Zetronix Zetronix Review: Poor Customer Service and Unresponsive Phone Lines

I've been trying to get in touch with Zetronix for over six months now, and it's been a frustrating experience. I've called them several times in the last few days, but no one ever picks up the phone. I've even left messages, but no one has bothered to call me back. It's really disappointing to see how poorly they treat their customers, especially those who are interested in their products.

I haven't actually bought anything from Zetronix yet, but based on my experience trying to get in touch with them, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. It seems like they're more interested in selling their products than actually helping their customers. If you have a problem with one of their products, don't expect them to fix it for you.

Today, I was on hold for 24 minutes before I was hung up on. When I called back, I was on hold for another 19 minutes with no answer. I'm currently on hold for the third time, and I'm not sure if anyone will ever pick up. It's really frustrating to have to deal with these kinds of issues, especially when you're trying to get help with a product you've already purchased.

If you're thinking about buying something from Zetronix, I would recommend calling them first to see if they actually answer the phone. If they don't, it's probably not worth bothering with them. If they treat potential customers this poorly, I can only imagine how they'll treat you after you've made a purchase. Overall, I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Zetronix Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Zetronix Surveillance Glasses Order

So, I was really excited to get my hands on a pair of surveillance glasses from Zetronix. I placed my order on the fifth and was told that I would receive a tracking number as soon as it shipped. However, it's been 10 days now and I haven't received any email with the tracking number. I tried calling their customer service numbers, but it seems like it's just one guy who keeps telling me to leave a message. It feels like he's just sitting in his apartment or something. I haven't received any return call or update from them, which is really frustrating.

I mean, it wouldn't have taken them more than 30 seconds to call me back or send me a quick email to let me know what's going on. But no, they just left me hanging. And now, I'm worried that if my glasses do arrive and there are any issues, I won't be able to get any help from their customer service. It's really disappointing because even if I end up loving the glasses and they work perfectly, I don't think I'll be using their site again.

In fact, I'm thinking of calling my credit card company to dispute the charges if I don't hear anything from them in the next few days. It's just not worth the hassle and frustration. I really hope they can improve their customer service because I think they have some great products. But if they can't even handle basic communication with their customers, then what's the point?

Zetronix Zetronix z4000 Clock Camera Review: Terrible Customer Service, Useless Product

I've been waiting for months to get technical help from Zetronix. I've sent multiple voicemail and email messages, but I haven't received any response. I paid a lot of money for the z4000 clock, but it's useless to me. It's one thing after another with this camera. It doesn't notify me when it's recording, and it doesn't record as configured. The product manual is no help at all. It doesn't address anything, and it certainly doesn't provide any troubleshooting tips.

I had issues with a different camera, the picture frame, and I was told by tech support that they are only a 4-man operation. I can sympathize to a point, but this is ridiculous. Yesterday, I accidentally hit "Format SD card," and it erased all of my video recordings. Now, it doesn't record any videos at all. I can only view live. I need help with the settings, but the response I get is "thanks for your patience." The tech man is waiting to be sent a TinyCam so he can see what I'm talking about. Seriously?!

When the cameras are working, they are pretty good. But don't try to get any help if you have a question or issue. The customer service is terrible. I regret buying this camera, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Zetronix Zetronix Audio Video Security Pen Review: Terrible Customer Service and Communication

I recently bought the audio video security pen from Zetronix and I gotta say, it was a bit of a letdown. The instruction sheet that came with it was all wrong and incomplete. I had to wait for over a week just to get some instructions through email. And let me tell you, their email contact efficiency is not good at all. It takes them way too long to respond to emails.

I was so frustrated with the product that I requested a refund. But after 5 weeks, I still haven't received my refund. I sent the product back through mail and made sure that both their address and my return address were very clear on the package. But they won't even tell me if they've received the package or not. It's like they don't care about their customers at all.

I've sent them 3 emails over the past 1 1/2 weeks and I haven't received a single response. It's like they have no intentions of refunding my money, but they won't even tell me that. Their integrity is terrible and it's really frustrating.

I paid over $100 Canadian for this product and I don't even have it anymore. They have the product and the money, and I have nothing. I had to do the refund through my credit card, which is a hassle in itself.

I'm George and I'm from British Columbia, Canada. I wouldn't recommend Zetronix to anyone. Their email communication is uncaring and their customer service is terrible. If you're thinking about buying something from them, I suggest you think twice.

