Acai Berry Spammed my phone number

I came to this complaints website before I pressed 'send' because I was intending on buying the "acai berry colon cleanse diet".

When I read the complaints and the unauthorized charges I changed my mind - I decided I would buy it in the store.

Then a few days later I recived a call on my phone from [protected]. I hadn't even entered my information completley and the obtained my number to spam it.

When I realized who she was calling with I asked them to remove my name from their list and not to call again. She said, "why, you asked for information?!" and I said, "no, I partially filled out a from then left the site when I decided not to purchase your product."

I have filed a complaint with the BBB as well.

Ugh! I filled out the first portion of the online form just so I could GET more information. Swear to God, this number called my cell phone about 30 seconds after I put it in. I will never buy this product. What an annoying joke!

I have the same problem. They won't stop calling! It is endless the number of calls I have ignored from them! I did the same thing where I changed my mind before following through on the purchase. But, apparently they gathered enough info to keep bothering me... I wish they would stop!

Innovative Health Products is a contract manufacturer and we make Dietary supplements as our primary business. As a service to our customers we offer a fulfillment service to pick, pack and ship orders to their customers directly consolidating warehousing and shipping cost.
Innovative health doesn’t sell products directly to consumers and we do not have a call center or telemarketing service, we do not make outbound calls. One of our manufacturing customers who is also a fulfillment customer is responsible for these marketing tactics and has nothing to do with our business. I am not sure how Innovative Health Products has been implicated in this at all; the [protected] is not our number. I hope this helps to clear things up and anyone having a problem should visit this customers site www.getorderhelp.com and their companies contact information is there.

Acai Berry Promised refund never received

Re: Acaiberry Pure
Product ordered with 10 day trial, arrived with just a couple days left of the 10 day trial, I phoned to cancel and was offered a 10 day extension and was told to call before the 10 days was up. Was given a CSR #.
Little did I know, I was billed $149.95 the day after my phone call.
Called in 9 days to cancel, was given CSR # and cancellation #.
Email arrived several days later confirming cancellation of shipping and no further billing.
Then my credit card bill arrived and I saw what they had done.
I called credit card company, three way call to company - refund promised, email with all information from me requested and sent.
Guess what - NO REFUND.
I have called the credit card company over and over and they have called the company each time and we have been promised a refund over and over and each time was given a CSR# and even once a Supervisor #. Email confirmation of this was requested by credit card company and was promised, but never received, although the supervisor of the Acai company verified my email address.
Now three months later am told by the credit card company I needed to put in a dispute within 30 days. Well, fine kettle of 3 day old fish this is - why did they not say so the first couple of times I talked with them?
Today, three months later they have filed it as a dispute "but it is probably too late."

Acai Berry Refund never received!

I ordered a 30 day free trial of Acai Berry Tropic and Advance Cleanse. I was to pay only $2.00 for each product and I specifically stated on the order that I did not authorize additional debits from my account. I asked to see the ingredience but they would not do that. I am a cardiac patient I told them, but they said I had to order the product to get all that was in it. I went ahead and ordered. I gave it to my cardiologist and he told me I could not take either. I called to return it and returned the item. They were to credit my account. What happened instead was they charged me $266.20 and on top of that sold my information to about six other companies who charged my account. I was able to close the account and get refunds from these other companies. But, I have been trying to get my refund from Acai Berry since Dec. 2009 and it is now May 2010. I call their customer service and when the line is working and I get to talk to someone I am told they have already refunded my money. I tell them that I have received nothing and then I am told I have to email their billing as they do not accept calls. I emailed billing who emailed and let me know that they did not handle that and I had to call back to customer service. I have tried on a number of occasions to get a supervisor only to be told they are either not available or on the phone. I did finally speak to a supervisor a month ago who said he was personally handling the refund issues and assured me I would receive my refund check. I still do not have it and now their phone is not working...again! I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the company would not respond to them so they closed the case. I had checked them out before I ordered and they had a A- with the BBB, and now they have an F due to refund issues. I think it is time for a class action lawsuit to be honest! They are getting away with fraud and that is not right!

Acai Berry FRAUD/SCAM

I ordered this product was to be free, all you had to do was pay the 4.95 s&h. I have paid 3 payments on my card before I could get anyone to cancell this. At the time I cancelled, I asked if there was anything else that needed to be done, that I didn't want any more charges. I was told no, everything was taken care of. Almost a year later I received a bill from a Debt Collector (Tiburon Financial, L.L. C.) that I owed the remainder of 83.95, when I called the lady was very rude and said "you should have read the fine print" apparently when you cancell your order you have to return the unused portion. Since it was not returned they say I owe another 83.95. Does anyone out there know, do we have to pay this. This is definately a scam! I don't want my credit affected!

