Unethical Customer Service at Ziffit: No Payment, No Communication, No Respect
So, I used Ziffit to sell my books and it's been a while now. Like almost two months. And guess what? No payment yet. No communication, no reply. It's like they just don't care about me and my books anymore. Sometimes I even feel like they ain't gonna pay me at all. But that's just me thinking out loud. Another thing that upsets me is that they keep blocking peoples' reviews when they reflect how careless their customer service is. That's just not right, man. That's some pretty unethical stuff there. Ain't nobody got time for that.
Unreliable and Unhelpful: My Disappointing Experience with Ziffit Book Selling
I'm not great with computer stuff, but I tried to sell my extra books on Ziffit (ziffit.com), hoping to get a little extra cash. But let me tell you, it was not worth the effort. Ziffit rejected my books that I hadn't even touched, and after all that, they wouldn't even send them back to me. They said they would tell me why it was rejected in the chart or my account, but I couldn't find any reason anywhere. I'm telling you, don't waste your time with this website.
Ziffit App Review: Easy to Use, but Don't Expect to Make a Fortune
Yo, I gotta say, Ziffit was pretty chill to use. The app was mad easy to navigate and getting my stack of books over to them was a breeze with the collect+ shipping option. But, when it came time for my books to be reviewed, they hit me with the news that one of my books' trade value "had expired" - so they didn't pay me for it. Bummer, right?
If you're looking to make some cash with Ziffit, just know that you might not make bank for every item you send in. Sometimes you'll only get a few pennies, ya dig? But, if you've got some old textbooks lying around, those might be worth more. So, it's still worth a shot if you're trying to clean out your bookshelf and make a little cash on the side – just don't go in expecting to make a fortune, ya feel me?
Ziffit Review: Only Paid Me $12 for 7 Books, Won't Take the Best Ones, and Won't Send Them Back!
This website called Ziffit is no good. I sent them 7 books and they said they'd give me $34 for them. But when they finally paid me, they only gave me $12! And they didn't want 4 of the books. Those were the ones they said were worth the most, too! Those books were in fine shape, I don't know why they wouldn't take them. And they won't even send them back to me! They said they're just going to "dispose" of them. I guess they probably just want to sell them and make more money. Wish I had known not to use this weird website in the first place. I could have just gone somewhere else to get rid of these books. What a waste of time.
Effortless book selling with Ziffit - A Review
.
I recently tried out Ziffit to sell some books, and I have to say, I was pretty impressed with the experience! I shipped my books out last Wednesday, and I was pleased to receive an email notification when my order was received. I was a little nervous about how many books might be rejected, but only two ended up being turned down.
I really appreciated the promptness of their communication - I received another email when my payment was sent, and they responded to any questions I had within 24 hours. It was simple and straightforward, and I felt like I was in good hands the whole time.
Overall, I definitely plan on using Ziffit again in the future, and I would recommend the site to anyone looking to sell books online. Though some reviewers have mentioned that they've had trouble with rejected items, I think it's worth noting that Ziffit is likely reselling these books, which means they can only accept items that are in near-perfect condition. So if you're looking to offload books that are damaged in any way, it might be a good idea to check out other options. But if you have a batch of books that are still in great shape, Ziffit is definitely worth considering!
Ziffit Review: Poor Customer Service & Misrepresentation of Book Condition
I sended a great hardcover book that had an author card. Ziffit told me that the lid was broke, but it wasn't. They don't even give you the chance to talk about it, your books can just be trashed. Plus, them mans didn't listen to me about an other book and called it "Expired"? What does that even mean? They're not the best, aye.
Ziffit Review: Easy and Convenient Book Selling Platform with a Few Flaws
I've been using Ziffit to sell my old books and I have to say, my experience has been pretty decent. I know some people are complaining that they don't get what they were expecting, but hey, the website does say that if they can't accept your books, they won't send them back. So, if you know that your book is in bad iffy condition, maybe it's best to just give it away or sell it elsewhere.
Now, the best part of Ziffit for me is how pain-free it is to declutter. I'm a bit of a hoarder, so getting rid of stuff is not easy for me. But with Ziffit, I don't have to worry about going to a thrift store or boxing up my old books to take to a used bookstore. I just scan the barcodes and let Ziffit do the rest. It's so easy and convenient, I don't see myself using any other platform.
One thing that does annoy me, though, is the courier they use. My uncle and I both had instances where the courier would drive right by without stopping to pick up our boxes. That's frustrating! I wish they would use a more credible courier company so that we wouldn't have to deal with this kind of issue.
All in all, I would still recommend Ziffit to anyone looking to declutter and make a few bucks on the side. Just remember to only send in books that are in decent condition, and keep an eye out for that pesky courier!
Ziffit.com Review: A Disappointing Experience with Rejected Books and Zero Transparency
I done sent in three books to Ziffit.com what was in perfect condition, never even ruffled the pages. I got dead excited to get some dollar bills for them, cause they'd never been read and were just gathering dust anyways. But then, what do they do? They go and reject every single one of them for no good reason! Couldn't believe it, mate. They didn't even bother to tell me why, just sent some generic message like a robot or something. When I complained, they did the same thing, just kept sending me the same old message.
