Low Minimum Vinyl Wristbrands
DO NOT order from this company if you want to receive your product(wristbands) in a timely manner. I was given an estimated Delivery of 9/1/2023 and they weren't shipped until 08/31/2023. My event was 09/03/2023, so I was out of luck. I had to resort to paper wristbands.
There only response was that the Estimate is not guaranteed. Why am I paying more for non-guaranteed delivery. They are a scam. I will not be using them ever again.
Desired outcome: I wanted my wristbands by the Estimated Delivery. I would like a refund for the bands that will be useless since my event takes place on the 3rd of September.

horrible! I have been waiting for my order for ever and they cant tell me when it will be ready, i have asked to speak with a manager and still waiting. Do yourself a favor and order from another company. Lack of communication and honesty. My issue was not that you were out of stock... in fact the first review was before i found out you did not have my order 18 days before I placed my order. my issues is that the day prior i found out it was out of stock, i inquired about my order, i was told it was already on production... that is my issue... your company lack of communication and you misleading information like your reply right now, making it seen like it was because you did not have my product. take ownership of your mistakes and you need better training for your employees. Hiding the true does not making it ok. Please save yourself time and piece of mind and do not order from this company. it is only lies and miscommunication
Masks
I ordered masks on Jan 20. I informed them immediately that I had to receive the masks prior to my departure to Belize, where I was taking them. My flight was the 17th of Feb, but I had to extend till the 21st. I let them know 18th and then conceded to the 20th. I have called on multiple occasions, used the "Live Chat" at least 5-6 times, filed 15-20...

I have contacted you MANY times and no response. First of all you ran out of the color of koozies that I wanted (navy blue); so I had to order a different color which was suppose to be dusty rose. I did not know this until about 2 WEEKS before I needed them. I was at your mercy and had to pay an extra $60 to get them to me in time! This was no fault of mine as I bought the Navy blue in plenty of time to get them and the web site never notified me of them being out of stock. As you can see in the picture some were off centered. The color was lavender and I was most embarrassed when someone asked me what lavender went with...I told them they were out of Navy blue and this was suppose to be dusty rose..."that is lavender!" My original order had a comma on it and NOT a period! See original comments. I will place a very bad comment on your reviews if you don't make this right. This will be the last time contacting you about this!

Horrible product. They look nice for about 2 minutes. As soon as they dry they crack and fade. I can't give these to my clients. No refunds or complaints after 7 days. Took over a week to get my crappy product.

Don't let this company print your items. You'd be better lighting your money on fire. Customer service sucked too. The robó call system called me every day even though my product was already in production. I've worked with a lot of promo companies, and this one is the worst. I wish I had looked up reviews beforehand. Next time I will stick with discount mugs or sticker mule.

Horrible experience. The first order was late and not done correctly. There were supposed to be words embossed on the inside. They redid the order. They were shipped to the wrong address and I had to pay nearly $60 to overnight half of them to an event. The words inside required x-ray vision to see as they were not embossed as requested. Their customer service is done on a portal and they are slow and do not follow instructions. I am still waiting on a resolution. The quality of the wristbands is poor. You can see crude cuts instead of straight edges on the bands.

Be warned! This company does shoddy work. I ordered 1000 wristbands for promotion and can't use not one if i want to protect my brand. Customer service is horrible and doesn't comprehend basic English language.
The print was faded and smaller than the mock up or the preview. The printing was also crooked as if they did no quality control or inspection.
I would highly recommend staying away from this company. They're not willing to refund even when they're the one's who messed up.

