Woman Within Refunds and Billing

I placed 4 orders last year. Returned 3 of the orders. I kept one order out of 4 totalling $32.97. I've made multiple calls since last year. Keep getting switched from one department to another. Customer service people were rude, laughed at me, totally didn't attempt to correct their mistakes. I'm still being charged for returned orders, not been credited yet for one either. Told them I don't want their e gift card give me my refund. Correct credit to zero balance. I've paid to date $144.00 for $32.97 order. Being charged late fees multiple times and still being billed for March. This company is ridiculous. I have copies of orders returned and billing statements that are wrong.

Desired outcome: Credit card corrected to zero balance. Late fees taken off and I want my refund back to my debit card asap.

Woman Within Unauthorized charges

For the last 3 months I have been charged $16.95 per month on 'orders'

I have not signed up for any monthly service with Woman Within. Also, and probably most concerning, under my Woman Within account there are **NO saved credit cards or payment methods**... but yet my card is being charged each month and I am unable to remove or change this info with no saved payments... how is it that you have my card number to charge these payments when I never saved a payment method to my account ?!?

Desired outcome: I want these charges reversed and I want my credit card information permanently removed from your system.

Same exact thing happened to me! Infuriating! You’ve been signed up for a Rewards program. Oh… and check your credit card. It’s actually $18.07 they were billing you!

I wonder how many other people they are scamming with this ‘rewards’ program! Have you ever heard of such a thing? Charging you to have ‘rewards’?

I hope these complaints make women go whole elsewhere and put these thieves out of business!

Woman Within horrible customer service

I've been told multiple things by multiple people. Originally back in October that my jacket was on back order and I keep calling about that. Now their telling me the company canceled my order. That I should've been notified but never was. I also was trying to return bras that didn't fit and their saying now that their policy has changed and I won't be refunded for said returns, This makes me very angry! I've been waiting since April 2022 for my jacket and for them to tell me that they canceled it is just wrong! I will not order from you again and I will be telling others about your lack of service and how you treat your customers very poorly and just take their money but won't give them their merchandise. This is theft in my book. I will also spread what has happen to me all over social media outlets so others are aware of your very poor business qualities.

Desired outcome: I want my jacket that was canceled without my knowledge and my money back for bras that i wanted to return but couldn't or weren't allowed according to the customer service rep.

Woman Within Ordered petite loungers; loungers received indicated petite but they were 52"long, not 48" as they were supposed to be.

These incorrectly sized loungers were ordered on two different occasions--in October/November and in December of 2022. In both cases the products indicate Petite but the lengths are 52" long. I did nothing after the first order which included two loungers, but when the same thing occurred with the next order, that was totally unacceptable. Very, very disappointed.

Desired outcome: A refund, perhaps an explanation not to let it happen again.

Woman Within Catalog

I moved into a new house back in March 2022, I received a few magazines and threw them in the trash for the previous owner. I than received a few more, so I went to the website asked to be removed, (didn't work) I than called them, they said they would remove me,(nope) I sent an email, several more web attempts, more emails, I finally got a response that it takes 3 months to be completely removed, so I sucked it up for 4 mos before complaining again. I am still being told it takes 3 mos to be removed from the system due to "prints in advance". I have lived here now 10 mos and I am still receiving these catalogs. I don't know what else to do? chats, emails, phone calls, nothing is done. How do I get completely removed from this mailing list?

Desired outcome: to be removed from their mailing list and to not receive anymore catalogs

Woman Within Free return as label suggests and even exchange of item too large

Purchased item and way too big. They don't include prepaid labels anymore, so they aren't honoring free return. The only 2 options are to return with credit to original form of payment or return for an ecard. I just spoke to a supervisor and explained to her the 3rd option which is an even exchange...not only would they not honor an even exchange...she was insistent I take one of the two.

I've explained to that supervisor that once Woman Within received the merchandise, returned my money to me (whether ecard or original payment) they could wash their hands because they've received their merchandise & I've received my money...supervisor says "she doesn't understand)!

Also, to send back to them...FEDEX is $10.99, and the other place of return is miles away! Lastly...the packing slip shows its "return label on opposite side of paper" which is not there.