Acai Berry Unauthorized Charges

I received a collection notice from Tiburon Financial LLC, PO Box 770 Boystown, NE [protected], on April 23, 2010; advising me that I owed $83.95 to Acaiberrybreeze (Acct. 2037672) for merchandise purchased.

On 09/2009 I agreed to try their product on a 30-day trail basis and paid the shipping amount of $5.00 as per the promotion. However, after two weeks of using the product and not obtaining any weight reduction results, I contacted Acaiberry customer service, via email, and requested that they cancel my account and stop shipping any further products without my consent. Furthermore, I advised them that I had instructed my credit card bank to deny any payment to Acaiberry Breeze. I received an email from Acaiberry acknowledging my request (NOT to ship any products nor charge my account), and have NOT received any products since then. However, eight months later (4/2010), a collection agency is requesting a payment of a past due balance of $83.95.

I have neither the time nor the inclination to deal with Acaiberry Breeze Company and their product and promotion scam.

Respectfully,
Chapis Garcia

Note: I hope to receive acknowledgment of my complaint in a timely manner.

Acai Berry Scam!

I had ordered a free sample of Acai Berry Pure on the internet after reading an article on it and they were only charging for shipping. I found out after calling them on how to cancel the next day(thank god I did) only to find out that they were going to charge me a $169 dollar membership fee after the 1st 14 days. I canceled immediately and received a cancellation number. I also called my credit card company and canceled the credit card just in case. Well, today April 19th, 2010 I received a letter from Sans Financial stating that they tried to charge my account anyways for the $169 dollar membership fee but the card was canceled. Now not only do I owe them the $169 membership fee (which I canceled!) They also charged me a $50 dollar fee for what reason Im still trying to figure out. The first time I called SANS Financial they just put me on hold and never answered the phone. The second time I called they told me I owe $219.95 but were willing to drop the $50 dollar fee since I told them that I canceled the order and gave them the cancellation order. I told them that I would think about it and call them back. Then, I called Acai Berry and asked them about this fee I received in the mail. They guaranteed me that the account was closed and I owe them nothing! They also told me to not pay these people. I agreed and asked them to send me the invoice stating that the account was closed. I then called SANS Financial back for a 3rd time and told them that the company that they are collecting for (Acai Berry Pure) said the account was closed and there was NO charges due. They person (Named Danial) told me that it didnt matter what Acai Berry said, that I didn't cancel the product correctly and that I still needed to pay the $219.95 dollar fee or they would send the bill to another collection agency and it would affect my credit. So at this point I was really pissed off and told him that I needed to speak with his manager immediately! He informed me that none was available. I tried to reason with the young man. (also, every person that I talked to 3 in total were all young boys) I asked him what you would do if it was you who received this letter. They agreed with me but still demanded payment. I asked them for a copy of the agreement that I supposedly agreed to and I would gladly pay him the money. He said he had none. I told him thank you and hung up the phone.

In ending, This company is defiantly 100% a scam and I hope no one fall into this trap and pay them. I would also strongly encourage anyone who received this letter to cancel any credit card you think they might have the number to. If you do not you are only hurting yourself because it sounds to me that they would have no problem trying to charge your account anytime they feel necessary.

I would also like to hit this company where it hurts! I wish there was a way to get all of us together and get a class action law suit against this company and would be willing to work with anyone that is with me. WE MUST STOP THESE PREDICTORS FROM ATTACKING US WHEN ALL WE ARE TRYING TO DO IS MAKE AN HONEST LIVING AND GET THROUGH THESE HARD TIMES! WE DON'T NEED THESE PEOPLE TRYING TO STEAL FROM US AND THREATEN US WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF DESTROYING OUR CREDIT THAT WE WORK SO HARD ON TO BUILD. I hope to hear from anyone who has any suggestions that you might have. Good luck!

Acai Berry Unauthorized Bank Account Withdrawal

This is a bona fide SCAM so keep your 99 cents in your pocket and save yourself hundreds of dollars and a lot of grief!

