horrible customer service and management
I have had a horrible experience with my stay here at one of the Lubbock locations. I am very upset with the way I have been treated. I am upset with the management here who are kicking me and my husband out after someone stole our things and they said that an invitation to extend stay was offered and we accepted and now they are kicking us out. I will never recommend this place to anyone and I will make sure that everyone knows this is a horrible place to stay and how they don't take responsibility for anything that is done in there hotel. The only action that they take is taking our money and kicking us out.
customer service, insect infestations, poor management, safety hazards
Nasty roach and bed bug infested rooms. No clean bedding available. Night staff frequently don't answer. Open holes in ceiling for 3 weeks without any work being performed. Horrible staff and terrible experience/ ammenities. I want a full refund and a safety inspection. It's 3 am and I'm not sleeping due to bed bug bites and infestations. This is ridiculous.
roach infested room
I'd been staying at the Woodspring Suites in Tyler, TX for about 3 1/2 months. My last visit, the end of November, I was put in a roach infested room. I was told no other rooms were available and it was too late to go anywhere else, I had driven 5 hours, and the room was paid for. I was told they could come spray the room. Around 20 roaches were killed before my room was sprayed. The next day I was moved to another room but I wanted to get reimbursed for staying in the room the previous night. Even while retrieving my things to move to another room, roaches were crawling everywhere. I left messages for the general manager the next 2 days with no return call. I called the complaint number on 12/3/18 and still have not heard anything. I will never use this hotel again. With all the money I spent over the past months, you would think they would quickly address this issue. This is very unprofessional. I took pictures and will post them on every site I can.
on going loud noises and banging sounds from the room above
We have had a major noise problem from the people above us. We complained to the office and the noises got extremely worse. The office said they could make all the noise they wanted between 7am and 10 pm. But the noise continues into the night at all hours. And still the office does nothing. We are still here but not for much longer. I just called the office once again and they tell me that all they can do is ask them to be quiet. I have asked to be moved and they will not put us in another room.

I'm a guest at wood spring suites in round rock Texas and I'm complaining about the office lady Angela. First of all she's never in the office when a costermer is waiting on something they need. Every time the big boss leaves and Angela suppose to be working she leaves 5 minutes after. Angela also stays on the forth floor and sometimes she's on call and if our key is not working she has custermers wait for a long time when she does come down she has a big attitude towards us and costermers.. also this woodsprings suites in round rock Tx should have a higher boss other than the GM cause I feel some scandalous stuff is going on here.. the sent of marijuana is always in the hallways no says anything about it and mind u Angela stays on the fourth floor . Angela is a very unprofessional worker and curses every customer out calling them the b word as soon as they leave the office .. when I was staying there at the woodsprings suites in Roundrock Tx I've seen Angela go into costermers rooms as soon as they step out with our permission. She probably have the rite to do that but it's that she looking to suspect. Every time some 1 complains to the GM about her the GM makes excuses for her.. thank god I left I wouldn't recommend for no 1 to stay there as long as she's works there cause she will make your life a living hell and worst if u have children.. and also when I was staying there for the time being I would come at night from work and see her bringing all different type of guys to her room. Every worker at the wood spring suites in round rock should be checked out cause the all do scandalous stuff.. the favor 1 custermer and the other is left to hang.. favoritisms is not kool... so please do something about this place
invasion of privacy
I was in my room working at the desk and all of a sudden the door is unlocked and house keeping just walks right on in. No knock on the door no announcement that house keeping is entering my room nothing. I said to her aren't you supposed to knock? She said sorry and shut the door. I feel totally violated in my privacy in my room. I could have been naked. or worse. I'm very up set!
management and housekeeping
My husband is still staying at this location, I came to visit him with my kids, I stayed there one night, and supposedly the housekeeping complained because the room in which I had stayed with my kids was a messed they said I left diapers all over the room, they said they took pictures of it, pictures I never saw because they didn't have the pictures, I never left the room as they said yes my two of my kids are in diapers but am not that kind of person to leave a messed like I was told, the manager of this location, this lady has a bad attitude she has a bad attitude when it comes to talk to me I dont know if she has a problem with Hispanic people, they charged me twice for a night I want my money back. Also they need to clean up every corner of the rooms they are filthy hair in bathtub and the floors and, the sheets the smell in the third floor is not tolerant you can get high just from the elevator to your room smell like weed, I won't stay there and I will share my experience to my friends and family this is not tolerant you as a guess never expect to to be told something you know it's not true. I hope I can have answer from this corporation it was the worst experience of my life not only got me for my kids too.
poor customer service
I'm a guest at the Macon, Ga Harrison Rd location. I am here for an unknown amount of time. I came to this location because of the price and also my ex works here and told me good things. However, the assistant manager Phillis was very rude with handling my payment of my rm. I feel it is only this way because she does not care for my ex. Regardless I am a guest. She needs some form of training on how to talk to guests. I work in Customer Service and her attitude is terrible.
accommodations not adequate for two
I am a traveling electrician who was sent to Hobbs New Mexico from my company for about 5 weeks. I have my wife with me. My company made a reservation for two at the Hobbs New Mexico woodspring suites and paid for four weeks. When we got to the motel we were told we will be in a room with only one bed. These bed are only full and do not accommodate two people. So currently my wife is sleeping on an air mattress on the floor which is unacceptable. We have been here s week and everyday ask to be upgraded to a room with two beds.k understand out here accommodations are at s premium but this situation is not only unacceptable but it's untenable, whereas I feel we need to find other accommodations and request the any prorated amount be refunded to my company. I travel all over the country and have been using this motel when it was the value place. I hope this situation can be rectified soon.