Zetronix Zetronix Wifi Camera Review: Poor Software, Overpriced Equipment, and Hassle-Filled Returns

I done goofed by buying a wifi camera from Zetronix. The software they want you to use (Tuya) is a real stinker: it don't link good on our wifi (another company's camera/app combo we used is way more dependable), it was a pain in the butt to set up (the other company's app was way easier), it don't uninstall easy from iPhone, and they make you PAY for push notifications (the other brand's software included that free).

I asked for a refund (less a 15% restocking fee, which, frankly, I get). Instead of an RMA, I got a reply asking what the problem was. I told them their software is poor and their equipment, while nicely built, is overpriced.

They advertise "hassle free returns"! That IS NOT what I'm getting!

They told me tech support would contact me within one day. That's not what I asked for! I just want 85% percent of my money back! I guess I'm just gonna throw it in the trash and count it as a $339 lesson!

UPDATE 11/18/22: Two days after I posted this review, Zetronix sent me an RMA number. I had also sent them an email telling them that I didn't want support, I wanted 85% of my money back.

I'm returning the product. I'll see how it all goes. I ain't holding my breath though.

Zetronix Zetronix zShades-1080p Review: Poor Instructions and Terrible Website Support

I gotta say, my experience with Zetronix has been pretty rough. For starters, the instructions that came with the device were just plain bad. They didn't cover some really important functions, which left me feeling pretty frustrated. And don't even get me started on the website support - it was just terrible. I tried to download the manual for the zShades-1080p, and it told me to go to a non-secure URL. Like, seriously? That's just not cool.

But it gets worse. When I finally found the right page to download the manual, it still didn't tell me how to do some really basic stuff. Like, how do you charge the device? And for how long? How do you even turn it on? And what about installing the Micro Card? I had to call tech support, and let me tell you, that was a nightmare. I was on hold for what felt like forever, and when I finally got through to someone, they didn't even know what they were talking about.

So I tried to charge the device, and connect it to my laptop with the USB cable. But even after I turned it on (assuming I did it right, since the instructions were so bad), it didn't show up in Windows Explorer. I'm not even sure if I'm supposed to have the MicroSD Card in the device or not, since the instructions are so unclear.

Honestly, I would avoid this product and this company altogether. It's just not worth the hassle.

Zetronix Zetronix Review: Terrible Customer Service and Unfulfilled Orders

So, I had a bit of a problem with Zetronix. My wife and I ordered some sunglasses that could record videos and take pictures. We were really excited about it, so we ordered four pairs and four transitional lenses for $799.94. But then we got a message saying that the order was cancelled. We were confused, so we messaged the online chat to ask what was going on. They said that the order was cancelled because our bank declined the first charge. But that didn't make sense, because we saw that our bank had actually processed the second charge. So we were still waiting for our money back, and we didn't get the sunglasses.

We thought that maybe the bank was the problem, so we decided to reorder the sunglasses on a different card. We ended up spending $839.89 on the same order, but for some reason we got charged more than we expected. And when we got the confirmation email, we saw that it only said one transitional lens was ordered. We were really confused and frustrated at this point, so we ordered three more lenses to make sure we had enough.

We tried to get in touch with customer service again to make sure that the overnight shipping could still apply to the second purchase we had to make due to an online error. We ordered overnight shipping and it has been over 2 days since. We have called, left emails, and tried to use the online chat, but this time it says their arent any agents available and when we can it goes directly to voicemail. They are blocking our calls somehow and refusing to respond! Now they have a total of $1,639.83 of our money that they refuse to refund or send the products ordered!

We're really disappointed with Zetronix. We thought that we were getting a good deal on some cool sunglasses, but it turned out to be a big headache. We're still waiting for our money back, and we're not sure if we'll ever get it. We've tried everything we can think of to get in touch with customer service, but it seems like they're avoiding us. We wouldn't recommend Zetronix to anyone, and we won't be ordering from them again.

Zetronix Poor Customer Service and Defective Product: My Experience with Zetronix

So, I gotta say, I'm not too thrilled with Zetronix. I was looking to buy one of their audio/video pen recorders, and I had some questions about it. I talked to this guy named Israel in customer service, and let me tell you, he was speaking so quietly I could barely hear him! I asked him to speak up, but he said he couldn't because it would disturb the other people in his home. I mean, come on! Isn't it more important to do your job well and help customers than worry about your family hearing you? But anyway, I decided to go ahead and buy the pen because it had some features I couldn't find anywhere else.