delayed delivery of wristbands
On February 9th I placed an order for wristbands and was given a choice of dates for delivery, I chose March 1st. A couple of days later I checked the site to get an update and the order showed as being "on hold".
I called the company and opened a ticket. I informed them that if I was not going to receive them by March 1st, I would not need them any more.
They reassured me that they expected to fulfill the order by the requested delivery date.
Yesterday was March 1st and I did not receive the merchandise. I called them today and the order hasn't even been shipped yet.
They claim that because the order was placed in China and it was Chinese New Year, there had been a delay, but of course no one ever said that when I placed the order.
They will not refund my money! Crooks!
terrible customer service
I am a graphic artist and I own a small subscription box service. I often include custom designed and printed items in my monthly boxes. I have a narrow processing window between when subscriptions renew on the first week of the month, and I ship boxes the third week of the month. It's during this window that I make or order the items for my boxes. There are a number of companies I have worked with that provide excellent customer service, fast production and shipping, and quality products. Unfortunately, 24HourWristBands is not one of them.
I have ordered from this company twice, and twice I have been provided with poor service. The first order I placed was for wristbands, and I selected expedited processing. I did not select manufacture in the US because the projected delivery date was about 10 days out, and within the time frame I needed the order The projected delivery date was really far off. That order took SEVENTEEN DAYS to arrive.
The second time I ordered, I purchased temporary tattoos, and I selected expedited processing and also expedited shipping, with processing in the US (they also offer slow processing and shipping from China for a lower price). Although the temporary tattoos arrived quickly, every single one of them was cut off at the top. I ordered tattoos that were 2 inches wide and 1.5 inches tall. The image I provided was a simple text image that measured 2 inches by 0.87 inches, so definitely within those parameters. The tattoos I received were cropped at 1.19 inches tall, and the top of the tallest character was cut off in all of the tattoos.
It was after business hours on a Thursday when I received the package, so I called first thing Friday morning. I told him what the problem was, and I let him know that I needed reprints in hand by the following Wednesday. The person I spoke to on the phone gave me an email address and instructed me to take and email 3 images: a photo of the shipping label, a photo of a single tattoo, and a photo that included as many tattoos in frame as possible. I followed the instructions, sent the photos via email and again reiterated that I needed reprints by Wednesday, and waited.
It was more than an hour later before a support ticket online was created. This is when the ridiculous customer service nightmare began.
It is now Monday at 12:50pm. Since Friday morning at 8:30am EST, I have spoken to at least 4 different customer service reps via phone, and at least 5 different claims reps have responded to my ticket claim online. Each one has been more unhelpful than the last, and have provided me with absolutely no answers or resolutions. Over and over again I have asked for updates and received a response to be patient while they 'review' my claim. Now over 76 hours later, still no resolution, and the clock is ticking.
If anyone from 24HOUR reads this: You make a mistake, you fix it. Customer Service doesn't require multiple days and multiple people in the same company to fix a problem. It requires ONE PERSON to take the initiative and do the right thing. The number of people I spoke to who said “I don't have the authority” is ridiculous. The number of people I spoke to who have any decisiveness or authority: zero.
blank koozie order
I placed my order W1268686 on 5/30 and for 2 days it states it is "In Production." These are BLANK koozies! Now checking with customer service (Who is clearly not local, as the number states) they tell me it will take 12 days to ship. This is outrageous, let alone I am IN Houston and they don't have will call service to pick up local orders. I believe the Houston address is just a front and this crap is coming from China. I am really disappointed that I will not have my order in time for this event just because I went with the cheaper price.
WILL NEVER USE AGAIN! I can get koozies locally and have an american talk to me and help me and not people who lie on the phone and say they are in Houston when they clearly are not!

I ordered 50 wristbands from this online seller 24HourWristbands and received the wrong color ones. We ordered red wristbands but received green ones. That was a terrible mistake, but when I contacted them and told about what happened they said that was not a big problem!
For us that was a huge problem, because we ordered those for our school football team. Color of our uniform is red and we wanted our wristbands to match with our uniform. Green was absolutely wrong.
Unfortunately customer service didn't help us and they refused to replace. Do not order from this site, they are highly unprofessional and unreliable!
I'm extremely disappointed
I have ordered 50 customized wristbands for our company. When I received my order I was pretty satisfied with the quality. Next day I went to the office to give these wristbands to everybody. We are 50 people at the office but there were only 48 wristbands. Two were missing. I contacted 24HourWristbands customer service and explained what happened. They said that I need to place a new order. I refused to do that and said that it was their mistake and it is now their responsibility to deliver two missing wristbands. They did not reply. I'm extremely disappointed with this company.
Personalized lanyards for teen suicide poor quality - not as promised
Let me first explain why these lanyards are so important. On 11/02/16 a junior at Grand Junction High School committed suicide by shooting himself in the parking lot of the school. Before that on 08/12/16 a senior committed suicide by jumping off a cliff. This school has dealt with two teen suicides in less than 3 months. My son, who is a senior, has a goal to get these lanyards with the suicide phone number to every student possible. The first 100 we ordered were great and went very fast, which is why I did 24 hour production and overnight shipping. For the lanyards to come to us today and looking the way they did was very upsetting. Then to have to deal with the customer services nonchalant attitude was not ok. Customer service was useless and now I am out $313.15...NEVER AGAIN! Who thought you would have to check reviews for something as simple as lanyards!

