I accept that from now on I should read the “terms & conditions” a lot more closely, but I just couldn’t conceive of a company offering a trial that starts the day you place the order. Well that’s exactly what this fraudulent crook of a company decided to do and I get some third world inept operator taking my call that tried her hardest to up-sell me on another month of a product I didn’t even want one month of.

So I tell her that I received the acai product on Monday it was now Wednesday and I’m wondering why they charged me $89 after 3 days, she replies no it is charged 10 days from the time you place the order, you failed to call us back in time. I exploded! What sense does that make to start my trial of something before I receive it? I didn’t get to TRY it! She say’s oh well since you’ve already paid for it now why don’t you try it for the rest of the month. This crap went on for way too long and finally when I was frustrated to the verge of tears did she give me the cancellation instructions.

Can you believe after the 10 times I said I didn’t want it had I hung up too soon I would have still been in the system to get hit again next month! Scam artists! I am pissed and still out of money. And the cancellation process is so detailed and ridiculous, and they cover their criminal butts by putting this stupid info in the terms they know people rarely read through completely. Uuuggghh!

I HATE this company. They make you hold for 30 minutes, they show some "other" product I ordered as shipped. They gave me wrong tracking info. It has been 23 days, and I still don't have this item that I didn't even order. I want my $40 back! I hate this company!

I am so upset about this company. They give you 15days to cancel during a trial period. I nevere received the product and had a hard time cancelling. I stayed on the phone for 45 mins before someone picked up. I asked how can you charge me $82.31 for a product I haven't received yet. I don;t even know if I like it. I made a compaint with the BBB on this company and hopefully something will be done to shut it down.

I ordered a free sample on line just paying shipping. Today i received another order and a charge of £82.95. I have phoned and i am told that a refund has been given and i should have it within 21 days. I am not prepared to wait 21 days and will be contacting my banks legal department. Please e-mail our response to maggie.burrow@hotmail.co.uk. I would like refund immediately

CLARIFYHEALTHY - This is a total scam! I have had to cancel my deibt card - this will be the second card I have canceled! Ebay is the only way I know to order things! ARGH! What a pain! The last charge I disputed with my bank I lost, but at least I know you can get a new debit card. If you stop shoppin online altogether, besides Ebay, then this stuff will not happen!

I ordered the trial only and the postage then was $1.70. I gave them my Visa debit card and they deducted $1.70 PLUS $84.98 from my checking account. Since then have closed that debit card. Anyway, I have never received anything and I did not authorize them to take that money out, only the $1.70. This is a scam. I have reported it to the BBB in Scottsdale. I would appreciate any help you can give me.

You will receive bottles until you cancel the membership for the product, in addition, make sure you cancel the Web Access monthly fee of 3.24.
I was able to successfully cancel the Acai membership by calling them. But the web access fee has a cancelled phone number. So, my advice is to cancel your credit card immediately.

Hey everyone who got scamed. I ordered the Acai berry one day ago. then called today to confirm that only 2.98 was to be taken from my account. of course no body knew what I was talking about because they put up a false number. so i quickly called my bank and told them i had compromised my card, and canceled it. thats the best way to go. CALL YOUR BANK AND CANCEL CARD. hopefully i only get charged for 2.98. we'll see.

I had agreed to a FREE trial. Called and canceled any future orders or so I was told I was. My credit card was then hit twice with over $139.00. And shipment was sent after I called over 5 times. I was than basically told to bad for me but that I was stuck with the product and charges. Buyer be ware!

I, too was under the impresstion that the trail sample was for the entire bottle sent. Then was billed online for the whole bottle. It was not stated anywhere that it was for a 14 day trial only Very underhanded in advertising. Called to complain and sent sample back but as of today haven"t heard if my account was credited.

This is the worst company ever. They sell you a product for next to nothing, telling you to try it out free. Then fifteen days later they are billing you $87.13 for your free trial and every month if not twice a month you get billed. They also sell your information to other comapnies, who end up billing you for products you never recieve. The most fradulant company ever. Never, Never buy from them.