I ordered the 14-day free trial for offers for AcaiBerry Pure and Advance Cleanse. I only authorized them to charge my bank card the 99 cent handling fee advertised for each product. I weigh a lot more than I'd like so I figured that for 99 cents it couldn't hurt to give the product a try. I contacted the company 3 days before the so-called "trial period" ended and complained that I had just received the AcaiBerry Plus but never received the Advance Cleanse. I told them I believe the whole promotion was a scam-- they never sent the Advance Cleanse and sent the AcaiBerry Pure so late that the trial period would expire before I could try the product. I told them that I did not want their product or anything more to do with their company. They told me that the Advance Cleanse was not their company. Three days later I happened to be reviewing my banking records and found, to my total surprise, that they placed two charges for $169.95 each on my charge account on the very day the free trial was to expire! I called my bank and they immediately cancelled my charge card, refunded the money taken from my account, and promised to deal with AcaiBerry concerning their fraudulent, unauthorized withdrawal. (Chase National Bank has the best customer service department I have ever dealt with!) Chase told me both charges were from the same company and gave me two telephone numbers for the company: [protected] and [protected]. I was able to get through on their 877 number and they offered to close my account (what account?) but refused to refund my money. They told me their records show that I received both products via UPS, but they couldn't give me UPS's confirmation number because their computers were down (but they had enough access to tell me I wasn't getting my money back.) I cursed the representative out with every curse word known to man and asked for the company's address. Get this, the company is in Cyprus, GREECE! They wouldn't give me the street address. How the hell am I supposed to sue a company in GREECE!

I ordered AcaiuOptimum on a deal where I would pay$1.50 for a 14 day trial starting March 8 and had until the 13 to cancel. Mine hadn't even come on the 13th, so I e-mailed them I wanted to cancel. I sent back the stuff, unopened and they later said I needed a number from them to return it. I was not told any of this and when my Visa statement came they had charged me with $79.98. I was immediately on-line and let them know I thought they needed to refund me this amount. I didn't get anywhere. I wrote my Visa company to protest the charge. I finally decided I didn't have enough substantiation and would let that charge stand, but I had been on-line to let them know I wanted to cancel. I got another bottle and got on to try to find out how to return it (whatever form they require) and was told I couldn't return it because they wouldn't tell me how, I finally got a cancellation number from them but it was dated April 23 and when I got my Visa statement today there was a charge from them for $98.00 posted on April 21. I am so mad--I'll readily admit I didn't need to fall for this and it was a stupid decision. Do I have any recourse? I did most of this on-line--I have a hearing problem and usually can't understand the people when they call--They are off in some foreign place. Would it do any good to send a complaint to the Better Business Bureau in Phoenix?

Acai Berry jeapordizing my credit score/ 3 companies involved in one big scam

Dec. 9, 2009, I fell for this scam and paid ~$4.00 for s&h. About two weeks later I get a call from a 1-800 number requesting info about this product (if I like it, if I want to discontinue, etc.) I am given the opportunity to opt out of membership that is associated with the pills- also meaning I will not recieve any more pills, or e-mails, and I would not be charged any further.
Feb. 12, 2010, I cancel my bank account because some unkown drafts in the ballpark of $80.00 are being taken out roughly every 3 weeks. Today, April 6, I get a letter in the mail from Natural Wellness Resources that I owe $168.00 for these Acai Berry Tropic pills and if I do not pay, a 3rd party collector can become involved. NOT COOL! I find 3 different 1-800 numbers directed to customer service for all three places- the Natural Wellness Center, Acai Berry Tropic Services, and some sort of membership program. I call all three in the order that I listed them, and get nowhere and end up blessing them out.
I am very concerned that this stupid little scam can create and wreck havoc on someones' credit score. Furthermore, I am concerned that all three entities that are so-called involved have no knowledge of each other, nor do they have solid lines of communication running between them. When I was on the phone their basic response was, "you need to contact. . ."
Even though my bank account is close and since then I have reopened another, I am afraid it is too late to file for account fraud. And I hope this is over with for the most part. But possibly ruining one's credit because of someone else's greed and wrongdoing is ###! The only thing I know to do at this point is to write a letter to all three places stating my story and hope things get taken care of on their end.
To those of you who have had this happen to you, I am deeply sorry. And to those little ###s that are in part of this or behind it, I hope you burn in Hell! I am open to any suggestions that could help me out, any input would be appreciated.

I too received the same thing like others above; I tried to contact them and there is no one available and I received a busy signal. I canceled that order long time ago (9/4/09) and it was during the trial offer. Right now they threat me to send it to collection if I don’t pay them. Here is the letter I received from them:

Please do not give them any money their collections agency is ven a bigger joke. I worked there for 3 days and couldn't deal with what they do to people anymore. They are no longer doing inbound calls just outbound where people call in to do a "survey" to recieve a free gas voucher. I wish I knew what radio station it was promoting this because its a scam! All they are doing is getting your card info to charge you even more $$ and dont care about the survey! if anyone knows the name of the radio stations please post most of the people calling were from louisiana, teas, mississippi, cali, missouri, and i believe i even had a NJ one.

I tried the free product. Subsequently, I received unauthorized shipment of product. The enclosed literature states:
No refunds are given on any products that have already been shipped. I will try toll free number to cancel, but, am not hopeful according to other complaints I see.

