WoodSprings Suites not being able to sit outside/ and you get kicked out of u call the cops

07/14/18 tried to sit outside in the grass and got told for the third time that you aren't aloud to be sitting outside, so you have to be held captive in your rooms. And if you call the cops you get kicked out and you don't get your money back. When at the other woodspring suites your aloud to sit outside. Live oak tx. I do not think this is right or fair. The workers here say one thing then they change there stories. It's bull crap and something needs to be done here. This place has changed and with the amount of money you have to dish out you should be able to sit outside. Especially when u have kids.

WoodSprings Suites request for refund - sandra harrison 07/08/18 to 07/12/18 (checked out 07/09/18)

Customer was not content with her stay at your Providence location. She checked out of the hotel Monday July 9th and she did not stay the remainder of the visit. We have contact that location and spoke to the general manager and she stated that she could not refund us the portion of the reservation. I have disputed this charge with my credit card company and they will be contacting your offices to discuss to negotiate refund for the reservation.

Below is the email that was sent to me by the customer that stayed at your establishment.
"I checked in with Ashley, a pleasant young woman around 6 p.m.or so on 07/08. She ran through the rules. There are many rules about how to access the lobby, when it is not staffed after a certain time in the evening, how to get your linens changed (at least $10 to have linens changed or you can wash them yourselves in the pay laundromat). There was no printout of the rules.

From 11:00 p.m. on, there was a constant pounding coming from the room above, as though someone was stomping their feet and pacing around the room. I called the corporate headquarters 3 times and spoke to 2 different Anna's to complain. They said they would call the night desk person. Each time I called, there was no offer of resolution. They put me through to the night desk person, Cyn, who said there was nothing she could do and that she had gone and stood outside the door above my room (307) and heard nothing. I told her this was unbelievable and asked her to come to my room to hear the disturbance and that they should put me in another room. Cyn said that could only be discussed when the day time desk clerk showed up at 7 a.m.

I went upstairs to listen at the room above mine and I heard a man and a woman having a loud, excited discussion. I could hear the man pacing heavily through the room. I left immediately and went back to my room and I could feel the vibration of the noise in the headboard of the bed.

I noticed that there were 4 police cars outside the hotel and spoke to Cyn as I left for work at 6 a.m. I asked if they were there about the noise in the room above mine and Cyn said to the police and me, "This is about a different disturbance."

When I went back at 9:30 a.m. to clear out my room, I took photos, to show I left it clean. I asked Daniel and Ashley at the front desk for a copy of the rules for checkout, which include emptying your own trash and heaven only knows what else. I gave them the door key and they said they do not have a printout of the rules.

WoodSprings Suites front desk (ashley)

On July 7th, 2018 I was held in a room against my will, forcefully groped and verbally threatened by a guest a woodspring suites in Aurora, Colorado for almost two hours. Screaming for help and no one came. I was finally able to call police and the guy was arrested (for an outstanding warrant). He stole my phone and my wallet with my license and the only money I had to my name.
I was asked to leave the property at 12 midnight. The desk clerk (Ashley) treated me like I was criminal. Told me I would be arrested if I didn't leave...knowing I didn't have anyone who could get me at that hour. Ashley also allowed about 4 other guests to harass me, call me names and threatened to beat me up as I was leaving ( guests were friends of guys who assaulted me). I felt like I was violated all over again.
Shame on you woodsprings! Your hotel is so unsafe for women and your employees are cold and unsympathetic and racist. I feared for my life and woodsprings offered nothing to ease my physical and emotional pain. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL !

WoodSprings Suites service

I checked in at the Woodsprings suites on July 5, 2018 around 10:30pm. I was charged 89.99 for a 1 bed, I was asked to hold a $50 deposit in case I decided to extend my stay which I did not. When I checked out this morning a different women from last night checked me out and said that she would be taking $12 out of the $50 because I was not charged for taxes on the room and that the last lady who did the room was in correct. I told her that was not my fault and I believe that is unfair because the hold was only if I extended my stay. The lady was extremely rude and embarrassed me she told me that I could take it up with corporate because she was not releasing the money. I have never been so humiliated in my life! The extremely rude women named is Kristol Haskins. Below is my receipt

