123Stores Real flame churchill electric fireplace, dark espresso

This fireplace was ordered. I expected it to be brown as pictured in the ad, however it is cherry red in appearance which is disappointing as it does not match my furnishings. It was received with several damaged parts. The parts were replaced and then it could be assembled. Upon assembly, I noticed that the base support was warped and cracked. It was replaced, however, it had to be assembled differently but no assembly instructions came with it. We used it for a while but the blower did not seem to project the air very far. The firebox then began displaying warning errors. The firebox had to be replaced. It is much improved from the original defective one. Of course, this required waiting, removing and reassembling the firebox. This is an extremely long amount of time to wait for properly working parts to bring the fireplace to an acceptable working standard. I as a 70 year old female do not find this acceptable to need to assemble and reassemble and now I need to dispose of the defective parts. When I ordered my fireplace I paid $894.96 plus tax, Had I rejected this defective fireplace and returned it and then reordered later I could have purchased this unit for $536.83. I am requesting a refund for $358.13 plus tax, due to the problems I faced as a customer through no fault of my own. I don't know what happened regarding the wood color.

Desired outcome: A refund for $358.13 plus tax.

123Stores table and chairs

Have been put off for over week. Receive promises but nothing has been done. Received these boxes, open one and it was the wrong color so I took a picture and let them know. They keep saying they will have my return info in 24 to 48 hours and then it was today but this has been going on for over a week now.

I am taking care of the issue going forward. We have followed up with the manufacturer. if they don't respond, we will provide you a return label You will not be paying for shipping at all.

We have to prepare the shipment paperwork. This takes sometime. Please be informed that this is not at all a delay tactics. We will be more than happy to resolve your issue. You will be refunded in full once the item is received so you are not losing, but we have to bear the cost of return shipping and restocking the item. So we are at a loss here.
I hope you understand our situation and we expect co-operation on your side too. You will receive the call tag details today itself.

123Stores 2 walker edison tv units still in my living room. one was damaged the other ordered in error

Undamaged, ordered by mistake. I cancelled this order on the 6th of april. It was shipped out the 7th. Working for ups for 24 yrs if this pkg had been scanned before loading for shipment would have shown was cancelled, this must be done before leaves bldg for tracking purposes. Obviously my email was ignored. Amazon and myself have contacted this company many times. Asked for rma to return pkg, they issued 1 rma to go on pkg, told me i need to pay for both units return. Shipping costs were over 162.00 each plus change.That equals approx 325.00 after they had charged me for 2 units costing 532.30. They refused fed ex to pick up, my request. This is a total of 857.00 my cost. Could not send them picture my son had already pkged it for fed ex to pick up. We did not realize they would be totally unreasonable and unprofessional. This is totally corrupt business practice, something needs to be resolved with them. Haans storm told me i had to wait till may 18 for a decision from them. There return address is utah, my son and i would have to rent a truck, i have a small car. He told me to keep them, i want my money back, they are stealing money from customers, breaking the law. They now have no correspondence with me.Action needs to be taken against them. I will take legal action if not reimbursed. Will contact bbs next. They should be out of business with all complaints against them . Its just unbelievable. [protected]@yahoo.com

123Stores damaged product received

Whatever you do do not purchase from this horrific company. I purchased a dresser for our baby's nursery and it came with one of the main pieces split in half. Unfortunately, due to the fact that there was some work being done in that room and the flooring had not yet been laid, we had to wait a few weeks to assemble it, so we didn't know this right away. As soon as the broken piece was discovered we notified rakuten.com, where we ordered it from and they contacted stores123 for us. They requested images, which we sent. I was then emailed back the next day that they could do nothing. When I called and explained the situation, that the shipment was only just yesterday unpacked, I was told I should have called 3 days sooner, but that at this point they were unwilling to do anything. His only other suggestion was maybe google the manufacturer and see if they want to do anything.

What awful customer service! I don't want a refund, I don't want a new dresser, I just want the one piece that came split in half that is now holding me up from finishing the assembly of our baby's dresser. So now I have a half built dresser that I paid $300 for and can do nothing with.

123Stores regalo easy step walk thru gate, white

The unit arrived defective, with one of the parts non-functional (Too small, from a different product). They requested I send them photos, which I did, and then continued to insist that there was nothing wrong with it. They offered a refund if I shipped back to the manufacturer so it could be resold, but because they refused to acknowledge the defect they wouldn't pay shipping, which (Using the cheapest ground service) was almost as much as the baby gate cost! They are an amazon marketplace seller, so amazon refunded my money with their a-z guarantee, but stay away from stores123, they are dishonest.