Acai Berry fraud

I placed a trial order for their acaiberyy product agreeing to pay for shipping and handling. I specifically asked if this was one of those deals where you had to call to cancel and was told no. I received the product tried it and called just to be sure, to tell them I did not like te product.

This was back in July 2009, and did not hear one word from them since. Until today when I got a bill from them for $133.95 with a threat that if I don't pay this would have a negative effect on my credit score.

I checked on line and see that there are many many people who are dealing with the same thing.

This is a scam and they need to be put out of business.

Acai Berry refund

On march 12, 2010 I called [protected] and ask for a cancellation of products, Acai Berry and Advanced Cleanse. I was given the following cancellation number #1181934 and specifically ask "is there anything else I need to do to cancel my free trial of Acai Berry and Advanced Cleanse products, " and I was told by Michelle, a representative of Acai Berry/Advanced Cleanse "NO" my membership was cancelled.

On march 19, 2010 I was charged $171.31 for products I never received.

I called and sent emails to request a refund based on the information stated above and I was told, "Upon reviewing your refund request for the product Advance Cleanse, we have found that your account remained open beyond the trial period. For this reason, you have been charged for the Annual Membership Fee as is described within the Terms and Conditions (T&C)."

I received the exact same response from AdvancedCleanse. My trial ended 3/19/10 and I cancelled that very same day but was still charged 169.95 and denied a refund. I filed a charge dispute with my bank after they took 169.95 from my account. My bank is fighting for me but I had to cancel that card due to fraud and get a new one. Now I have to change all of my auto pays and what not, pain in the ###. At any rate, in the mean time I also filed a complaint with the BBB and just got a response today that they will process my refund but to give them a week to do it. Now whether or not that happens I don't know but my bank has already credited my account.

The AcaiBerry didn't even get to me until the day before the free "trial" ended, they said they could extend it out 5 days, very scripted so I'm sure they do this all of the time. I cancelled that one right there and then so I had no issues with additional charges. What a RIP OFF. They aren't registered with the BBB but hopefully if enough people report something can be done.

Acai Berry SCAM - Charged for diet products I didn't order

I too have been scammed from VIV3 Labs in the UK regarding a free trial of Acai Berry and Colon Cleanse and have been charged $116 each for products I didn't even order! I have contacted my bank and reported the transactions as unauthorised and fraudulent.

I also found the following information posted way back in March 2009 about how to get a refund from this compay. I found it very useful and I hope you do too. I've sent an email to the email addresses listed below, stating that I want a full refund, and if I don't get a full refund, I will take legal action.

How to get a refund from VIv3 Labs

I ordered supplies of the products Acai Berry and Colon Cleanse in July and had the following email on 27th July 2009

Thank you for your purchase of the following product(s):
Life Cleanse
It can take approximately one working week, for an order to be processed and delivered (for some areas and in exceptional cases it might take up to 10 working days). You will be notified separately about the shipment of your product.
Your statement will reflect that you have been charged by Viv3Labs in the amount of 3.95 £, VAT included where applicable. We would like to remind you that shipping and handling costs are non-refundable as stated in the Terms and Conditions of this purchase.
We strive to do our best to provide you with excellent customer service.
You can also contact us on the following phone numbers:
Toll Free UK - [protected]
International number - (+44) [protected]
We would like to ask you to always provide your account number and order ID to our Customer Service representative so that we can identify you more quickly in our system.
Enjoy the product!
Thank you and best regards,
Viv3 Labs Customer Support Team

A similar email arrived for the other product.

When the package arrived I called them on 3rd August and cancelled future deliveries; my first call was to a person who did not understand my dialect and was abusive and hung up. I called again and received an apology from another man, who assured me that my orders were now cancelled and that my Visa Debit card would not be charged with any monies.
On Monday 17th August I became aware that the bank was holding back money for a pending transaction to Viv3 Labs and I sent them an email which was returned because emails are not received by the email address from which their email had been sent some three weeks before.

I then found some information on this website which I found helpful and calls and emails were exchanged as follows -

Phone call to them on 17th August in which they advised me that I would be emailed within three working days.

