I do all of my shopping online and have never ever had an experience like this. Their positive reviews can not be accurate. I ordered a product on July 12th, received a notice that it shipped July 16th with delivery range of July 23-Aug 3. Revised estimated ship date was Aug 9th - its Sept 6th and have not received package and only a computerized customer service which ABSOLUTELY SUCKS! Buyer beware if you order - and if you order and your product doesn't arrive on time, PLEASE SEEK A REFUND. They have a crazy refund window which isn't based on delivery but rather order date. After missing the delivery of the watch by almost 30 days, I called Customer Service - which is a audio message referring to the website, then sent multiple messages to Customer Service with no response and then logged in seeking a refund. The automated service indicated that the refund window closed on September 2nd and I could only get Wish Cash useable for their merchandise. I have no desire to order anything from Wish.com - I just want a cash refund. HORRIBLE DOESN'T DO THESE GUYS JUSTICE.

I can't find an address to send returns to
I recently received 3 items of clothing that were all sent separately. I have contacted you and requested refunds for all 3 items as they're not suitable. I've received emails telling me that refunds will be put through, but I need the address to send them back to you and I can't find an address anywhere on your website. I've tried to contact customer service, but it's an automated service and it doesn't give an option to type a request. This is completely ridiculous and frustrating me to the point where I'll never buy anything from Wish again. Can you please fix this!

Im so frustrated you people cant just get this right. What is the problem when i not only give you my po box number but my home address as well. I travel frequently so i give you the option of my po box but i also give you my motel address as well. I order the 18 color starry sky shimmer glitter eye shadow palette sold by aimaqi. I waited almost a month to recieve the DGAFO palette and I was super excited when my package came in the mail.What I recieved was a small palette with only 5 colors. This is not what I ordered, I did not spend my money or wait all that time for this. I am extremely disappointed and I would like to be send the palette I ordered.

Unable to click on the apps and icons. It is useless. For a product that is supposed to be over $1000.00 dollars it is junk. Poor quality and poor workmanship. Very disappointed. Made one purchase on wish.com, then someone decided to use my credit card info to order McDonalds in Chicago, luckily MasterCard realized I was working in Northern Maine and blocked it and called me. Now I have never haad any issues before, I check card readers at ATMs and gas pumps before each use, and have an RFID resistant wallet. The only difference in my routine with my money was Wish.

I am a merchant and experiencing hell and theft from WISH.
This week they added a new whopper.
1) $50 fee for auto cancelled orders by WISH. Imagine that ! You sell an item for a $1 profit. and if their algorithm cancels your order they collect $50 from you ! It costs there system nothing to cancel your order !
2) They charge fines for delivery of products that arrive after some date they choose regardless of valid tracking number we provide.
3) This on top of 15% commission fees.
And the list goes on. There is no customer service and you can't get in touch with anyone.

I bought something on wish, then when I checked paypal I saw I'd been charged twice. I checked the wish app and sure enough, it said I bought the item twice. I definitely didn't. I'm not some old person or an idiot with computers, I've actually got a degree in computer science, so yeah... Wish refused a refund and so did paypal.
