I placed an order in the 30th of April, in which 3 items were supposed to arrive by the 18th May and the other on the 19th.
I've been watching the "tracking" of the orders religiously, and all I can describe it's as is absolute shambles. One of the orders haven't been updated since 12th May, another hasn't been updated since 6th May, one of them hasn't been updated since 5th May, and the last one hasn't been updated since 7th May! This isn't good enough, I expected all of these items to be updated regularly and my items to be here by the given date! I even had a pop up from the app saying the orders were being delivered faster than expected.
I'm appalled to have ordered from Wish and I would like a refund on all of my shipping. I'm never ordering from Wish again after this experience.

14 inch brazilian 3 bundle hair (ombre)
I purchased this hair in 14 inches with another item, totaling 34.75... Immediately after purchasing/processing this order, I realized I wanted the same hair weave in 12 inches as well. I then proceed to ordering it and the wish system locks me out, debits my account, gives me a confirmation # on the 2nd order (20.00), as well as the 1st order previously made (34.75), puts a message on my screen and advises me to contact customer support. This was on april 30...
Because I could get no one in their customer support dept to answer, and there was no phone # listed to speak with anyone at wish, and my money for both orders was already out of my account, I cancelled the 1st and 2nd order... The same day or within 24-48 hrs., I was fully refunded for the 1st order of 34.75...14 days letter, I still don't have my 2nd order credit of 20.00 for my 2nd order; this is the order that locked me out - after taking my money.
I see from the many complaints, this occurs often... No one to talk to at wish, lots of emails from customer support with no real answers are being sent, no way to reactivate your account or how to get your money back... It's ridiculous and a crying shame!
If my money isn't back in my account tmrw morning I will call the bbb, and if wish gets shut down, so be it. Enough of this back and forth... You hold even customer's twenties, you get rich!

Unauthorized purchases
I have 3 unauthorized entries from Wish on my credit card. Fortunately one of these entries is a credit back into my account for the amount taken out earlier. Then there is $85 taken out of my mastercard on the 7th May. I have no idea what these entries are about. Can you look into this for me? There are no other details for these entries! Can you please reimburse me for the $85 debited on the 7th May 2020 and I would also like to know how these transactions happened without me knowing?

I received an email confirming that my order was delivered only to find out that it was delivered to somewhere on someone's front porch / door in Dallas North Carolina. I have multiple complaint I sent in my id and my account is still locked and I had $30 wish cash that's gone
