While sending money provider has wrote my name in account number section. So the payment is successful but has not reached to me. But because the account number he wrote doesn't belong to anyone cuz it's my name in letters, in this case sender will get refund from his bank. They should check & if they hadn't received the refund then they should raise a dispute in sender's bank after saying he exchanged the details & where he sended money that account doesn't exist. So that his bank will give him refund 100%.
But 1xbet is not helping me with this, they should understand how valuable any amount can be for a user. They aren't putting any extra effort even after knowing iam mailing since a month. It was not completely my fault, I wrote the details which 1xbet asked me to, they mentioned in the left side "account number ". While in the box it was written first name only. So it was also a technical error. Im just telling them to ask for a refund from their bank cuz account doesn't exist where they sended money. But they are not replying to my mails now. Really disappointed, because of their technical error, it's me who's facing everything & they are relaxing.
I visited my bank's branch they said remitter have to raise this issue in his bank for reversal of the transaction, reciever can't do anything.

They're being sarcastic with me in e-mail. They can't reply here in public domain, they can't say here that we can't raise issue in our bank but they are indirectly saying it's my fault. It was not my fault, i wrote what they asked for . It's the technical error. I will go everywhere where I can. I will not leave my hard earned money, customer service like this needs to teach a lesson. They are talking with me like i am begging them or asking to paid the amount from their own pocket. I am just simply asking them to raise issue in their bank & get refund. But i guess their providers can't show their bank his face cuz he's fraud just like the company. Why can't he ask for refund from his bank if it's sent in non existing account. Unbelievable.

I saw that you are keep posting your complaints but they are not serious , because we both are scammed from this gambling site.
They should give me money either with company's funds cuz it's because of there technical error or second option is after asking their bank for a refund because the they sended a money in account which don't exists. Any bank will provide refund in this case. But they are not doing anything. Just making me mentally disturb. This is mental harrasment. I went through sleepless lights with overthinking, mailing since one month. Almost 10k INR is not a big amount for company like 1xbet but it is for me who's middle class person.

They scammed everyone, in my friend circle everyone is scammed from 1XBET like once. Many people don't know where to and how to complain. We should have to aware people for this kinds of fraud. 1XBET claimed to be strict for their rules but its only for their costumer when they start winning or withdraw, there is no such rules for their own. Everyone who worked in this company is out of discipiline.
