Biovea Dishonest practices applied by BIOVEA - ORDER # [protected]

Your reply to my comments on improper charges contradicts true facts. In my purchase order, I have applied the promotion code BVBOX (20% off) to purchase FOLIGAIN minoxidil. The discounted price of $113.20 was displayed on my purchase order (the copy and photo of this order was faxed to Visa to challenge this transaction), however my credit card was charged $141. 50. My case shows very clearly how BIOVEA applies dishonest practices in selling its products - note that I would not proceed with buying the FOLIGAI since the price of $141.50 is too high compared to other suppliers.

Desired outcome: To solve this problem, BIOVEA should apologize and reimburse me $28.30 (or cancel the order returning $141.50)

Bottle was delivered broken. Wont refund me. Also want me to return this to USA at my cost of over £10!

Biovea Service

Bought products for me and my family with total of 365 dollars. Received an email after 1 week that my card wasn't charged and need to pay again for my order to be processed and that they don't accept only bank transfer or through paypal when they had a credit card feature the time I ordered. Checked my bank account and the amount was deducted and my order is on hold.

Biovea Healthcare

Biovea.se allow you to order under false pretences. I'm still waiting for an order from 24 March. I now find out its stuck in customs and is in 3 separate packages. I didn't even know it was coming from outside of EU. No idea how much more money it will be. They also don't bother to answer emails anymore and just have a standard response blaming covid. Unacceptable!
Update - the first package has now been turned back by customs. Apparently I now have to wait for a refund until they get it back. Doesn't seem fair to me. I gave them money before I had the package so why won't they give it back to me before they do! Its not my fault that they send things in a way that won't pass customs.
Update #2 - customs want 133SEK to release the second package. Biovea said they will refund this but will only give a store credit. There was nothing in the ordering process to say that my items were coming from outside of EU so I couldn't prevent this happening.
This company is worse than useless

Biovea I haven’t received my parcel

I place my order on Bioeva web the8th of March. My delivery was expected by the 19th of March the latest day. I haven't received my parcel yet(24th of March)
The main problem is that from Bioeva UK website I can't claim anything, I also select my track progess and link me directly to the shop again! Doesn't say anything, I don't know where is my parcel and neither if I will receive it!

Biovea They never deliver the products

They charge you for products they never deliver. Many thousand of customers testify the same behaviour and also the will not refund you. This is one of the biggest scams around. I lost 400 USD.

Biovea Order

I received an email with the information below. I did NOT make this order! I was not on the Biovea site on 4 March and would not order more Melatonin having ordered in November what amounts to a year's supply.
Money has been taken from my account that I did not authorize.

I sent an online message but it hasn't been acknowledged. I have also sent one via Messenger.

I expect my money refunded immediately and an explanation. I have been a customer for sometime and would not like to have to go elsewhere.

Biovea unethical behavior - not providing european customers with accurate customs/delivery information

Please find a copy of the email I sent to Biovea on April 17, 2019.

My order #[protected] was placed on April 16, 2019

Upon finding out that I will now have to pay customs for this order, without being informed of this at checkout, I would like to cancel this order and receive a full refund.

Hello,

I am an extremely unhappy customer at the moment. I just saw that you shipped the product I ordered and that it is coming form the USA.

Your website states that you ship from warehouses around the world. Given you have a Biovea Romania website (along with many other EU countries), I understood the product would be shipped from the EU.

Since the order is coming from the USA, I will now have to pay around $25 to customs, costing way more than the original product I have ordered. This is ridiculous!

In addition, this process delays the delivery and I am due to leave the country in a couple of weeks.

I would like a response from a customer service manager with regards to why you do not provide the customer with clear delivery information, in order that European customers can decide whether they are prepared to deal with customs. Other reputable companies such as Sephora and Lucky Vitamin, make customs payments clear upon checkout.

I feel this is a poor business practice and the Better Business Bureau should be made aware of this.

Biovea unreliable website!

After payment, it shows transaction refused error! Tried using different credit cards and confirmed all details (billing, shipping and payment details are all matched and correct), still NO SUCCESS! Called my banks and was advised theres no issue with my cards. Now I believe I have some payments captured but no order placed under my accounnt still! Messaged and comments on their FB got me banned from their page! Customer service no help atm. Only got tons of automated emails from them!

Biovea my first scam

I live in the US. I placed on order on Biovea ad never got it. I immediately contacted their customer service and asked for a refund. They didn't refuse, everything was ok. But I never got it either. You won't receive any guarantee from them, they can't say when your money will be recharged. If you receive their emails they are no individual as a rule. Don't want to order anything from them anymore.

Biovea the service is pathetic

My order #[protected]. Unfortunately, I have experienced your service and been frustrated. My order never arrived even though it's been 3 weeks. I think that the information about my order on your site is fake because it doesn't match the reality. I decided to get my money back and still there's no response. That's wild, you know.
Don't buy from them.

Biovea my order was still in process and no one replied to my emails

I ordered some stuff from the company www.biovea.net. It was real rip off. I placed the order and paid for it, but after 5 days I went to the website and checked the info. It turned out that my order was still in process and the seller hasn’t sent it. I tried to reach the seller, but no one replied to my emails. Total scam, so please beware. The worst company ever, so avoid these ###.

Biovea Non-delivery, no refund as promised

I sent an order to Biovea for 3 lots of vitamin K2, on January 12, 2014, and paid through Paypal. They kept sending emails saying that they were waiting for the product to arrive in their warehouse, until on March 1st I grew tired of waiting, cancelled the order and requested a refund. They agreed to this, and promised an immediate refund. However, I have still not received the refund (March 10th) and I believe they have no intention of honoring their promise, after reading hundreds of negative reviews with similar complaints.

I checked the address they gave on their Australian website - it's a seafood restaurant! According to some reviews, it is thought to be based in India (parcels sent from India).

I believe this company to be fraudulent. It conducts just enough business to be seen as genuine, but it's real business is theft through fraud.
AVOID!

I have never got my order after 14 days from biovea.net. No reply to e-mails. Then they called and told me that order was lost in post and they would not replace without managers authorization. I asked to speak to him and they said that he is not on place. I have never received a call from them. I have to take up with credit card company to reverse payment. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