I'm livid

Woman Within Credit card refunds

I purchased several articles of clothing from Woman Within. The date purchased, order number and total cost of each order are shown below:

TOTAL COST 730,27

I retained nine (9) articles of clothing, totaling $218.21. I returned the unwanted articles of clothing to Woman Within. The cost of the r4turned items should have been credited to my credit card.

On 5, 12, 14 and 28 November 2022, I received emails issuing me gift cards, totaling $214.29, for some of the articles I returned. On 11, 12 and 26 November 2022, I received most of the returned items BACK to me!

On 6 December 2022, I completed a Customer Service on-line form requesting an email address for customer service. On 7 December 2022, I received a reply, “This is the email for customer service. To better assist you, please call [protected].” On 5, 7 and 13 December 2022, I sent an email to customer service ([protected]@cs.womanwithin.com) and as of today, I have not received a reply. The following is the email I sent them:

“I was very much surprised when I received the merchandise back that I originally returned to you. I am also very disappointed that you did not review my purchase history and take note that I am a long-time loyal customer who has purchased many items throughout the years. Instead of refunding my credit card for the items I returned to you (as you have done, several times, in the past—with no questions asked), you sent the items back to me and gave me gift cards; or nothing at all. The reason in my delay in returning unwanted merchandise was that I was waiting for you to send me the “back-order” items. After several delays, I FINALLY received the last item that was “back ordered” on 13 SEPTEMBER 2022, which was approximately FIVE (5) months after first placing my order in APRIL. Why is it s “okay” for your company to delay merchandise to the customer, when is it not “okay” for the customer to delay returning merchandise to you? I did not want to make unnecessary trips to the post office every time you sent me shipments (which would have been many). In this case, once I received ALL the items, I combined all my returns into one, thereby making only one trip to the post office.” (edited)

That being said, I am requesting that you refund my credit card for the purchases I originally returned (I will send those items back to you, again). In addition, please apply the monetary amount of the gift cards and issue a credit to my credit card, since I am still contemplating if I want to do business with you.

Once you have refunded my credit card, please supply me with two shipping labels, so I can mail back the merchandise you shipped back to me.

As a loyal and long-time customer, I am very disappointed in the manner this was addressed.

Woman Within Merchandise Refund

December 23, 2022

I just received a letter from FullBeauty Bramds stating that the merchandise I returned to Woman Within will be in the form of a gift card with them for the amount of $72.25. Had I known that is the way refunds were handled with this company, I would have not ordered anything from them. This is not an acceptable method for which I wish to be refunded for merchandise, as I am on a fixed income and count on my refunds to be credited to the card associated with the method of payment.

The details or the Gift Card are as : Amount of $72.25, Gift Card Number [protected], Pin Number 4730

The order number for this transaction if [protected], dated December 1, 2022

Desired outcome: I want to receive my credit in the same manner in which the order was place...to the same bank account from which the funds were withdrawn.

I am very disappointed in the current business practices of Sears Company. The reliable customer service is no longer the same, neither is the quality of their merchandise. Sears is no longer "Sears", but various other names. This has not been the situation with ALL dealings of the long-time quality merchandise and customer service/satisfaction which has always been the quality standard of Sears Company.

Sears is no longer an American company with top quality and customer service their number one goal but is outsourced to people all over the world who care nothing about their customers, other to scam them out of their money any and all ways they can. SO disappointing.

Woman Within Everything that has to do with your company from products to customer service.

I have made two orders from Woman Within. Their clothes are cheap and horribly made. Ha ha ha, I got a jacket from them and one boob area was bigger than the other. When you return things you get no notice and when you try to get help from their customer service, they do not know how to answer the questions asked and keep sending you to a different person. They cannot tell you what your return credits are and where the credit was applied. They have all kinds of IDs and codes to find any answer but you can't get the codes. They have a "review your order option" but when you click on it it say the option is no longer available. BUYER BEWARE THIS PLACE IS NOT A PLACE TO SPEND YOUR MONEY.

Desired outcome: I would like to have someone review my orders and the status on same to get a clear indication on my returns and balance. I would also like any charges for the return of these items to be reversed.

