1xBet Banned account with 18051 USDT

ello,

I am registered on 1xbet under the ID: [protected]

I deposited by cryptocurrency and not by credit card.

So far so good, I'm winning large amounts up to $18051.

Then I wanted to withdraw, 1xbet blocked me and asked me for identity verification, I sent them everything they asked for, card photo, with selfie, proof of deposit, etc. then I get a reply from them as if I am using falsified documents from another person when no, they find excuses not to pay me! When I already proved my identity by any means they wanted, they don't have the right to take my money like that, especially since I have bills to pay in a hurry

They find excuses to say send me your bank statement, what's the connection? Who tells them that I have a bank account? Especially since I deposited by cryptocurrency and not by credit card.

I've been permanently excluded by finding a silly reason that I'm a fake person.

I have contacted Curaçao Gaming for a complaint, I will not leave my money like that

1xBet Blocked my account with money

Dear security team

My account id number is [protected].

I created my account id from 1xbet website using One click registration option. I heard this website from my friends so i was created my account and i was new.

I made deposit 2000 bdt at 03-05-2022 and 149000 bdt at 03-05-2022 at 11:35 am( local time). After made my deposit i tried to log in but I cannot log in with my password which i find on the 1xbet website after registration.

I deposited my money from our local 1xbet cash agent Whose name was Asaduzzaman. Also mention that his withdrawal address is Chattagram Chattogram kumira Sitakundu 24/7 pos.

I also not added any email or my personal details on my account as i can't log in after made deposit.

Its really worried matter for any new clients.

I contacted with [protected]@1xbet-team.com but they replied to contact with security Department. So i write here my account issue here.

Here is my New NID card And My login details which i tried after my registration.

I hope 1xbet will solve this problem as soon as possible and make my account usable so that I can use my account.

1xBet the security team cancelled my winning without any evidence

on 29/9/2022, i have some winning and perform my withdrawl, i have meet the turnover and should be able to do my transaction. Evetually the customer service email me and ask me to send my Personal Identification Photo, after that request to verified me by using selfie together with my ID and email. I do as by instruct.

After all, i have been told that by term as below attachment. I am 100% play the game using my own Identity , name as bank and myself doing all transaction. (I manage to pass all verification)

lastly my winning over 2500 is deducted, my initial balance after winning is rm5000++. after take off my winning , balance in my account is rm2000.

I have withdraw rm2000 after that, and hereby i want to file in this complaint. please do update me as i am really furious and dissapoint of your company handle this.

1xBet Withdrawal problem

I made a last deposited of 4000$ in my 1xbet account to play an odd of less than 1.3 As soon as I requested for withdrawal they denied me telling me that I had to send some documents to the security department for verification this was more than 2 weeks ago. I kept sending the documents they asked for to a point that they requested for my BVN(Bank Verification Number) I had to sent it because my money was as stake

At some point I had to tell them to just cancel my winning and refund my last deposit they ignored me

Yesterday I was asked to logging to my account to fill another form I had to do it because I don't really know what to do again..You guys have mad my life a hell since the past 2 weeks . I won't say more than that

Yesterday they told me to login to my account and provide another document, document that I've provided 2 weeks ago as part of the email thread from the security department they keep asking for the same document

I've sent those documents yesterday 3 times consecutively but I know they won't reply me until after 3 days and then they will tell me to provide another document and then ghost me for the next 3 days again because that's how they've being doing for more than 2 weeks now

And where will I provide my customers ID to you sir?

You guys don't join 1xbet..they will block your account when you start winning big and then tell you to send documents...they won't reply you until after 3 days then tell you to send another document like that like that until you're tired of replying them

1xBet Deposit abuse by 1xbet

I made 2 deposit into their ethereum wallet but they did not credited that.

I have tried

- calling them

- sending a message on twitter

- asking help on live chat

- messaged them on whatsapp

they ignored everything and above all that when you ask for update they ask you for proof again and again so I have sent them same screenshots and transaction hash 4 times.

I would recommend be very careful with their crypto agents they dont care about your money its now 1 and half day past still no response back for them.

I dont know why I trust them again and again.

made deposit, got a message saying "deposit was rejected by operator" despite me sending in screenshot of transaction, and using all the info stated.

mind you, i have made 3 previous deposits using same method.

emailed, no response.

contacted via online text chat, only to get told to "please hold on"

and 35minutes later, nobody [censored]ing responded

what the bloody [censored] service is this?

