I withdraw 10,670 tk through Bkash. However, I received a notification that the money was withdrawn successfully. But I didn't receive a single penny on my bkash (mobile wallet) account. But why? I want my money back asap.

But in 14.1 overs only 5 ball delivered.

I already posted this problem on this site but after 4 days this problem marked as resolved but it is still not resolved hence I am posting again .

I have placed a bet, betslip - [protected], selected (Individual Total 2 From 166 To 195), now the match has been abandoned after 34 overs and score was 136/5, given that match was reduced to 42 overs, I would have ended winning this one, however instead of getting refund for this one, this bet is settled as lost.

Please look into this and help me with my refund amount.