Email on 19th August from them

Dear Customer,

Thank you very much for contacting our Viv3 Labs customer service by phone.
We would like to inform you that on 2009-07-27 you were charged for the shipping and handling cost on your free trial. The 15 days free trial starts from the day of the shipment of the order and implies that you have 15 days to test your order for free.
As stated in the terms and conditions of the purchase that you accepted during the purchase process, if you do not cancel your account during the 15 days trial period, you will be charged for the product separately and thus the free trial converts into a regular subscription. We confirm that on 2009-08-16 you were charged for the product for the amount of 118.63 USD .
We have cancelled your account. This cancellation implies that our company will make no more charges and no more products will be shipped to you.
Best regards,
Viv3 Labs
Customer Service

I replied the next day on 20th August to the addresses I found on your website; suggest you address all emails to all of those people. Note the correct email address for VIV3LABS -

'clay.[protected]@viveraglobal.com'; '[protected]@viveraglobal.com'; 'clay.[protected]@localbillinglimited.com'; '[protected]@gmail.com'; 'mitch.[protected]@localbillinglimited.com'; '[protected]@viv3.com'
For the attention of Viv3.com, Clay Douglass and Mitch Platt
On 27th July I ordered a supply of each Life Cleanse and Acai Berry and an acknowledgement was emailed to me quoting the details above. The products duly arrived within a week and immediately I started taking them I realised I would not be wishing to continue this arrangement and tried to email your company without success as the email was returned undelivered. I then called you on the UK number [protected] and spoke to a man who obviously did not understand English whereupon I asked if I could speak to someone who could speak English and he used a very rude expletive and hung up, by which time he had already had a note of my account numbers and order number
I called back the same number later that day and spoke to another person, who was very polite and took a note of my cancellation request assuring me that there would be no further charges on my account, and that he had cancelled both orders. All this was done before Wednesday 5th August.
On Monday of this week I discovered you had taken steps to remove £75+ from my bank account. This meant that a direct debit was not paid which has resulted in a charge of £35 on my account together with a charge of £12 from the Credit Card Company for the failed Direct Debit. When contacting your customer service by telephone, I explained that these orders had been cancelled two weeks earlier by phone and requested that this money be repaid into my bank account immediately and was told that I would be contacted by email within 72 hours. I have since had your email which advises me that there will be no refund.
I have read your terms and conditions, and it clearly states that a customer may request a full refund within 30 days of their purchase. In total, I am requesting that you refund me with the full £122 which is what this error on your part has cost me. I had purchased this product on July 27th, therefore the 30 day period has not yet ended; the terms and conditions clearly state that within thirty days a refund may be requested. On using the link http://viv3labs.helpserve.com/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a=viewarticle&kbarticleid=26&nav=0 I have found the following: -

"Our refund policy is as follows:
* 1. You may receive a refund of any Product that you ordered up to thirty (30) days after your order is placed.
* 2. Customers are restricted to receiving a single refund per product ordered. Repetitive refunds are not permitted unless the product, as delivered to you, is defective. VIV3 reserves the right to refuse a refund to any customer who repeatedly requests refunds or who, in VIV3’s judgment, requests refunds in bad faith.
* 3. In order to process your refund, you must supply VIV3 with Your name and delivery address. If you provide us with insufficient or incorrect information your refund will be delayed.
* 4. Depending on the bank that issues the credit card, your refund can take up to thirty (30) days to appear on your credit card statement. If you have any questions about whether a refund has been issued by VIV3, please call Our Customer Service Department toll-free at [protected] or (+44) [protected] outside of the UK.
* 5. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable"

Therefore I request the refund to which I am entitled for this product.

I have studied reports on the internet today and note that you have over 100 complaints in the last month on the same subject and would be grateful for your early reply on this matter. Failure to contact me very quickly will ensure that I pass this matter on to ‘The Judge’ in the Scottish Daily Mail as has already been done by another of your unsatisfied customers. I will not hesitate to take legal action is the small claims court if necessary.
I hope you will resolve this matter for me very quickly.
Yours faithfully

The reply was as follows and arrived within two hours

Dear Customer,
Thank you very much for contacting our customer service at Viv3 Labs.
As indicated in our previous communication to you, you have accepted the terms and conditions of the purchase, indicating that unless you cancel your account within the 15-day trial period you will be charged for the product, in addition to the shipping and handling charges.
Please note that for this reason we are unable to credit you account for the product you received.
The terms and conditions are available on the website at the bottom of the page.
Best regards,

I wrote on the following day, 21st August

Sirs
As you are now fully aware, I have studied the terms and conditions and these entitle me to have a refund of charges paid within 30 days of delivery of order. As you also now know, like hundreds of other people I have had monies removed from my card account after having cancelled the supply of your product which I did only three days after receiving the package. You will not get away with this. It obviously a scam and it is my intention - if your agreement to a refund is not forthcoming - to give you maximum publicity. I live in Scotland and come under the law of this land, and so I already know what my rights are. I would like to hear from you as quickly as possible. For your information, I quote an email I have copied from the Consumer Complaints website which lists you among the top scammers on the internet.
Quote from Consumer Complaints Website -
"I am an ex Local Billing employee, the owners of www.acaiberryexclusive.com, www.acaiberry-lifecleanse.com and other sites with these fake diet products.
The owners of those sites are Clay Douglass ( http://www.linkedin.com/in/claydouglass) and Mitch Platt (http://www.linkedin.com/pub/mitch-platt/4/271/878) and their plan is to scam as much possible and, then, go for another product and do the same (SCAM).
It is easy to contact them through the information which appears on the site registration of acaiberryexclusive (in www.acaiberry-lifecleanse.com they used a marketing company to hide the real owner):

