This company started sending equipment to me after a surgery which was never used. I called to get them to stop sending me things and to stop billing my my insurance. Once they stopped sending me equipment they started sending me bills. I called and spoke with someone in billing who said if I send back the equipment then my case would be closed. Well, a week after they received their equipment they sent me another bill. This time they state that if I pay this bill then they will close my account. I don’t know how they get away with this. The man on the phone said someone had previously gone over their billing practices with me over the phone, that’s a lie. He also said that the previous agent told me I’d still owe for the last month in spite of sending their equipment back, that’s a lie. There has to be some regulation or recourse with these billing tactics. Zynex Medical is a fraudulent company with fraudulent business practices that should be facing some sort of repercussions for their lack of ethics. Their pray are people who are sick and their leverage is threatening their credit for a measly $200, outrageous!

Desired outcome: Refund of payment already made and reconfiguration of billing statement to $0 along with closing my file.