Woman Within Women within

I ordered a 2pk night shirt. They said it was delivered well I don't have it. And now I'm to send a affidavit back to them and they will investigate in the mean time I'm out my money and now the cost of printing and postage stamp. They have turned into a scam operation. I am gonna stick with catherines, because the quality of items and their is no service.

Desired outcome: I want my money back without jumping through these scam hoops.

Woman Within Jacket I ordered

I ordered a jacket on 11/19, it was shipped out to your postal service company on the 11/25, it has been sitting at their facility since 11/28, I was told you use Pitney Bowes as a mail service in Texas. I have talked to customer service at Women Within and all they tell me is they cannot check with Pitney Bowes for 20 days since it is your policy and it cannot be changed. I paid $73.00 for this coat, the weather is getting cold, I have never had to wait this long for anything I have ordered from you. I have spoken to supervisors, customer service, etc and they tell me the same thing. They gave me a bogus phone number for Pitney Bowes to contact myself and of course no one anwered. This is unacceptable to have to wait almost a month for a jacket. There is no reason that this order should be sitting at your mail facility. You had no problem taking my money and on top of it all your customer service people are extremely rude. I would like someone to contact me why my coat has not been sent to me.

Desired outcome: I WANT MY JACKET, I WOULD LIKE SOMEONE TO CONTACT ME TO LET ME KNOW WHY THIS TOOK SO LONG.

Woman Within telephone people need to speak english

I wanted to order a dress today the lady who said her name was lena was horrible kept trying to sell me more then demand i sign up for your credit card i try to explain i have lost weight and would like to try one dress first and she refuse to stop trying to sell me something. Her engish was horrible and when i gave her my visa number she said not valid and i told her she is wrong and gave it to her 5 more times but she kept putting it in wrong. Finally i got my husband to give the number and she finally got it. Eve while she was hanging up she was trying to get us to sign up for credit card. You have forever lost business from me. Also i tryed the website and it was so confusing. Never again will i make a order. I am typing in caps because i want to...

Desired outcome: HIRE BETTER PEOPLE AND TALK TO SOMEONE WHO CAN DO SOMETHING ABOUT WHAT HAPPEN AND SPEAKS ENGLISH.

Woman Within Dispute closed improperly on [protected]. Balance is zero not $24.25

On July 12, 2022, I ordered two items from Woman Within. Invoice # [protected], that totaled $66.75. On August 9, 2022 the swimsuit item was returned by FedEx. I kept the one remaining item (Capri p.j.'s) that cost $24.99. They did receive the swimsuit on 8-9-2022.

After numerous calls & broken promises from Woman Within employees, a Disupte was opened on [protected]. I was promised reversal of the shipping & handling costs & to have my return go on the original form of payment which was my Woman Within credit card. Instead they issued a gift card & I was promised numerous times that the gift card would be reversed and instead have it applied to my Woman Within account. It never was. My dispute was closed on [protected] by the Dispute Billing Department. The closing was incorrect as they issued a gift card instead of the promised credit to my Woman Within credit card.

On [protected], I spoke with Zach, at Woman Within who once again promised to put the gift card as a credit to my Woman Within credit card account and I also made a payment of $29.00 for the one item that I did keep. This item cost $24.99. This should have made my total owing balance zero. After [protected], I called and spoke with a woman who again promised to fix their mistake. I even wrote a nice review about her. She did not keep her promise. Since then, I have received another bill stating that I owe $24.25. Today, November 22, 2022, I spoke with a very professional man, Kindra, for 51 minutes & 45 seconds. He informed me that the gift card never was applied to my account & because of it being more than 60 days, he could not help me reverse this money owed.

I am an elderly person who has spent many years in the Customer Service industry. I have never encountered such an unorgainzed company who employees have no idea of what customer service means. Please help me.

Desired outcome: I want what I was promised, I need the amount owed on this account to state zero. Reminder. I already have paid $29.[protected]) on an item that cost $24.00. I do not owe $24.25. I owe nothing. Thank you.

Still hasnt shipped. Keep getting the run around about when this will ship (3 to 5 days). Its been over 6 weeks and still hasnt shipped. Tried to cancel they said it was still processing to ship. I believe stuck in their system and will never ship. My only order will be by last.

Desired outcome: i want the order canceled and my card not charged. I will dispute with the bank if needed. I have contacted them weekly and keep getting the same answer. Crazy.

