The finance guy named Alvin or Albert is continually rude and disrespectful. This company repeatedly every month tries to charge me an extra $7.19 that was they neglected to add to my initial contract. Because it was not in writing, I refuse to pay it. Every month the supposed General Manager is the only one authorized to take it off my account but has never done so and I've been hassled about it for over a YEAR now! I am beyond frustrated and want nothing more to do with this organization. I refuse to give up my bedroom set that is nearly paid off. I need someone worth authority to give me a call so this can be handled once and for all! PLEASE!

I rented a washer & dryer over 2yrs ago i just paid it off an then it stopped working aarons gave me a renter an took mine to fix it and brought it back i washed one load of laundry n it stopped working again so i call an the manager named rob reidy said that he just started two weeks ago an that he couldn't help me all i want is a washer that works i was a great costumer always payed on time an rob was very rude to me i asked if they would add credit on a new one since i had already paid it off and thats when he got rude with me please help me get this straight. This is the 4th time the washer broke down
washer and dryer over charge
Spoke with the general manager today named Monte he called in regards to my payment not going through. I told him to re run it i wasn't sure why it didn't go thru so while waiting on the payment to process i asked him to check and see how many payments i had left because in may i spoke with jessica at this same location and she said i had something like 14 payments left now today Monte tells me im being charged over 1500 in total for this and i have till next year basically. He couldn't tell me if i'm leasing for 12 or 24 months and i feel they are not keeping up with their stuff at this location properly. I asked to be mailed a copy of my contract he refused saying i could only come in and get it . I am disgusted with the customer service at this point. I have payed over 750 dollars on this washer and dryer i need an accurate amount of how much im being charge total and how long i have left i need to see where i signed this on the contract!
OMG, THIS HAPPENED TO ME TWICE. FIRST TIME I PAID EVERYTHING EXCEPT FOR LIKE $25 CAUSE I WAS WORKING ALOT AND THEY SAID I WAS NOT ABLE TO DO APAY OFF OVER THE PHONE BUT I CAN LEAVE A PENNY AND PAY OFF WHEN I HAVE TIME TO COME IN TO PAY IT OFF. THAT SAME WEEK CAME IN AND THEY SAID TO PAY OFF IS GOING TO BE 2, 000 AND COULDN'T EXPLAIN WHY PRICE WENT UP, N THE GUY that helped me over the phone came out the back and he was even confused and couldn't explain said the computer just all of a sudden added two thousand and something dollars to my account but they voided it and just paid me out. Sad i came back totally different store in the same town (Rockford, il) this one (lovespark il) is much worse every time I call to make a payment someone tells me different amounts so I just start writing down each time I pay my payment and mine is it and keeping track of it myself they are very rude they hang up on you on your face I hate I ever came back to Aarons no matter which Aarons I go to is still the same will never ever ever ever buy anything from any errands no matter what state or city I'm in. Sad to say it's not even the products they have really good products and brands it's just a customer service it's very poor and trashy and you can't trust them.
lawn mower/poor management
I purchased a rent to own lawn mower a year ago.. It broke down so aarons in Brunswick, Ga. came to get it to fix it.. They claimed it was fixed and charged me to fix it as well as my monthly payments while I was without it for months.. When they finally returned it it was not fixed. All they did was replace the belt.. So they came to pick it up for repairs again.. I have since been avoided, given the run around, as well as accused of the operator of the lawn mower not operating it correctly.. My son knows how to operate a lawn mower, as I do also.. The office staff has been very rude to me when I call to inquire about the repair status. It has been several weeks again without it.. I am still making my monthly payments as well as having to pay a lawn service to tend to my grass.. They have been uncompassionate and uncaring about my matter... I was promised a loaner and then after another run around was told they have non available.. So now I am still waiting on my lawn mower returned in working condition or a loaner after several more weeks.. They claim in 7 more days I will have it.. I heard this to many times to believe a word these people say. If it was not for the fact that it is almost paid off I would tell them to keep it.. I will never do business with Aaron's ever again.
furniture needs to be repaired
Good morning I'm having issues with my furniture and I got off the phone with Todd from Aaron's in Middletown New York and I told him can he would waive the late fee and he says he can that I've been late before but never mentioned to me before that I was late also my furniture needs to be repaired you're quick to us for a late fee but my furniture needs to be repaired is there anyway you guys can resolve this issue
I got attitude and unsatisfactory for no reason
I had called aarons rental in the very beginning of July 2018 to inform them that I no longer wanted the laptop I was leasing and I told them to come get it because I do t have a veichle to come all the way there to drop off laptop and this was before the due date July 15th 2018 and a few weeks went by and I got a hold of Aaron's told them that they were suppose to pick up laptop and they started getting an attitude with me and saying I need to pay hundred and thirty some dollars and return the laptop I said no I don't have the money n this is why I told them to come get laptop in beginning of July 2018 and he say I can't give him my debit card n I said no then the gentalman gave me an attitude and getting loud with me and telling me it's my fault i should have called them sooner I called them in beginning of July b for the due date July 15th so how is it my fault they didn't come to pick it up I'm unhappy n very very disturbed they do have the laptop back but I shouldn't be at fault because they can't do there job right I loved doing business with Aaron's rental but till they got an attitude and loud with me and saying it's my fault I don't want to do any more business with Aaron's I've always payed my bill and I just paid off an account but there loss I don't want to do business with some one who's gonna get loud and have an attitude with me because of so etching that was clearly there fault