Following reciept of free sample of Acai Berry from Viv3 the company then stole a further $145.51 from my credit card account without my permission. I have since stopped any further theft from my account by cancelling my card and was advised by the bank that this was the 6th complaint of the week. These people are scammers and should not be trusted.

It is completely true - they are somehow able to continuously charge and charge your account though you have clearly cancelled the order. How is this legal? Advice - cancel your card immediately... OR they will just keep charging. AcaiAdvanced charged me 64.95 after I cancelled, charged after I was assured over the phone the order was cancelled. Unfortunately, they did not confirm this cancellation via an e-mail as did Live Lean. At leaste Live Lean verified cancellation via an e-mail so I have proof when I go to my bank.

They refuse to give CS Rep full name though these frauds have all of our information. Hate to say it, but shame on me for ordering. . . . .

ONE THING DID COME TO MIND - Who supported these banner Ads? YAHOO? Where did you see these ads for free trials and free samples? There is another party at fault here as well. I didn't search for AcaiAdvanced and I wasn't even interested in losing weight. BUT after seeing these banner ads over and over & over & over & over everytime I logged in and out of YAHOO - I got curios and looked into it. The Acai Berry as well as "a stay at home mom's secret for whitening teeth" (BriteSmile&Dazzlewhite - free samples pay for shipping only) after seeing this 100 times - I looked and bad on my part I ordered. I am definitely interested in who paid for these ads to reach me and entice me? Was in Yahoo? How did you become prey?

i too was ripped off - same thing - before i knew it they sent bottle #2 and yes I was charged $83 + s & h for 2 bottles...i called to complain and requested a supervisor - after raising the the point of their unfair business practice and deceitfulness, I was promised a refund for both bottles if I retured them
i retured both bottles, 1 opened (my free trial) and 1 unopened, but was only reimbursed for one - I am not done yet after seeing them featured on the cbs evening news last night (7/29/09) I will be making further calls or whatever to obtain a refund for the other unopened bottle.

I was out $160. Go to your bank or credit card company & file a Fraud on it. Go to http://www.seflorida.bbb.org/BusinessReport.aspx?CompanyID=92012492 there you can file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They have received and F rating. I hope this helps.

these people are making a fortune off of peoples trust in the internet. this is going to affect the trust of the overall internet purchases . I will never purchase with a bank/or /visa card again "I will only use a pre-paid visa" thanks to the rip-offs of acai-nutraburst co. this is a complete scam! they are vicious people with no morals. Even if you read the terms and conditions you still cannot reach anybody to cancel. And they are liars to boot.

I gave my credit card for a trial promotion where the co. charged you "only" 99c. They took my credit card hostage and charged me twice 82.31, according to them is explained in the detail. they are thieves. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM!

Viv3lab tld sent me some diet tablets witch i order on the 15/07/2009 it was a free trial witch i had to pay £3.95 for postage it was two sets of tablets i recieved so in all i had to pay£7.90 for the posting of the tablets i think that was the end of it but little do i know this morning 03/08/2009 when i go to my bank to find out that this company viv3lab tld taken out £71.58 twice from my account i did not recieved any letter from then saying that the will be taken out this money and the number the provide for you to call them is not working and there is know way off getting your money back can some stop this company from stealing our money.

extreme over charge for detox pills, that is advertised as free apart from p+p, then they get you bank details and slam you for 82.95 per product, just take it straight from your account without prior notice

They trick you with their words to make you think your getting a free trial for 14 days, but instead of 14 days worth they send you 30 days worth and if you dont get the product part that was over sent back to them in a short period of time they will bill you for the part that was not encluded in th 14 day free trial making it not Free!

all you need to do is..request a dispute with your bank, and te company will refund you full amount, i did the same thing, it took only a week to get my refund.good luck!

Ordered product on July 15th. Didn't receive till July 30th! Paid the $.99 for the free trial and was charged $87.83 by Aug. 3rd. When I called they apologized for the delay in shipping but said they were not responsible. Really bad business! This has really put me off on ordering anything else online!

