The seller shipped the item but by July 22 I had messaged Amazon and then messaged the seller. Yanwen sent the tracking after one company sent me the first tracking number. End the end I had two separate tracking numbers and later discovered a third one. I tracked the first to destination US post office . The second one said nothing after leaving the China facility and the third, well, it said Australia . I was like what the? So I kept messaging the seller. I got a refund of full purchase price. I ended up reordering again. They said they can't control transport and Amazon said my package is lost in transit only after nearly 2 months . I'm supposed to get it on August 24

On May 14th I ordered a bathing suit from Nancylady. The package was being sent via Yanwen whole last update all in Chinese which I don't understand was May 25th. Today is June 30th and there is no update from May 25th. I don't know where the package is and fear that it is lost. Nancylady keeps saying wait even though double the time has passed from their stated shipping time. I am very frustrated. My correct address was noted. I tried calling Yanwen. It won't go through. I email the company I bought from and they are not answering me. I am going in circles. I want my package or my money refunded.

I ordered an iphone impact case from overseas online from Uartify which is based in New York City end of April 2020. I live in New Zealand Its now mid June and I still haven't received my order. Gift-stuff earbuds
I bought the "infinitebuds z1 - true wireless earbuds" from gift-stuff on the 5th of may, and been tracking the package gift-stuff provided me (vr227294153yp tracking number) after some status updates the package arrived at my country portugal and somehow the package made like a "u" turn and went back, passed madrid in spain and to yanwen logistics facility, I think! The last up says simply "jun 4, 2020 10:35 unknown".
I contacted gift-stuff one time and they simply respond that the information they had, it said it was delivered, but I replied that that information, was not true and explain why... But until now I don't have any response from gift-stuff again. I uploaded a printscreen from the tracking status.
I paid 43.90$ for the earbuds... I think I will not see the earbuds nor the money back... I'm mad... Don't make the same mistake, don't buy from them...

I ordered 2 cat harnesses, an enclosed litter box, a cat house and veneers on FB, have not received any of them! was sent a litter scoop and some kind of mat which I never ordered am so angry right now!.In the next week I will be contacting Paypal for a refund as these items cost me a great deal of money

The package with the number db703823756pt, also known as vr195915865yp and 0078710078719463722303 never reached it's final destination (amadora, portugal).
It is known that on the 1st of april, the object was picked up, and from the 14th of april and somewhere during the 22nd and 23rd of april, it was (or it should be) in portugal. Ever since then, it is not known what happened to this package.
The portuguese service (ctt expresso, in this case) does not know what happened with this parcel as well and told me to send an email to yanwen logistics, so that they can contact ctt expresso and open a process to find the package.

I ordered an item in April - tracking number :UBY8082394015123 but since that date, the tracking details only show that my package was dispatched on 27/4/20. frustratingly, there have been no tracking updates since that date. I would like a tracking update please. Otherwise I will have to contact my bank and receive a charge back refund for this order.
