Deposited total 600 aed. It is not appearing in my account. I noticed that it only happens when I use my debit card. I tested it on my other card and it works.

Hey this is Sufiyan, I have got cheated for Rs. around 17900 in the game called crash, I've played many games but there were some error which pulled back the timer and blast the plain once the time has past, I've lost 3 games last night of around 9000, 5000, 3000 after that I've started playing game with my screen recording on to just collect the video evidence of your error as an example to show what happened with my previous bets as one of your advisor on costumer care said after the incident to forward the complain and getting my all money back I'm attaching that video with this complaint and the same error happened in the morning which cost me 900.

Totally unresponsive support
2 months ago I requested my 2 way authentication to be removed since I lost access to google auth. Their completely useless chat support referred to me to [protected]@1xbet-team.com saying "our specialists will help you with your issue". Well I sent them 4 emails few weeks apart and got NOTHING. Not even an automated message.
I turned back to their chat support and twitter asking to help me understand why I am not able to get an answer from their email team. They all respond the same "we are not authorized to help you with this issue".
I am pretty sure I was blocked by their email team (since no answers) but nobody at 1xbet wants to help me with the issue. I tried emailing them with my other account and they responded - saying I need to contact them on my main account.
