1xBet withdrawal issue

I made a deposit via VISA card on 17th october and placed series bets which won.

now want to make withdrawal on 22nd october but saw only option of mastercard.

i phone customer service about the issue and they told me how to change payment method.

i deposited again into my account using mastercard and stakedon over 1.1 odd and won.

i sent all the screenshot to the security email at [protected]@1xbet-team.com and ever since then, there has been no response whatsoever from anyone.

i've called and called and all they kept saying is to wait for response.

can someone please come to my aid. i really need help.

i dont want to lose all my money.

1xbet are not processing my account verification. They decided to lock my account after depositing 4000$ and they started this their series of verification. I have been verifying my account for the past 6 weeks. I have always send all the documents they requested for. Now the last time I logged into my account, what I can see is that the review of my account suspension claim as been suspended after I have sent them all the documents they requested for. This have been showing in my account for the past 3 weeks after I sent them the documents they requested for and it's still showing till now and I have sent the documents they requested for for the third time in a row thinking they will answer if I send it one more time.

I really don't understand what's going on. This is my third time of filling a complain on this board about this my 1xbet account and what you guys responded was that my account is under verification. I know my account is under verification but the security department are not processing the documents I had sent them for the past 3 weeks now

Can 1xbet tell me what's I'm not sending right it's been 3 weeks after I sent them the documents they requested for but all I can see in my account is my claim have been suspended. Please I'm tired already nothing is helping.This is my fourth complain about this same account verification on this platform but nothing is helping

You guys are just saying my account is under verification and I should follow the instructions strictly from the security department

1xBet They don't pay on time

1x bet rotates with our money. They pay 1/2 day after deposit. Withdrawal does not give money. Even if you email thousands of times, the email does not respond. Customer support does not give any answer even if I talk about this. I want a fair trial against them. They are still not paying my deposit. I want 1X Bet to educate our Bangladeshi retailers about this.

1xBet Stole my money

I deposited on 1xbet and wasn´t able to bet

They asked me for a list of docs:

-bank statement

-proof of deposit

- national id

After I sent it all, the allowed me to use my account.

So i make 2 more deposits and start to betting. When I tried to withdrawal, they asked me for more documents

- drivers license

- selfie with my ID and the email they sent me open on my screen

So I provided it.

Then they asked me about my relation with 2 people I don´t have any ideia who they are. I replied exactly it, I don´t have any idea.

After few hours, they sent me an email saying they closed my account and removed ALL MY WINNINGS because I suposedly broke their rules.

First of all, It´s not true. I don´t have any relation with this 2 person they asked me.

Secondly, I asked for proofs and they didn´t give me any. I´m 200% sure I didn´t break any rule and my account has NO RELATION AT ALL with other account.

Third, if my account had any problem (which it hasn´t), why they didn´t say it when i sent my bank statement and ID 10 days ago? They waited for my deposit to steal my money.

My balance was 3370 BRL at this point. They only allowed me to withdrawal 2200 BRL.

I don´t want any relation with these scammers from 1xbet anymore. I just want my 1170 BRL back.

i Have 23,540 cedis in my 1xbet account, On the 1st of October, 2022 i tried making a withdrawal of 2000 cedis from my 1xbet account to my vodacash wallet and i got a feedback i should email security team and was then told to verify my documents, during the verification process i sent both front and back of my national id card, pictures of me holding my national id card and a phone showing the e-mail thread i had with the security team, I was later asked to specify the relationship of certain individuals namely Akplaku Samuel, Oppong Korang Bismark, Owhe Emuobome Unique, Dodoh Emmanuel Ansah Stanley, of which dont know any of them. I was told to wait for an answer which i waited for 4 days and i was asked by the security team to provide a drivers license which i dont have because i dont drive, so i was told to provide bank statement document which i provided.On the 14th of October i got a mail saying i should make a selfie with a current date and code Y5IKJH written on it with my face and all the data clearly visible, is sent them the requested selfie shortly and was finally told to login and fill a form which turned out to be a blocking appeal i had no idea about.

I had deposited my own money and staked bet legally which i lost and won some ,they can check my bet history for clarity why am i being treated this way.

Desired outcome: I want my account unblocked so i can continue using my account as usual and make withdrawal and deposit as and when.Thank You

I have being verifying my account for the past 1 months now. They keep telling me to send some documents and I kept sending it to a point that they're asking for the same documents I sent before but I kept sending it.

It's been more than 2 weeks I last heard from 1xbet concerning my account verification. I have come to the conclusion that they're trying to scam me. Even if they can't give me my winnings they should just refund my deposit

I am a 5063031 id no 1xbet user. earnings over 500 thousand TL manually, I made a request to withdraw 80 thousand TL, I was approved. 3 days have passed and it has not been sent. The security unit requested documents from me, I sent the necessary documents, I was told that they would respond back that they had been processed, 3 days have passed, there is no return. I am registered on 1xbet under the ID: [protected]

I deposited by cryptocurrency and not by credit card.

So far so good, I'm winning large amounts up to $18051.

Then I wanted to withdraw, 1xbet blocked me and asked me for identity verification, I sent them everything they asked for, card photo, with selfie, proof of deposit, etc. then I get a reply from them as if I am using falsified documents from another person when no, they find excuses not to pay me! When I already proved my identity by any means they wanted, they don't have the right to take my money like that, especially since I have bills to pay in a hurry

They find excuses to say send me your bank statement, what's the connection? Who tells them that I have a bank account? Especially since I deposited by cryptocurrency and not by credit card.

I've been permanently excluded by finding a silly reason that I'm a fake person.

I have contacted Curaçao Gaming for a complaint, I will not leave my money like that
