I accept that from now on I should read the “terms & conditions” a lot more closely, but I just couldn’t conceive of a company offering a trial that starts the day you place the order. Well that’s exactly what this fraudulent crook of a company decided to do and I get some third world inept operator taking my call that tried her hardest to up-sell me on another month of a product I didn’t even want one month of.

So I tell her that I received the acai product on Monday it was now Wednesday and I’m wondering why they charged me $89 after 3 days, she replies no it is charged 10 days from the time you place the order, you failed to call us back in time. I exploded! What sense does that make to start my trial of something before I receive it? I didn’t get to TRY it! She say’s oh well since you’ve already paid for it now why don’t you try it for the rest of the month. This crap went on for way too long and finally when I was frustrated to the verge of tears did she give me the cancellation instructions.

Can you believe after the 10 times I said I didn’t want it had I hung up too soon I would have still been in the system to get hit again next month! Scam artists! I am pissed and still out of money. And the cancellation process is so detailed and ridiculous, and they cover their criminal butts by putting this stupid info in the terms they know people rarely read through completely. Uuuggghh!

Scam, run from this company. I placed an order for $4.95 on the 6 Nov 2008. When I got my order on the 20th, they charged me $44.85. I called the company and was hung up on. I call again and was put on hold for over an hour. Finally spoke to someone in customer care, he got smart with me, didn't let me finish my conversation and hung-up. I called again and waited over an hour again. I called my credit card company and they advised me to mail the items back today 21st. Call the company again, get a RMA # from the company and loose my 15% restocking fee. If they continue to charge my account then I can do something about it.

I am in the same boat as all of you who have had money taken out of their accounts after being offered a shipping and handling deal. Nobody answers phone calls or emails. Put a stop on your account - I had to, otherwise they'll be taking it out every month.

If anyone is in the process of lega proceedings then please let me know because I'd like to climb on board.

I ordered a 'free' trial of acai berry (paid s&H), was then charged $88.82. I have been unable to reach SFL Nutrition, LLC of Boca Raton, FL through their 866.938.4832 number. No company listing in Boca Raton, no listing with 411 at the address given.

Cannot reach this company to cancel further orders. Does not work for me. Live chat is a wait of almost 2 hours. Calls do not get thru. Tried to live chat again today and was disconnected.

i tried ordering a bottle of the acai berry pills for 4.95 trial and it said my card was declined so i tried again and they charged me 4 times 44.85 after saying my card was declined.

Unauthorised use of credit card. Goods shipped from US to Australia saying debits would occur automatically to my credit card. The telephone number supplied costs international call rates and is not open for business - it goes to message bank. I cannot therefore cancel as requested in the paper enclosed with the pills stating that debits would occur unless I telephoned to cancel within 14 days.

I too ordered the "5.95" free trial. When I tried to cancel I called the number on the order form. Apparently it's not the same company - or so they say. I called that number for a week with no answer or staying on hold for 30 plus minutes. They referred me to another company who might have the correct number. I tried the number that company gave me and behold - you're on hold for 30 plus minutes. So - now they've charged my credit card $88.62. I am absolutely contesting the charge and WILL NOT PAY IT.

So basically - they trick you by putting the way small print about "automatically" joining then give you the wrong number to call and cancel the account.

Oh and by the way - I took two of the pills and they made me so sick I couldn't go to work.

Who can we contact with the FDA or other authorities that will shut this down?

This company is ridiculous. Like others I could not get in touch with them to cancel my order before it was charged to my credit card. The live chat suggested in a post (go to https://www.whiteteaacai.com//checkout1.aspx?bid=7ca05dec-76ce-443f-b578-185381d3c114 and at the bottom there is a live chat button) did work. Thank you posters! The company had no good answers (they were in fact the same excuses others who have posted on here have gotten). When I expressed this, they had nothing to say back to me. They are, however, refunding my credit card. Thanks for your help to those who figured this out!

I am very afraid that this product may affect my health & I did not authorize for them to collect appro. 40.00 I have been trying to send it back unopened so they can remove the charge
however the print is so small I can not read it correctly. I also have been trying them & the phone is also busy. I have stopped any additional charges from my account

The same thing just happened to me. I have tried calling their customer service number 4 and 5 times and I'm getting no where. I am disputing this charge with my bank account because I did not charge this and this should not be allowed to happen! Not only did they charge me the $88.62 but my account is negative because of this too. I'm living paycheck to paycheck and can not afford this money to be deducted from my acccount. I will sue them if I have too because this is insane! I agree with you, they need to be taken off of the market! Let me know if you find anything out! Are you working with your bank too? What did they say?

I took one pill and I felt funny, this stuff doesn't work!

