The carwash
Has anyone complained about scratches caused by your carwash? I use the Zips in Springdale and Rogers, so not sure which one caused it, but happened within the past three weeks. I assume you can look up my RFID information and see which one's I have been to. Scratches are on top of car and trunk and would like them fixed. My phone number [protected]

Car wash chipped my car
Hello! I got my car washed there yesterday at a Knoxville location off of Middlebrook Pike. I went through the car wash and my paint was chipped off in multiple places. I also have a scratch on my hood next to some chipped places. I told the people working there. They wrote down all of my information and took pictures of my car. I was told that their boss would be in contact with me. However, I have not heard from anyone.

I have been charged for 3 months in a row from ZIPS/Time to Shine, despite having a paper trail of three months of asking them to cancel my membership. I sold my car that I had signed up and did not sign up my new vehicle. I am now out $120.00 and no sign of them actually fixing this. I have put requests in through their site and have request/ticket numbers from them, but nothing is ever done. I was charged November, December and now January. I will NEVER do business with this company again and will recommend that every else steer clear too. It really is a shame that this company can't do the right thing!

Total scam
They get you to try their monthly unlimited car wash then they start charging your credit card every month even though you canceled long ago. I have contacted them repeatedly and they continue to try to cheat me. $80 overcharged so far.
I tried your unlimited car wash offer for less than one month and cancelled before the month was up. However, you have continued to charge my Credit card in violation of your agreement not to do so if I cancelled before the end of the first month. I completed the form on your website well in advance of your deadline to do so. My card number ends in 9069. The name on the card is Chris or Christopher E Simmons. I would appreciate your reversing the charge on this immediately and refunding all the money you have charged me in error. I paid $15 on 11/17. You charged me erroneously $40 on December 17 and again $40 more on January 18.

I canceled my membership in person in Shreveport. LA at the end of November. i continue to be charged for 3 more months at a higher rate. Someone from Zips needs to contact me at [protected]. I need a refund immediately.
Damage to my car
I recently went to the Zip's Car Wash at 3592 Pinehurst Drive, Lake Worth, FL 33467. I was pulling into the wash and there was an employee guiding me. He told me to pull up, move to the right etc. and then he told me to back-up - not once but three times. As there was another car behind me I was taking "baby steps" when backing up. On my second back-up I heard a loud noise and saw by his face that there was something wrong. He told me to back up again and this time I was stuck. I got out of my car and there was a piece of metal that had popped up from the bottom of the track and was stuck under my bumper and when I "backed up" it pulled the bumper off of my car and damaged my fender. He went and got the manager on duty and she said for me to pull forward. As soon as I did the piece of meal dislodged from my bumper and went back into place but the damage to my car was awful. I truly believe had he told me to pull forward and not "back-up" we may have been ok. I completed an incident report with the assistant manager and we both took pictures and I was told I had to get two estimates. I also got a card for the District Manger before I left. I got my first estimate and it is for $1, 300+ and I was told they would need my car for three days (second estimate is coming up). I called the District Manager to see if they were going to pay for a rental car while my car was being repaired. I left two messages without a call back. The third time I called I received a text that said "I will call you right back". Waited for two days and never got a call back. Horrible customer service don't you think? I called again and this time I got the District Manager - Pablo. I told him my story and he said the following:
• We don't pay for rental cars
• When I asked him how I was supposed to get around he said "not my problem"
• He then said, don't look to get this taken care of any time soon. The process is that the estimates have to be submitted and IF approved they will eventually cut you a check and you will have to go and pick it up at the facility where the incident happened and this will take some time
He then said he was not made aware of my "incident" and he would call the facility and speak to the Manager and call me back. I asked if that would be "today" and he said "yes". I did not get a call back. I then asked him for the corporate number in order to speak to someone above him and he said and I quote "you will have to look it up because I am too busy to get it for you".
I find this whole thing absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. I have told so many people about this site and I am not going back to them and telling them to BEWARE.

I signed up for the trail monthly membership 4 months ago. I filled out there cancel membership form online 3 times and they still haven't canceled my membership. The poor people who work there were told not to cancel memberships in the store. A ridiculous rule for a company that has zero customer service. They're membership is a ploy to suck money out of you.

I want to cancel a car wash membership. I went to the local car wash in Roanoke, VA to cancel in person but the attendant said he could not help me and it had to be done over the website.
The ''Contact Us" does not allow me to cancel. I have called and left messages at several phone numbers for Zips but have not heard back from anyone.