Well, let me tell you, that pen was defective. The lights were supposed to change color when it was charging, but they didn't do that at all. So I called Israel again, and he said I'd have to pay a 15% restocking fee and my own return shipping. I mean, seriously? The pen wasn't working right, and I still had to pay for all that? I wrote two letters to the CEO, Ed Shklovsky, but I haven't heard back from him at all. It's been weeks!

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend buying from Zetronix. Their customer service is pretty lousy, and their products don't seem to work right. Plus, if you have a problem, good luck getting anyone to help you out. Save yourself the trouble and find a different company to buy from.

I gotta say, these sunglasses are a total waste of time and money. I mean, seriously, DON'T BUY THESE.

First off, the frame is super flimsy and fell apart on me the very first day. The right ear support keeps coming off and it looks like it's already been used before. Maybe they're selling refurbished units as "new" or something.

And don't even get me started on how hard it is to operate these things. The manual is written in some kind of broken English that's impossible to understand. Half the instructions don't even work like they're supposed to.

Plus, the camera randomly shuts off for no reason at all. And the power on sequence? Forget about it. You just gotta keep fiddling with it until it magically turns on.

And the battery life? Don't even bother. Unless you're constantly charging it, the battery won't last long at all. And it's not like you can hide the cable hanging from your ear, either.

Oh, and did I mention that the camera doesn't even tilt? I stopped trying because I was afraid it would break.

And the "135 degree field of view"? Yeah, right. It misses most of what's in my peripheral vision.

And if you're moving around, the video is super shaky. The video stabilization doesn't do anything at all.

And the audio? It's so noisy, you can't hear anything except the wind. And that's even with the noise/wind cancelling feature.

And the images? They're terrible. My old flip phone takes better pictures than these.

And don't even bother trying to get help from Zetronix. Their customer service is terrible. They didn't deliver what they promised and didn't even try to make it right.

And if you get a defective unit, you'll end up paying extra fees for shipping and a "restocking fee". What a ripoff.

And don't even trust the reviews on their website. There are no negative reviews and voting for helpful responses doesn't do anything. I tried to leave a verified review but they wouldn't even display it.

Honestly, these sunglasses are just another Chinese knock-off or scam. They're not even close to being worth the price.

Zetronix Zetronix XT30 Pro Camera Review: Don't Waste Your Money on This Disappointing Product

I'm a rancher from Texas and I needed to beef up my farm's security with some cameras. I wanted to install several wireless cameras around the property, but I thought it would be best to try out one first. I decided to give Zetronix a chance and boy, was I disappointed. Don't waste your money on this company. I purchased the Zetronix XT30 Pro camera and installed it. It would work for short periods of time, but then it would go offline. When this happens, you have to take it down and add a camera to restart it. It goes offline frequently, sometimes even on the same day, and sometimes it lasts for two, three, or four days. The reason it goes offline is that it loses signal from the internet. The camera is supposed to receive even a faint signal, but that's a false statement. They told me I needed a signal booster, but if I needed a booster at 20 feet, why didn't they send me one in the first place? I set the camera up on my front porch, less than 30 feet from my internet router, then I moved it to the side of my porch to within 20 feet, just outside the window of the room where the router is located, and again, it fails to hold a signal with my internet. Look at the photo attached! And the speaker system? Don't waste your money. You can't understand anything anyone says to you within 6 feet of the camera, and they can't understand you either. What a waste of time and money. This camera makes a nice paperweight! The company does offer a 30-day return policy, but don't fall for it. By the time you figure out that it doesn't work, 30 days have gone by, and it's too late to return it. Then all you can do is call tech support, but it's not worth my time anymore. It will not work as described. Maybe it would work if you buy a signal booster, maybe it will not, but it should work at 20 feet without a booster. I do not trust it now. Buy it if you want, but you will regret it.

Zetronix Terrible Customer Service: Zetronix Fails to Assist with Sunglasses Return

I'm a cop and I got my sunnies like a month ago but they didn't fit, so I've been trying to get someone to call me back for a whole month. I left a voicemail, a bunch of Facebook messages, and three emails to support, but they just won't help me out. I'm past my 30-day return policy, and honestly, it's worth the $200 loss just to know better next time. I can't even remember ever writing a bad review before, but I had to do it this time to warn other people. Zetronix, you guys are the worst!

