I have recently had the worst experience this trying to change my email address as a Platinum Member. I tried to access Accor Plus for which I am a Platinum American Express card holder however I was forced to pay and I have tried several avenues to get someone to acknowledge for which still has not happened.
Then when I asked for my email address on ALL membership to change from [protected]@kingandmartinelectrical.com.au to [protected]@mexeng.com.au the one on my Accor Plus membership. I got an email to say they had merged the two accounts and NOW I AM GOLD!
Please explain to me how I am so close to becoming DIAMOND and was striving for this by December to be denied this. Please look at my account and explain what has happened for me to be such a disappointed customer right now?
The below screen shot was reading what I needed to reach DIAMOND it now says GOLD. If Accor want me to remain loyal to your brand, can I suggest you stay loyal to your clients as I need an explanation as to why I should stay with Accor right now.
Desired outcome: A phone call to explain everything as to how and why this has happened.
