Called [protected] around 2:15pm est time.
Calling about 2 missing items that wasn't included in my order. So I was told that I had to fill out a affidated form to do an investigation. Now, the rep wasn't trying to let me talk was ready to hang up, and I told her I wasn't finish. She had the nerve to get an attitude.So I asked if I can reorder the items and get it for the sale price that I payed for the 2 original items. I was told no. Which is ridiculous because it was there fault in the first place. I ask for a Manger number or speak to a Manger, she said there's no number. I even told her this call is being recorded, and I hope they listen to this call because customer service needs some better training. I spent nearly $300, and didn't deserve being a unsatisfied customer when all I wanted was my missing items or reordering them again for the same price I paid. I will be reaching out to corporate about this.
Desired outcome: To get my 2 items that wasn't included in the order or be able to reorder them for the same price I originally paid for them. Simple.
Order web site not working for promo code

I ordered from the catalog promoting 2 piece weekender with order of $50. I entered code wwcwufg and it stated it would be applied to order at checkout. In reviewing order before submitting it requested promo code to be entered, I again entered code and site stated code was already applied I submitted the order but confirmation did not show weekender applied. I immediately wrote customer service and over a course of many back and forth emails I was repeatedly told they could not help because I didn’t enter the promo code. Your site stated it was entered when order was placed. This is horrible customer service, I placed this order for the weekender and feel I was cheated. Please review my email and notice how incompetent customer service handled my complaints. You can tell they did not read any of my emails. I certainly hope you can resolve this issue, I would hate never using your site again.

Refund not received
Order was placed 7/3/2022 returned as per packing slip instructions and customer service representative on 8/1/2022; package received on 8/5/2022 at address provided / packing slip instructions and customer service representative. Have called several times and live chat several times. They are telling me it was not returned within the allotted time. This is a $228+ charge and return within the allotted time. No refund to date.
Desired outcome: Full refund plus $14.95 for shipping charges incurred by me.

This company is absolutely the worst! I ordered shorts on July 28, 2022 and they sent me 2 pairs, I did not order! I immediately returned them back to Women Within and because I didn’t save the tracking number, they refuse to refund me my $50.00! I didn’t ask for these shorts for $23.74 each. I have called 15 times to find out where my credit is. Every time I call I get more and more aggravated. They are dishonest and should be ashamed of themselves. NEVER ORDER USING THEIR CREDIT CARD! It is impossible to get your money refunded!
Desired outcome: I want my $23.74 x 2 ….plus shipping, refunded.
Their return policy is not customer friendly
On 8/31/22 I placed an order with Woman Within. Part of the order came in wrong. Woman Within made a mistake.
I'd ordered comfortable waist forgiving pants because I am recovering from hernia surgery.
When I called customer service to have them correct this they were not accommodating to my situation.
The said they would email me some sort of a code that I am to take to FedEx to facilitate my return because I don't have a printer. Physically I cannot do that so I asked them to just put the return label in the mail and I can wait for FedEx in the lobby
They said no. They won't put a return label in the mail.
I am 68 years old and stuck with a huge Bra I cant use when I ordered comfortable pants. And by the way I never received this code they were suppose to send me.

I purchased a pair of shoes on July 7 and when I received the shoes they were too small. I went to the return policy and decided to use Happy returns via their policy. I spoke to someone on the phone to verify what the process will be and told the 1st person that I wanted a larger size. They said okay and took me through the process where all I had to do was take it to a location and it would cost $10.99 extra to return. I was happy to pay it since I really wanted to the shoes. On the day I returned the shoes I called again to verify the location and to verify that I wanted a larger size. They received the shoes around the 20th of July and I waited for my shoes. It is now August and I called to be told that instead of shoes I received a refund back to my PayPal and the 10.99 was deducted from the refund but I never wanted a refund. I was refunded around $36 when I paid a total of $71.13 for the shoes. $71.13 includes the shoes (43.60) shipping 12.99, taxes (4.54) and additional shipping for return (10.99). That is not fair.
Desired outcome: Exchange of larger size shoes.
Shady business practices
I am paying off my account this month and never shopping from them again. I ordered several things this year, and two of them were too small so I sent them back. Lo and behold they charged 10.99 for returning stuff, so I ended up paying this twice, it was two separate orders. I rechecked the website to be sure, and it says nothing about paying for returns, says they are all free. So when I called I was told that this is policy, to pay the 10.99, after she asked why I returned the items. I stated that they were too small. She replied that this reason was not eligible for free returns. She had little to say when I told her what the website said, actually nothing. So I asked what reasons would qualify for a free return and she said she could not answer that. WHAT? I asked why that was kept as a secret. I am looking for the founder, Patrice Holiday, CEO and want to email her this experience. I am going back to Amazon's try before you buy process. They have cute stylish clothes at a reasonable price and the return bag and slip come with it just in case. I am severing ties with Woman Within.

