AlexandAlexa Terrible Experience with AlexandAlexa: Delayed Shipping, Missing Item, and Poor Customer Service

AlexandAlexa is a store that sells children's clothes. They have a great selection of clothes, but I had a bad experience shopping with them. They charged my credit card very quickly, but it took them a long time to ship my order. When I emailed them, it took them two weeks to reply, and sometimes they didn't reply at all.

I ordered eight items from AlexandAlexa, but they asked me to pay an additional $120 for custom duties and handling fees. They wouldn't ship my order until I paid this fee. When I received my order, only seven items were included. I tried to contact AlexandAlexa seven times to ask about the missing item, but I didn't get a reply until they told me it was out of stock.

I also tried to return some clothes that didn't fit, but AlexandAlexa didn't reply to my request for a return address. It's been three weeks, and I still haven't heard back from them. I'm worried that I won't be able to return the clothes in time because their return policy is only 28 days, and they don't accept returns on custom duties, service charges, or handling fees.

Overall, I had a terrible experience shopping with AlexandAlexa, and I won't be shopping with them again. I'm warning all the moms I know to avoid this store.

AlexandAlexa Beware of Hidden Customs Duties with AlexandAlexa: My Disappointing Experience

I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed out about my experience with AlexandAlexa. I mean, I get it, mistakes happen, but this was a pretty big one. I ordered some stuff from their website and was stoked to see that they offered "FREE SHIPPING." I mean, who doesn't love free shipping, right? But then, a few weeks later, I got a bill from DHL for almost 90 bucks in customs duties. What the heck, man?

I reached out to their customer service team to see what was up, but they didn't really seem to care. They just told me that I should have known about the customs charge and that it was my responsibility to understand US import duties and fees. Um, excuse me? I thought I was getting free shipping, not a surprise bill from some random shipping company.

It turns out that if you order anything over $200 from AlexandAlexa, you're gonna get hit with customs duties. But they don't really make that clear on their website, so it's easy to get caught off guard. I mean, come on, guys, just be upfront about it. Don't try to trick people into thinking they're getting a better deal than they actually are.

Honestly, I'm pretty disappointed in this whole experience. I thought AlexandAlexa was a legit company, but now I'm not so sure. I don't think I'll be ordering from them again anytime soon.

AlexandAlexa Terrible Customer Service and Partial Refund: My Experience with AlexandAlexa

I gotta say, AlexandAlexa is not a site I would recommend. I made the mistake of ordering a hat from them, but it didn't work out and I had to send it back. I waited two whole weeks before I decided to reach out and ask about my refund. But when I did, they told me they had some "technical issues" and only received some of my emails. I mean, come on, I sent them several emails, they had to have gotten at least one of them, right?

Anyway, after another week of waiting, they finally got back to me. But instead of giving me a full refund, they only gave me a partial one. And get this, they claimed they don't issue refunds for shipping costs! I mean, I get it, but it's not like they treated me well in the first place. Their customer service is just terrible, if you can even call it that.

It's really disappointing to see companies like this out there, with their fancy websites and all, just scamming people out of their hard-earned money. I'm never going to deal with them again, and I'm definitely going to warn everyone I know to stay away from them.

AlexandAlexa Buyer Beware: My Disappointing Experience with AlexandAlexa

So, I recently had an experience with AlexandAlexa that I feel compelled to share with all of you. I ordered a pair of boots for my daughter, who is growing like a weed, and I wanted to make sure I got the right size. I found a pair that I liked, but they were on sale in a smaller size, so I opted for the more expensive pair in a larger size. When the boots finally arrived (after what felt like an eternity), I was disappointed to find that they were the smaller size and on sale. To make matters worse, when I went back to the website to confirm that I had ordered the correct boots, they were no longer available. It was like they had conveniently disappeared from the website.

Now, I'm not one to complain, but I was pretty upset about this. I had spent more money on the boots, and now I didn't even have the right size. To make matters worse, I never received an official receipt, so I had no proof of what I had ordered. I felt like I had been taken advantage of, and I was out about $65.

So, my advice to anyone who shops at AlexandAlexa is to be very careful when ordering. Make sure you double-check the size and the price, and keep your own receipts just in case. I don't want anyone else to have to go through what I did.

