It is after several weeks of incessant e-mails and long distance phone calls to Yahoo! Offices in U.S. from Australia that I finally decided to write to you. I have been a small business customer of Yahoo! And I own and operate my web domain through the company. My company domain is www.gameplanconsultants.net.
A few weeks, my Yahoo account was deactivated. I have made at least fifteen calls to the U.S. at different Yahoo! numbers but no one can tell me why the account has been deactivated. Instead, I get a form reply directing me to the Yahoo! Website indicating the terms of service. A couple of Yahoo! people that I managed to get hold of told me that the deactivation “may” be initiated by the Billing Department, but no one is available to talk to me in the Billing Department. My Yahoo! Bills were automatically charged to my VISA account, and there has never been a problem with paying Yahoo!
I have my business mail through the Yahoo! account but have been unable to access it for several weeks. The company has my address book with all my important business contacts as well as all my business correspondence. In a complaint filed with the Better Business Bureau of Silicon Valley, I had requested that the company at least send me a file containing my address book and e-mails, and I would happily move to another web hosting site. I have not done anything whatsoever to violate the terms and conditions of my contract with Yahoo! The company is arrogant and unresponsive, and a thief. What they have done is analogous to a landlord evicting you without any notice and confiscating your property despite your paying all the rent on time and abiding by the terms of the rental agreement. I would strongly caution everyone against doing business with this company, or even to use any of their free services. You never know when they will shut you down. The damage caused to my business by Yahoo! easily runs into thousands of dollars. Unfortunately, being so far from Silicon Valley, I cannot sue the company yet. The rest, please beware.
Can't send mail, takes a while to receive mail .how can I trust your company again ? If you can't give service to your customers you should stop doing business. What is it with this company. Had my email hacked last year and now with this !
I was trying to change the password for my mom's Facebook account but we needed to go into her Yahoo mail to do that. So when I entered her account it showed her account doesn't exist but we have used her account multiple times. Even Facebook knows she has a Yahoo account.

I keep getting junk mail and I can not block them. It says yahoo groups unable to process message? What can I do about this.

I can't even write a 2 line mail without interruption from the adds. please stop them so they are so invasive you can not use the application.
I have recently been a victim of fraud. Money was taken from my bank account and the perpetrator use a fake yahoo email address to send message concerning this. The email address is CHARLESJ87321@YAHOO.COM. This person has stolen $2000.00 out of my account. I have talked to the banking institute that I bank with along with the Life lock agents.
My mail box is full of advertisements and pop-ups causing the site to hesitate while I try to type an e-mail or click on e-mails. Can I get an ad free mail box like gmail?

horrible customer service. he was rude on the phone never said his name. I have been trying to access old my e-mail for a few days i called the number he asked me questions then told me that the e-mail address was deleted i needed to make a new one and before i could say anything he hung up on me.

Had att dial up now have comcast mail problems just started last week. Have a Gmail account can't transfer over because of invalid password bit it's not invalid.

Why do you have so much trouble with the phony emails from Russia/China that have a number followed by .pathtextsdie.com? These are phony pornographic emails that children see. As a network eng. I have blocked all of this with Alt-N on our Exchange servers. Why can you not do the same? People have received thousands and millions of this nonsense.

I am appalled that you keep posting articles of inhumane treatment of animals, children, etc. There should be a way to "turn" these off on our personal yahoo accounts.
