Personal training program and management
This review for the youfit location in richardson city, texas . I signed up with personal training . Paid $304 for 8 sessions each month, twice sessions a week. After they let the first trainer name Ella go for unknown reason. The next trainer i have had Sergio is terrible, couldn't get any sessions with him for the first 2 weeks, finnaly got a hold of him and some sessions done with him after 2 weeks then he kept canceling my sessions an hours before the sessions for 5 consecutive days. He came up some lame excuses, his back is hurt, his car is broken. On top of that he took 2 weeks vacation so all 19 sessions included 2 promotions packages i bought from you guy are expired. The manager Holy did not thing but very lousy and disrespectful. He misled me and bends his words when i met him to discuss that i would take a business trip for almost 2 months so I would't be able to come in so if he could pause my account till i came back so the sessions won't be expired. He told me that i need to pay $50 fee and one session will be lost each month then all the other sessions will be freeze also, I agree on to that term, i came back yesterday and wanted schedule my sessions with my trainer to found out another 25 sessions already expired. He did not thing to help but giving me attitude and very disrespectful tone .

On November 21, 2018 approximatelty 9:30pm. A Youfit trainer named Brandon who works at Youfit in Harvey, La. on Manhattan Blvd sent a client to sexually harass me by walking up behind me and saying "nice [censored]." When this particular client walked behind me to say such an inappropriate statement to I confronted both him. Afterwards he walked towards Brandon and they both started laughing, and I confronted Brandon as well to ask why he did such a thing? Brandon and other employees begsn to laugh. It is a very unprofessional.

Good evening I have a major complaint On location hammock Blvd and the manager or supervisor who was attending that location. Didn't catch his name Tall dark hair gentle man his name is Gabriel . I'm asking he should be fired dismiss ASAP . As Other will file complaints and law suits . The Incident happen today 8 14 2018. Tuesday At 720 pm hammock you fit. I was waiting for my Zumba class to start at 730pm cause I really enjoy it after tense day at work help ‘s me relief Feel an accomplishment . But today After 20 year of going to the same location formerly porky s I felt So discuss and felt discrimination against me . I had my gym bag and other person as well on my shoulder. Because I go directly from work To the gym for the past 20 year . I know you cannot place gym bag on the floor or by equipment you need place it lockers. I'm waiting for my class to go inside studio Standing right by the door with my bag pack on my shoulder. This ruthless young man unprofessional obviously he does not care about losing customer. humiliated me in front of other. He argued with me and with rest customers causing a big commotion. As he mention that if we don't place our bag inside locker 5 min away from class to start . We will no longer have a membership. I Pay my advance entire year for the past 20 years I was not going not going to place my bag for minute locker specially after miss treated me . I'm a professional not a child like this inexperience young man and he Need to go back to school for more education on Management . He was rude unprofessional Does not know how speak to customer . Worse as I approached my class in the middle class he said the police is waiting for me outside . He did this show off that was a turn off . So now after 20 year I'm not allowed to go hammock location anymore . if I do will get arrested took my info Driver license just For carrying bag pack 5 min away from class to start by the door. I have lime card I can go to any location and I always carry bag back for other class never had a problem . This person has an issue against me and if you keep him you will lose more client. You fit is not the only gym . After intense day will contact my lawyer and file a law suit against you fit and gentlemen you fit for discrimination . Basically I was disliked by him. According to the officer he told me . All my friends go gym hammock not anymore. Watch reviews not going renew any more . I'm so disappointed at you fit so unprofessional . I'm a member of the YouthFit at 11865 SW 26th St #B13, Miami, FL 33175. I was approached by Yessenia Medina with a very rude attitude. She told me that I needed to have my bag placed in the locker. I proceeded to let her know that I was using the locker before but they have stole my items which is a fairly common issue at that gym. She was extremely rude and even told me that I can cancel my membership if I did not like the rules and even accompany me to cancel it. She said that she was the manager which surprise me at such an immature age. My wife and daughter were becoming a member but after this incident, I have decided to go to another gym. Please someone speak with this young lady and hopefully teach her some manners and customer service unless you want to loose more customers.

