Both times I have win out big they have prolonged my withdrawal as much as they can. The first time I was playing while waiting and ended up losing it all back. Then my verification came through.
Second time, which is now, they have requested extra documentations and keeps claiming mine are invalid, 70 emails back and forth and only robotic answers

This is not resolved at all, 1xbet is just stalling out all my payments by blaming on the payment system, and not fixing it after 2 weeks.
These are the few rules they force hostage my money ( My overall deposit is even greater than the withdrawal)
1. You can only withdraw from the way you deposit in my case visa.
2. You can withdraw only proportionally to your original deposit, hence they will encourage you by verifying new method so they receive even more money but when you make an withdrawal, they limit you down.
3.The payment systems denies you in all sort of ways. Payment Error, Suspected Fraud etc.
4. When the payment system is broken, they have all sort of ways including making it looks like the cookies is bugged, you will just have to wait for it to come back on (Good luck waiting for it to break again)
5. If you reach out to their teams, trust me I have messaged everybody including the one above, they suggest you either to try again, or make new payment method (ref to pt2), and live chat is worse, if you insist they dont work, they force close your conversation.
6. I have to log in everyday to check if my withdrawal is successful or not (they make a few go through everyday and breaks down after around 5k usd), I have made 400+ withdrawal requests over the 2 weeks and maybe 40 went through, this is a way that they bait you into playing more and stall you and you will have a greater chance of ending up losing all your money, I have done that a few times before this time i type. I have learnt my lessons to stand my ground and not play the game, if any of you out there is having the same problem reading this, i strongly suggest you to do the same and not go greedy with your winnings, they will put you on a long road on withdrawing, now i am out of option but to write.

Unable to withdraw and blocked my account
I tried to withdraw some of my funds but was denied. I have deposited 28k of my currency just a few days ago. I still have around 23k of balance when they decided to block my account even after providing all the requested documents to them. All of their claims are false. 1xbet closed my account with over 320000mmk. They requested documents and I sent the national ID to the security team. Then they continued to request driving license. I don’t have it and I said.