Zetronix Disappointing Experience with Zetronix Screw-In Light Bulb Nanny Cams

So, I recently got myself 3 of those screw in light bulb nanny cams from Zetronix. I live in Dallas, but these are for my house in New Mexico. Let me tell you, it was not a smooth ride. I tried calling their tech support, but nobody picked up the phone. And when they finally did, they took their sweet time getting back to me. It was frustrating, to say the least.

But that's not all. They suggested I download a software to view the micro sd card on my computer. They said it was free, but when I went to the site and tried to download it, I couldn't open it up. And guess what? It was a FREE TRIAL. Can you believe it? I mean, come on, Zetronix. You could have been upfront about it.

I don't know what's up with this company. They seem to be really proud of themselves, but I will never do business with them again. It's just not worth the hassle. So, if you're thinking of buying from Zetronix, think twice. You might end up regretting it.

Zetronix Zetronix Bluetooth Nanny Cam Speaker Review: Good Video Quality, Poor Night Visibility, Nonexistent Customer Service

I bought a blue tooth nanny cam speaker from Zetronix and I gotta say, the video quality is pretty good. However, when it comes to night mode, the visibility is pretty limited. I tried connecting my iPhone via Bluetooth, but I couldn't get any connection. I've reset the speaker a bunch of times, but it still won't connect. I've tried reaching out to customer service, but it's like they don't even exist. I've called and been on hold for what feels like forever with no response. I've also emailed tech support, but haven't heard anything back. If you're thinking about buying this product, good luck to you. You can probably find something similar for a much cheaper price and with better tech support.

Zetronix Beware of Zetronix's 4k Phone Charger: A Scam Product with Poor Video Quality

I recently made a purchase from Zetronix, specifically their 4k Phone Charger model. However, my experience with this product was less than satisfactory. Upon trying it out, I was disappointed to find that the video quality was not up to par. In fact, upon further investigation, I discovered that the video produced was not even true 4k resolution. Instead of the standard 3840 x 2160 pixel resolution, the video was only recorded in 1920 x 1080, which is only HD. To make matters worse, the actual resolution was only 1199 x 810, which is only one-third of HD resolution.

I feel that this is a complete scam, and the company is taking advantage of customers who may not know how to check the resolution of the sensor that is taking the video. It is disappointing to spend money on a product that does not deliver what it promises. I strongly advise against purchasing this product, and I would caution anyone considering a purchase from Zetronix to thoroughly research the product and the company before making a decision.

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with Zetronix. Their customer service is either super lazy or non-existent altogether. And to top it off, my order was late, but they still charged me for it! I don't think I'll be shopping with them again anytime soon.

I paid $19.99 for 2-day shipping, but my package is now a week late and still hasn't arrived. I tried calling to ask for a refund on my shipping fee, but all I got was a voicemail. No one ever answers the phone or gets back to you. It's like they don't even care about their customers.

Honestly, I would think twice before ordering anything from these people. They're not serious about their business and it shows in all the negative reviews they have on BBB. If I had known about all the problems they have before I gave them my money, I never would have even checked out their website.

Zetronix Disappointing Tech Support Experience with Zetronix - Not Recommended

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with Zetronix. I mean, I went to their website and it looked pretty legit, with all the talk about tech support and whatnot. But when I actually tried to get some help, it was like pulling teeth.

I called up and was told that all the techs were busy. Okay, I get it, they're probably swamped with calls. So I tried again first thing in the morning, when they said they were open. And what do you know? Same thing. "Sorry, all our techs are busy." Like, come on, man. I just want some help with my product.

And the thing is, I've seen other people complaining about the same thing. So it's not like I'm the only one having trouble. If they can't even handle the volume of calls they're getting, what does that say about the quality of their product?

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend buying anything from Zetronix. Sure, they might have your money, but if you run into any issues, good luck getting any help from them. It's a shame, because I'm sure it's something simple that I need help with, but I guess I'll just have to figure it out on my own.