123Stores damaged product upon arrival

When the tv wall mount I ordered and paid for back in dec.10th was delivered it was packed in a makeshift outer box. Stores 123 had an employee who cut a larger box down too small for the product box to fit. Someone knew this box was too small for my purchase but sent it anyway. The outer box nearly popped open from pressure when I cut the tape. I sent stores 123 a picture of the product box with the broken piece protruding through the puncture on the inside box. The makeshift outer box was not damaged by the carrier at all, just the inner because the box was cut too small. I've called twice, emailed three times and I am only put off. No answer so far, no authorization number for return. I told them the carrier was not at fault. The only thing I was told a while back is that they are filing a damage report to the carrier. How about me? Want to help me, the customer? They wanted "an epic" feedback but here is their promise to me—quoted from their email... "we guarantee that you will be treated like you are part of our extended family and your issue will be resolved promptly. "

123Stores never received product

I never received this order and they refuse to refund or send a replacement. I am a long time amazon customer and this is the first time this has ever happened to me. This outfit is a third-rate outfit with just lousy customer service. This is what happens to when you subcontract your customer service to india. They don't have a clue. Don't ever and I mean ever buy from these people.

123Stores terrible return policy

Do not ever purchase anything ever from this company. They said they won't accept any return if the package was opened. However, how do you know if something is damaged until it's opened? They asked me to send pictures of the damage, which I did, then sent me their policy on unopened items. What? Totally corrupt. I'm posting bad reviews wherever I can about them.

123Stores misrepresented

I believed the wood would be of wheat finish and instead was cappuccino. This order was to match a set already have which is a lighter finish. Need to return not product it advertised. They are saying the seat is of wheat color. The seats on these chairs have a fabric an not a finish! They have no interest of acknowledging they have falsely described this products finish which is cappuccino.

123Stores cancellation/return policies

Purchased through amazon and they will not post review. Purchased item and power washer becasue ours just quit. (Second on in little over a year) so husband wanted the professional model not personnel since he uses it daily for about 30 minutes. I found and ordered, meanwhile he decided to call the company since there was a warranty on the one he was using. They stated he needed to switch to the professional model as the one he was using was not designed for daily use. They offered a deal with the warranty on the upgrade. I then contacted amazon to to cancell the order that had been placed only a few hours earlier. They passed that on to the company. The next day the company emailed and said they would not cancell the ored but it would ship shortly. I then requested a return authorization since inspite of the explaination they would not cancel. They then offered a 5 % discount if we would just keep it. Told them had no need for 2 (Which would have been over $ 1, 000. Returned item as soon as it arrived, company wanted me to do the tracking and all on the return. Shipping back was $ 56. And then they deducted $100 from the refund. I will not buy anything from this company. It should never have shipped and the refund should have been complete.

I am having the same issue, I ordered an item turned out to be there wrong item paid 281 and only have a credit of 110.00

OMG, I had such a similar experience with them as you! I ordered furniture on June 30th, and then cancelled the order the next day, July 1st, 2020. They emailed me that it was already being shipped, so they could not cancel it. I received the HUGE package delivered to my driveway, and called Amazon to help, as it was on their site. I really don't know why Amazon does business with them.

The girl at Amazon was very nice and helpful and she sent them an email regarding my return and refund, as they had notified me that I was to pay a 15% restocking fee and they could not have a carrier pick up my large items that I could not bring anywhere. Then, they said that they would mail me a shipping return label, but it cost $100! My order was only $277!. They also told me, as they told you that I had to be sur I had this certain code on the return label, and that I had to call them with the tracking number after I sent it back! Whew! This has been so exhausting and stressful. I ordered furniture concurrently from Wayfair and Overstock.com and they made the cancellation/return and refund process so smooth and seamless.
They had FedEx pick up the items right away, and also UPS and they did not charge me!
I would NEVER EVER do business with 123stores ever again! They just wanted me to buy that furniture, because they could have cancelled the order, and they lied about the shipping date. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

123Stores returned item not refunded

I already commented on someone else complaint about stores123 but I want to be sure my own experience is counted so that hopefully something is done about this dishonest company.. I purchased a console pet seat for my little dog. It was so big it wouldn't fit into the space so I put it directly back into the box and returned it. When they received it they informed me that it had been used and so I wouldn't get a refund. It had never been used! To "prove" their point they sent me a photo of a worn, peed on and chewed up item that was not even the same model as the one I bought! Unbelievable. When I pointed out that their photo was a fake they insisted this was the one I returned. Then they sent me half my money bac ($50). I paid 100.00 plus I paid around $16 to return it. They now have possession of the brand new item and half my money. I can't believe that amazon fronts this operation which I suspect isn't an american company and is from someplace where this sort thing is the norm. What can we consumers do to out them for the thieves they are?

I paid 281.00 for a product, they only refunded me 110.00 on an item i never opened and kept the rest of my money. I wish Amazon would catch on to this frauding place. I love Amazon but will be hesitant in using in the future if this is the business they want to help.