Also, you could find these scammers on the following email addresses:

And, finally, the physical address of the company at Barcelona (they are operating all business from there and you could inform this to the police):

Their reply came on Monday 24th August

Thank you very much for contacting our customer service at Viv3 Labs.
You did agree to our terms and conditions in which we clearly state all costs and conditions of the purchase. On the other hand we always strive to provide excellent customer service and therefore we prefer not to dispute with our clients. If you accept this condition, please contact us back and we will issue your refund.

I immediately replied on 24th August

I accept your offer of refund of $118.63.
Thank you, I look forward to receiving this in my bank account.

However, as part of our customer care, we strive to provide excellent customer service and would therefore prefer to resolve this issue by granting you a refund for the amount of 118.63 USD .
We would like to confirm to you that we have reviewed your claim and issued the refund following your request. The amount of 118.63 USD was credited to your account today.
Please note that it normally takes up to 5 working days for the refunded money to appear in your account. However, depending on the banking policies it could take up to 15 days in exceptional cases.

Acai Berry Account charged and no refund issued

I have called so many different numbers and written to multiple emails to no avail. They charged me $3.95 for a shipment I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED, then called to cancel and then they "couldn't find my membership." Then I was charged $149.95. I am also getting the runaround but I have shut down that account, I am trying to dispute this through my bank and the mail (probably not fault of the mail) since the customer service reps are RUDE AND UNHELPFUL. I hope more people read this before they get charged and scammed out of $149.95! BE CAREFUL!

Acai Berry FREE TRIAL SCAM

I was charged $149.95 for a free trail which only suppose to be for $3.99 for shipping and handling. I spoke with a representative since I didn't receive my free trial on date or time I suppose to receive it. The representative gave me and extended free trial from March 5th end on the 12th of March, but she gave me until the March 22 to receive the free trial and cancel it. I cancel the trial when I finally receive before the end of my free trial. I still was charged the regular fee for an unknown reason. I just don't get it I try to call them which the number was false information the written on the letter. When I did got in contact with them they gave me a run around to different info about how to receive my refund back on their product. I hope they will resolve this issue or further actions will be taken. A.C.A.I BERRY SCAM!

I ordered trial bottle on-line, when I received the pills, spoke with my physician who informed me I could not take these pills. Called the 800 number that was given at time of order. Stated that I could not take the pills. Received cancellation on-line with number andsating"cancel" was informed I would receive a call to confirm. I do not believe it is my responsibility to call and make sure that these people are doing their job. I received the pills on the 17th of Feb(well with in the 14 days called that day. Thought everything was cancelled, except had $149.95 removed from my credit card on 3-5. E-mailed the company, to get straightened out, was informed that I did not cancel my membership in the alloted time. Called customer service and was told to e-mail this complaint line. This is ridiculous, this company should be banned. I expect a refund, that is all I am asking.

A sample of this product was ordered with the intent to simply try and understood that I was not obligated to join any on-going type of solicitation. This was not the case as I was charged $151.15 on my checking account. I called the 877 number listed on my bank statement and spoke with Carla who stated that I had signed up for an on-going solicitation on a monthly basis. I want the money refunded to my account as the product is bogus with no results.

Iplaced an order via e-mail for a trial offer of Acai Berry Pure only, which should have cost me $4.95, for shipping & handling. I charged the shipping # handling to my debit card. When I received the order from Central Coastal Nutraceuticals, Inc. not only did I receive a bottle of ColorPure (which I aasume is another name for Acai Berry), but also I received
Hoodiburst Gum $9.95
Hoodiwater $29.95

The order came to a total of $45.85. This amount overdrew my checking account. I have tried on several occasssionto contact the company to no avail. My sales receipt states Return merchandise requires a delivery confirmantion from shipping provider and RMA number from Customer Care. Also there is 15% restocking fee, which I feel is unfair seeing how I did not order the gum and water.

I ordered Acai Berry Pure on January 22, 2010. I finally received shipment February 1st. Canceled on February 13. Could not take this product, made me shake all day. I was told by customer service that I would not be charged for this product. I offered to send the bottle back with the remaining pills. I was told this was not necessary. To my surprise when I received my bank statement I was charged $149.95. I called the support line again and explained the situtation and was told they could do nothing to help me, I had to call support for the refund. I was given a non working bogus number! I immediately called back and was told by another rep that my refund was denied because I was over the two week trial period. How could I be over the two week trial period when I didn't receive the product until February 1st. I was told you are immediately in the trial phase when you call in your order even if you have not received the product. The representative could hardly speak english and was very rude. I would not recommend this product to anyone and I am thinking of turning this business over to the better business bureau. It is totally a scam. I have yet to hear from anyone from the company regarding this issue. I am trying to get my money back with no results.

