Youngs Garbage Service This garbage service is a total joke

This garbage service is a total joke. They never pick up the trash and don't even bother returning calls. And to top it off, they still sent me a bill even though I canceled their service. And get this, they even charged me a late fee even though I canceled before the renewal date. Don't waste your time or money with Youngs Garbage Service LLC.

Youngs Garbage Service Service is bad, people are rude, and they don't pick up the garbage

Service is bad, people are rude, and they don't pick up the garbage. I paid for a whole year in advance, but I have to keep calling them to remind them to pick it up. I'm going to switch to a different company. I asked for a refund for six months, so we'll see if that happens. H.

Youngs Garbage Service I moved to Morriston and signed up with Youngs

I moved to Morriston and signed up with Youngs. It was a big mistake. They said service would start on Wednesday, but it didn't start until Friday. I called to confirm on Friday and they said it was still on. But when I called back, they said they didn't service my area. They took my deposit and now I'm waiting to get it back. Don't use this service, you'll regret it.

Youngs Garbage Service I signed up for trash service on Tuesday and was told they'd pick up my trash on Thursday

I signed up for trash service on Tuesday and was told they'd pick up my trash on Thursday. They made a big deal about putting the trash out the day before. My trash has been sitting out by the road since Wednesday morning. I called them 4 times today and they promised to pick it up. It's now 9:30 pm and they still haven't picked it up. I left voicemails and all. I wouldn't recommend this company at all. First impressions are everything and they definitely didn't fulfill my needs. How do you miss your FIRST appointment?!? Then ignore a customer's complaint and calls?! I'm highly upset.

Youngs Garbage Service This company is the worst!

This company is the worst! We've tried talking to them about our problem, but they haven't done anything to fix it. We've been waiting for a refund since June! They got paid for a job they didn't do well, and they're better at making excuses than getting results. They don't call back, but they're great at lying! I'd give them an A-10 rating, but I have to give them one star, which is painful. How can a company be in business for so long and treat customers so poorly? I don't get it. Maybe they need to learn how to treat people better and get better reviews.

Youngs Garbage Service This garbage service is a total rip off

This garbage service is a total rip off. They ain't reliable, professional, or responsive. They take your money and don't even do the job you paid for. I've been using Youngs for a long time for weekly trash removal, but they keep missing weeks. They always say they'll credit our account for the missed weeks, but they never do. They always have some excuse like their driver had covid or was new to the route. But this month, they missed three weeks in a row. On 12/16, they didn't show up and we had to call them. They promised to come on 12/23, but they didn't. We tried calling and emailing, but they didn't respond until 12/28. They said they wouldn't be coming down our road anymore and would credit us for what was left and the missed weeks. But how is that helpful when we have three weeks worth of trash that they promised to get and we paid for? They should have told us earlier that they wouldn't be servicing us anymore. It's embarrassing and a health hazard that they left us with all this trash. The worst part is that we recommended them to a lady who owns 9 properties, but now we have to tell her not to bother because of what they did to us.

Youngs Garbage Service Youngs Garbage Service LLC messed up my bills twice and I had to complain about it

Youngs Garbage Service LLC messed up my bills twice and I had to complain about it. They promised to send me a check with the money they owed me, but it's been three months and I still haven't received it. I call them every week, but they keep charging me $43 twice a month instead of the $36 they're supposed to. It's frustrating to have to complain every week for three months straight.

Youngs Garbage Service I paid for 3 months of trash service but my garbage only got picked up sometimes

I paid for 3 months of trash service but my garbage only got picked up sometimes. I thought it was a billing problem so I paid for the next 3 months but now it's been 6 months and my trash hasn't been picked up for a month. I paid the first time over the phone and the second time on their website. I want my 80 bucks back.

Youngs Garbage Service This company is the worst!

This company is the worst! I did business with them because the previous owner of my house used them. I paid for a quarter of service with my credit card, but they haven't picked up my garbage three times now. They promised to call me back, but they didn't. My wife and I had to bring the garbage back to our garage so it wouldn't sit on the road all weekend. Save yourself the trouble and don't use Young's.

But it seems like they don't care about their customers and only want to take their money. It's frustrating and disappointing to deal with a company like this. I wouldn't recommend Youngs Garbage Service LLC to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reliable trash service provider.

I got a bill for weekly trash pickup, but it was late and had a different price than what we agreed on. I called and paid on 6/11/22, but they didn't pick up my trash on 6/8, 6/15, 6/22, or 6/29. I tried emailing them, but they didn't respond. I called them every day, but only got through 4 times. They didn't explain why they didn't pick up my trash or offer a solution, just said they would "take care of it." Their address is in a neighborhood and there's no sign to show where to go.