WoodSprings Suites employees theft

Employee steal funds from tenant while staying in suite and causes tenant account to be almost behind employee stole 80 dollars from tenant by not giving a receipt and not putting it in computer tenant confronts employee nicely employee immediately calls manger of site tells her an extreme lying storey so manager suggests we get out of suite due to account ALWAYS behind but when tenant checks out after being asked to leave the site office provides tenant with a 10 and something credit which means if u gave funds off account therefore account was not behind account was gonna be paid additional funds that same day below is a copy of me and my daughter messages I asked my daughter did she get receipt and she stated employee did not give her one but I text ED my daughter d same night and asked her I was right outside d office wen I sent my daughter to pay

WoodSprings Suites service from manager is horrible

Greetings,
We booked a hotel for a tenant on Monday 6/25 and provided our credit card information by phone, and were given a confirmation #. The lady took our email information and said she was sending a receipt.

We never received the receipt, but our card was charged. The manager, Patrick would not send me a receipt but did charge my card. He also hung up on me.

Terrible service and will never use this location again.

WoodSprings Suites rudeness of manager shavan (temple terrace fl)

Hi There

I reached there close to 1 Pm at Temple Terrace FL branch, Jun 23 rd 2018. Pursuant to conversation with Lashanda a night before that I have disabled wife with me, She responded that a room will be available on early arrival.

When I reached, manager Shavan in contrast was rude and insisted to come back 3 pm, as hotel policy. I had my disabled wife with me, so He said, "he dont care".

I didn't argue and left. I came back 3 PM. He said no room available. I waited till 430 PM still no room available. You can check this with records in Hotel.

These kind of people give bad names to your hotel. Please do something and let me know.

WoodSprings Suites sexual harassment by, your employees complete apathy from your manager

I had my room broken into, twice, by an employee who feigned "room checks" only to grab me, pull me close to him, ask me inappropriate questions, and try desperately to kiss me while I had my arms in front of my body saying no no no no and leaning back as far as a I could.
The second time, I was asleep, there was a quick knock at the door, and he was in my room, with his hand on the small of my back, and was kissing my face. Again, and much louder this time I yelled no no get out! He left promptly when I began to yell.
It was absolutely unbelievably shocking, and ground shaking, and has made me not feel safe anywhere.
I already wasted three hours of my valuable time waiting on and meeting with your manager, who assured me he would be discreet for my safety, switch my room, and be in touch with an appropriate remedy.
Absolutely none of which he did, the shock of which is only exceeded by the fact that he has not only shown complete apathy, for what seems to need to be escalated to a lawsuit for the personal trauma that has ensued, and your managers audacity to try to place blame on me in this horrific situation.
Now, it's been a week since our unprofessional meeting when the manager brought a second man to a sexual harrasment claim and after promising it would be in public, ushered me into my room.
I have called him 4 times and left two different phone numbers since I filed the report with him, he has done literally nothing to correct the situation and was incredibly dramatic with me at the time which only exacerbated the situation and my anxiety. I am afraid to leave my room during the day but also afraid to be in it, which causes very high blood pressure.
I am nervous of what could happened at night, but feel safer then since both incidents happened during the day, so now I'm losing sleep because I'm trying to get things done at night when in less stressed.

Because it is literally impossible to get a hold of the manager and he has left me alone and afraid in this room for over a week and ignored my many phone calls and messages; and has not honored any of his promises, including own an ounce of personal responsibility in the situation for gross lack of staff supervision. I am requesting to be fully reimbursed so I can go somewhere where employees breaking into rooms and sexually harrasing, grabbing and kissing guests, and laughing at their horror is seen as an absolute travesty as it incredibly serious, and has caused lasting damage . Until that time, I am shipping my two small dogs into town and keeping them in my room so that I have some semblance of safety as they will alert me to Intruders.

I have tried on many occasions to contact the manager, but since he has decided to brush this serious matter under the rug and blatantly ignore me, I am requestingthat this situation be complety removed from his incapable hands and to deal something with someone who will take responsibility and action to ensure that this never happens to any guest ever again!