I also ordered the acai berry trial and cannot reach anyone to cancel the shipments. I know my credit card will be charged any day now. does anyone have any way of contacting these people? this is ridiculous+

I can't believe this but i ordered the 3.95 free trial and have not received the product. Then today 11-24-08 i check my account and was charged the 29.95. Now i have two charges and nothing to show for it. i even yelled at my bf cause i thought he was online buying things. this makes my mind up i will never purchase anything online. U don't know what is real and what is not.

I was finally able to cancel my Acai Berry order, however, it took two calls that got answered and I got my confirmation number, but not without alot of stress on my brain.

The first time I called they said they would extend my trial period and send me an extra bottle. Whoopeeeeeeee!

Needless to say I agreed. They said the first bottle was in the mail. That was 2 weeks ago.

I called the company that charged my card and got one credit of two identical charges of 29.95 and then I called the credit card co. and explained to them and they seem to know about all these false charges, but, they refused to credit my account fot the other charge, so, guess what, the credit card company, just lost a valued customer.. the company is L.L. BEAN.
the customer is always right, they knew the crooks and what they are doing, but, refuse to satisfy customer.

Can't get through on customer service number to cancel. They keep shipping more and taking the fee out of my daughter's account. We even cancelled that debit card linked to her checking, got a new debit card and they still tapped into her account.

They charged $91 to my credit card though I called and cancel my order. A week later another $9 is being charged. I called them to cancel both and still they have not refunded. Its been 2 weeks since this happened and I whenever I call there is no response. My credit card is now charged for $100 and I have not received any product and I don't need any.

can someone suggest me how to work on this and get the money reimbursed.

This company is obviously a rip-off!

I am among the MANY people they have ripped off.

They have charged my credit card $89.51 for nothing. This will be the last time they charge my card because my bank has been notified. I feel sorry for all the people they'll get next.

This is terrible, to say the least! They MUST be stopped NOW!

Tablets didn't work and was very disappointing, not to mention that instructions were insufficient, it didn't state when to take tablets before or after meals. I want to cancel further billing of $89.31 / month. their telephone number doesn't work and there is no way of contacting them. I would appreciate it if you would stop them from billing me every month.

My experience was WORSE...received the trail offer and the correct amount was charged to my CC, $5.95 but approximately 14 days later I noticed a $88.62 charge to my credit card by ACISUPREME. I went back to the web site and scrolled down to the bottom of the page and clicked on "TERMS". If anyone is considering order a trail I STRONGLY recommend you read the Terms. This is a BIG...RIP OFF

The a/m website does not help AT ALL..ive tried going in there and putting my information and its confirming that i have not ordered anything or have any products pending..if thats the case then why do i still have this 89.93 charge on my credit card?!

This company has turned my life into a NIGHTMARE! They have charged me and another young woman I work with a ridiculous amount of times and we haven't even ever received anything! I've been charged anywhere from 3.95 to 29.95 and the lady I work with was just charged 90.00!

This was an add on facebook for a free trial of the Acai Berry supplement. You only paid something like $5.95 for shipping. I was charged $89.31 for the supplement without my consent. I haven't even received the free trial yet.

Contact the Fit Factory website or phone number [protected]. When you ordered you "free" trial of acai berry, there was a paragraph on the order page that said they were giving you a free 7 day trial (check order page at www.extremeacaiberry.com). They also said that they would begin charging you 29.95 monthly after the 7 day period unless you cancelled.

Call. Complain. Tell them this is disreputable, a scam and a horrible way to do business. They cancelled the membership and refunded my money. Make sure to get a confirmation number and document the person's name, date and time of the call. Good luck.

First of all I think that you should go by what you say . Your little charge wont make if this is a charge to my account .God help you if you ripe some one off.

Check the website www.extremeacaiberry.com. Assuming this is the only one scamming. On the order page in fine print, it states that they have given you a 7 day free trial of Fit Factory. If you haven't cancelled after 7 days, they will begin charging you for the membership.

Call and complain at [protected]. Document the date, time and the person you speak with as well as the confirmation number they will give you. Just tell them that you are unhappy with this method and feel is is a scam. They refunded my money and cancelled. I just hope this is the end of it.

Call [protected] and complain about Fit Factory (the 29.95 charge). It is in small print on the order page where you ordered your "free" trial. Call and cancel that too or you will soon be charged 89 per month. The scam with that is that they count the 14 days from the day you place the order. But do not ship until after the 14 days.

Make sure you tell them that their conduct is disreputable, dishonest and a scam. I also told them they should cease their relationship with extremeacaiberry.com unless this was their intention to scam people.

Make sure you document the date, time, person you speak with as well as recording the confirmation number for the cancellation and refund.

I also did not order the product just the trial sample, and was charged 88.76 the following month. I just canceled my credit card to avoid this from happening, I am presently filing a claim against them through my credit card to get my money back, they are a FRAUD, they cannot be reached by phone to even cancel the process from continuing...
I will never purchase online again!My mistake...