My name is Kimberly Willis and on June 24 Dauglas that work in Aaron's in oak grove la came to my house and ask some kids that were outside to come to the door and tell me that he came to pick up my stuff ...I wasn't home at the time but my daughter was and he has such a nasty additude with her a called her a [censored] when he pulled off ...1at of all I am a loyal customer everything I ever got from Aaron's I paid it off and I know my rights and Douglas was wrong for telling my business like this ...those were not my kids he sent to the door and even if they was I'm the only one on that lease so he should've did that ...I have a speech problem but you can call this number [protected] and my daughter can translate for me

I entered a contract on line with Aaron's and was told by a store manager that he wasn't going to fulfill it because that was his call. I have never met or been into the store. I contacted the corporate office several times but no results. I paid and did everything I was required to do by the contract. On Saturday July 19th there was an aarons employee knocking on my door at 7:45 in the mornjng asking for a payment that was due in the 15th of July. Mind you that the store doesnt open until 10 am. The said employee had then proceed to say what is the point of having a phone if no one will answer. Obviously it is none of their business as to why I couldn't answer my phone (which is broken) then has gone on to say with attitude that they have my card on file and they would just run it (no consent given). I would just like to say we don't appreciate the fact they are knocking on our door way before business hours are even in affect. I may be late at times with my payments but it does get paid! At times I feel like its almost harrasment calling 30 times a day from multiple numbers just for being 4 days late. I have paid off at least four things from this company and they proceed to treat people like this. This will be the last time I will go through aarons I have never been treated like this with my other agreements as the way I am being treated now.
Yes, they are extremely rude. Most of their complaints i see are how rude customer service is and how they payments are mysteriously becoming more than an actual cost I'm just confused with this company I have bought two items from there each time I have experience really bad customer service. Same have happened to me, and I'm in the Loves Park and Rockford area so I really think the corporation needs to step up and have these managers go to Omni management classes or something I'm late from time to time as well but I never just not pay I'm almost done paying for my merchandise but I'm going to file a complaint., , enough is enough with them disrespect and customers and being rude

I leased and payed off a living room furniture set from Aaron's 2 years ago. Never had an issue with dropping my cash payments off into the box at the store. Until now! I recently had to get new furniture due to my dogs destroying the last set I bought. I dropped off a payment in the drop box ( $75). Then I realized that I didn't pay enough so I dropped off another $5 to make the correct payment. The store called to tell me that my payment was due. I informed them that I made my payment before the due date. He claimed they didn't get it! That they only received the $5 payment! Then he calls me back a few days later and tells me I'm up to date on my account until the first of August! Then turns around and AGAIN tells me that they did not receive my payment! And now he left a voicemail telling me that he knows my "track history" and that I am right that the best thing to do is return the furniture! So someone steals my payment, or applies it to the wrong account, and I am the liar?! NO I am not a liar and I know that I made my payment!Insulting me on top of claiming I am 22 days behind is enough for me to NEVER do business with Aaron's again! So someone needs to look into this store in LaPorte Indiana and find out what is happening! I don't at all appreciate the so called customer service I have experienced! And I am a honest woman but evidently someone there is NOT! I will never recommend anyone do business with the LaPorte store!

Hello my name is yolanda guerry on july 06, 2018 i went online to view the living room sets and i did find one that i liked so i filled out the application and made a credit card payment of $71.99 lease for 24 months and my first payment is due on august 01, 2018 i also signed the lease agreement o n this as well. I had made several attemps to call the online number and was told everything was fine and they just waiting on my order to be delivered to the store i said okay and on july 20, 2018 around 3:17pm i received a call from nikki from the maple hts store she called to get more information and get me set up for delivery, but after putting me on hold she came ask more questions about my income and was put back on hold and a manager (bill) came on the phone to ask me my income and said your income don't match what you put on your application, so i asked what you mean he said so how much is your income i said $1, 356 i get social security $760.00 and tanf benefits $596 the manager said thats not enough income for this set this is one of our most expensive sets in the store and your income doesn't qualify you for this set. I was stardled by his remark and ask again what do you mean, he sdaid it again you don't have enough income i responded why would you say that so whats's the qualification i wanted what i signed for, he told me to come into the store and he will show me other sets that i might like. I told him i had minor surgerythat can't come in today he said whenever is fine. I'm very upset by his statement. So i set for a minute called back and was told he left the store to go knock on doors. I want to know why i can't get what i signed and paid for. This is not customer service by far. I have nothing good to say about this experience. Finally after 12 days my washer and gas dryer are delivered. No one ever told me the gas dryer could Not be hooked up. So therefore I have to find someone that will hook it up. Not only that they did a poor job hooking up the washer. They did not clamp the hose to the back of the washer correctly. They did not check the hook up to the cold water and hot water. If they had they would have realized that the cold water sprayed everywhere. So I tried to use the washer with the hot water and due to them not correctly clamping the holes I ended up with a flooded laundry room. I am more than livid at this point. 1st I was told 5 to 7 days for delivery for the whole process it was 12 days. And now I can't even use my washer and dryer after waiting all This time? I do not advise anyone to go through this company For anything!

