customer service at bawabat al sharq branch and customer care
Staff of ADCB, specifically those employed at Bawabat al Sharq branch, are under-educated on their products, policies, and procedures. You will never get a straight answer, information will be confusing and not given in writing or in a professional manner, and information will differ depending on who you speak to at the branch. Three employees gave me 3 different answers on a simple question I had regarding my account. The Customer Care "manager" took two weeks to return my call, is incompetent, and did not solve any issue. In fact, it took her four working days just to send me her email address. The also closed my complaint without solving the issue or even communicating with me. However, the WORST person to speak to is Khalid, the branch manager. He is a terrible manager, hires people who he does not train, and is disgustingly rude if you complain about his branch. He does not know how to speak with respect or problem solve. Take your business to another bank where you will be treated with respect and followed up with professionally.

I have paid AED 40, 000 against loan on 27/3/2018 and AED 11, 500 against credit card on 18/3/2018 with the help of my community.
Now time has passed, its above six months.

Want to give the attention about opening salary account.
The bank officer (he even didn't introduce himself) by mail sivadaskolake.[protected]@adcb.com trying to open my salary account 1 month and in the end he RECOMMENDED joing another bank because ADCB is VERY SLOW in approved opening account.
The bank is worst, customer servise 0.00! STAFF IS NON COMPETENT!

Actually I m very much disappointed from ADCB collection agents.
Let me give you a short review about the story
Around five months ago I contacted Adcb for settlement then I got approval from NR. Surojit from AZZITE with authentic account email
when I paid that amount after someone days I tried to call Adcb but I was surprised to know Mr. Surojit is no more employee of AZZITE he is fired because he without approval he gave me settlement.
After big struggling I found Mr. Abdul Kadir
He tried his best to help me out and refereed me to Mr.haider ali
Then Mr.haider ali told me don't worry I'm official employee for Adcb I m not third party agent I will help you out.
Then i received his email
Please pay 5600 and deposit this cheque in academic city ADCB I deposited there as per instructions.
Then I waited like 2 months and more
Yesterday I got new surprise
That still there's outstanding in my account.
I tried to call Mr.haider ali
Number switched off
I emailed him but can't send on official email
At last I called call center nd requested them for a call back.
But as I can't stop myself I called on [protected] one lady answered my call and she asked me to call concerned person so she gave me extension for Mr vickey which was [protected].
The moment I called him first he not answer I thought may be he is busy
Then I tried to call thrice by the grace of Allah he answered
Again big shock for me Mr.haider ali is no more employee of the ADCB who said I m official employee nd trust my words nd many more.
Now again I m fully confused and lost
What I should do
Again I explained everything to Mr.vicky and He took it very casually as there is call record
He smiled and said first Surojit no more working then when I asked him about Haider ali he smiled and said he is also no more working with ADCB I ask him very simple question may be by tomorrow you Will also be same either you will resign or terminated then again I have to call and explain everything to new agent.
He start argument and instead of giving me solution he said better you go to those guys.
His behavior was so rude and he didn't even try to understand my part it's like I can feel he don't want anything on his shoulder
I ask him reply on email he said from today start counting 30 days and come collect your NOC
I told him Surojit Also said same

So how I can trust please send me an email
But he was sticked on on sentence and that was come after 30 days
At last he said I will inform you when I have time

money transfer
On the 2nd of August 2018, my bank société général in Algeria sent me an amount of money to my ADCB account, I approached the Dubai Mall branch with the Swift. The officer said that the IBAN was missing only the AE and the money might not reach the my account. The 6th August I approached Mall of the Emirates branch to ask where my money is now, I spoke with the branch manager, they said let's wait ! Only!. The 7th of August the Mall of the Emirates branch called me and said that the money were rejected and come back to my account in Algeria. I spoke with my bank in Algeria they said the money did not return here with the proof. Then my bank in Algeria sent a letter to ADCB to fix the IBAN and ad the AE to the IBAN number and ask them to release the money to my ADCB account. A new swift was issued. Until now no money was released to my ADCB account, and no body from the ADCB is corporating and no body is helpin or knowing what's going on.
PS: I am daily following up with my bank in Algeria, and they are confirming that the money is with ADCB
Unethical Behaviour From Credit Card Sales Executive Mr. Govinda (Cell:[protected])

My self an Indian citizen named as Sathish Kumar T.S residing in Sharjah got a call from Mr. Govinda (Cell:[protected]), Credit card sales executive from one of my references. As per tele conversation, he has agreed to come to my apartment and he asked location map through whats up. I have given the same. I was waiting him for long time and even I skipped my personal work. But when he reached nearby my residence I advised him to locate a landmark and wait there until unless I come for pick up. But he went in some other way and his vehicle trapped near where I live. After desperately waiting him, I tried to contact him, he didn't answer. But he didn't informed me this incident and I conveyed him not to come to apartment through whats' up. Later he was called me and behaved with me in unethical way. Also he used threatening words through whats up.
As a customer I give up your relationships and decided not to avail your Credit card. So please make sure to deal with customer in a ethical and professional way and control this kind of unprofessional staffs in your reputed bank.

