My name is Nilesh N Madia , email address is [protected]@gmail.com & I became a member at the Accor hotels few days back. I was assured of complete transparency while booking the members free night. Also, I clarified about all the participating hotels where the vouchers were valid before becoming a member.
After enrolling I searched your app to utilize my complimentary night. While searching I saw certain hotels were completely removed from the list. Since I was unable to make the booking online, I contacted the member's service. I asked them to check for several available dates, but it was a shock when the person said one of the hotels was not available even for an entire year, the other one did not even have a single availability till 4 months. I called up the respective hotels and they all had rooms available.
Thats when I understood the cheating from the Accor hotels. You have blocked the inventories of the popular hotels & your website shows only the availability of your lower class hotels like ibis for our free night stay.
You guys think that we are stupid to become a member & waste our money. What I clearly get is that your membership is not transparent enough & you have lied to us. This is not just marketing gimmicks, but it amounts to cheating when something promised to us is not delivered.
So I want them to cancel the membership & give back my money.