New “Happy Returns” ridiculousness
My 96 year old mother ordered a house dress and when it arrived it was too large and she did not care for the material. In the past, she would just take the item place it back in the bag it came in and put the label which came with the item on the bag and ship it off. When no return label was found in the bag, she had to call customer service. Being hard of hearing, and unable to make out accents due to hearing loss, the most she could get from the conversation is they won’t send her a label and she has to go on line. They did offer to text with her, but again she’s 96 and she does not text. So, my mom called me and asked me to help. When I got to her home, I looked at the label that was in the bag and couldn’t make heads nor tails from it, so I too had to call customer service and was told that they no longer put the labels in the with the item. That now they have an on-line service called “Happy Returns” and I would be walked through the process. So I went to “Happy Returns” and the first thing it asked me for was the order number. So I looked on the paper that came with the item and guess what, no order number. So, I had to call customer service again to get the order number. I got the order number and continued to fill out the return. Once I was done, it told me I had to drop the package off at a specific drop off place. Are you absolutely kidding me. No, seriously, what bunch of fools sat at a conference table and came up with this fiasco of an idea. And the audacity that someone came up with the idea to call “Happy Returns” is even more ridiculous. Am I the only person that has complained about this. When has customer service become so NOT about for the customer. I wasted more time, and managed to get extremely (and I can’t stress extremely enough) aggravated and got absolutely nowhere. I gave my mother the money for her item and threw it in the garbage. I’m possibly thinking of suing for the several hours of therapy I needed to get over the aggravation it caused. I’ve been a Woman Within customer for years, but am seriously thinking of never purchasing from again if this return policy is not changed back. At least, change the name to “Absolutely Aggravating Returns” to give us a heads up.

Never got exchange, got gift number that did not work, now gift card that wants more money
On 9 May, 2022, I ordered 2 items (pants & nightgown) and they were both way too big. I returned them for exchange - they are treating it like a return only. I cannot get my money back (items were never exchanged. Sent me a letter as a "gift card" which did not work). Now I have a card for $50 off (my order in May was $49.85) but first I have to spend $100! The original order number was: [protected]. The items were: Fineline Denim Jegging, size 28W on sale for $22.40 and Breezy Eyelet Knit Long NIght gown, size 3X on sale for $24.99. I have called on many occasions with no help. I wrote a letter asking for my refund and that produced the card for $50 off. I have been trying to get my money refunded since I received the first letter on 15 June, 2022. WomanWithin has a very poor track record for customer service, 2 stars, but I would give them 0 stars. This is not my first problem with them. I just want my money back.

I was billed for an item I never received and even though an employee (Briana in Texas told me on 3/24/22 @1:15pm) that she agreed the item was sent out but it was returned and NOT BY ME!
She adjusted my bill...$13.33 credit which was put back on a month or two later plus late fees!
I have made MANY attempts to call to someone to discuss and most times I either got the run around or all was to be done with the automated systems.
Frustrating is an understatement! I have detailed notes of the dates, times and numbers I called and who I spoke with...If I was lucky enough to get a live person they knew nothing and would either give me number to call which in most cases was another automated system...OR if given a number a few times when I called it, I was told I qualified for a First Alert safety device. I have been a very satisfied loyal customer for many years. The ordeal I am going through is just ridiculous! I had a female rep ask me for my social security number! NO...same female would NOT tell me where she was located...told me she could not give out that information...WHAT? Also the connection with these calls was AWFUL...UNABLE TO HEAR THEM AND THEY WERE VERY DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND... I AM BEYOND STESSED OVER THIS AND JUST WANT IT REMOVED! Thank you, Pat Freas

Unwarranted Late fees repetitively
After multiple phones calls to insure bill paid in full status. Payments not credited promptly continue to post late fees and refuses to cancel the account. Will not ever do business with this company. Again. Will not pay these fraudulent late fees…
Desired outcome: Stop adding fraudulent late charges , cancel my account , remove me from your mailings.
Woman Within - overcharged / bill arrived close to due date
In late June I ordered 2 pairs of jean capri's that were around $40 each and 1 tank top that was on sale for $10.99. PROBLEM #1: Their website won't take the discount codes so literally you get "nothing" on sale! PROBLEM #2: Sizes are not accurate at all, had to return the 2 pairs of capri's. PROBLEM #3: My credit card bill arrived within days of the payment due date! I always pay my credit balances in full on the 1st of every month and I had already paid my bills by the time the WW bill arrived in my mailbox. I'm assuming this is how Comenity Bank makes their money! PROBLEM #4: I called the Bank to find out what my actual balance owed is (since I returned the capri's and only kept the $10.99 tank top) and they're telling me I own them $74.75...what? BUT, they can't give me a breakdown of the charges. And, since I couldn't understand the broken English of the person I was talking to along with the fact that the background noise and poor connection was making me angry, I decided to hang up, pay the above balance and call it quits. I can't even contact anyone to cancel my credit card -- BECAUSE THERE IS NO WOMAN WITHIN CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON TO SPEAK TO by phone or online! It's just BS how these companies get away with scamming people. Don't throw your money away by ordering from this company, they are crooks.