As like many others I ordered the trial Acai Berry for the trial price, only to find another £15.18 went from my bank account and now I have just been billed for a further £82.95...cannot believe that this has happened, I have put a stop on my card, this should never happen as I did not give them concent to take that money from my account. My complaint is to the people who bought this product. Didnt this product scream Scam to you at all? the only way to lose weight is a proper diet and excersise. I dont believe for a moment that celebreties use any of this product.go to your doctor for a checkup and have him recommend a diet plan. its actually a lot cheaper in the long run.

I ordered free trial in March then cancelled two weeks later. I recieved other shipments in April, May, June and July. Unauthorized charges appeared on debit card in April, May, June and July. Each time I recieved a shipment I called and cancelled the subscription and returned the product. The only way I could get it to stop was to close the checking account so they could not charge any further unauthorized charges.

I provided VISA data for shipping and handling charge for Acai Berry and Bromocleanse product and this was followed by CIBC VISA informing me that an attempt to bill $1343.09 to Book It .com was made. I did not authorize this transaction or make this call. Believe insecure website with above products or employee/employer scam . Tried phoning numbers provided...one disconnected other was sasktel. Numbers were [protected] and [protected]

OK I ORDERED ACAI BERRY ON JULY 15 on a link on a website for rachel ray it was available for $99 cents i came across a bunch of reviews talking about this product so i got alarmed and i tried to cancel that same day they told me i needed to wait 24 hours for it to show up on their system then i called back 24 hours later and i could not get ahold of anybody on the # that was on the order form thing then i called like 4 other times and no luck so i called the automated system for their company and then its asked for the credit card number for the order and then i canceled i called back 2 make sure and shure enough it told me no future shipment of the product would arrive and no charges on my visa would happen anymore just the 99 cents right so then i was redirected to myordersupport.com so i entered my info like my email address and zip code and it said an option to cancel account so i canceled the i did the process again to make sure and it said my info was not found wich i tought maybe meant it was taken care of it was ultimately cancelled... but now i saw a transaction on my credit card for $86.41 which i didnt authorize so i called the customer service wich took about 30 minutes to answer then i finally got through and spoke to someone foreign sounding maybe oriental, and tried to explain what happened this person became saucy with me and i began to yell at her because she wanted to get her point across that it was a 15 day trial and i did not cancel within that trial period so i told her i did cancel several times and she basically called me a liar! so i asked to talk to her manager or supervisor and she said he was busy with another customer but i could be put on hold in line for him and the she hung up on me so i called back and talked to someone else and it was the same b.s with another foreign girl and she basically again also became saucy with me so she basically said to bad NO REFUNDS thanks for the FREE MONEY! I THOUGHT TO MYSELF this is SO EFEN MESSED UP so i told her off .. and was really upset so i called my bank and they very helpfully redirected ME TO THE FRAUD & CLAIMS DEPARTMENT. and i told her the whole story and that i NEVER gave the my authorization to make any further transactions that went beyond those 99 cents and that they basically made a fraudulent process with me so they VERY HAPPILY CREDITED MY MONEYS. BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT AND BLOCKED MY CARD AND WILL BE ISSUING ME A NEW CARD SO THEY WONT BE ABLE TO MAKE ANY MORE CHARGES wich they would have. anyways but they will get stiffed and MY BANK WILL BE MAKING A FULL INVESTIGATION ON THESE CHARGES. AND THIS COMPANY SO THATS MY STORY AND ADVISE 2 YOU I HOPE THIS IS HELPFULL. I LEARNED MY LESSON WELL BUYERS BEWARE!

I was billed $87.13 on my credit card on 7-09-09 for Antiox-Berry. I never ordered the product. I do not want the product. It was never delivered to me, and I have tried to contact the telephone number listed on my credit card charge. I want this charge and the "Foreign Transaction Fee Finance charge of $2.63 removed from my credit card statement!
