charged 3 times for same order. no customer service. no refunds
Hi Wish,
My experience with the Wish App was initially good. Shipping was a bit slow but the items arrived and they were good quality.
One of my recent experiences, however, has soured my opinion of the Wish App and your so-called "Customer Support".
Firstly, I recently purchased a $5.00 Remote Brake Fluid Reservoir from the wish site.
I received that item not long afterwards. That ‘s fine.
About a week or so later I received another such item in the mail.
I was shocked because I only ordered one item.
I then checked my bank statement and found that Wish had, in fact, charged me $5.00 three times on my credit card account; Two times on the 10th April and one time on the 15th April.
This means I have been charged $15.00 for what was supposed to be a $5.00 purchase.
Thinking that I may be made some sort of mistake I checked my Wish order history.
My order history showed two orders for the same item but with two different order numbers; 5cadd49a12c323646ede2768 & 5cadd4cdb608b58d2a552692.
I definitely did not order more than one of these items.
I have repeatedly tried to contact Wish Support via my app to have this fixed.
I have repeatedly tried to remedy this situation with all available avenues on your app.
I have repeatedly tried to get onto the wish website on my PC but I can't even log in.
I have repeatedly tried to use the "Forgot Password" function but never has a reset email been sent to me.
I repeatedly get emails telling me that Wish cannot help me "It appears that you opened this ticket for ‘Account/Payment Issues' rather than ‘Order Issues'"
I received one reply which suggested that I will receive a refund but no refund has actually been made.
Even that email I can no longer find; it has disappeared.
I'm still waiting for my refunds !
I am very unhappy and I will tell everyone I know to stay away from your App.
It is impossible to even find out an email address for Contextlogic Inc !
It is nearly June. When will get some real support ?

so on may 12, 2019 i purchased a infinity war spiderman hoodie for $21.31 but i immendently cancelled the order because i saw one for $10. so after i cancelled i was told on sunday 26, 2019 that my card would be refunded the money and today is the 26th and still no refund. pricing
You advertise one price, I go to buy it and the price has jumped. I am aware that you do this for added exposure as this is what you have written in your notice to merchants. This is a most deceptive way to do business and it is not getting you added sales as I delete the item from my shopping cart if the price jumps. PLEASE be truthful about the prices. I will buy from any site that has honesty in its pricing but not when a site is trying to scam me.
I have been sent 2 products different to the ones I ordered, how do I go on about making a claim?
The first one is a dress which I liked in the picture. Blue lace bodice. The one I have been sent is blue lace bodice, but it's a different style. The second one is a dress ring, different shape to the one I ordered.
I also sent for a white top which looks fine on the picture they use to advertise it. Unfortunately I won't be able to wear it as it is completely trnsparent. this not made obvious on the picture they advertise. Before I bought the boots I read the policy on returns and they said returns accepted, so I bought a pair, size 8.5.
When they arrived they felt too small.
I have pets, so I immediately put them back in the original packaging and sealed it, then proceeded to contact wish.com to arrange an exchange for the next size up.
(I have been shopping on ebay almost 10 years and this is normal procedure with them.)
I filled out all the questions, then I get to the "attach photograph" section.
I do not have a camera.
I have an 2010 desktop pc.
Well, without a picture, wish.com will not process the claim - I can't even turn in the request without a photo!
I made several complaints thru the "chat" app, but it is automatic.
I repeated over and over again that there is nothing wrong with the boots!
All I want to do is return them for the next size up.
Again and again, these bozos kept asking for a picture!
Again and again I repeated that they did not need one...
I am not complaining about a defect.
I simply want to return them for a larger size and I do not have the ability to attach a photo!
In order to reach a person, I downloaded a stock photo from my computer taken before my camera broke and it went thru.
That person emailed me but wanted a picture of the size tag to process the return, exchange.
You people are jerks and I am never spending another dime on anything from you.
I am also telling everyone on facebook not to shop with you because you are impossible to work with.
Why do you need a photo of a size tag if I said they feel too small?
I did not say you sent they wrong size!

not getting my refund
I have left several messages on the items i purchase sent pictures of items to goback and explained that was wrong sizes..the purse was not what i expected. showed pictures of postman scraning the pkgs.. delivered to the wrong address
They shipped to the entirely wrong address, and the wrong city/zip code even. Insisted that UPS handed the delivery when USPS/Amazon handled it. Providing images of my unhelpful conversation with customer support for others to read. I am displeased about the way they handled the situation and tried to absolve themselves of all guilt and their [censored]ty 'it was delivered' policy.
I was just going to uninstall the service, but I decided as I was writing this to just flat out ask for my account to be deleted.
Given the nature of Wish, I was expecting some trouble. But this is just absolutely unacceptable.
I appologize if the screenshots are out of order at all. I couldn't rearrange them.

I bough the most expensive drone in the wish.com site: about 300$ (order #: 5cb3f14c11d9812b25956f2f). the item came physically damaged. despite my repeated requests no action of repair or replacement was undertaken by wish customer service. they told me that everything is fine and use sharp objects to open the compartment and to try it. I did. the first try with fully charged batteries in both the drone and remote control and this drone went uncontrollably and hit the ground and destroyed itself completely beyond repair. customer service did not take any action at all. they closed the ticket I had opened with any pronouncement

Respected Sir,
I am from Jammu & Kashmir, state of India and had made a purchase through my Credit Card on wish app on 19th of April at 5:14 pm and 20th April 2019 at 5:43pm for an amount of INR 1180 and INR 1712.05 respectively. The products were supposed to reach by this date. It is very disappointing that I have not received my purchases despite lapse of a month.
Further, i complained over email and customer care but that appears a mockrey as the system generates reply mail and customer care redirects on number only, and no human interaction is available to whom i would have complained.
Now, i requested yourgoodself to return/refund the whole cash ASAP.
I shall be waiting for early reply.
