World Of Books review: AI implimentation and lack of proper quality control

First of all, The quality guides? Useless. They're barely followed. I've bought several books from here that were marked as very good and in their words that's a book with minimal note taking and a possible note on the front. What I received? books that were written on front to back cover, almost every single internal page drawn on as well. Also, they claim to be an "eco-friendly" and "sustainable" company but they're implementing ai chatbots and summaries? Things that studies have proven to be incredibly harmful for both the user and the environment? Two things they say are incredibly important to them as a company? Don't buy from here, they don't care about you.
