Do not order from wish! This web site is a scam... Don't use them. The products are cheap, and they will only send you one item per order, even if it's suppose to be in pairs. The representative from the iloveyou store (tina) was very rude and refused to help solve my issue. The wish web site claims "they got your back" but in all reality they don't even care enough to read your complaint let alone help resolve it. They just pass you over to the merchant and say good luck. I will not use this website ever again and I do not recommend them to anyone. My advice is to find another web site... Their products are cheap and their service is a joke!

I received an item, a watch that I ordered for my Grandson, I picked it up today February 12 opened it and it was literally busted.
I have been shopping at Wish for about 4 years now and have never received a busted item like this, even though it had a protective wrap around it - it was broken. Can I request a new one.
I can't complete the payment.

Something happened to my account and it won't let me buy anything, I have tried to correct it but to no avail. I have sent 5 emails. Please help. Every time I open the app it has an error page showing my email with the word false behind it .Dona Adam's

I ordered a BT speaker and It arrived damaged. The power cable was broken. I requested a refund but they blocked me. I sent an appeal but no use. Does anyone know how to deal with this?

I been waiting on three rings i ordered a few weeks ago and I haven't seen them yet. Hoping they come today.