The Manager left me no name, or number, was accusatory during my recollection of the story, and emptily promised to do different things to begin to remedy the situation, but has left me feeling more confused, shocked, unsafe and dissapointed.
This is affecting my sleep, my sense of security, and even making me question my self worth.
Had the manager accted professionally or with an ounce of empathy or action to ensure that this can not happen again, I may not be questioning the world we live in, or how people like him can sweep my sense of safety and security under the rug and get paid for it.

I have little doubt that the second I bring my small dogs to the room with me that I will hear from this absentee manager, after leaving countless messages. Irecommend you ensure this doesn't happen because it will show a blatant lack of respect for the situation that has already become very ugly in the wake of his irresponsibility and callousness

WoodSprings Suites staff/management

On May 2, 2018, my family lost everything; our home and everything in it! After our loss, my husband and I were officially homeless with our 3 kids.
Our family's only option for housing was to move into a hotel temporarily. Before I decided to stay at WSS, I inquired about both daily and weekly rates, promos or any other perks for potential customers with plans to stay for an extended period of time. I was told that no discounted rates were available. After about a week from the time we checked in, and struggling a little bit with my finances, the GM (Colton) informed me about weekly rates that would benefit me and be easier because I was paying full price. I was very grateful for him to bring that to my attention. To make a long story short, and never experiencing any type of issues with the office documentation, a human error was made by the assistant manager, Autumn. She called my room to speak to me. My daughter informed her that I was not there. So she proceeded to tell my 10 year old daughter that payment was needed because I owed for a day and if a payment was not made then we needed to leave and check out. My daughter called me on my cellular phone to tell me what the lady at the front desk told her over the phone. I immediately called the front desk to inform them that it was an error and needed to be fixed. After speaking to her, and realizing that the error could not fixed over the phone, I left work to discuss it face to face. Not only did I have to leave work, but this manager mistakenly called my room to speak to me to request a payment that was not due, but she threatened my children with an eviction. She should have never done that. It was an error by her hand because she failed to post my payment when I paid her. Her behavior and unprofessionalism threw me for a loop. When I arrived at the office to handle this matter, I addressed the message that she left with my daughter. To no prevail or resolution of this issue, I had to result to asking for her boss. After all, I didn't expect her to admit a fault of her own because she was rude and disrespectful towards me. It took me 5 minutes to convince her to call her boss. She refused to investigate further. I suggested that she review the surveillance camera footage because I stand by my words 100%. She finally contacted Colton after I threatened to call the corporate office. When I spoke to him on the phone and explained the situation, he ensured me(with professionalism) that he would look into it and find out what happened. He assured me that any errors would be fixed. Before the end of the day, a different staff member called me and told me that it had been fixed. Ever since that incident occurred, Autumn (the lady that made the error) has been very mean and rude towards the members of my family. I have been so afraid to report her to anyone because her favorite words are, "I will ask you to leave." Autumn has been retaliating because I reported her error. She has been unfair. She is behaving in a threatening manner because of the complaint and possibly being reprimanded for her error. I want to remain anonymous because I don't want her to retaliate even more because of this complaint. When I request an exchange of towels, I'm told that they are out. On a different occasion, she closed the elevator door on one of my kids instead of letting them on. Since the incident regarding my payment, I have been adamant about getting a receipt. Every staff member that assists me, provides a receipt. The moment I requested a receipt from her, I was told that the office ran out of paper. All of her actions are discriminatory, and they're acts to retaliate. I have overlooked the little mean things that she does to me, but after today's encounter, I cannot allow this employee to continue. My room A/C does not turn off, my phone does not work properly, the tub takes a long time for the water to drain and the toilet runs. I didn't report it right away because I wanted to keep contact between the both of us at a minimum. But after thinking about it,
I decided that I needed to bring it to the office's attention because I was paying customer. I shouldn't have to be afraid to report a malfunction in a room that I pay for. When I spoke to a staff member, he assured me that he would move me to another room. I proceeded back to my room to clean it out and remove my things. After I went back down to turn in my key and get a new one, I was told that I needed to pay a $50 fee first in order to be moved. I have never heard of anything like this EVER! This manager is unprofessional, rude, inexperienced. Her behavior deprives this hotel chain of any profitability because customers leave dissatisfied. She knows the safety and security of the hotel to be breached because she lets other customers or their visitor's to prop the exit/entrance door with the rug or trash can. Please help me. Please speak with the employees about work ethics. This complaint is just a portion of what she does. Some rooms are even rented and not properly documented. This is considered stealing. And it's unfair to those who do pay. I believe that the entrance and exit door is left propped open at night for individuals that do not officially have a key. Some room doors are propped open for days for those who do not pay. I can only explain what I personally see or hear. I just think that the corporation should know about every unethical activities that has been happening at this hotel. But I am requesting help with this manner. Thank you!