Zetronix Mixed Experience with Zetronix Clock with Hidden Camera: Great Camera, Poor Customer Service and Quality

I recently purchased a clock with a hidden camera from Zetronix and I must say, it was quite the steal! Originally priced at $250, I snagged it on sale for only $169. The camera was very discreet and exactly what I needed for my surveillance needs. However, I did encounter some issues with the SD card. When I tried to contact their customer service via phone, I was unable to get through to anyone. Eventually, I sent an email and received a response, but it wasn't very helpful. They claimed that the SD card I was using was too big, but after doing some research, I disagreed. Despite this, I decided to purchase a smaller SD card and give it a try. At first, it worked perfectly fine, but then it stopped working after a few days. I contacted Zetronix again and they sent me a replacement SD card, but unfortunately, the same thing happened again. After that, I never received a response from their customer service team again.

On top of that, I also requested a refund for the $50 difference in price since the clock was now reduced to $119, but I never received a response to that either. To make matters worse, the clock itself was super cheaply made. Overall, I'm not very satisfied with my experience with Zetronix. While the camera itself was great, the customer service and quality of the clock left a lot to be desired.

Zetronix Poor Image Quality and Lack of Customer Service: My Experience with Zetronix Nanny Camera

I'm having a hard time getting in touch with anyone from Zetronix to return a nanny camera that I purchased. The camera's image quality is so poor that it couldn't even identify my family member who was standing right next to me. The colors were streaked and looked like an old TV from years ago. We had a good laugh about it, but if my elderly family member was being mugged, it would have been useless. It's not good for anything!

I don't like leaving negative reviews, but I spent a lot of money to protect my loved one and I still don't have a working camera. I can't even get the issues with the camera fixed. It's frustrating and disappointing.

I wouldn't recommend using this website unless you're willing to take a chance and spin the wheel of uncertainty. It's not worth the risk, in my opinion.

Zetronix Disappointing Experience with Zetronix Bluetooth Speaker/Spy Camera with WiFi - A Negative Review

I recently got myself one of those blue tooth speaker/spy cameras with WiFi from Zetronix (zetronix.com). At first, I was pretty excited about it, but my excitement was short-lived. The WiFi stopped working just two weeks after I bought it. I had to contact them twice before they replaced it. The replacement worked fine for about three months, but now the WiFi has stopped working again. I'm not too bothered about that, though. I can always check the videos later. However, the camera itself is no longer working properly. All the recordings are corrupted and I can't view them.

I decided to write a negative review on their website, just to let other people know about my experience. I wasn't rude or anything, just stated the facts. But to my surprise, they deleted my review! I mean, come on! If you can't handle negative reviews, then don't sell substandard products.

To make matters worse, they charge a whopping $199.99 for this camera! In retrospect, I wouldn't pay more than $50 for just the Bluetooth speaker. The volume is too low and the audio quality is substandard.

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with my purchase from Zetronix. I wouldn't recommend their products to anyone.

Zetronix Poor Customer Service Experience with Zetronix: No Response to Return and Exchange Requests

I recently made a purchase from Zetronix and unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the product. So, I decided to return it for an exchange. However, I have not heard back from them since then. I have tried calling their customer service number multiple times, but I was put on hold for at least an hour and then the call was disconnected. It was really frustrating as I was not able to talk to anyone and only heard music playing in the background.

I also emailed a person who had previously contacted me about my first purchase, asking about how the product worked. However, I informed him that I was returning it for an exchange for another product. I have sent him three follow-up emails since then, but I have not received any response from him.

In addition, I have also emailed their sales team, customer service, and their contact us email, but I have not received any response from them after waiting for about three weeks. It seems like they are not concerned about satisfying their customers, which is really disappointing.

I understand that they have my money, but it is not fair to ignore their customers like this. I hope they can improve their customer service and respond to their customers' queries in a timely manner. It is sad to see a company neglecting their customers like this.

Zetronix This is a scam at best!

I purchased a smoke detector spy cam through their website and they took my money! Almost a week later I tried contacting them and they said they had not shipped my item for security reasons. I have tried calling them multiple times and they have not answered. Very bad customer service and i have not received my money back instead i had to file a claim with the bank.

Desired outcome: Have not received a response or resolution for this as of today.

Zetronix Defective pen and lack of good customer service

I would NOT recommend purchasing from Zetronix. Before buying an audio/video pen recorder from them, I spoke to "Israel" in customer service, asking some questions about the product. He was speaking so quietly that I could barely hear him. I asked him to speak up, but he told me that he could not speak any louder because it would disturb the other people in his home. Yes, it would disturb the other people in his home. I asked if it was more important that he deal with customers and do his job well and he said no. I suppose I should have decided then and there not to purchase, but the pen they offered had features that I could not find elsewhere. I received the pen recorder from them and it turned out to be defective. Different colored lights were supposed to indicate when the pen was charging. It did not do that. I called and spoke to Israel again who said there would still be the 15% restocking fee and that I would have to pay for my own return shipping. I repeated that I should be fully refunded and have free return shipping as the pen was not performing as it should have. It didn't matter to him. I then wrote 2 letters to Ed Shklovsky, the CEO, the first on August 17th and the second on September 13th. They have both gone unanswered to this day.