complaint against personal loan agent
Dear team,
This is to inform you that I am getting very customer service for personal loan.. The agent which is hired for my personal loan application is very unprofessional and careless person.. He did not give me any update untill I call or message, if so I call or message he never reply on the same day. He see my messages and ignore.. My loan got rejected due to some pending documents.. And it's been pending for my company hr approval. But he never follow up with my hr team.. Our hr department has 48hr of tat and if when he follows up also after my pressure he again create a new email which has 48hr of tat again.. His number is 0557682590.. His name is dundee baalatico I guess.
Appreciate by your actions this time because last month also I raise complaint no body is bothered, no feedback nothing.
If this time nobody comes to me for feedback or result I will escalate this to higer level.. Enough is enough now.. We are fools sitting here.

i'm complaining about my relationship manager
I was sick in the hospital and due to severe medical conditions I haven't been working. I asked my relationship manager (binu thomas) to apply for deferment of personal loan, holding metlife payment, apply for critical illness claim with Zurich and apply new sponsorship documents.
Deferment was not applied until two months after which is not applicable anymore.
Zurich claim was done three weeks after and he is not responding to my enquiry for updates.
Cards have been blocked due to not application of the documents that have been sent over three months ago.
Hi. Same is the Case with me. My relationship manager also not responding to my emails. Not only that, my request to cancel the OD is pending and my money is hold with the bank. They don't care the customers request. Very very bad banking. Will never refer to any of our friends.
unauthorized debiting from my accounting
ADCB has debited amount from accounts twice without any justification or authorization;
First time, they have debited my car loan amount which is due on 20th of ever month ON 12th with no notice or authorization from my side. When asked for clarification, their response was that it is Bank's policy.
How can Bank debit an amount of car loan from my account, before it is due and claim that it is their policy. There has no defaults from my side ever. If there had been any default, then I can understand (still it is unlawful); in absence of any previous default, how can they debit amounts from account. The amounts in my account is mine; bank has no authority to debit, except on its due date and as authorized by me
Second time, I got a transfer from my company of some amount in the middle of the month (21st april) - which is not my salary amount and which is not my salary also. My salary for march was transferred beginning of march and for april, it will be due and transferred only beginning of may. I do not understand how can adcb assume that it is my salary [I forgot that adcb can do anything, by quoting it is the bank policy] and held my car loan amount, which is due 7th may. I dont understand what type of policies are these.

This is my second day at Dubai Mall branch and I already went through 2 customer service agents, 3 tellers and 1 relationship manager and my account is still not closed. And just lately I applied for credit card with him and I told him I need 20k no less or more and he confirmed and then again after he took my signature he applied for 16k limit wich I dont even need and I dont want! If you really care about your bank s reputation you need to do something about this. Im about to change the bank because of him now and im so disapointed. And now his not even answer my call phones...

I would like to bring into your notice about threatening email, harassment calls and unethical and unprofessional behavior of your employee Jitesh.
As far as I know, It is right of customer to verify the person to call on behalf of ADCB, to do so I ask question to the wrong hire employee of ADCB, on which your employee named JITESH has refused to confirm and started calling with threats, repeated calls and taking matter on personal level by calling from Mobile #[protected] and threatening to pay in irrespective words.
I would like to request urgent investigation and prompt attention of ADCB on above and Is this allowed to threat/call from personal number/talk rude/use inappropriate words for customer ?
At the same time i would like to request ADCB time till end of this month to settle the total outstanding or max possible amount.

My name is Paul Goss, when i closed my account down back in 2014 i made sure ALL credit cards were paid up in full before my departure and all accounts settled. In doing so i always make sure this is done. When i returned back to the UAE i went back to the bank and reopened my account as normal, however there was a discrepancy within the credit card account as the collections department had made a mistake. With this the bank sorted all the issues out as they had the information that ALL accounts were in fact paid up in full. so at the time all was sorted out. However, now this issue has shown up on my credit score from the credit bureau and this now has stopped all my applications for going forward with my bank HSBC. I
as you can imagine i am not happy and i need this sorting out. I have been to the branch of ADCB in Greens and had a wonderful lady help me, to which she has said that she cannot help me in this case and i have to go to Collections.
My account was with the bank and only the bank. this issue should be raised to the highest level within the bank and get iit sorted out.

Hie my name is vijay I would like to complant about adcb sales executive name sridhar who is working in rigga branch he has taken sign on credit card application and said you can send documents on watsapp and after that he said you will get 20000 credit limit for the card as per ur eligibility however the reason of applying for this card is to get goo limit i already informed him thay i have adcb card having 5000 limit which is not sufficient for me he said dont worry I will give you 20000 limit and finally i got card of 5000 again and when I called him stating the same thing he said you vl get that much only if you want cancel the card and he abused me and spoke to me in a arrogant way and then i got to know that just to achieve his target he put my application and cheated me and one more thing is he and his manager kishore approved this card with our hr verification which is completely voilation of coc of the bank, Hence please look in to this and kindly take action against him .

I have been using ADCB credit card since 2010 & since i was paying all my dues on time during the renewal of my card ADCB offered me a titanium card and also increased limit.
In March 2017 i received a message that there was an outstanding of Dhs 4.42/- on the card. Since the amount was nominal i thought i would merge it with my next transaction payment. I was trying to purchase an airline ticket in May but the card didn't get through. When i called customer care they told there was an error in the Airlines website. Now when yesterday i tried to swipe my card in 1 of the shops the transaction didn't get through. When called customer care they told i need to visit a branch n what do i get to know...the COLLECTION DEPT has cancelled the card for not paying Dhs 4.42/- when they have extended me a limit of over Dhs 5k. UNBELIEVABLE. I don't think moving forward any of my family/friends would subscribe to ADCB. People out there be aware.
