Sunoco gas station in JFK New York 150 ave. First they are not nice peoples.Prices too high other 7 eleven stories. How many time bought chicken sandwich in chicken uncooked. I went to the 7-11 at the corner of New Your Ave. And North Olden Ave. Around 2:00 am on Friday February 9, 2018. When I enter the store before I can greet the cashier he said get out. I said excuse me he said again get out I said what are you telling me to get out for he said get out your not allowed in here I'm gone call the cops. So I asked him what are you telling me to get out for what is the issue here. But he didn't say he said again your not allowed in here get the [censor] out the store. He tap the lady that working next to him call the cops. I said why do I have to get out the store if I was just in here and everything was find he said get the [censor] out now. I was very shocked at the words he use so I just turned around and walked out and said I'm writing a complaint on you. Overtime I go in that store around that time he always give me nasty customer service and always very rude to everyone and I'm very sick of it.

I went into store 4880 at 8:45am on Wednesday February 7, 2018. I got the most rudest cashier ever! I checked out and my debit card chip was not working and I told cashier it wasn't working and it kept telling me to slide my card. She got all irritated with me and in a rudely way told me to wait till her register allows her to say for me to slide card. I told her I didn't know it kept telling me to slide card. She got hostile with me and started to raise her voice at me like I'm stupid and I told her I just slid card cause it kept telling me to do so and she didn't need to raise her voice at me. She then says "Oh my god" looked at me laughed and says "just hurry up and get out of here" I then say to her she has bad customer service and she says "whatever's just go". I then say I was going to report her and she says " go right ahead I dont care" I watched her as she allows her friend to fill up all her soda and coffee cups without paying and leave. Worst store to ever go to besides bad customer service, store stunk and was very filthy dirty!

I walked into the store at 6673 Indian River rd. in Virginia Beach, VA 23464. I advised the cashier Rosa that I needed a money order and I was handing her $1, 270.00 in cash. She begin to count the money then stop and recounted it as if she lost count. She handed me back $6.00 which I was confused on why.. because it should have been more. I then proceeded to tell her that I gave her $1, 270.00 She then advised me that I did not. & we went back and forth on what I gave her and what she counted. I then asked her if she can recount the drop or view the cameras and she told me to get out of her store and called me a b[censor]!. I have never felt so disrespected before in front of people.

I am a 7 eleven faithful customer. I love 7-Eleven. I go to every 7-Eleven in any town or any state country when I'm traveling and never had no problem . I live in Huntington Station and every time that I go to my local 7-Eleven there's always a problem. I purchased a small cup and the manager over priced me with a nasty attitude stating they don't honor the $.79 promotion for small cups.

The gas station that is now a 7-Eleven store has poor management, his employees who work outside pumping gas are working long shifts alone, with only one person on the pumps it is frustrating to go here and have to wait over 5 minutes for someone to pump my gas. It is unfair it seems to me, to have gas attendants working alone for hours and hours when this Sunoco station is one of the busiest, I have been coming to this Sunoco for years and may have to find somewhere else to go due to the managers lack of care for his company and employees. I have seen many cars just leave because the wait time is too long and most people are in a rush, especially in the mornings. Something needs to be done, correct this issue because technically it is wrong and loss of money and profits is not good for ANY company. I will take my business across the street to Lukoil since this has been ongoing for over a month now.

I bought 2 boxes of wings on 01/19/2018 at store #[protected] Midway Road Dallas, TX, 75287). The staffs charged me for two but they only put one in the bag. When I realized that fact, I called them back about my problem and they were like something very normal. They asked me to return to the store so they could fulfill my order.
I called customer service of 7 Eleven for a full refund but no one picked up the call. I left a voice message and of course, no one actually returned my call.

At least you received SOME wings. My response is directed to 7-11 Corp., not necessarily your misfortune. I live in South Lake Tahoe with three stores, two of them owned by the same people. Their warm racks are empty 9 out of 10 times and have wings ready perhaps 1 out of 30 times (no joke) that I go into one of the stores. I visit at least one of these stores up to 4-5 times per week. The last time I purchased wings was around Thanksgiving week 2017, thinking what a coincidence that I found wings in stock at two stores and the warm rack fully stocked when the owner was actually in the store working. I've had employee's tell me to call ahead, only to do so and be told, "We are out or can't get any". It's too bad because the quality of wings is top notch. It's the exact same product that many of the local restaurants and bars serve up (Tyson Foods) for much more money. I honestly say to 7-11, "Why bother". Take out the oven/cooker and warm rack and replace it with some silly knick-knacks or chips rack. I'm tired of wasting my time.

small coffee promotion
I live in Baltimore, Md and I frequent 7eleven very often. I stopped into one this morning and bought a small coffee. I was charged $1.65. When I asked about it being 50 cents the cashier told me they aren't honoring the promotion. Ive paid 50 cents at every other one that I have been in. Am I to assume that this promotion is done only if the owner decides he wants to honor it?

hoy 01/8/2018 pase a la tienda 711 ubicada en 100 Euclid st en la Habra California, al llegar a pagar a la caja el empleado un hombre blanco de descendencia latina al preguntarle cual era el total de lo q iba a pagar me respondió de una forma forma grosera y agresiva no le entendí y repetí la cantidad q me había dicho en forma de pregunta y me respondió siii la misma cantidad en forma altanera cosa q me sorprendió y le dije q si estaba molesto y respondió"no" lo cual no podía ocultar su cara de enojado y molesto y le dije q si se había levantado de mal humor lo cual respondió " a lo mejor si" fue entonces q agarre mis productos después de haber pagado claro y me retire, cabe señalar q no es la primera vez q este señor se porta así de esa manera me a tocado presenciar mas desplantes de su parte hacia otras personas y la verdad no se vale, no esta bien..por su atención muchas gracias.

