This company is nothin but a ripoff. The guy who tries to get you to join is a real smooth talker (he's a thief)! Like they say, if it sounds too good to be true, well, Zoe *** is exactly that! This company don't follow through by providing the service they advertise on TV and Radio ads. I spoke to a manager named *** gave him a week to get back with me, and I still got no results. He assured me he would resolve my issues if you are a diabetic do not use this plan. I became very disoriented my blood sugars were very low. My thing is I recommended it to a friend and they are treating her the same. For 3k this is not worth the time and money you are paying for them to just take your money it is truly a rip off.

I contacted *** around 2 weeks ago to cancel my service, but I haven't received a response from him. I didn't consult my primary care doctors or specialist before signing up for this program. Being a Cancer survivor, my physicians want me to work with them for my weight loss needs. I want a complete refund to care credit. Until now, I haven't received any response, and there is no corporate office to reach out to. I have all the unopened products to return within 30 days. I have the right to cancel this subscription/service.

I've had so much success with the plan, I'm down 27 pounds and feel great. It really works if you have that willpower to change your eating habits. It's not the plan that doesn't work, it's the person. I feel like if you want to succeed, you have to have that mindset. I never ate 3 meals a day or even included fruit in my diet. Every now and then I did, but not daily. It's now a habit for me because I feel amazing. Thanks Zoe ***, you've saved my life. My sugar has never been better since I was diagnosed a few months ago. Hopefully, I can get off this medication now.

They've also provided me with direct contact details for more efficient communication. My initial judgment of the program as a waste of money has changed; it's quite effective, and I've seen weight loss results. I'm now satisfied with the services provided, though some discount coupons would be a welcome addition.

This company is a terrible company! I heard the ad on the radio and decided to try this weight loss solution. I made an appointment and was greeted by nice people. However, I met "the sales guy" who talked really fast with his sales pitch. I told HIM and everyone I met that morning that I don't take medications for my health issues, but I rely on supplements. The sales guy and the nurse advised me not to use my supplements because their products have enough nutrients. I was excited to lose weight, but I ran into a problem right away. On days 1 and 2, you have to eat 3 meals a day, which is hard for me because I never do that. I contacted their support staff for help. I had to restart days 1 and 2 TWO times. Finally, I got past that and reached day 3, only to find out that the green powdery milkshake you have to drink twice a day was awful. I contacted their support line again and they suggested a better-tasting replacement. On day 5, my blood sugar and blood pressure went through the roof! I called them and said this program wasn't right for me. Plus, I didn't lose any weight! They transferred me to a pushy person who talked for an hour. I paid $2900 for this program and only used it for less than a week. He offered me $510 as a refund! This is insane! I asked him to escalate it to management, but it's been almost 2 weeks and I haven't heard from anyone at this company! I want most of my money back! This program doesn't work for ME!

Zoe Wellness keeps texting me even though I cancelled my appointment in December. I don't get why they keep sending these texts that I can't unsubscribe from. They won't leave me alone just because I cancelled my appointment.
I went to Zoe Wellness Centers of America, LLC around October 22nd for their weight loss program
I went to Zoe Wellness Centers of America, LLC around October 22nd for their weight loss program. I started the program on October 30th and after taking the product for 3 or 4 days, I experienced excruciating pains in my abdomen, along with nausea and dizziness. I had to go to urgent care for help. They advised me to stop taking the product and resume when I felt better, to see if there was any connection between my symptoms and the new product.
After about 2 weeks, I decided to give the product another try. Unfortunately, I ended up back at the doctor's office with severe pain, constipation, and contractions. This time, I brought the products with me to show the doctor. Once again, they advised me to stop taking the supplements.
I reached out to Zoe Wellness Centers of America, LLC to address this issue. They asked me to send them my medical records so they could pass them on to upper management and resolve the billing problem. I refuse to pay for a product that is making me so sick. I've sent multiple emails, but I still haven't received a response from them.
It's frustrating that they are trying to charge me $3,000 for a product that is causing me such harm. I hope they will take my situation seriously and provide a resolution soon.

They charged me $1,437, but gave me a $200 credit after I complained. I've been telling them from the first week that I didn't want it! Last Monday 4/25, I was supposed to have my second week intake. I went all the way to Duluth and they were really busy with clients or double booking appointments. I couldn't wait for over an hour to talk to someone, so I just did my sauna and scans. They said someone would video call me the next day, Tuesday 4/26, at 9:45 am to review the scans and do the second week intake. But Tuesday came and went, and I didn't get any call. I emailed support to ask what's going on, but they didn't reply. I left a voicemail, but still no response. I sent another email, but still no reply. Now I'm trying another email and called today to see if I get a response. I'm thinking of going to the ComplaintsBoard.com and disputing the charge because this program isn't keeping its promises and providing the service they said they would. They're breaking the contract I signed because I can't reach the service provider for the services I paid for. It's now Monday 5/2 and the company still hasn't called me back, replied to my email, or provided the 2-week check-up service!

They don't tell you about a $30 charge at any point in this process. When you get to the center, they charge you $30 without explaining why. Lots of people pay the charge without knowing it's a scam. When you ask about the charge, the company says that the Zoe person has to write down that there's no charge for the free service, or you have to say it out loud that you're there for the wellness challenge. The wellness challenge is the only thing they do at this place. They don't tell you about these new rules before you come, not in the infomercial, not in the mail, not from the Zoe reps, not in the phone calls, not in the emails, not in the texts. I tried to cancel on 9/6/2022. They got back to me on 9/12/2022 sayin' somethin' like, "Hey, I see you bought the kit, but it looks like you ain't started testin' yet. Can ya tell us why? We'll check if we can cancel your membership." Then I told 'em I found out I need other treatment before usin' ***. They replied on Sep 14, 2022, sayin', "Hey ***, thanks for your email. Sorry, but your membership ain't started yet, so I can't cancel it. You gotta have at least a 1 month membership to get your results. Right now, you're set for a 4 month membership, but if ya want, I can switch ya to the one month so you can get your results before cancelin'. Let me know what ya wanna do."
