On 6/19/2024, I entered into an agreement to use the GYM at Coral Way and 71 Avenue in Miami. Zip Code 33155. In addition to the month to month membership, I also purchased a fitness training agreement for 2 evaluation/training programs. Since that day, I have been trying to schedule that appointment. Every single appointment scheduled (with the exception of 1 that I had the flu and called in advance to reschedule) has been missed by your staff. I work full time so I am only able to make these appointments at 6:30AM or on the weekends. I have made appointments both weekdays and weekends and no one ever shows up. There is always some excuse and whoever works there is always lost and has no idea to solve it. The managers are never there during the time I visit the gym. Therefore, since I have not been able to benefit from what I purchased, I need A FULL REFUND of that program immediately. I am no longer interested. I have NO FAITH in the gym or its staff.
Claimed loss: FULL REFUND FOR THE TRAINING PROGRAM PURCHASED on 6/19/2024 because the facility is unable to meet me at my only available time to have the training. I have scheduled 6 different times and NEVER have they honored my time.
Desired outcome: FULL and COMPLETE REFUND of the TRAINING PACKAGE PURCHASED THAT HAS NOT BEEN USED