WoodSprings Suites elevator not working and no stairs

Week of 6/15/18 and 6/22/18
New management at our location in Fossil Creek - Haltom City TX. Painting all public corridors, stairwells and elevator - 4 Floors and elevator not working most of the time, but wait NO STAIRS! Immediate eviction if using stairs due to Painting. Major inconvenience - had to take off work to be in room with Dogs because floor installers need to get into room to in install hallway carpeting. Rates Increase without warning making it impossible for "extended stay" guests to remain at Hotel. We have been here since our house burned down last fall, and while our rates did decrease, Hotel re-paved parking lot and told guests that they will be increasing rates to cover those costs as well.

WoodSprings Suites management

Hi, I've been a guest at the woodspring suites southeast in Louisville since 2.28.18 and have been employed since April 2018. I thought while staying here it would be the usual issues, after I started working I discovered this certain hotel is absolutely disgusting and unprofessional. The cockroaches, the hoarders, the animals peeing in the hallways, guests fighting and doing/selling hard drugs. I've scrubbed blood off of walls, swept up dog feces, had bugs crawl over me while I'm cleaning a room. The problems are never dealt with, the employees are fighting in front of customers, employees are stealing from guests and still have jobs. If anything is said about the issues we get disciplined for "gossip" or "drama". I would have quit awhile ago if it hadn't been for the threat of my general manager evicting employees even if they put in a 2 weeks notice. There's a serious problem with favoritism among the employees where one individual is able to get away with an obscene amount of violations. I was fired today after having a serious panic attack that my general manager triggered. After trying to explain myself she told me to either work or she's done. I had been crying hysterically for 2 hours and was in no position to work (also a coworker had cussed me out in front of the newest employee who had just started today) which I told my manager about, she got angry with me because she had just told us we are starting over with everyone and I need to just get over it. I explained to her that I'm in no state of mind to work and she asked for my name tag. I've kept quiet for too long in hopes that things would change but they're only getting worse. I'm almost relieved I was let go. Something seriously needs to be done.

WoodSprings Suites the night receptionist

Hotel Management

I am filing this complaint against the night receptionist that talked to me in a terrible manner. I went to Walmart and when I returned an hour later my key to my room would not open the door. I was not to happy about having to go downstairs and call the night receptionist because he was asleep but it was my only option. I went down and called him and he said I will be up there in a minute. I proceeded to go up to my room as directed after I was up there wainting about 3-5 minutes I could here the phone in my room ringing and went down to meet the receptionist as it was him probably calling and there was miscommunication between us. When IO got got to the desk he rudely said Dude where have you been and I told him I understood him to say he would be up there in a minute. He then said no I did not tell you that in a sarcastic way. I went to get the key and then he told me it would be $10 for a key next time this happened at that time I was tired of him talking to me the customer and said that it was not my fault the 2 keys I had in hand would not work and was not going to be treated disrespectfully6 as he was doing. He then said they had problems with me before at another hotel and wanted my supervisors name as if he was going to get me in trouble. I told him I never stayed in any hotel for Woodspring or any hotel at all and gave trouble I also told him I am the Vice President of my company ECCO Services and he was talking to the man in charge of the company. I am a kind and respectful person and treat everyone with a smile and respect and will never again tolerate this persons attitude toward me or any of my 11 workers staying in this hotel. We will be renting more and more rooms as our company brings more guys on this contract we have with a local customer, but if this Woodspring receptionist will do then we will find another hotel to stay in. I have a great relationship with Meagan the Woodspring Hotel manager in Lafayette La. and I am treated with respect as I treat her the same way. This man who treated me disrespectfully is a disgrace to Woodspring Hotels and should be reprimanded for his actions. The hotel camera should have all of what I am saying recorded to prove what I am saying is true and correct. Your immediate attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

