I placed 2 orders with this merchant, on July 27 and August 02 of 2023.
I returned both of them on August 16th,after having asked for an RMA for several days without receiving an answer from their customer service ([protected]@wolddress.com). Almost didn't make the return window due to their unresponsiveness.
I notified them of my return,provided all info and the tracking number on a .jpg of the USPS receipt.
Subsequently there was an exchange of emails between me and a person named Jenny. I emailed [protected]@wolddress.com and the responses came always late from sender "Jenny" and looked like spam.
Invoking excuses like" I am too busy to respond to your email" and and other just as "nice", asking again for the already provided return information,they delayed any concrete answer and I never received my refund. They stopped responding to me altogether.
I would like my money back, and for this experience to reach out to existing and potential customers so they know what they are dealing with when ordering from this merchant.
Desired outcome: My refund.