Youngs Garbage Service I paid for 3 months like a month ago for $85

I paid for 3 months like a month ago for $85. Other reviews say they charge whatever they feel like that day, no matter where you live. My neighbors signed up 2 months before me and only paid $35. But we both have the same problem, they only came once to pick up our garbage during this whole time. They only picked up our garbage once since we signed up on 6/1/22. They won't answer the phone and their mailbox is full. I don't think I'll get a refund even if I do talk to someone. I don't even know how we managed to sign up with them. No wonder our neighbors told us to go with someone else. If you drive by their place, you'll see all their trucks just sitting there... are they laundering money or something? Hmm.

Youngs Garbage Service I started using Young's Garbage Service on May 7th

I started using Young's Garbage Service on May 7th. But on June 3rd, the pickup guys said they couldn't take our trash because it was too heavy. We had a box with styrofoam, a can with yard waste, and another can with regular trash. My husband was outside, and they drove away laughing and flipping him off. He called the company, and they said they'd send the guys back and the owner would come out to see what was left. But then they said the owner would call instead. My husband ended up taking the trash to the dump himself (even though he's had five back surgeries). The owner still hasn't called. We also told them we didn't want their service anymore. On June 7th, I called to ask for my money back (I paid for a whole year). They said they mailed the check on June 14th, but I still haven't gotten it.

Youngs Garbage Service I asked for Youngs Garbage Service LLC's help on Sept

I asked for Youngs Garbage Service LLC's help on Sept. 28th, 2021, and they were supposed to start on 10/04. I paid for three months, but I never got another bill. I contacted them on 02/09/2022 to find out why I wasn't being billed. It turned out to be their billing error, so I paid for service through 06/22. They picked up twice in Feb, then missed the last week of the month. I called, and they picked up the following week. That was the last time they ever picked up. I called repeatedly about service, but they didn't answer. Finally, on 03/22/2022, I demanded a refund. Half the time, they never answered their phones, and other times they promised a refund that never came. On 04/18/2022, I talked with someone who said he was a supervisor, and he tried to cheat me out of a month's refund. Then he claimed that a full refund of $48.00 would be sent out the same day by check. After all the problems with them, I stated I wanted a money order instead. On 04/19/2022, an office worker called and said the payment was on its way. It's now 04/28/2022, and still no payment has been made, and they're not answering their phones again. At this point, I'm thinking of suing for a full refund and harassment, as well as senior abuse.

Youngs Garbage Service Garbage not picked up for 3 weeks

Garbage not picked up for 3 weeks. On Monday, Dec 28th, 2020 I put out trash from a freezer I cleaned out and it wasn't picked up on my delivery day. I let it go and waited until the next Monday. Jan 4th, 2021, I left the trash that was left the last Monday and added to it. They picked up some of the garbage but left the one garbage can again with the freezer waste in it. I called them on Jan 4th and the mailbox was full so I couldn't leave a message so I sent them an email. Someone answered me back by mail and said it shouldn't be a problem with pick up and he would check with the route driver. I never got a follow-up so Thursday Jan 7th I emailed him back to ask if they were planning on picking up the trash that was left for 2 weeks and I left him my cell phone number again to contact me I did not get a response. On the following pick-up day Jan 11th, I left the trash again and they picked up everything but the one garbage can with the bagged up garbage and it was not picked up again. I emailed them again on the 11th and no response and I called them and voicemail was full so I could not leave a message. I just need to know if they are not picking up my trash for a reason I am unaware of and some communication from the owner or manager. I am current on paying my bill.

Youngs Garbage Service I got a problem with Youngs Garbage Service LLC

I got a problem with Youngs Garbage Service LLC. They ain't doing what they said they would do in the contract. I paid $35 every 90 days for them to pick up my trash every Thursday. But they didn't do it like 6 or 7 times already. They just drove by my trash and picked up other people's trash. I called and emailed them many times, but they just say sorry and promise to come soon. But they never do. My trash is piling up for almost 3 weeks now and they don't care. I asked for a refund, but they don't even answer me. I wish I read the reviews before I hired them. They got a bad rep already. Please help me. Thanks.

Youngs Garbage Service I had a bad experience with Youngs Garbage Service LLC

I had a bad experience with Youngs Garbage Service LLC. I got a flyer and called to start the service. They said it would start on December 3rd and I paid over the phone. But on December 4th, my garbage was still there. I called multiple times and was told they were running behind because of Thanksgiving trash and had a problem with an employee. They promised to pick it up but never did. I asked for a refund and to cancel the service, but now nobody answers my calls. I looked them up and found out they are legit but have bad reviews. I hope to get my refund and not get charged again.
