and network was recorded in video format, from the time I shop and place the items in cart to be paid for and when I even paid for them and check them out. All was video recorded, with 24 minutes left, I will send the full video and all the chats I have received from them as of this moment I am going to contact the Attorney General's Office and make sure He has a copy of the video and all information needed as I do state as( Fraud) as well (Scam).
Because and do to the fact all my orders were very on time and paid for, and to receive an email for them the next day saying my cloths, shoes, headphone set was no longer available, after was paid for on time way before on time of 24 minutes before promotion ended on time, so I was curious of what is going on, I did go back to the site and they wanted me to re-buy all at a higher price, bad news on hat part under united states law (If an item is priced incorrectly on the shelf, or scans at the wrong price at the till, retailers are under no obligation to honour it, under the Sale of Goods Act.)

They must obey United states rules of sales, when any item and or items is bought and paid for, They must conclude it as point of transaction and sale the item as was listed and priced as was paid for, all items that were paid for under United states action law of point of sale paid for items Must be honored and set to the buying customer and or and shopping placement as pertaining to, companies, online shopping centers, (ECT.) as of it was paid for even in promotion, The seller is full responsible for replacement of all items and or there full price retail value to the buy customer. if refund is in act of the united states law, The seller must obey the full amount to be refunded at each and all items paid for, sellers responsibility, under refund act of law, Seller will refund full retail value (full price of market valued Items of all items value to replace all items, If seller refuses to replace all items at full value priced, they must repay the buying customer in full amount to replace all items at full valued price, and due to illegal actions from the seller, of price change to a higher amount, a lawsuit can be filed under the united states law under section code of good faith in sales, seller is to : A: send all items paid for by customer, even if the full valued amount is higher, or full amount valued to replace items and this as to be documented seller must send buyer a certified check to replace all items at true value price, and or seller to replace all items and send to buyer at the sellers cost.

On 15/09/2019, I purchased Optimus prime transformer from Wish website .
I ordered a toy - Optimus prime transformer, and was promised the delivery by the 15 th October. Wish Order Number - 5d7d8b2b890240d5082fbd17
We received a message on the 8th October in the evening, that the product has been delivered .
However we never received anything . I never received a call to say that the product is at the reception and I should collect it .
I was never informed that the product is there. The website of Wish mentions .. delivered ... Proper investment AU 4008

There is no customer service number where I can call and contact to complain
The company has a bloody robotic customer service where it just picks up words that we type and give the set answers everyone .
They do not have many options about the problems you face.
Horrible way to dealing with customers and testing there patience.
I am so dis satisfied that I paid 55$ which is not a small amount at all.
I don't receive my order and now no one is answering my complain and the website says I should wait until 8 November..
Why the heck should I wait for another one month to get my product that I ordered or the money back which I paid for NOT RECEIVING THE ORDER I PLACED.

three charges that was not authorized by me
I had a charge of $21.30, $53.20, and $28.80 that was placed on my credit card that I did not authorize. The charges was posted out on 10/12/19 at 05:23. The last 4-number of the credit card that was used is 6861. Exp 10/20. I need that orders that was made cancelled and the charges reimbursed to my card.

The message said that the refund will reflect in my account within 3-5 working day, its over 10 days I haven't receive any notification concerning the refund. Just like a lot of other complaints. Someone went in, changed my email, tried to purchase something probably so they could change the credit info and refunded a bunch of purchases. I still get the notifications on my phone but have no way to contact them. The response email keeps telling me to do everything in the app when I can't get in. Time to deal with getting a new credit card. How purchases are even allowed to be refunded to a different card then used on purchases is beyond me and the fact that the email I got saying my email address had been changed didn't have a button to block the action is amazing. Also after you've purchased and get a 5-50% off your next purchase it is never given as any number over 5%. Fix your problems as this is no different to a fraud perpetrated on your customers. limited quantity deals
I put in an order for two limited quantity orders (they charge 50 cents for shipping, and if you don't make it in time, they refund it). One company did as they said. But some how, the other one managed to pull the offer after I had checked out. In checkout, I agreed to be charged $1.08. When I checked my account, I had been charged $50! When I contacted Wish about this, they said it wad correct, and because the company wasted no time shipping it out, there is nothing that can be done. So now I get to wait over a month for this thing to get here, and HOPE they will return it (and not charge an arm and leg for return shipping).

I ordered my package on August 29 and my package said it will be here on the 28 th of September and the date moved to the 5th of October and I still have not gotten both packages of room lights ! Last 3 months I couldn't used my account. So, in August my account wasn hucked, sombady order some watch and I charged my credit card. After that I wasn't able to log to into my account and forced to cancel my credit card.
I was writing mail to you costumer service couple day and finaly thay start to work on my problem on the and of August. Thay investigate about this transaction and back me my account and also refund money into my account.
I tried to order couple things and wish cancel my order asked me for my bank statment what I send couple time and stil after 3 month I have same issues. First, I am very disappointed about the fact that my prive information wasnt safe. You alowed that someone charge my credit card without my permission and also see some of my personal information as my mail, addres, phone number. Second I want you to back my account and my monay. I had a similar problem with wish, I had ordered a product that was out of stock and was originally refunded the $50 I had paid for it, when the product came back in stock it was priced at $205 so naturally I decided not to purchase at such an increased price and left it in the saved list incase it came back on special I would purchase, however about a week later I noticed $248 missing from my account it was the price of the product plus delivery, I had not requested this product at this price and contacted wish to cancel it and refund me but they just refused and said I must have accidentally placed the order, knowing that I hadn't and thinking if it was a mistake I should still be refunded so I contacted them again but Recieved no response and so I contacted a third time, they have purposefully delayed contacting me and their final response is that it has been shipped and cannot be cancelled I have to wait 3 weeks until the product is due to arrive and then send it back, I was not satisfied with this response but had no other choice but to agree to this so I contacted again to ask how they wished to compensate me for the cost of posting the item back to them and which I was informed that I will not be refunded any delivery fees .. I'm very unsatisfied with this resolution and expect the item probably never was sent and I will be waiting a long time to get any of my money back if ever, I will never be shopping with wish again they are a bunch of
