I bought 2 furnitures from Wolf Furniture in Jan 2020. The electric motors ain't working right. I got the 5-year warranty but Wolf Furniture is closed now. What can I do? I think I should get my money back for the warranty.

I had a problem with my furniture in October and I filed a claim with the Warranty. In December , they came to check my furniture and ordered parts to fix it. They said it would be fixed in March , but it took 3 months to get the parts. Then the pandemic hit and they went out of business. I paid for a protection plan, but now my furniture is still broken. I don't know who to contact because they are out of business and I haven't received any calls or anything.

We put down $1300 for a couch at Wolf Furniture in State College, PA on 2/14. Later, we saw in the news they went bankrupt. No one told us. I did what I was supposed to do with the bankruptcy court, but we still don't have our furniture or money. It's not fair.

I buyed and payed for a chair from Wolf's on Feb. 16, 2020. They was supposed to call me for pick up at their store. After several follow-up attempts to contact them regarding when the chair would be in, I find out they have closed their business and declared bankruptcy. Now I am out both a chair and my money. Considering they was fully aware of declaring bankruptcy, I feel the company, or parent company, should refund my money.

I had a bad experience dealing with delivery & when it was finally delivered the some of the furniture was damaged. After several months are no resolution I was told there was nothing that could be done. I overheard a conversation of a few co-worker that the same experience happened to them as well & they filed a complaint thru this website. This isn't even a number that I can contact for my extended warranty. Pls help!

Bought a mattress from Wolf Furniture Store in York, Pa on 2/29. Delivery was supposed to be on 3/10. Got told after buying that the store was closing and going bankrupt. They said that there was a chance that the York store might get bought by another company and reopen. But then news stories said that it didn't happen and the store was staying closed. Can't get in touch with anyone from Wolf Furniture. We put down a $1,000.00 deposit on the mattress and it never got delivered. We want our $1,000.00 back.

I got some leather furniture from Wolf's and it got torn up. I called them to fix it and they sent a guy out. He said the leather was messed up and took some pics. He said they'd either replace it or give me my money back. I tried calling the manager a bunch of times but they never called me back. The furniture was messed up from the start and it's been a pain. I got emails and voicemails to prove it.

When I contacted customer care on 11/29 to address a broken reclining feature, I was informed that they could no longer service my furniture due to Wolf's bankruptcy. The leather sofa cost $1,519.99, and the warranty for the leather and power reclining feature totaled $493.99. With the holidays approaching, I am seeking a repair or refund as the reclining feature failed on 11/15.