Hi, I usually stop in 7 eleven 4 days out of a week to grab a cup of coffee and warm up a little because I work outside. The past couple of weeks it has been cold here in the state of North Carolina. The temperature inside the store was colder than outside! They are running A/C inside the store and it's like average temperature of 13 degrees outside. The employees are bundled up with hats, coats, scarves and gloves inside the store. I asked why don't they turn on the heat, because it would make sense to run the heating system in the winter time. The employees told me they have no control of the HVAC system, it's controlled by corporate. Now I cant even enjoy my cup of coffee in the morning and warm up a little inside the store because some one in the corporate setting chooses to run A/C instead of heat. Not sure why this decision was made but someone needs to make changes to this Very Quick. I'm am not a happy customer and the employees don't seem happy either. How can you expect the employees to do their jobs if they are freezing inside the store. I'm sure they were not hired to stand inside a freezer all day because that's exactly what they are doing.

My name is ziraida cruz I've been going to 711 on 7405 redbug lake oviedo, florida 32765 for the past 10 years and for once i have a problem with your employee Autumn. For the past month of December Autumn everytime i go there she tends to take the items and put them by her register where i can not see or she holds it in her hand. i told her to put the swisher on the table because she only does it with me as if i am going to steal. I have a video of the person before me and she did not remove the items on the counter. i feel she is discriminating, and racist against me as if im a thief because i am Hispanic and a Lesbian.i am being treated unfairly. i have never been disrespected in my life like that and its only done to me by Autumn.Autumn is being biased.

today i went to 7/11 manly, sydney, australia.the customer service member named Asad ullah refuse to serve me becuz i was asking for to get my opal card recharge. and than he started makin excuse that opal is not working . i know they have very minor benifit from opal card recharges.m, but it does not mean they will not serve the customer. Thank you for addressing my concerns today. I would like to make a complaint about two things;
1) Cashier/Manager? on duty 12/30/2017 @ 10:45 am; This particular subjects attitude and lack of respect
2) Broken men's bathroom door (Perpetual issue ongoing several months not fixed CORRECTLY ) allowing unsuspecting paying customers to be walked in on while performing private bathroom privileges
Associate Issue:
The the lack of concern and respect for frequent, returning and paying customers at this particular 7-11 is beyond my understanding. Miss Wanda the store manager has always been very courteous with me..always however there is another associate (Miss Wanda and everyone else knows this person) who i believe is a manager under her who is perpetually rude, aggressive, inconsiderate, nasty after-jester ed commenting type who i often tolerate when i come on my break and lunch. Her behavior is in my opinion not management material and is substandard associate providing customer service to paying customers on a daily basis.
Restroom Issue:
I have been walked in on in the men's restroom while i was exposed to utilize the urinal at this location on several occasions. The men's restroom will close and lock however it is NEVER secure where kids and adults can open to door when one is on the stool and expose them, hold the door open and or take pictures to post God knows where. I frequent this store often and this has not been properly addressed and fixed correctly to give dignity and respect to paying customers that are simply using the restroom. This in my opinion is unacceptable and need to be corrected. A man should not feel the need to use the single women's stall in order to feel safe and respected for their privacy.

I went into the 711 on 14th and carr Lakewood, CO around 1200am on 12/26/17. I had a cup that i brought in with me for a refill which i showed the clerk when i walked in. There were a couple of customers at the counter so i just kinda waved my cup in the air to let the clerk know. I thought he looked up and saw my cup but i guess he didn't so when i went to pay he wanted to charge me full price. I then told the clerk about my cup that i thought he had seen and with an attitude he started cussing me out saying I'm a lier and i did not have the cup before i walked in. We both began arguing then he walked around the counter wanting to fight me and even went as far as following me into the parking lot cussing me out even as i drove away. This is horrible customer service and i believe with the way this dude is acting he's a liability for your store...

Good employees of sunoco now 7-11 are unheard by management. Persons whom need true discipline for not pulling their own work load, and not even given a slight warning. Hard workers whom take pride in job, who care that Laredo Taco Company kitchens are kept clean, and well cared for, are disciplined for making the lazy employees look bad. The caring employes are made to look like trouble makers, for bringing said issues to managements attention. I personally loved working for Laredo Taco Company, but after being hurt on the job several times by not getting shared help by a coworker because he believed he was only to be boss and not working employee, I am no longer working there. Sadly due to a employee id number glitch I was not able to punch in at work, HR unable to help get me in by a midnight deadline by default I was no longer considered employed. Management did little to ensure the deadline issue was resolved. I wish that had fixed the issue that was a management issue instead of trying to have me fix the issue at my home as ordered by my manager to do.