this hotel has been the worst stay of my life . i checked in with my 2 kids and the horror started my son used the restroom and the toilet would not flush and over flowed i had to use the towels to clean it up call for help no one came they stated they was looking for a plunger never found one till the next evening so we had no restroom to use for 2 days of our stay with feces in the toilet and no towels untill sunday night so again was not able to take a bath are for 2 days the staff has been rude i ask about a refund they refused . This is unsanitized living also inhumane as a mother you never want to expose your children to these type of living arrangements it's hurtful, heart breaking and hard to explain to children, I need answer this is a rip off im not stoping untill i'm heard you have to take out your own trash the room and building is nasty dogs are not on a leash help me please no room service no iron, no coffe pot nothing but a bed, was told free wifi and wifi is not avaiable and to top it off the motel is infested with roaches
noise
Im staying at the clarksville location. I work third shift. The room across from me has a dog that constantly non-stop barks all day. Ive called front desk three times. Still nothing is being done about this. Ive paid my room for a week. Im beginning to feel as ive wasted a lot of money at this establishment. I cant get any sleep because of this dog.

My sister Diane, and her boyfriend, Robert, have been staying at The WoodSprings Suites for the last 6 weeks before their newly purchased condo passes inspection. My sister has a little parakeet and the policy states that pets are allowed and a $10 deposit was required for the duration of the stay. Someone named Bob, who identified himself as the district manager, was banging on the door of my sister's suite on the morning of Friday, October 19, 2018. My sister told me that she answered the door only to hear this gentleman, in a very condescending and heated manner, tell her that she couldn't have pets in the suite and that other tenants were complaining. He made comments to her about how the place was not "Ghetto" and that this is "Saugus". She attempted to open the door by disengaging the locking latch and he attempted to push the door open and make entry.
My sister asked if he could provide her his last name and he responded by saying "I don't have to tell you that"
I would like a resolution to this issue or I intend to escalate this to the BBB or obtain advise for legal action.

On my way to hotel had car trouble called the hotel told them I would be running late . Got to hotel about 1045 and tried calling someone from there phone noone ever showed up. I ended up leaving to get a another room after going to 5 diffent ones found one that had a room but no pets . # 5 hotel had a room pet friendly. Time now was way after 130 in the morning.
refund policy during hurricane disaster
We were mandated to evacuate our home in NC due to Hurricane Florence and made reservations (#[protected]) at the Woodsprings Suites Savannah, South Pooler, GA facility on 9/12/18 for 4 nights. When the projected path changed to a southerly direction in the morning of 9/13/18 aiming towards Charleston and then Savannah, we went north instead and cancelled our reservations that first day, 9/13/18. We were still billed for 4 nights. I called and left a message for "Jake" on 9/14/18 but he never returned my call. On 9/25/18, I spoke with "Symphony" who said that because we made reservations through a 3rd party, hotels.com, they (Woodspring) charge the entire amount, non-refundable as was stated in the confirmation.
I can see being billed one night but not all 4. This seems to be an unfair business practice during a hurricane disaster period. I would please like to be refunded for 3 nights.