Acai berry pure is refusing to give me a full refund on a product I ordered January 23rd 2010. They claim you need to cancel within 14 days of product order. I attempted to call on february 5th with no answer, I then called on february 6th-exactly 2 weeks after the initial order and they claim I am not eligible for a full refund. They claim I am past the 14 days-which I am not. I repeatedly tried to explain to them I was within the time frame with no results. Per the shipping label the product was not shipped until the 26th and I did not receive it until February 1st.

They claim I need to request a refund from the day I ordered the product-they didn't ship it until 3 days later-shipping took 5-6 days, so customers have a minimal amt of time to refund. Regardless, I called within the alotted time frame that I was supposed to. I talked to a manager and she was not helpful. She referred me to you. I feel this is a scam and they are trying to get out of refunding my money that is rightfully mine. thank-you Jen Poyner

This company has stolen money from a lot of people. Even if you cancel your pending subsription and get a cancellation number, they will illegally keep you credit card information and charge your card $149.95. I strongly suggest, if you do fall for this scam, immediately cancel your credit/debit card so you do not lose any more money. When I called to get a refund, I was given an e-mail address refundrequest@tryacaiberrypure.com and was told that there is no contact number to talk to a live person.

In November, 2008 I stupidly signed up to receive a *free trial* of Acai Berry Pure. I NEVER fall for these things but it was *risk free*. Within a month I still had not received my order but figured that it just didn't go through. About a week ago I over withdrew my bank account and had no idea why. I started looking through my statements... after several hours I found over $300.00 in unauthorized charges to my account. I began angrily calling these companies including www.fit-fac.com [protected]) who had charged me $29.95 five times. They initially refused to refund me but when I finally was put through to a supervisor she agreed and I have received all of my money back from them. However, I also had 5 charges of $16.95 from a company called 'Prime Time Savings' [protected]). They were rude and unhelpful but after battling it out with this woman for 10 minutes she finally agreed to refund me. That has not showed up on my account yet though.

Over the past week I have called this Acai Berry place [protected]) over 20 times and gotten a different response from every person I have talked to. I cannot even get them to give me a valid website to look at. They gave me this www.secureeasypay.com but it does not work -- apparently it is 'under construction'. When I called them back and asked for the name of the company they said they could not varify that information. For real? I asked for a mailing address and for security purposes they could not tell me that either. What on earth is this company? Someone needs to do something!

I told them that I refused the package from the postal service and that it was returned to their warehouse. I gave them the tracking number but they keep telling me that it has not yet been entered into their data base and they cannot issue a refund until it is. They charged me $89.31 for this bogus product plus another $8.51 twice for absolutely nothing. AND, they gave my credit card information to three other companies who have charged me for their 'services' (including a personal online trainer) for the past 4 months. In the two dozen times that I have called Acai Berry I am told every time that their supervisor is busy with another customer, in a meeting, on another call, etc. When I say I will wait I'm either hung up on, i.e. disconnected, or sit on hold for 20 minutes before I hang up. I have canceled my card because I know they will keep charging me otherwise.

Please, if anyone has any information for me about this company it would be greatly appreciated. I would like to see them go down hard in a lawsuit and I am willing to help anyone build a case against them. This has been so frustrating and ridiculous I cannot even believe it. I am so sorry for everyone else who has had to deal with this company. Good luck to you all.

Acai Berry wrongful charge

I purchased the Acai Berry Breeze last summer (2009). I received the charge on my account after 14 days and called to cancel any further charges or shipments on the product. I received a letter dated march 4, 2010 stating that I owe $113.97 because they were unable to charge my credit card. I have called 3 times (first time was caller #27, then #23, then #22) only to be dropped from the call when I get to caller #2. This is ridiculous. I do not owe these charges. I never received any more of the product and I paid for the first shipment once it was charged to my credit card.

This is also what happen to me I got a letter dated from March 24, 2010 stating that I also owned 113.97 and that they would sent to a third party collection agency, I have also called the number with the same results as hold operator they say you are caller 13, 12, 10.9. Etc and then you get to one and they hang up on you I did this 3 times and then got on line to send and email and get the same number to call no email, I called my bank and have then cancel and they also tried to get a hold of these people too, to no avail either, . My bank then cancelled my card and issued me a new one, I have ordered this product for some else and they had me cancel it too and I send a letter and also tried numerous times to call and no response to the letter, I'm also calling the BBB on Monday to complain about this also and see what I can do, Sure hope I can help this NOT happening to someone else either. One last note my friend said it didn't do what is was suppose to either.