Eventually, they narrowed it down a bit, but still wouldn't give me a straight answer. I mean, they were nearly new books, so there's no way they should have been rejected for being manky or anything. And then to top it off, they've got some sneaky terms and conditions that say they can keep the books and recycle them - like, what?! So now my beautiful books are gone forever and I have no idea what they done with them.
If they would just have a bit of decency and show me some photos or something and tell me why they rejected them, then I could have accepted it. But they just won't budge, won't take any responsibility. It's like they just stole my books or something. I'm telling you, don't even bother with this company, they're a right bunch of robbers.
Ziffit Review: Total Joke! Don't Be Scammed Sending Them Your Books
This website is a total joke, don't be scammed into sending them your books. I sent them a brand new book that was only used for one semester and was in perfect condition when I sent it to them, no rips or damage, nothing at all. They then told me that they didn't want my book, and they also weren't going to send my book back. This really angered me as I'm a college student and this book could've been easily given back to the school I bought it from to be used by someone else. Instead, this company decided to recycle my book and wouldn't pay me anything. Their customer service is extremely unhelpful as they just play an automated message back at you without explaining the reason why your book was declined except for saying it doesn't "meet their terms and conditions." I seriously wonder how this company is still in business as this seems like a common problem among their previous users. To be honest, I'll never use this service again and I strongly recommend others to not use it either! Look into selling your books back at your college first before considering Ziffit, at least then you'll get your book back!
Avoid Ziffit: My experience selling books was a nightmare. They kept my property, refused compensation, and hid behind unfair policies
My experience with Ziffit was a total nightmare, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. As a student, I decided to sell my books through Ziffit last January, but it turned out to be a scam. Don't be fooled by their tricky and unlawful policies. First of all, Ziffit conducts an arbitrary "quality inspection" on your books, and if your books fail to meet their standards, they will KEEP YOUR BOOKS AND WON'T COMPENSATE YOU. Even worse, they won't give you a reason why your book did not pass the inspection.
As a result, I was left with two law school supplements, which were in good condition, but were inexplicably rejected. The total cost of these books was around $200, and I was supposed to receive $45, but I RECEIVED NOTHING. Ziffit informed me that my books had been "RESPONSIBLY RECYCLED" without my consent or explanation. They refused to show me any pictures or give me any evidence as to why my books did not pass the quality check. To add insult to injury, they refused to compensate me as we agreed earlier, and they did not return my books.
I even tried to speak with their customer service representative, but all I got was meaningless jargon that cannot justify their actions.
"When items arrive with us, their condition is inspected by our team. Our business sells books on and if they are not in a good condition, we are unable to sell them. On these occasions, we responsibly recycle these books. Selling these items on would be a breach of our legal obligation ? so rejected items are never put up for resale... Unfortunately, these items (my books) have already been recycled so we are unable to provide images. "
When they realize that their policies don't stand up to scrutiny, they hide behind the "terms and conditions." They try to cite one of their policies to justify their actions:
6.1 Reasons for rejection: we reserve the right to, at our sole discretion, reject items and/or cancel or amend your order where:
(e) one or more of the items was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error (or an error in the pricing information stated by us).
Their policies run contrary to every sense of fairness, and they profit off the backs of students like me who are already struggling with a debt burden. They operate based on an illegal contract, where if they make a mistake, the customer pays the price. They refuse to compensate you and will even keep your property under the guise of a legal clause, all of which is illegal.
It's shocking that a company like this still exists, and I hope this review serves as a fair and true warning to anyone reading this.
I'm a disgruntled consumer, and I would advise everyone to think twice before using their services. Save yourself the stress, and please seek alternative options.

Ziffit.com Review: Low Payouts and Minimums, but a Good Option for Clearing Out Old Books
ziffit.com is okay, but they only pay a minimum of 20 bucks, which can be a bit of a bummer. You gotta sell a whole bunch of books to make that kinda scratch. And even then, they don't really pay all that much for each book - sometimes just pennies. But hey, if you got a bunch of books lying around collecting dust, might as well make a little bit of cash off of them, right? Just don't expect to get rich from it.
Shady Book Reviewer Rejects Like-New Books Without Explanation: Buyer Beware!
These guys ain't right. All my books was like new, you know what I'm saying? But these people, they straight up denied 'em without no explanation. They're some shady characters and need to be locked up for their wicked ways.
Ziffit.com's Quality Test Rejection: Why It's a Waste of Time Selling Your Book on Their Site
So I wanted to sell my book on ziffit.com. I checked all the rules and did my best to make sure it was worthy enough to sell. Can you imagine my surprise when I got an email saying that my book didn't pass the quality test? Like, what the heck, man? My book was in perfectly good condition, I took care of it and everything. And now they were gonna throw it away and not even give me any money for it. What a freaking waste. I was so annoyed, I swear. Like, why even bother offering to buy books if they're gonna be so picky about it? Just take all the books already!