This company is deceptive and has horrible customer service - DO NOT ORDER anything from them. I ordered wristbands from this site in 11/16 with the goal of getting them on 11/27. When i ordered the drop down for Production and shipping clearly gave me options for 6-day production and 1-Day overnight shipping. I thought great… that will give my 2 days of a buffer to get them in time for my friend’s 40th birthday party. When 11/23 came around and I heard not thing, I called. They told me that they did not know where the bands were in production and would try to get me a tracking number or cancel. I got a follow-up e-mail that said the same thing, but they qualified it in the e-mail to state that they could guarantee neither. So what was the point? You’ll do some research on my order, unless you can’t, then its on me. I called the two days following and could get in touch with no-one. The message stated that they were closed for Thanksgiving, but they were not available the day before, nor the day after. When I finally got an e-mail response they basically told me it was my fault because production can take 7-12 days and that because my wrist bands were produced in China, that the $50 in overnight shipping that i paid for was just “rushed”. Now they are telling me that I May get them by Dec 2nd. The call center representatives are condescending and rude. I was on hold for 25 minutes, and when i was next in-line, I was disconnected and had to call back. Then I was 10 min line again. I escalated to the manager Ashley who told me that there was nothing that she could do for me except refund my “overnight” shipping. She re-stated the policies on the fine print on their site, as if it is up to me to notice the contradiction between what the production and shipping options that I picked and the REAL timeframes that are apparently written elsewhere (I still have not found them). This has been a terrible experience. The party is over, I have no wristbands, I am out $138 and just got treated like this was my fault when their site was clearly misleading.
False Delivery Dates, No Refunds
I canceled my order two weeks ago and it suddenly showed up yesterday. I needed these for my class reunion two weeks ago and outlined that in the comments section of the order. I also stated that if there would be any problem delivering the order in that time, to call me instantly. I paid for 7-day production and even paid for overnight delivery to make sure I received them on time. They showed up three weeks later. When I called the company, they said it was already too late to cancel the order and that I should have read their Terms & Conditions. REALLY?!?! Then what took another TWO WEEKS to finish them? And apparently the T&C is where they hide the scam. They refuse to do anything even though the event has long passed. The artwork even had the EVENT DATE on it. This company is a SCAM, and will do and say whatever it takes to keep your money! I am now stuck with over $200 in useless lanyards.
Delivery of services - unethical behavior
I ordered lanyards and badge holders from this company on sept 28 for my event on october 16. As of october 13th they will not tell me where my order is, will not let me talk to a manager. I am going to have to go to credit card company and file fraud charges and somehow find 500 lanyards and badge holders to replace what is missing. They don't care about the customer. Terrible company - they charged me when i ordered the product on september 28th, but will not assist in tracking my order. Do not order from this company
Poor Customer Service
Sat on my 3 day rush order for a week, claimed they needed more graphics that they already had, did not bother to email or call telling me so, finally got them to cancel the order and I am still waiting for a $400 refund .Horrible rude comments from a "Mou" in their customer service department.
Avoid at all cost, spend a few $ more elsewhere. I have been going back and forth with this poorly trained, poor attitude person for several days now with no apparent end in sight.

They do NOT produce all their items in the USA. Their website is NOT true but deceptive. Their supervisors do NOT return phones calls about concerns. Their phone employees are NOT courteous but rude. They will NOT give out their corporate office phone number. They do NOT have a 5 star rating on any website. Their products are NOT good quality. Don’t just believe me. Simply Google their name and you will find all of the horrific reviews about their terrible service. RUN AWAY from 24 Hour Wristbands!