Desired outcome: Refund of 15% restocking fee and $5.95 return shipping

Zetronix Tiny Cam

Bought Tiny Cam in June 2021. Stopped working. Called numerous times with number provided on their website [protected]) but I get a recorder every time. No response from email either. Recording tells you to press one for tech support, yet when I press 1, it takes me right back to the recording. This is absolutely the worst company I've ever had to deal with. BUYER BEWARE!

Desired outcome: I need a valid phone number to contact and receive tech support.

Zetronix Company will not refund or respond to my inquiries.

Purchased item (camera) and my account was charged on Oct. 29, 2020. Item would not work. Originally emailed company and received response. Company sent another item which also did not work. After failing to get either item working, I was told to return item for a refund. I returned both items, and have received no refund, and all calls and emails go unanswered. They have my money and the item and I get no response.

Zetronix Order

The first initial problem with Zetronix was my wife ordered the 4 Orca recording sunglasses and 4 transitional lenses for $799.94. We messaged the online chat and they said the order was cancelled. Our bank had declined the first charge but proccessed the second. We still did not get our money back which means the order was not cancelled. We did not recieve the items. Seeing how we assumed that the bank was the problem we were told to reorder and we did so on a different card. We ordered a total of $839.89 of the same order and for some reason we got charged more and the order wasnt correct it only said 1 transitional lens was ordered. At this point we ordered 3 more and tried to get a hold of customer service again to make sure that the overnight shipping could still apply to the second purchase we had to make due to an online error. We ordered overnight shipping and it has been over 2 days since. We have called, left emails, and tried to use the online chat, but this time it says their arent any agents available and when we can it goes directly to voicemail. They are blocking our calls somehow and refusing to respond! Now they have a total of $1, 639.83 of our money that they refuse to refund or send the products ordered!

Zetronix failed support

I have tried to reach a human at this company since august 2019, it's now February 2020. They do not answer their phone. I did receive 1 call back from Steve in these 7 months; however, i missed the call.

It is impossible to call and reach anyone at this company when you call. I want to talk to support to use equipment i bought.

The social security administration is easier to contact than zetronox.

As for the product working? I cannot say because i cannot get the proper support to view anything this camera records...therefore, this product is 100% worthless. I should have bout from Samsung--least if there is a problem a human can be reached at Samsung.

*****i want to be called and i want to view this video recorded...after 7 months of no help from this company, i am very upset. Rightfully so!

What good is a black box if there is tragedy and you cannot view the black box...again, it's worthless without support.

Zetronix return for exchange

I purchased a 720 p hd nanny cam compact alarm clock order #[protected] on nov.20, 2019. Ionce I received it I was disatisfied as it was to complicated for me to set up, I emailed zetronics and explained I would like to return it and purchase another a step up from that one, I got a e-mail from jesse with a rma#. To return the item which I did but have heard nothing and need to have the store credit of 89.99 when ordering the other. Please if you canassistin this matter I would be greatful and appreciate youtime and any advice you may have. I donot want to have to take further action nor should I have to, someone needs to realize this is certainly not good customer service and word of mouth is the best advertisement there is, plus the fact that I worked 17 years in loss prevention and help install many cameras that I suggest who and where to purchase from, I cannot atthis time sayi would reccomend zetronics.