Employee that careless about the gym and its consumers. I was going to let it slide, but this is the third incident with this employee named Jonathan.. the 1st was a month ago when I was at the gym at 1:30 AM and he allowed a kid (about 6) year old work out with his parents. Not only he allowed them in, the kid was actually working out- which is a liability. Apparently he is friends with the parents and for that reason he is not following protocols that can cause a huge law sue to the facility. Second occasion... while working out I saw a machine that was broken. I went the front and let him (again Jonathan) know, so he can put a sign, just in case someone uses aaaaaand gets hurt. Instead of asking and going to the machine, He looked at me, said okay and kept doing nothing in the front. Before I left, I told from again, don't forget about the broken machine, he brushed me off aaaaaand kept talking to his friend in the front- didn't even acknowledged what I was telling him. I went to the gym the next morning to work out, the machine was still broken, with NO SIGN. I told the girl in the front, she immediately went with a clip board and took care of it. Today... iit's 1:30 AM, i'm doing legs... he was with another guy on the other side doing lunges... I went to do leg press, his friend came to me and said they were using the machine (super setting)- which he wasn't. He was already over 15 mins doing lunges. His friend aggressively told me that when he was done with his lunges, I better be done w his machine. I told him, whenever you are done and i'm done with my 3 sets I'll be more than happy to give you the machine. He said- let's see about that- like wanting to fight me. He didn't say ANYTHING to his friend but laughed, no respecr that i'm a girl, and lack of professionalism as he works there. I'm very disappointed at the people hired at this Youfit and their lack of professionalism. I was going to do a formal complain to the better business bureau as this shouldn't be happening. I feel threatened and unsafe at the only place I enjoy being.

Member need money back
Broke machine are not working property, TV screen machine are not working property in many of this machine. Cable channel have been cut, WiFi is not free no more . I am not happy with the mediocre place, nothing work well.
I request my money back immediately and youfit refuse.
This gym have old machine and we have to spend 10 minutes to find a good machine.
Before I became a member 07/2017. The staff told me a new machines are coming this summer 2017 that never happed.
At this point I am tired going to mediocre place with broke machine.
We are not getting a full service equipment.
I just want my money back.
Manager cursed and got confrontational with as I was walking to my truck.
December 29th around 530 pm central time at algiers, la You fit gym one of the staff made a comment to me as I was walking out because he knew I was pissed from ealier n I told him [censor] you, no I shouldn't of cursed but the manager came out the door being disrespectful to me as I was walking to my vehicle. I could understand the manager defending his employee if I was inside the gym but walking outside as I'm trying to leave and he cursed at me and asked me if I want a problem with him is not ok. I don't pay my membership fee to get talked down too when I was avoiding a confrontation and leaving and going to my truck. Y'all are a great company but the manager on site December 29th around 530 pm needs to be talked to and delt with.
Child care
I pay the extra cost for childcare but when I show up with my child the employee that should've been there hadn't come in. I asked the desk clerk how to cancel the membership and she stated it would be a $10 fee. If your employee chooses to be unprofessional and do a no call no show or answer her phone (clerk called her cell while I waited), why would I be charged an additional fee for being inconvenienced? If you can't fulfill your end of the agreement by having responsible employees carrying out the employer end of the agreement, how is that my problem?

Hello. I joined your fitness club on Monday July 17 2017, today was my second day. I scheduled to have my assessment at 6pm, I arrived at 5:50pm let the front desk guy know that I was there for the assigned personnel. He went to let the person know & I waited 10mins before the guy returned to tell that HE said to start in the treadmill and he will be right with you. So I walked the treadmill FOR AN HOUR! No one came to acknowledge me to say "I be with you in such in such time, no introduction, I didn't even see who the person I was supposed to meet with. After AN HOUR on the treadmill I moved to another machine, did it for 10mins, proceeded to go to another machine so at this point I'm really upset. I go to the front desk 4 people are at the desk, 1 was assisting someone and AGAIN no one bother ask could they help me. So the guy from the very beginning nodded as if "you need something" I told him to tell whoever I was waiting o that I was leaving! I was there well over an hour and NOTHING but my own regular workout. That's totally unacceptable! I work in health care and o would NEVER leave my patient or client to fend for themselves when there was a scheduled appointment. And my second day, I left my contacts information with the corporate office to contact me. I just want my money back & to cancel my membership because I see that this place is not suitable & lack professionalism and they're not about helping assist members. I used to go to YouFit gym and was very disappointed with everything, especially with their terrible service and rude staff.
I paid for three months but used the gym only for one month. They said they'll refund two months that I did not use. But that did not happen and they still owe me! Last time I contacted YouFit they said they were working on it and asked me to be patient. It seems like they decided to keep my money. Scammers!
Don't subscribe for the trial – hidden fees
I signed up for the trial, which provided the company YouFit Health Clubs. They told me that I would pay $10 per month for this trial, but they haven’t told me about the annual fee in amount of $50.After 10 months they started to take $15 from me. I wonder if there are people, who faced the same problem? I really need help or any useful advice. Please, post your comments and ideas. Thanks.