Overall, I think AlexandAlexa has some great products, but their customer service could use some improvement. It's frustrating when you feel like you've been misled or taken advantage of, and I hope that they can work on making their customers feel more valued and respected.

AlexandAlexa Disappointing Experience with AlexandAlexa: Poor Customer Service and Missing Returns Label

I recently had an experience with AlexandAlexa that left me feeling quite disappointed. I had ordered a Nike jacket for my nephew, and while the delivery and packaging were satisfactory, the item itself was not suitable. It was too small and not what I had expected. I searched high and low in the packaging for the prepaid returns label that supposedly comes with every delivery, but it was nowhere to be found.

I reached out to the company twice via email, but received no response whatsoever. It's frustrating to see that they have time to send daily marketing emails, but can't be bothered to respond to a customer who needs help. I can only assume that the suspended phone lines and lack of response to emails is a deliberate tactic to avoid paying refunds, as there is a time limit of 28 days.

After reading other reviews, it seems that my experience is not unique. Many others have had issues with missing returns labels and poor customer service. It's a shame, because AlexandAlexa claims to pride themselves on customer service, but my experience certainly didn't reflect that.

All I want is a prepaid returns label and a refund, which I don't think is too much to ask from a company that supposedly values their customers. I'm out ?35, which isn't a huge amount of money, but it's still frustrating to have spent it on an item that I can't use and can't return.

Overall, I would caution other consumers to avoid AlexandAlexa at all costs. It's not worth the hassle and frustration of dealing with a company that doesn't seem to care about their customers.

AlexandAlexa Disappointing Experience with AlexandAlexa: Slow Returns, Poor Customer Service, and Ridiculous Forms

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with AlexandAlexa. I sent back some items I didn't want on November 14th, and it's been two whole weeks and they still haven't found them! I mean, come on, how hard can it be to locate a package? They told me they're doing a "warehouse stocktake" which is apparently a normal thing for retailers to do, but if they can't even handle that, what are they doing in business? I'm starting to think I'll never get my refund, if they ever find my stuff at all.

But that's not even the worst part. Before I sent back my order, I had a problem with their customer service team. I complained about something and it took them ten whole days to get back to me! And when they finally did, it was the CEO who replied, telling me they were too busy to answer my complaint. Can you believe that? It's like they don't even care about their customers.

And don't even get me started on their returns form. It's one of the most ridiculous things I've ever seen. First of all, you have to cut out the returns label from your invoice and glue it onto the form. Who has time for that? And then, the exchange form has this tiny little window where you're supposed to write in the SKU code, which is like 15 digits long. I don't know about you, but my handwriting is not that small!

Honestly, I think I'm done with AlexandAlexa. From now on, I'll be shopping at childrensalon instead. They seem to actually care about their customers and make things easy for them.

AlexandAlexa Terrible Experience with AlexandAlexa: No Returns Label, No Refund, and Rude Customer Service

I've used AlexandAlexa a few times and they've been pretty good, but my most recent experience was a complete disaster. I ordered three items, but unfortunately they didn't fit properly, so I needed to return them. However, there was no returns label in the parcel, and despite sending 10 emails, I still hadn't received one. Eventually, I managed to find an old receipt with a returns label on it, so I posted the items back on 30th July.

It's now been weeks, and I still haven't received my refund of ?86. I've sent them proof of the returns, but all I got was an email saying it would take 1-5 weeks for a refund. To make matters worse, they've suspended their phone line, so I can't even contact them that way. I logged a complaint with PayPal, and they advised me to email AlexandAlexa through PayPal, but I never got a reply.

Finally, I managed to get through on the phone line yesterday, but the lady I spoke to, Kenze, was incredibly rude. She told me to take the hold off my account with PayPal, but PayPal had specifically told me not to do that until I had a full refund. When I called her again today to tell her what PayPal had said, she claimed that I had only requested a refund that day, even though I had actually done it months ago via email.

This whole experience has been a complete waste of my time and energy, and I'm seriously considering going to Trading Standards about it. If you're looking for a good place to buy children's shoes online, I'd recommend RubberSole instead. They're fantastic, and their customer care is excellent too.