Zetronix spy glasses camera

Problem:
I ordered a smart glasses from this company, while I was ordering the product online, I instructed that If product is used or opened box, I would returne it back to them, so when I received the glasses, very quickly find out it was used, and they even didn't bother to wrap it up properly, it was dirty items inside the box as well as and damage hard case, I called and emailed them few times but no response at all, few hours later I shipped the product back to them, after they found out that I returned it, they sent me an email stating there would be 15% return fee and That I should read terms and conditions, I tried to explain that on their website with big words posted that 30 days return gurantee with no restrictions applied anywhere around it, but they didn't care and worst than that they won't refund me for 15 days, these people lied, mislead and sent a used product as new,

Zetronix Zetronix Overall Returning Experience

I never wrote a review before until now. This was by far the worst online shopping experience I ever had in my entire life. I never had any customer service experience as poor as this company and am surprised that this company is not completely shut down due to the massive BBB complaints and negative customer reviews. I don't understand how this company sell "State of the Art" electronics when all of their electronics are USED, DEFECTIVE or overall POOR QUALITY. Whoever their vendor are should be ashamed and extremely cautious to do business with these people. Don't be fooled by the "actual shopper ratings" they received on their website, they can easily have people affiliated and review positive to improve their credibility. They are also usually short so you can tell they are not legit and was spammed. If you Google Zetronix review or complaints, you will see the real customer reviews such as this one. I bought 2 cameras from their online shop 2 months ago (zetronix.com). When it arrived, I can instantly tell it's used from a number of factors: there were clips recorded that was leftover by their workers or whoever had it last, the recording device made an annoying beeping noise with the videos it records, the clip that protects the lenses doesn't hold shut. I instantly email their customer service team, they accepted the return and they received it back within 2-3 days. After couple of business days, I still received no response. I emailed them again and finally got a response after a week and they say they will process the return in the order they receive. This is ridiculous of how slow their return process is. Most companies will have it completed in less than a week. I waited couple more days and no response. Frustrated from all of this, I decided to call their "Live Support, " [protected]. It ringed through couple of times then straight to their voicemail. I called them back the next day and it went straight to their voicemail. I tried once again in couple of hours and same thing - STRAIGHT TO THEIR VOICEMAIL. It seems like they blocked my number or block whoever's number that calls them frequently for customer support. Then, I knew that this company is extremely SHADY and decided to dispute the charge with my credit card company. After about 2 weeks, my credit card company told me that they got in contact with a live person and they agreed to "FULLY REFUND ME OF MY ORDER." After another week pass, I received a credit from Zetronix. It was about 70% refund of my full order. I instantly emailed their customer service team again and ask when I will be receiving the rest of my return credit? I was supposed to get a FULL REFUND as stated in the agreement from my credit card company. Then, they emailed me back and said to refer to their "restocking fee policy." REALLY? AFTER THEY EVEN AGREED TO MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY'S AGREEMENT? Of course then they never responded back after that so I explain the situation to my credit card company, they did a charge back and issued me back the remaining credit. Thank god this absolute madness is over. Again, I don't write reviews unless it has gotten out of hand. This is by far the worst of the worst experience I ever encountered. I read other negative reviews that people have left. The common trend seems to be their DELAYED REFUNDS OR NO REFUNDS AT ALL, NO RESPONSE FROM THEIR "LIVE SUPPORT OR SHOTTY QUALITY CONTROL OF THEIR PRODUCTS. I feel like the way how this company makes money is by SCAMMING YOU FROM THEIR "RESTOCKING FEE." How this work is: they sell you the "new" product you bought on their website. You get mad because something is wrong with it or it fell apart and you return it back to them. Once they gathered the partial payment from you due to "restocking fee." Repack and mark it as "new." They will move on to the next victim and do the same. Do yourself a favor and buy a reputable website like Amazon. Their product is guaranteed brand new or if you're not satisfied, they will give you a easy return. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE TRAPPED AND COULD END UP WORST THEN I DID. LEARN FROM MY EXPERIENCE. GOOD LUCK TO THE OTHER CUSTOMERS WHO IS "TRAPPED" BY THIS COMPANY.

Zetronix Customer service

After receiving an alarm clock that didn't function properly, I attempted to call Tech support for some guidance only to get a voice mail box. Left message as instructed, no call back. A few days pass, call again, response from the Tech person regarding issue, "I don't know", send it back, we will ship replacement immediately. No replacement came, Called back few days later, same Tech person, "oh yeah" will ship today, 3 weeks gone by, no replacement, tried to call back, voice mail. Website contact for customer service/live chat is listed, but is non-existent. My return was delivered to them, not even a refund. You get the idea. It takes me a lot to slam someone's business since bad ratings can hurt a company, but Zetronix's customer service, or lack there of, is way off the mark. I am a prolific, on-line buyer, by the way. Never had a return/service go this bad. UPDATE TODAY: Finally got the same Tech person, AGAIN, on the phone for more lip service. I'll now wait another week for the exchange not to come.