WoodSprings Suites customer service

My family and I stayed at the woodsprings suits of everett washington for 3 1/2 months then we finally got an apartment. When we checked out we left the room very clean. My best friend is still staying there her family has been there for 6 months. She has some major health problems so I go and help her with her kids and cleaning or whatever she needs done. I have worked the graveyard shift for over 10 years and I am up all night because that's what I am use to. So sometimes I would stay there and hangout with my friend and we would sit in the lobby and color to pass the time. One night my friends son in law came to pick up some money for her grandson that needed diapers and stuff. A few days later matt the hotel manager was rude to her in the lobby in front of other guests and told her that it looked very suspicious when she handed the money to her son in law in the lobby and proceeded to tell her that she couldn't have me there past 11 any more and she couldn't be in the lobby coloring cause that's what druggies do. I am sorry but neither of us are on drugs we just both don't sleep well. So when I wrote my review on the hotel I made a note that the staff is not very professional there but the rooms are very clean which they are. When matt read my review he went and banned me from the hotel and said I am not allowed to come there and help my friend any more. I have never caused any trouble there or bothered anyone at that hotel. I feel that it's not fair to bann someone for speaking the truth about the staff there. Marcus has been very rude to my friend numerous times about her health conditions which doesn't allow her stand for more than a few mins at a time so she [censored] on a blanket to take the pressure off of her pinched nerve it already embarrassing enough to be in pain all the time let alone having someone be rude about it to her. I am quiet and respectful when I am at the hotel so there is no reason to ban me from going to help my friend but matt said I am not allowed there and I feel that just not right because of a review. Matt is always outside talking to his staff about hotel business in front of guest or anyone in hearing distance instead of in private like a true professional manager would do. I just feel my friend should be allowed to have me come and help her still especially when she pays 832.00 a week to stay there when I have not done anything wrong at the hotel.

WoodSprings Suites service cleaning

Arrived at room floor so nasty your shoes stick to floor 6.9.2018 (209) stains were on the bedspread and toilet paper and bodily fluids in toilet nasty.I have a video of the room. Wanted to speak to manager no avail.Manager never contacted me. I happen to see him 6.13.2018.Suppose to stay until 6.30 not we out.We are from california worst suites ever been to...:(sad

WoodSprings Suites customer service the manger

I arrived to pay was told I owe money and I always have a balance and I need to figure it out. First of all I pay daily had no idea when they decided to charge for housekeeping and not tell me about it until I just walked in 100 degree heat. Secondly I just got out the hospital and get up and go to work and make sure I pay daily and the rudeness of the management is beyond unbelievable I can't believe you can be that rude to paying customers and still have a job shame on you Woodsprings for employing rude management and not do anything about it.

WoodSprings Suites room service and noise disturbances

My name is Merlin Barnett with HB metal builders, I've been staying here at 6820 Cliffdale Rd, Fayetteville, NC 28314 for nearly 6 weeks, the service here is very disappointing, my has been cleaned 1 time since I've been here, I have to call the front desk nearly every day to report the noise coming from the room above me. We have 3 other rooms that according to them has been cleaned at all since we've been here. Please help me resolve these issues.