Unauthorized purchase.
On July 24th $16.95 was charged through my PayPal. I did not order anything nor did I authorize anyone else. I have no idea what this is for. This is the only information I have. I don’t know what it’s for because I didn’t order anything. I do not have any numbers, invoice, confirmation, tracking, nothing because I didn’t order anything. How do I get this resolved?

Woman Within has been sending me these catalogs off and on for several years. I have not placed an order with them, but they still send these EVERY WEEK.
I'm not sure why they refuse to remove my name from the list, but I've asked no fewer than 75 times! Literally!
This is ridiculous and it needs to stop. It's pathetic. It's fraudulent, and it's ILLEGAL.
Desired outcome: PERMANENTLY remove my name and address from all mailing lists for Woman Within and all associated companies. PERMANENTLY.
If you figure out how to be removed please post it. I moved into a house where the last resident received it and I can NOT get off their mailing list either. I have called, emailed and went to their website. It is frustrating!

Wrong Information regarding A Payment That was suppose to be posted to my A/C.
I enjoy shopping with my Woman Within Credit Card, but I was told that I would be getting a Brand New Card with a different account Number. As of Today, I still have not received it. I paid my recent Bill and apparently I was told that I was Banking with Vantage West Credit Union, which I Am No longer with them. I informed you guys regarding this and Apparently, you did not get the Message. I finally had to take matters with my Bank which is Chase and Not Vantage West Credit Union. It was settled but I had to pay you Guys another $43.99 as I did previously. I do not want to close my Account but I would appreciate it very much if you straighten things out on your end so that it does not happen again. Thank you for your Time. I got a bill for my order.; never received my order
I made a order on May 3,2022, have not received it for 164.11. I am not pay for a order I did not received. they want me pay bill and late charger for clothes have not received. Customer service is horribly they switch someone etc. I have one complaints already on one have respond me yet. I will not be using this again because feel like I am being scam by this company.

I have a bill that is due on the 2nd of each month on my WW CC The site has been down a week and I can not make a pmt. I called the bank that handles this and they are not taking on line pmts and you can not speak to customer service, I have tried to log in and it says the info is wrong and I know it's not! If I can not make my monthly pmt by 7/2 when it is due I am calling the BBB, closing my account and will hire a lawyer to fight the late fee, my credit is excellent and because of this BS I am about to go into default over this pmt. They told me it was a planned shutdown but I never got a text or email to let me know, I will never buy anything from this company again, it has been one problem after another for the last 6 years and no one offers to fix the problems

I needed a pair of pants for a party on Sunday 6/19/22. On Wednesday 6/15/22, I made a call, before placing the order, to varify that I would get the order by the day before, before I spent the extra $16.99 for the expedited 2 day shipping. The gentleman I spoked with did indeed confirm and said that If I didn't get the pants by Saturday, I should give them a call on Monday and ask for the refund of the expedited shipping cost.
I called and they said because the pants weren't shipped until Friday 6/17/22 the 2 day shipping would make the delivery date Tuesday the 21st, which is 2 days after I needed it!
I was told that only if I didn't receive the pants by the 21st, would I get my money back!
I would have placed the order without spending the expedited shipping added on and would have gone some place else, if I wasn't told that I would receive it by Saturday the 18th!
The supervisor I spoke with said that the rules are on the website, but I called and was told something and was now expecting my pants by the time I needed them.
I did get nasty with the people I spoke with and would like to apoligize, but I am very upset about the situation, because I ended up with nothing to wear and looked horrible at the event I went to.

unable to cancel order
I placed a large order on 6/14/22, when I got home the catalog arrived with a code for orders over 150.00. I spent $ 270.00 I called to cancel order and it has not been picked from warehouse and was told no canceling of orders. I asked where that states it on their web site and was told by Linda - supervisor that if there is a policy it is on the web site and there isn't a policy as you can not cancel your order, if I am unhappy with the product I have to wait until I receive it and return it. This is very poor business practices and deceptive, unfortunately I will no longer be using this company. It is also disappointing that a supervisor can only repeat the same script over and over without actually answering a question.
Desired outcome: change your policy or better yet state it on your web site - No cancelling of orders.

I ordered shoes on May 22, 2022, and received confirmation for delivery on May 28, 2022 I am still waiting for the shoes to arrive, when I called, CSR said they had not been shipped yet so I asked to cancel the order and credit account and she said she couldn't do that. She told me I would have to wait till I received the shoes and then return them and pay return shipping to get credit. If my shoe order is sitting in the warehouse unshipped why can't I cancel the order? I will never purchase anything from this business again