AlexandAlexa AlexandAlexa Review: Terrible Customer Service, Incompetence, and Wasted Time and Money

AlexandAlexa, oh boy, where do I even begin? Let me tell you about my experience with this company's customer service. It was a complete disaster, to say the least. I made a mistake and entered the wrong delivery address for my order. Realizing my mistake, I immediately contacted AlexandAlexa, hoping they could update the address. But, to my surprise, they told me they couldn't update the order, even though I contacted them within 30 seconds of placing the order. However, they did say they would notify UPS to correct the address, which gave me some hope.

Their response was, "we have manually updated the address. As this has been manually updated, you can not see the changes as it has all been done manually and not systematically. UPS have confirmed that the order will be going to the correct address." I was relieved and thanked them for their help. But, as it turned out, the change was never made, and the order was delivered to the wrong address.

I contacted AlexandAlexa again, asking them to investigate what went wrong. But, to my surprise, they didn't respond for a whole month. I had to initiate further communication with them, and when I did, they didn't seem to understand the issue and said they would investigate again. It was almost comical how bad their customer service was. It took me 2 months and 10 emails to get a response from them.

Their customer service reps were prompt in responding, but they had no clue about how to service a customer. They didn't understand my issue and didn't put any thought into resolving it. After their investigation, they told me they sent the delivery to the address I asked for in the initial order entry. I was left shaking my head in disbelief.

I wouldn't recommend AlexandAlexa to anyone. Their incompetence will cost you both money and time. I've already warned my friends with children to avoid this site at all costs, and I hope people globally avoid it too. Shame on this company for their terrible customer service.

AlexandAlexa Horrendous Customer Experience with Alex&Alexa: Refund Issue for Returned Jacket (Order No. AA*******)

(Order No. AA***) I recently bought a ski jacket for my daughter from Alex&Alexa on 17-Feb. The delivery was quick and the jacket was well packed, but unfortunately, it was not the right size. We requested a return label and sent it back to Alex&Alexa on 23-Feb.

After a few days, my wife called to check if the jacket had been received and if a refund would be processed. We were informed that the jacket had been received and that a refund would be processed shortly. However, after a few more days, my wife called again to follow up on the refund, but nobody was available in Customer Services. We were only greeted with a recorded message asking for patience with regards to refunds as they had a large backlog to process. This was slightly concerning, but we continued to make more calls, only to receive the same message.

On 13-Mar, after more than 20 days and many more calls, my wife finally got through to an operator who informed us that the jacket had been returned to us as it was marked! We were baffled as we had opened it in our bedroom, tried it on, and repackaged it immediately. We were eager to re-examine the returned jacket for the supposed marks, but there were no marks whatsoever! We communicated this to Alex&Alexa, but they simply continued to say that if the jacket was soiled or contained a manufacturing fault, we needed to let them know within 7 days, and that they could not accept it back for a refund. However, the jacket had neither any marks nor manufacturing faults and was returned within one day simply for being the wrong size. The jacket remains in perfect condition.

I now feel like I have no choice but to contact my credit card company to cancel the transaction. I have even offered to take the jacket to the Alex&Alexa head office nearby in London to prove that the jacket has no marks whatsoever, but Alex&Alexa has not accepted my offer. All in all, it was a truly horrendous customer experience with so much time wasted on calling their appalling customer services center. I would advise others to avoid this company.

AlexandAlexa AlexandAlexa.com: Engaging in Consumer Contract Fraud by Hiding Customs Duties

This website, AlexandAlexa, has been engaging in consumer contract fraud, which is a serious issue that needs to be addressed. As a customer, I was not informed that I would be expected to pay a customs duty of 17%++ on all orders over $200 USD. This is a significant amount of money that I was not prepared to pay, and it is unacceptable that the website did not disclose this information in a clear and upfront manner.

I have checked other UK children's products websites, and they all explicitly note the inclusion of any duties in the Terms of Trade between the company and the United States purchaser. However, AlexandAlexa hides any reference to duties on all of its order-confirmation pages, which constitute the purchase agreement, and includes only one paragraph referring to duties in the last section of the last part of its customer service page. This is not acceptable, as customers should be informed of any potential duties before making a purchase.

Furthermore, the website provides no warning to customers that duties will be imposed ex-post-facto on orders over $200 USD. This is a fraudulent practice, as foreign customers will unknowingly spend more money on their website without realizing the duties that will be imposed. When I contacted customer service for the website, they stated that it is exclusively the customer's responsibility to know about their country's duties. This is not fair, as duties are integral to the Terms of Trade under which the product is sold.