On last 25/09/2022 (03:02) I made a multi bet with system setting (6/9).

The stake amount was BDT 320.

That time the odd was almost 3 or above 3.

But after winning the bet they just gave me BDT 80.They didn't give me the winning amount as the odd shown in the first place moreover they took my money.

These guys can’t be serious, yesterday I was using 1xbet and I was winning suddenly I got logged out and I could not access to my account, due to 2 factor authentication, I have done all what their customer service asked me to, but no result, I have been asked to send an email to [protected]@1xbet-team.com, I sent 3 emails they never answered, now I understand why 1xbet will never be on the available Ontario betting sites because its just a scam and that’s why specialists highly recommend people to avoid using 1xbet, I advise people to read more about them https://www.snbet.ca/1xbet-ontario-review,

1xBet 1xbet block my deposited account without notification.

I opened my account and made deposit. But after made my deposit, 1xbet instantly blck my account. I mailed [protected]@1xbet-team.com but they even didn’t make response of my mail.

I complain here and find a response on Facebook. Facebook security told me to mail [protected]@1xbet-team.com.

Today i also mail [protected]@1xbet-team and after sometime security Department asked my account id. I also gave them my account id and my NID card picture. But after that they remain silent without giving replay.

After making deposit i can't log in with my password.

I didn’t also add my personal information as now i can't log in.

1xBet Refund INR 20000 on 6 August is still pending

I have deposited INR 20000 on 6 August at 1:35 pm. I received successfull msg. But payment of 20000 didn't credited in my wallet. I emailed 1xbet they said me send us screenshots of payment. I sent them. Then they said you payment hold by bank. Within 14 days you will get. After 14 days I again didn't get anything from 1xbet. I emailed them but they are not replying me.. I sent multiple emails and asking why you are not refund my money. They are not replying me.. I am so fed up. Please see the attachments of payment which I deposited.. please resolve my issue.

I have deposited INR 500 on 21st Sep but not credited on my account.

I have contacted customer service via chat and email for resolution.

Got below response on 21 Sep as stated below:

Dear user, please create a deposit request using correct reference number (IMPS, RRN, UPI, UTR) indicated in the screenshot, also use the same method to make the deposit request through which you have got the details to deposit the amount.

Please follow the steps to create a deposit request- [Go to - profile>>top up section/deposit>>>select payment method>>mention same details fill up while making transaction] and contact us.

I tried creating request but got error while doing.

1xBet robbed me on13th September and 14th September on the game called CRASH which is based on cheating I was unaware that they cheat as well in which I had lost around Rs 5000 then Rs 9000 and then Rs 3000 after this I've called the customer care he clearly said to collect evidence against the game and for collecting evidence I've started playing small bets with my screen recording on and next morning I lost Rs around 900 because of same cheating issue. I've shared the video clip on their mail but they directly denying it even after their person told me to collect the evidence and the people attending the calls from their end are not at all helpful, As there is access to upload a video file here I'm attaching the video of the cheating they did. Then I have started complaining on their Tweeter Page then they blocked me there as well. Please help me to refund all these amount which I've mentioned (TOTAL AROUND RS 17900).

1xBet Payment not received

On 19 sep 6:28pm I deposited ₹3000 through paytm (epayment) to the account 1X bet provided to me for making deposit. The name of the person on whose account I deposited ₹3000 his details were provided by 1X bet his name is Amit Pathak. Deposit was made through my paytm account to his paytm account. My issue is I have not yet received the money on my 1X bet account instead I received a message on my 1X bet account that deposit rejected in the amount ₹3000 by operator. Yet I have not got my money back in my original source account as well (Paytm). I tried emailing them and texting again and again but they dnt seem to understand my issue. I am attaching all the proofs with this message. Please help me out.

They blocked my account & freeze my funds. I M almost lost 5000$. When you loss they never contact you, when you win they freeze customers ID.

1xbet is a FRAUD WEBSITE. Dont waste your money on this web.

They are TAX THIEF, already bankrupt in Jan 2022, their owners ON INTERNATIONAL WANTED LIST.

I ADVISE ALL 1xbet EMPLOYEES STOP WORKING WITH THIS WEB. you guys are also part of fraud, and I bet your lives are not peaceful.