Before july 1 I had notified aarons furnature in peru illinois and notified them I would be late on my next payment until the 26th of july and I am more than willing to pay a late fee. They said OK no problem. After july 1 they had been calling me several times a day while I'm at work wanting their money. Last thursday I said I would have the money on the 26th and the manager chris said that won't do and wanted the money right then and there. And they continue to call me several times per day to the point of I will be contacting a lawyer and going for harassment against your store

Aaron's McKellips Rd Mesa - I have had an Awesome relationship with the company for years. I paid off a living room set 1 year early in 2010. I ordered a bed a few months ago. Had to try a few mattresses due to them being too hard. I told them from the start I didn't want a "used" mattress for health reasons. (I'm on chemo and have no immune system). The first one was in plastic with tags on it. They also put a zippered cover on it and the box spring (but tore that one). But was too hard and hurt me. The next one was not in a bag or covered. I put a Bedsack on it but again it hurt. I went into the store to feel the mattresses out. I found a "plush" one that I felt would work. Again I stated I needed a new one.
I was told they didn't have any in the store and would have to wait about a week. So I bought a camping mattress from Target to put on the other mattress to soften it up. The mattress that I was brought, was open, no tags, no cover and had dirt on the side. I put the Bedsack on it and sheets and called it good. Within a week I was having red welts popping up. My grandson was getting welts too. I thought maybe the fabric softener at first and rewashed the bedding without it. The welts were getting worse. I had a patch of bloody looking ones on my leg and sent a picture to my doctor advised me to go to ER for eval because I thought it might have been a spider. NOPE, Bed bugs! I called the store only to be met with an attitude that it is My fault. In my 25 years here, I have Never had bed bugs.
The manager came out looking through my room and told me the bed never left her store. Interesting, since it wasn't there when I was! Then she saw a spec on the tile grout on my living room stating it was a bed bug. I lifted it with masking tape. It was a pebble! I told her to get the bed out before the whole house was infested! She said they had to have Orkin come out first! Then an employee came with a mattress cover and put it on. (Little too late). I refuse to pay anymore on this thing and want it out of my house! She is maintaining a bad attitude and blaming me! Since I've seen other complaints of the same issue at the same time, it leads me to believe they have a problem! recent living room suit purchase.
I recently purchased 2 beds (1-queen and 1-twin), a couch, and a matching chase recliner. All brand new. It was delivered on July 5th of this month. The chase recliner has a power source that operates the back rest. The delivery guys had me go through and sign about 7 papers, pre-marked where to initial and date, while they set up the furniture. About 5 minutes after they pulled Off I attempted to plug the couch and chase into electric outlets. The couch was fine but the chase had the plug teeth completely smashed to one side. I immediately called Aaron's in St.Albans WV and told them what I had discovered. They said they would order a new plug. I called the next day to check the status and nobody had any idea what I was talking about. They said they would order a new one. I called 3 days ago and they don't know when the plug will show up. Now the chase recliner is stuck all the way to the floor and has to be propped up against a wall to keep it in the upright position due to the electric being absent to move it up and down. I want to know what's taking so long to get my brand new furniture fixed. I'm paying almost $3000.00 for this and the chase is as good as broken. Lets get a new chase delivered or let's get this furniture back out of my house and return my money that I've already spent. This is not how a professional business operates. Do you recommend I just contact the Attorny Generals office or how should we proceed. Aaron's should have had a new chase overnighted to the store and showed quality customer care with a delivery within 3-4 business days.

I've purchased thousands of dollars in merchandise from them for many yrs..nerver had a complaint. Until now I rent in mwc Oklahoma .I've been paying almost 3 yrs in my bed set and washer dryer. Today is my due date and they are calling my references . Just got off work and they were supposed to atomaticaly take it off my card. This is not the first time this has happened. .I call and the manager is a [censored] stating I made and appt to pay. Fine .. I ask the payoff on my things and she refused to tell me. She says make your payment and I'll tell you you're payoff. I make the payment and she says 48.00 WTH. I paid it off .I will never rent from them again

Have made several attempt to contact upper level management in Aarons, with no resolve. Regional manager is putting me off, for not accepting a damaged product in place if a rca 65 inch that is on blink. how do you run an operation with lies. I know there is a way for customer service to contact above regional management, they are like DTV, in a sort as long as you pay everything is good however if there product they are selling goes bad then the consumer is pretty much doomed.

I talked to the manager at the Aaron's in Forestville MD and told him that the stuff was stolen from my apartment he was very nasty and he was cousing at me I gave him the case number from the police he texted me and said that the sheriff department was going to be delivering me a case number so now I am getting a lawyer to sue Aaron's and him to for his nasty attitude?