WoodSprings Suites everything

Hello im a guest at woodsprings suites here in montgomery al, on 5/27/2018 I come down the hallway to the elevator, I here the employees tawanna and the new housekeeper just cursing and making threats about thee co worker at the desk, and how giles is having sex with sam and how they hired the new maintained guy and how the police came to get him and how giles only wants white people to make money. Ive been here along time staying here and so I know if I do a bad report on this they would kick me out, ive sen it done. This property is crazy, buti have to stay here for the next 8months. The new house housekeeper and tawanna said something about the new girl taking her keys. So tawanna said that they were gonna beat the [censored] out of her. That poor girl is so nice and I see they all pick and give her a hard time, but I think that type of stuff is dangerous for workers to plan on fighting another coworker. All the employees went to the office and hen I walked threw the lobby all you heard was tawnna yelling and cursing the new girl out. She didn't care who heard her and seen her. Tawanna and the new house keeper even stayed on property an extra hour and half on my floor just cursing and talking about the other tawanna and edna on how messy the other tawanna is and how they both halfass clean the room and there grown [censored] grand kids. I just think this type of stuff shouldn't be going on, then I just heard giles going off ont the new girl a couple of weeks ago about talking to the guest. But its ok I see for all the other employees because I see both tawannas in guest rooms riding in her car they were talking about going out with one guest. I feel if he is gonna set rules then it needs to apply to all employees. But every time I say something he gets mad and talk about kicking me out. I mean if I really could afford a lawyer I would and I would show my name. But I cant so that's why. Its mold in thi s hotel it sure is, im just waiting to get diagnosed so I can get a check. Because giles don't do anything but hangout in front of building harassing people. Sam makes up rules for certain guest. The new girl cant even speak to guest anymore because when I walked through the lobby that day he told her she would get fired. But at the same time all the other employees do and say what they want, I yesterday I say this gay girl ask tawanna if she could have a slice of cake tawanna said no and she not gonna slice it either, ijust stood to the side that girl id rude as she can be and gossips about everybody. Giles needs to talk to her because she stay getting nasty with guest, somebody gonna hurt that girl. I don't don't tnink this place is ran right, it wasn't right either when nicole was here but none of that would have went on. A got beat up yesterday and another guest was walking through with me, t he poor girl asked tawanna to call the police because her boyfriend beat her up, tawanna asked for why she still with him. The girl said this was the first time and can she call. Tawanna said no, I just walked away. I could not believe her. I feel like a bigboss needs to come check out this property. She is so rude and disrespectful to everybody even little kids. She went off on the other tawanna grand kids in the lobby and made her step out the building to wait for her. Theses room could be a little more cleaner. Giles is a racist [censored] to certain blacks and mexicans. This is my second complaint and nothing was done so this time im reporting everybody [censored].

WoodSprings Suites clean sheets and towels

Not only were they closed but when I dialed 500 I asked the lady for clean sheets and towels since my 3 month old peed in the bed she told me there was nothing she could do because it was after hours and I would need to get cleans sheets and towels during business hours. I'm trying to figure out what kind of crap is that. Especially since I just told you my son peed in the bed. Then she said she just started washing so what's the issue with her bringing clean sheets and towels after she finish washing them. Very very disappointed in my stay here. This is the Woodspring suits San Antonio south location

WoodSprings Suites manager, keys didn't work upcharge lazy employees

When I checked in I paid with cash not a problem 5 days into my stay I was asked to pay 100$ deposit for cash customers I stated that no one asked me before hand she said that sometimes they are afraid or timid about asking excuse me I'm 5'5 130 lbs timid for what every time I went in to pay it was a problem always took upwards of 30 min to make a payment and leave one day while being in there what seemed like forever on of the guests came in and complaind about a disturbance next to her room when she left employee behind the desk started going on and on about how could she expect her to control the guests when the customer can't even control her son I was very uncomfortable listening to this on my last day here I went in to pay and my card declined o called my card company and they said that woodsprings was trying to collect 285$ instead of the room rate of 252$ I went in and started telling the employee behind the desk about that when the manager Jenelle points her finger in my face and says look u need to have your money together I was appalled so she told me that I have to leave the premises my pleasure never again will I stay at this place long as she's there I observed that they charge male guests less than female and are much more friendly with guests of the opposite sex

WoodSprings Suites staff conduct and being evicted for false allegations / hotel stay in pooler ga

On monday may 21st I decided to try the new woodspring suites location in pooler ga because it looked nice andit had a great deal on hotels.com (who I have been booking with for ages with no issues). There was a death in the family and my residence was being used for our immediate family members. I checked in with a relative with no issues other than the receptionist annoyingly repeating several times about the security deposit. When I got to my room I wasn't in there but 10 minutes before management called me very rudely asking me to leave. They said something about escorts but that is absurd! I since the n rented a room at the quality inn close by for 3nights with no issues, my family even came over for a bit to the pool. I did nothing wrong nor do I deserve this company keeping my money! The manager was extremely rude over the phone and refused to give me his name and when I asked him why he raisedhis voice and said "because frankly ma'am it's noneof your business!" this was highly unprofessional and should not be happeningin a company of customer service. If this is not resolved with this form of communication I will have to take things a little further but I prefer notto do that. I was wrongfully evicted and disrespected by a staff that has no regardfor your business, only stereotyping and condescension.