If I had known that an order of USD $200+ would incur duties, I would not have given AlexandAlexa.com $200+ in business. Non-disclosure of potential duties is plain vanilla contract fraud. Companies with good, fair practices will in fact notify customers of potential duties, whether or not they are imposed in the customer waybill, or after the fact by U.S. customs. For example, The White Company (UK) and Melijoe.com provide fair notice of potential duties.

AlexandAlexa.com should be investigated by U.S. trade authorities and either be barred from selling in the U.S., or be required to disclose the potentiality of duties to their customers. It is of note that the brands the website sells are available from other websites, and so customers should stay away from it completely. In a world of internet-based retail competition, it is amazing to see how incompetent a UK retailer can be, and the company will lose out to better market players.

AlexandAlexa Unacceptable Customer Service from AlexandAlexa: A Warning to All Shoppers

I am extremely disappointed with AlexandAlexa. I spent almost GBP 200 on a product a few weeks ago, but I have yet to receive it. I have sent multiple emails to their customer service team, but I have not received any response. This is unacceptable and feels like theft to me. I cannot believe that they are allowed to operate in this way.

It is no surprise to me that they have suspended their customer service phone number and ask customers to only email once. This is a clear indication that they are not interested in helping their customers. I truly hope that they go out of business.

I will continue to post negative reviews of AlexandAlexa on every review site I can find. It is important for other customers to know about their poor service and lack of customer care. Shame on AlexandAlexa for treating their customers in this way.

AlexandAlexa Mixed Experience with AlexandAlexa: Customer Service and Pricing Concerns

I had a bit of a hiccup with my order and had to reach out to AlexandAlexa's customer service for some help. It wasn't the smoothest process, as we had to go back and forth a few times to make sure my concerns were properly addressed. Unfortunately, despite our efforts, my order was never dispatched.

What really caught my attention during this frustrating experience was the price discrepancy I noticed. AlexandAlexa sells the same items at vastly different prices depending on the market. If you're looking to send something overseas, you'll be hit with extra shipping costs and a price tag that's 1/3 higher than what you'd pay in other markets. It all felt a bit shady to me.

Overall, I can't say I had the best experience with AlexandAlexa. While I appreciate their selection of products, the customer service and pricing practices left a lot to be desired.

AlexandAlexa Disappointing Experience with AlexandAlexa: Delayed Order and Poor Customer Service

I was really disappointed with my experience with AlexandAlexa. I had placed an order and waited for 16 days, but my order was not shipped out and I did not receive any tracking number. I was really frustrated and felt like my money was being held hostage. I was worried that if I didn't reach out to them, they would have just kept my money and not sent me anything.

I was told that the delay was due to a system error, but I find it hard to believe. It seems like a convenient excuse to cover up their mistakes. I was really disappointed because I had heard good things about their store and was excited to receive my order. However, this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth.

I can't help but wonder how many other customers have been affected by their "system errors". It's really frustrating to think that they could be taking advantage of people and not delivering on their promises. I hope that they can improve their processes and be more transparent with their customers in the future.

AlexandAlexa Disappointing Experience with AlexandAlexa: Unhelpful Customer Service and Delayed Delivery

I recently made a purchase on AlexandAlexa for some shoes for my kids. I was really hoping to receive them before the festive season, but unfortunately, things didn't go as planned. After I placed my order, I kept checking the courier website to track my package. However, I was disappointed to find out that my parcel had been returned to Alex and Alexa due to a missing invoice.

I reached out to their customer service team for help, but I was met with unhelpful and rude responses. They told me that they had thousands of boxes in returns and that I would just have to wait for my parcel to "pop up". AlexandAlexa Terrible Customer Service: My Frustrating Experience with Alex and Alexa

This website is not good at all. I've been trying to send back some things from my order since April, but it's been a real mess. They messed up my return three times, and even when I talked to a boss, they still wouldn't give me my money back. I spent months dealing with the post office and emailing and calling customer service. I've never had this kind of trouble with any other store, even ones from other countries. The clothes are cute, but you can find them on other websites too. Don't waste your time with Alex and Alexa unless you want to be really frustrated!

I gotta say, I was pretty let down by AlexandAlexa. I mean, I was just trying to buy some cute clothes for my little one, and next thing I know, I'm getting hit with a bill for over thirty bucks from DHL. Apparently, it's for customs, but I had no idea that was gonna happen when I checked out. And when I reached out to customer service, they didn't do anything to help me out. They just said sorry and left me hanging.