I have a membership and have finally gotten sick of the fact that my car always comes out of the wash with soap all over it and usually still spots that are dirty - and I wash my car often. Also, the other major problem is that the vacuums rarely work...I had to change parking spots 3 TIMES yesterday to find a vacuum that worked. The idea of the rags and cleaner out there was great for about 2 seconds and now every time that I go, the rags are sopping wet. I mean yesterday I could wring water out of the rags that were rolled up on the cart. I am sick of paying for crappy service and need to know how to cancel my membership.
There are 2 locations that I have frequented in Cookeville, Tennessee and they are both horrible.

I canceled my membership a few weeks ago got a confirmation email but nothing stating my membership was canceled now I have been auto drafted again there is no customer service line or phone number when u go to the location they say they can't cancel it I have to go email corporate I do not wish to wash my vehicle there again due to tire shine not being put on with wash and billing problems

I have a membership with the sips and currently use the Ashley phosphate in North Charleston, SC 29420 facility. Since I've been using it it it has declined immensely the vacuums hardly have any section, they no longer keep rags or fluid for wiping down the car and even the mat machine is gone but I am still being charged the same amount each month.
Desired outcome: I would like this to be addressed to possibly fix my concerns so I don’t have to take my business elsewhere

Damage to vehicle / car wash not working properly
I am in Shreveport, LA and My vehicle was damaged at the Zips Car Wash on Shreveport Barksdale, I have been dealing with this for about 3 months or more. My fiance' took the vehicle through the car wash and the attendant didn't press the button to let the wash know that it was a suv with a rear wiper. The car wash tore the wiper blade off and she went back up there and reported it, the attendant went into the car wash and retrieved the other part of the wiper and filed a report. Pictures were taken and from that point on, we have been getting the run around. No matter what number you call for Zips Car Wash, local, corporate and/or any number they give you, you can never get an answer. All you get is a recording telling you to hold on for the next rep., but they never answer. The recording comes back on after about 25 - 30 min and tell you that no one is available and to leave information to receive a call back, also which never happens. At this point I want my membership cancelled, compensation and my wiper repaired. Which is also giving me the run around. I've even went and got an estimate for the repair as they requested. By the way, went back by there today 1/3/2022, and the manager had a nasty attitude and to me that my claim was denied by corporate.

The Albermarle rd location in Charlotte Nc was closed today at 4:13pm no cones out having you drive all the way around before you notice it's closed and employees watching and laughing. This is the closest location to my home but the absolute worse location in Charlotte always opening late or closing early. Please contact me with concerns on this location.

I've sent emails to Zips corporate to cancel my membership for 4 months now. The first few emails were ignored. The last one got an automated response saying "they were working on it". Then a month later I was charged again. They are basically just stealing from me now. DO NOT get a monthly membership here. It's a gimmick. NO customer service. As for the wash quality... it's pretty poor. There is something in the track that scratches wheels. The blowers leave your car very wet, so if you are stopping by at lunch and don't have time to towel dry your car, you will have bad water spots. They had a dry / mop roller at the end of the line that was marginally better, but they got tired of repairing it all the time so they are removing them.
By far, the worst aspect of Zips is the customer service at the corporate level. I've followed all their directions several times to cancel my membership. I do this right after a fresh charge appears on my account. Then a month later I get charged again and start the entire process over. I've sold the car, but have sent photos of my membership decal to them. Nothing works. I guess they know that a relatively small charge ($38 I think...) will probably be overlooked for some time. It's too small of an amount to go to court over. So they just continue stealing from me. I'll have to go by my bank and see if there is a way to dispute these charges, which I don't have time for.

Damage to My Vehicle
I am in Shreveport, LA and no one answers at the 2 ZIPS I use or either recording says mailbox is full for Youree Drive and Shreveport Barksdale Highway locations. My car is repeatedly being damaged on the back near trunk and I need compensation to get the repairs done. The back of my car keeps getting dented and scratched by the wash machine…I know this because I put touch up paint on it and now after my last wash, I have new fresh scratches on my car in same general area. I went through today and the car jumped twice, I laid on the horn and they said that I stepped on the brake, however I did after the car jumped, then I got them to get me back on the track and the rollers scrapped against my car did not turn, I have paint damage, and my car was full of suds, I had to find another place to get off the suds and access all the damage. I told the lady that our other vehicle jumped a track 2 weeks ago and she literally said yeah I doubt it. then at the end the other car almost hit me from behind and the outside light for moving ahead never came on. This place is hardly open, what a waste of money, the car is always full of soap when you come out, we will be canceling the family. Corporate needs to check into this place, tried calling went to automation not available, they are there, the weed smoke rolls out the door all the time. It is sad that a company does not care about the customers.

Ive been trying to contact ANYONE from this company at this point to resolve the damage y'all's service has caused to my vehicle.