I arrived at the hotel around 9pm. I was greeted with two dogs fighting in the waiting area. Should have been a red flag there. As I checked in the front desk advised it was an 250 fee for smoking as their facility is smoke free. I checked in to room 331 where it smelled like cigar smoke and marijuana. I called the front desk back and was checked into another room. As I tried to unwind for the night I noticed there was no silverware to eat dinner. After calling down to the front desk their was no answer I then had my husband go down. As the night progressed there was loud arguing and fighting in the hallway. I called the 500 number 501 no answer. What a night. Now 5am I am getting ready for a conference. There is no blow dryer to dry my hair or no iron to iron my clothes. I then called numerous times to be accommodated. No answer. After 5 attempts of calling 500/501 the man answered sleep is it an ER then hung up. He never showed up and never answered the phone again. As I called to complain of such an awful stay the general Manager Edwin advised that's our policy and they don't have to answer you for any items when they are closed from 11pm-7 am. What about the working clients that come ? No customer service for them. I have to live or have an truly extended stay to get any help as I am a paying customer to stay at an 'hotel" and nobody take responsibility for anything. This is beyond disbelief. I will like a full refund. I will also like an apology from management .. He was so dismissive as my complaint does not hold any ground. Just plain rude.

After booking a 3 week stay after selling my house, I had my realtor stop by to pick up my keys to finalize the sale. When i went back up to my room 5 mins later i received a knock at my door for a "random" room inspection. After i let them in they begin to accuse me of being a drug dealer and seemed to be preparing to kick us out until i reached for my phone and showed them the text message exchamge between my realtor and myself confirming my story and walked out blaming it on drug dealers living here before, implying that i fit the profile then left. I have never felt so uncomfortable and disrepected by the staff at a hotel and I've stayed at least a hundred different ones of all types from ones in sketchy areas in south phoenix to pointe hilton resorts, The Millenium and the Biltmore, and none of them were as rude as the entire staff here. They also have been doing renovations which i didnt realize until after i paid and have been banging on the walls during all hours of the day and nights and havent been able to get any rest at all. Then after I reply and answer their survey to tell them how they are doing, I requested not to be contacted by the staff and what do you know, what happens? I receive an email, from the staff around 930 am this morning contacting me with the same bs explanation they gave me the first day I was here worded more politely. Anyway I just wanted to let you know how they are running this hotel, I'm not sure if this is the service I should expect at all of your locations but I am definitely not going to be staying at anymore of your locations after this horrible experience.
pet fees I was unaware of
I was a guest at the wood spring suites I was told by wood spring that the pet fee was 10$ a night plus an additional 50$ deposit that would be refunded after I checked out . I did my homework I called the hotel directly and I called expedia in reference to the fees for pets . Also on check in I asked the woman that was checking me in . She confirmed everything that I was told . Now at check out I was told I don't get my 50$ back or my 10$ so 63$ I paid with tax to have my pet stay at this hotel . I talked with Edwin he was not empathetic about my situation at all he did not care that I was told that by his staff his response was she was a new employee she didn't know . That's not my problem. Why do I have to be out of 53$ because his staff was not trained properly.
I have taken this up with Expedia and I have called your corporate office . I will go on every complaints website and warn pet owners about these hidden fees and my experience. in my room 210, I stepped on broken light bulb glass in bathroom
7 September 2018 I had a shower, stepped out was trying off and felt sharp pain in my left foot, looked at my foot and saw a sliver of glass and blood[blood got on bedspread].
Tried to remove it and it went deeper. Reported this to Eric the front desk agent and he called Medi-Fast urgent care, I went there for treatment and returned with my co-pay receipt. Eric was too busy and said he would call me. I fell asleep waiting for his call.
The next morning i could feel more pain from glass stuck in my foot. I went back to urgent care for more treatment and returned to Woodspring Suites and gave Eric my medical receipts to make copies.
Today 9/9/18, I spoke with Jeff the manager, he was not wearing anything that identified him as an employee let alone a manager and he was training a young lady also dressed very casual in a non working way. Susan, let me know my room had been cleaned whilst I was out. Then the front desk trainee told if I wanted fresh towels I had to bring the used towels to the front desk. But it's only cleaned once a week. Eric and Susan were the only people that shown concern.
Jeff the manager kept saying there's no glass in the room and he told me to complain to the customer support and he was not interested. During all of this other guest were watching and could hear and see how I was being treated.