Now, I know they say they offer free shipping, but apparently that only applies if you're spending less than two hundred bucks. So if you're planning on buying more than that, you might wanna split up your orders or something. Otherwise, you could end up like me, with a surprise bill that you weren't expecting.

Honestly, I'm just really disappointed in the whole experience. I thought AlexandAlexa was supposed to be a good company, but now I'm not so sure. If you're thinking about shopping with them, just be careful and make sure you know what you're getting into.

AlexandAlexa Disappointing Experience with AlexandAlexa: Delayed Refund and Poor Customer Service

So, my brother got a hat for my son from AlexandAlexa and it was sent out pretty fast, which was good. But, when we got it, it was too small for my little guy. So, we followed the instructions for returning it and sent it back within 2 days. But, it's been 2 weeks now and we still haven't gotten anything back. This was supposed to be a Christmas present, but it doesn't look like we'll be getting it in time now. I've tried calling a few times, but I always end up waiting for like half an hour and I don't even think there's anyone on the other end of the phone! I've also sent an email, but haven't heard anything back. I'm really bummed out about this and I wouldn't recommend using this website. Stay away!

AlexandAlexa Disappointing Customer Service Experience with AlexandAlexa: Unhelpful Response to Damaged Return

I recently made a purchase on AlexandAlexa for a pair of shoes for my son. Unfortunately, when the shoes arrived, they were a size too big. I immediately sent them back to AlexandAlexa, hoping for a smooth and easy return process. However, I was disappointed to receive an email from AlexandAlexa stating that the box was 'damaged' and therefore, I could not return the shoes.

I was confused and frustrated because when I sent the shoes back, they were in perfect condition. I even made sure to package them carefully and securely. I couldn't understand how the box could have been damaged during transit. I reached out to AlexandAlexa to explain my situation, but all I received was a short and unhelpful response that essentially blamed me for the damage.

So, I recently had an experience with AlexandAlexa and I must say, it was a bit of a rollercoaster ride. I ordered a pair of shoes and unfortunately, they were too big for me. So, I decided to exchange them for a smaller size. And that's when the trouble started.

I had to exchange a total of 28 emails with different people to get my exchange sorted. It was a bit frustrating, to say the least. But finally, I received some emails telling me that my order is on its way. However, there were some discrepancies in the emails. I received 3 different Customer Update Ref and 3 different order numbers. And to make matters worse, there was only 1 track number which wasn't recognized by Royal Mail.

I was left wondering if AlexandAlexa had the nerve to give the same tracking number to everyone. It was a bit of a pity, to be honest. They were absolutely fine when I placed my first order. The shoes arrived exactly as I expected them to, within 3 days. But this time around, their behavior was incomprehensible.

Anyway, after a few more emails, I finally received my shoes. And I must say, they are fantastic! I'm really happy with them. I just wish the exchange process was a bit smoother. But all's well that ends well, right? So, if you're planning to order from AlexandAlexa, just be prepared for a bit of a bumpy ride.

AlexandAlexa Disappointing Experience with AlexandAlexa: Delayed Shipping and No Bathing Suits for Vacation

So, like many others, I was pretty bummed out with my experience with AlexandAlexa. I had ordered some bathing suits for my upcoming vacation over 10 days ago, and unfortunately, I still haven't received anything. I even called their customer service a few days after placing my order, and they assured me that my parcel would arrive before I left, even with a slight delay. But now, with my departure date looming, I'm being told that nothing has been shipped yet. It's pretty frustrating, to say the least.

I'm not sure what's going on with their shipping process, but it seems like there are a lot of people who have had similar issues. And now, with my vacation just around the corner, I'm left without any bathing suits. I mean, going to the beach without a bathing suit is pretty much a no-go, right?

To make matters worse, it seems like getting a refund might be a bit of a challenge based on what I've read in other reviews. I'm hoping that's not the case, but I guess only time will tell.

Overall, I'm just really disappointed with my experience with AlexandAlexa. I was excited to try out their site and order some cute bathing suits, but it seems like that's not going to happen. Maybe in the future, I'll give them another shot, but for now, I'll be looking elsewhere for my beachwear needs.