Woman Within Recurring Charges of $16.95 for nothing; says "Rewards"

The rewards are only for Woman within; For over a year now they have charged me $16.95 on CC after a purchase made on 7/21/2021. This needs to be addressed with the company and stopped.

Here is a list of the last quarter's charges with no reason for charging

Woman Within Returned items for exchange and returned exchanged items fore second exchange

On September 2,2022 I returned my first order,invoice number [protected],for a gift card (card number [protected])in the amount of $42.52. This amount for purchase was charged to my bank card. On October 4,2022 I placed A second order(order number40036707994) using the gift card of $42.52 and the remaining balance in the amount of $53.29 to a credit card. I returned this order and asked for an exchange of sizes. I called customer service to see when I would receive me requested exchange and was told three was no request for exchange and I needed to fill out the return slip with my request of which I did. I was also told a refund was credited to my payment card used but I wasn't told which card and I was told I was given a gift card in the amount of $17.59. My total order from the start if this mess was $95.81. My math is $42.52(order #1) PLUS $53.29 (for second order) equals $95.81. I would appreciate a refund in this amount.

Desired outcome: correct refund in check form

Woman Within item not received

woman within refused to refund or send a $20 product that was missing from an order since it was past the dispute time. I have been a customer for many years and have never filed a claim before. Woman Within has taken 6 months or more to send me all the items from an order, but only allows 2 months for a claim. I was waiting to see if it ever came. It is hard to get ahold of anyone and when you do they just say that they can't help you. I will never order from them again.

They have lost a loyal customer. Good riddance.

Woman Within Undelivered order

I placed an order on October 6th. The bill came but I did not have the merchandise. I called and they told me that they had delivered it and that nothing could be done until I filled out a form. They said it would arrive in 7 to 10days. It is now almost a month later and I have no form and no order. Now they said they are going to send me another form and that nothing can be done until I get the form. I told them to remove me from their mailing list and to either get my order or cancel my account.

Desired outcome: I would either like to get my order or to have my money refunded (Not credited)

Woman Within Customer service/shipping department

Hello,

I placed an order on Sept. 27 for a black cardigan sweater, that with shipping was a total cost of about $42-45.00. As it turned out, it was on back order. On Saturday, October 22, I got a postage due form from the post office for a package from the FULLBEAUTY company for $12.25. I was obviously very confused since I had paid an enormous amount for shipping with my order (12.99 to be sent from the east side to the west side of Indianapolis!) so I couldn't imagine why I was being charged again. On Wednesday, I called the customer service line, talked to Shane, who was very helpful, and she could she nothing from her end, so I decided to go get the package from the Post Office, pay the $12.25 and see what was going on from this end. As it turns out, your shipping department, sent my package to my old address (I moved to my present address in March 2022 and have received packages from you at this address since then) and the Post Office then forwarded my package to my present address and slapped on a fee of $12.25. I again called and spoke to another customer representative, who informed me that I could not get a refund even though it is clearly your error. Why would I pay over $25.00 shipping for a sweater? You really need to make this situation right and refund my $12.25. I have since returned the sweater. I just couldn't keep it and every time I would wear it I would just be angry.

Desired outcome: I would like a refund of $25.14, for the total cost of the shipping of the sweater, or the very least, $12.25.

Woman Within Neverending Issue with Sign-in to Website

Over the past 3 to 4months, I have had repeating issues with being unable to sign-in & to change my password.

After numerous attempts over 1.5 months to change my password, I managed to do so (so I thought).

However on that next visit, the site did not recognize that new change oof password (even hours after receiving acknowledgement from Woman Within, that I "successfully changed your password").

On my recent order # [protected]/3, I needed to exchange an item. Because I could not sign-in, I could not process the exchange without calling and getting the help of Customer Service.

Although I can place new orders as a "guest", I am locked-out of any exchanges or returns. I also feel that I need to mention the abysmally slow response from the website. I have attempted to place 2 - 3 orders and after struggling over nearly 2 hours with an increasingly sluggish website, I gave up in pure frustration.

Desired outcome: I would appreciate some assistance with successfully changing my password & ensuring that the Woman Within's website will acknowledge that new password upon my next visit. I do not believe that is too much to ask.