I purchased the Acai Berry Breeze last summer (2009). I called to cancel any further charges or shipments of the product before the 14 day free trial was up but their phone system didn't work properly, when it would say "please hold for an available operator" it would then hang up on you. After trying to cancel that way "NUMEROUS" times I figured it was a bogus operation. I then sent them an E mail and also a letter through the United States Post Office.
Not only that but their product did not do what it said it would. This is a total scam IMO.
I am reporting them to the BBB and also writing my congress woman to see if anything can be done about blocking this sort of thing happening to anyone else.

Acai Berry No Refund within Trial Period Given

Ordered "free" trial of both AcaiBerry Pure and Advanced Cleanse (both the same business but with different web sites: www.tryadvancedcleanse.com and www.tryacaiberrypure.com) based on information received from Consumer Products Daily.
Ordered both on February 18, 2010.
The emails I received regarding my order and the trial period both state that my trial period ends on March 4, 2010. On March 4, I called to cancel both products. I received confirmation numbers for both: AcaiBerry Pure, no. 971766. Advanced Cleanse, no. 971865.
I thought that was the end of it but on March 5, I saw a "memo" on my checking account/debit card for two charges of $169.95 for each product.
I called the number I was given to cancel; I was told I needed to email [protected]@productsupport123.com. I did. Did not receive a response. Called back today, March 9, 2010, was told by Supervisor Nathan Scott, #013, that they could do nothing; he said my trial ended March 3 and on March 4 my card was charged "He apologizes but there's nothing he can do." Again, the email received said my trial ends on March 4. I canceled, was given the conf no. and was never told there would be another charge. They told me it was canceled for both products.
Because of the charges, my account is overdrawn with charges for that.
I demanded a refund but was again told "we are abiding by our terms and conditions" even though my email states March 4.
I request two refunds: Acai Berry Pure: $169.95; for Advanced Cleanse: $169.95.

I ordered the product for the .99 free trial and the product never arrived. I assumed that I had done something wrong and that the order hadn't gone through . . . until I received the $79.95 fee on my card. I called right away and was also given the e-mail address to contact customer service. They said it would take up to 3 day for a response. 3 days passed and I heard nothing so I sent the e-mail again. This was in October. I got a response email in January that said the following:
If you have any further question regarding the charges, you may contact a

Thanks...I have a friend who was interested in trying this product and when I found these comments, I told her to not even bother since it appears that this company is operating a sleazy trial period scam. And I think $170 is outrageous. I'm sure she can find something comparable at a local nutrition store where she does not have to lock into some kind of program (and probably cheaper too).

Email them daily telling them who you are turning them into. Do not stop. If they think you have stopped you lose. They told me five days ago that they authorized my refund and I would see it in five days. I told them if it was not there I would restart my campaign ten fold. So here I am. Trying to tell all who will listen. Hopefully I am helping others.

This is a plain scam. I ordered the product also for .99 and with life I got caught up with sick kids, home work, and other problems. I had one of my twins in the hospital and did not call. I was thinking like any other REAL compaines you call and they say no problem we will refund the fee. WELL they said it was unrefundable and they were yelling at me! I emailed the email they gave me, it was a waste of time, they said no. then gave me a 1-800 to call and talk to them further about it. AGAIN another waste of time, she said no, the email was telling me to call so I can get the reason for the decline. HELLO I know what they said, this is bogus and I WANT AND NEED MY MONEY BACK. I was charged 169.95, that is crazy. I agree 14 days is not enough time, but that is why it is a scam they know people will forget and that is what they are counting on.

Acai Berry billed for something I did not order or get

After receiving a charge on my credit card from this company back in August 2009, I called
my credit card company, since I had no idea who this company was, what their product was and had not received any such item.
They advised me to contact that company at their phone number listed with the charge. I spent days trying
to reach someone at this number without success. Their website simply states to call them at the number I had been trying to call them at.
So I called my credit card company back and they sent me a letter/complaint to fill out and mail back to them, which I did and the charges were taken off of my bill. The credit card company sent me a letter stating
that they too were unable to reach anyone or get a response back from this company.
Now, 7 months later, I get a letter in the mail stating that I owe them 133.95. So I called them at the listed phone number and this time a real person answered. I explained to him that I did not receive or order any such product. He was arrogant and demanding that I pay or it will show on my credit report and be turned over to a collection agency.
THIS COMPANY/PEOPLE ARE APPARENTLY OUT THERE TO JUST RIP PEOPLE OFF!
